Abstract

This study aims to describe preparation process for teaching factory, the implementation of teaching factory, and its evaluation to increase the student’s competency at Vocational High School 2 Surakarta.This is a qualitative research with phenomenology design. The research subjects were principals, vice principals in the curriculum, teaching factory subject teachers and students. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, indepth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique with a model in interactive data collection step, data reduction, presentation of data and verification of data/the withdrawal of conclusion. This research result indicates preparation of learning based teaching factory to increase the competency students basically started by putting together lesson plans by teachers teaching factory in the form of soft file and handed it to the field of curriculum. The implementation of learning teaching factory uses the method of learning which he varied, material in the class directions to jobsheet conforming to a standard that is in industry, teachers conditioned practices that done students so that capable of producing quality products put into practice all day skill he would had, the facilities is can be used as well as possible and allocations time provided in accordance with each of their own individual subjects. Evaluation based learning teaching factory done by means of judgment covering the aspects of the discipline attitude, honest, responsibility, tolerance, mutual cooperation, confident, skill and knowledge.

Abstract

Millennials are a generation that is familiar with the use of technology and the internet in everyday life. This generation can spend hours using internet technology through cellular phones or mobile phones that are more practical and easy to use. The process of education and learning in this generation certainly needs to apply some appropriate learning methods by using mobile phones based on smartphones so students are more interested and enthusiastic in participating in learning. Quizlet is a smartphone-based online learning device that can be used for all subjects and for all ages. Quizlet can be accessed by students through mobile phones based on Android or iOS. The purpose of this study is to explain the advantages of the Quizlet application that can be used in the millennial generation learning process. Literature studies are used to explain the advantages offered by the Quizlet application through the analysis of theory and literature that has been obtained.

Abstract

People who are financially literate are people who have the attitudes, skills and knowledge to manage one's finances to meet financial goals that help achieve life goals. In fact, the majority of the citizens of 'Aisyiyah in Sukoharjo Regency have children who are extravagant or consumptive, like to follow trends, and are less able to prioritize their needs than their desires so that they cannot understand and apply financial literacy in life daily. Based on the conditions experienced by residents of  Aisyiyah, Sukoharjo Regency, there is a need for financial education and outreach for adults to be able to be applied to their children. The education and socialization program provided is expected to reduce consumptive behavior in children and provide benefits to the residents of the community ‘Aisyiyah Sukoharjo Regency to develop knowledge and understanding of financial literacy education and the ability to manage finances well.

Abstract

Tutoring is an additional learning activity after school to improve students’ learning outcomes. Tutoring can be conducted by informal or institution, in small groups, or large groups. This study aims to describe the factors influencing students of tutoring after school and the strategy of after-school tutoring program company for school exams and to test students’ outcomes after following after-school tutoring. The participants were 30 students of third grade of senior high school majoring in social sciences. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The data analysis technique is paired sample t-test. The independent variable is students before taking tutoring and students after following tutoring as the dependent variable. Based on paired sample t-test. It was found that t-count t-table is -2.066 -1.699. The results show a positive influence and significantly showed that tutoring succeeded in improving students’ learning outcomes.

