Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya persaingan di industri fashion lokal, termasuk brand 3Second yang dikenal di kalangan generasi muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian brand 3Second, dengan citra merek sebagai variabel intervening. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, dan sampel terdiri dari 100 mahasiswa yang merupakan target pasar potensial bagi brand 3Second. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek (β = 0,244; p < 0,05) dan keputusan pembelian (β = 0,289; p < 0,05). Harga juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek (β = 0,202; p < 0,05) dan keputusan pembelian (β = 0,261; p < 0,05). Selain itu, citra merek terbukti menjadi variabel intervening yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian (β = 0,313; p < 0,05). Dengan demikian, citra merek memainkan peran penting dalam memperkuat pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap brand 3Second

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh influencer endorsement dan iklan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Originote, dengan niat pembelian sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei online terhadap 150 responden pengguna skincare di Indonesia yang pernah melihat promosi Originote. Hasil analisis menggunakan SmartPLS menunjukkan bahwa influencer endorsement (β = 0,321; p < 0,05) dan iklan (β = 0,298; p < 0,05) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pembelian. Niat pembelian juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (β = 0,367; p < 0,05) serta memediasi pengaruh influencer dan iklan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur pemasaran digital dengan menegaskan peran strategis influencer dan iklan sebagai pemicu intensi serta perilaku pembelian dalam industri skincare. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini adalah pentingnya pemilihan influencer yang relevan dan kredibel, serta penyusunan konten iklan yang menarik dan informatif untuk meningkatkan niat beli konsumen. Dengan memaksimalkan dua strategi tersebut, pemasar dapat mendorong peningkatan penjualan produk skincare secara lebih efektif.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the impact of product quality, brand perception, and price on customer loyalty towards Wardah cosmetic products. This study employed a quantitative approach with one hundred participants. A questionnaire was used in this study's data collection process. This data was obtained directly by researchers through a questionnaire distributed to respondents or students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta who had purchased Wardah cosmetic products. This study used a purposive sampling technique coupled with a non-probability sampling technique. The primary data used in the study came from respondents' responses to closed questionnaires or interviews. Partial Least Square (PLS), aided by SMARTPLS software, is the data analysis method used in this study. The two models used in PLS-SEM analysis are the inner model and the outer model. According to the study's findings, customer loyalty is positively and significantly impacted by product quality. Customer loyalty is significantly and favorably impacted by brand image. Customer loyalty is positively impacted by the way people perceive prices.

Abstract

Abstract The background of this research is the decreasing interest in consumer purchases, so that in practice not all content produced is able to generate the expected response. This research aims to examine the extent to which the quality of Instagram content from @shoesandcare influences the purchase intention of its followers. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design to explain the relationship between content quality and purchase intention. The respondents in this research consisted of 97 students from the Communication Science Study Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta who follow the Instagram account @shoesandcare. The respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique based on specific criteria relevant to the objectives of the research. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale designed to measure respondents’ perceptions of Instagram content quality as well as their level of purchase intention. The measurement of the purchase intention variable in this research refers to the AIDA framework, which consists of attention, interest, desire, and action. The collected data were analyzed using simple linear regression to determine the influence of content quality on the purchase intention of followers. The results of the analysis indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between Instagram content quality and the purchase intention of @shoesandcare followers, with a significance value (p < 0.05). Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.301 indicates that content quality explains 30.1% of the variation in consumers’ purchase intention, while the remaining 69.9% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings suggest that the consistency and relevance of Instagram content management contribute to increasing followers’ tendency to make purchasing decisions. Keywords: Content quality; instagram; purchase intention; social media; AIDA.   Abstrak Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah berkurangnya minat beli konsumen, sehingga pada praktiknya tidak semua konten yang diproduksi mampu menghasilkan respon yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauhmana kualitas konten Instagram @shoesandcare memengaruhi minat beli para pengikutnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei eksplanatif untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel kualitas konten dan minat beli. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 97 orang yang merupakan mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta dan mengikuti akun Instagram @shoesandcare. Pemilihan responden dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria tertentu yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang dirancang untuk mengukur persepsi responden terhadap kualitas konten Instagram serta tingkat minat beli konsumen. Pengukuran variabel minat beli dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada kerangka AIDA yang terdiri dari attention, interest, desire, dan action. Data yang telah diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear sederhana untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas konten terhadap minat beli followers. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitas konten Instagram dan minat beli pengikut akun @shoesandcare dengan nilai signifikansi (p < 0,05). Selain itu, nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,301 menunjukkan bahwa kualitas konten mampu menjelaskan sebesar 30,1% variasi minat beli konsumen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 69,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa konsistensi serta relevansi pengelolaan konten Instagram berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kecenderungan followers untuk melakukan pembelian. Kata-kata kunci: Kualitas konten; instagram; minat beli; media sosial; AIDA.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the impact of influencer endorsements, online customer reviews, purchase intention, and trust levels. The research adopts a quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires, with respondents' responses measured using a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using Smart-PLS version 3.0 software. The analysis results indicate that trust is significantly and positively influenced by influencer endorsements and online customer reviews. Trust significantly and positively affects purchase intention. However, influencer endorsements have no effect on purchase intention. Conversely, online customer reviews have a significant positive effect on purchase intention. Furthermore, influencer endorsements and online customer reviews significantly influence purchase intention through the role of trust.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of viral marketing, product quality, and brand perception on the purchasing decision of Somethinc products in the Surakarta area. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected through questionnaire distribution. The study sample consists of 102 participants selected using the purposive sampling technique. The findings indicate that viral marketing and product quality have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, both directly and indirectly through brand perception as a mediating variable. Additionally, brand perception also positively affects purchasing decisions. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the influence of marketing elements in enhancing the purchasing decisions of domestic products.

Abstract

The food people consume and how the food is consumed are essential determinants of health.Consumption of healthy food is an intriguing topic with contradictory findings in various cases. It provides an indirect overview of the diversity and interest in the study of healthy food products throughout both pandemic and endemic periods. Using regression analysis, this study examined the influence of price, quality, and availability on the purchase intention of healthy food products of 100 students. The results revealed that price, quality, and availability influenced the intention to purchase healthy food products. Limitations and suggestions for further studies are offered for consideration.

Abstract

Many factors influence purchasing decisions as they relate to several aspects. It becomes more complex when the choice is diverse and prices vary, including the influencing factors that provide freedom of choice. Brand is the concept of consumers and affects consumers’ decision-making. Therefore, brand image and brand trust of consumers are linked to each other. Thus, brand image will affect brand trust of consumers. In addition, the brand also indirectly influences purchasing decisions due to the increasing number of products. To that end, this research’s problem is whether the brand influences purchasing decisions. This research method employed regression analysis involving samples of 100 students from Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta representing the millennial generation. The results showcased that brand image did not affect purchasing decisions, but brand trust did. Further, limitations and suggestions are presented for theoretical deepening and further research.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of technology acceptance factors and website service quality in measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty for online shopping. This research was conducted in Mamuju, Indonesia. The sample was selected using accidental sampling involving 200 Shopee marketplace users. The data in this study were processed using structural Equation Molding (SEM) with partial least square alternative 3.0 (PLS). The results of this study indicate that the technology acceptance factor has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the technology acceptance factor has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, website service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, website service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on consumer loyalty as well as customer satisfaction also plays a moderating role in the technology acceptance factor on loyalty through customer satisfaction and website service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Mojosongo 1 Clinic is a health clinic that was established in 2017. The clinic has a busy situation every day. This is a reference for researchers to find out whether social media factors and customer quality can affect customer loyalty. The clinic has social media accounts in the form of Instagram and WhatsApp to carry out marketing through social media. The use of social media as a marketing tool has been used for 6 years. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of social media and service quality on patient loyalty with satisfaction as mediation at Mojosongo 1 Clinic. This research is quantitative. The participants in this study were visitors to Mojosongo 1 Health Centre. Purposive sampling is the sampling method used. The calculation uses Ferdinand's idea. 140 respondents were obtained as the research sample. Primary data was used in making this research.  Questionnaire distribution is the data collection method in this study. The data analysis method in this study uses SMARTPLS software, namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study show that social media has a positive and significant impact on Loyalty. Service quality has a negative and insignificant impact on Loyalty. Social Media and service quality have a positive and significant impact on Satisfaction. Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Loyalty. Social Media has a positive and significant impact on Loyalty through Satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant impact on Loyalty through Satisfaction.