Abstract

Improvements in financial literacy serve as the primary driver of financial inclusion. To avoid financial difficulties, everyone should be financially literate. Having better financial literacy increases one's chances of enjoying life's pleasures while also being well-funded. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and financial technology on financial inclusion. The population in this study consisted of 180 accounting students. This study was a causal comparative research, and the data collection method used was a cross-sectional survey with proportional stratified random sampling. The Krejcie and Morgan table was used to determine the research sample of up to 123 students. According to the findings, financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on financial inclusion. Furthermore, financial technology has a significant and positive impact on financial inclusion. And, simultaneously, financial literacy and financial technology have a positive and significant impact on financial inclusion. If financial literacy and financial technology are increasing factors, it is recommended that the government consider these aspects if you want to increase financial inclusion among students. Other variables from financial inclusion instruments can be added for further research by collecting samples from several universities in various regions.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebabkan kelumpuhan terutama di bidang ekonomi. Hal ini juga terjadi pada UMKM. Salah satunya adalah kelompok petani bibit jamur Bangun Harjo, Sragen. Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk melakukan pelatihan digital marketing pada kelompok petani jamur Bangun Harjo, Sragen untuk memperluas jangkauan konsumen. Kegiatan ini meliputi tahapan koordinasi dan pelaksanaan. Pelatihan dilakukan pada Hari Sabtu, Tanggal 17 September 2022. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan sebelum pengabdian mitra lebih banyak menggunakan pemasaran konvensional, setelah pengabdian mitra dibuatan akun Shopee, instagram dan facebook. Mitra juga diberikan ketrampilan untuk membuat konten yang menarik. Dengan penggunaan facebook jangkauan konsumen lebih luas. Pembeli bibit jamur tidak hanya dari sekitar Sragen, tetapi juga Banyuwangi, Jatim dan Pekanbaru Riau. Dengan digital markting terbukti dapat memperluas jangkauan pemasaran bibit jamur lebih luas sehingga dapat meningkatkan ekonomi kelompok petani jamur paska Pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

ABSTRACTSmall and Medium Industries (SMIs) have an important role in realizing community development and welfare. In the current Industry 4.0 era, SMIs are required to keep up with technological developments, including SMIs players who must be able to use digital media as the main support for their business success. To support SMIs in optimizing the use of digital marketing, it is necessary to have effective assistance activities. The community service activities are in partnership with the assisted SMIs in Kingkang Village, Wonosari, Klaten. These activities focus on assisting SMIs in increasing promotion and sales through digital media business accounts, namely Instagram and Shopee e-commerce. The method used is to provide direct assistance in creating and managing business accounts. The assistance was done for one month with 13 sessions. The results of this program show that 100% of SMIs in Kingkang Village have had an Instagram business account and 70% of them have a Shopee account. SMIs are proven to have understood the use and management of these two digital media as promotion and sales media. Furthermore, SMIs felt the improvement in skills in how to use various features on Instagram and Shopee. Suggestions after these assistance activities are the need for follow-up activities with continuous guidance in using digital marketing effectively and optimally so it can support marketing activities and increase sales of SMIs’ businesses.Keywords: digital marketing, small and medium industries, Instagram for Business, Shopee.ABSTRAKIndustri Kecil Menengah (IKM) memiliki peran penting dalam mewujudkan pembangunan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Di era Industri 4.0 saat ini, IKM dituntut untuk terus mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, diantaranya pelaku IKM di mana mereka harus bisa memanfaatkan media digital sebagai pendukung utama kesuksesan usahanya. Untuk menunjang IKM dalam optimalisasi penggunaan digital marketing, maka diperlukan adanya kegiatan pendampingan yang efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bermitra dengan IKM binaan yang ada di Desa Kingkang, Wonosari, Klaten. Kegiatan ini berfokus pada pendampingan IKM dalam peningkatan promosi dan penjualan melalui akun bisnis media digital yaitu Instagram dan e-commerce Shopee. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan memberikan pendampingan langsung pembuatan dan pengelolaan akun bisnis. Pendampingan dilakukan selama satu bulan dengan 13 sesi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa 100% IKM di Desa Kingkang telah memiliki akun bisnis Instagram dan 70% memiliki akun Shopee. IKM terbukti sudah memahami penggunaan dan pengelolaan kedua media digital tersebut sebagai media promosi dan penjualan. Selain itu, IKM merasakan adanya peningkatan keterampilan tentang cara penggunaan berbagai fitur di Instagram dan Shopee. Saran setelah kegiatan pendampingan adalah perlunya kegiatan tindak lanjut dengan pembinaan berkelanjutan di dalam menggunakan pemasaran digital secara efektif dan optimal sehingga dapat mendukung kegiatan pemasaran dan meningkatkan penjualan usaha IKM.Kata Kunci : digital marketing, industri kecil menengah, Instagram Bisnis, Shopee.

Abstract

Central bank independence in Indonesia has been regulated in UU No. 33 Year 2004 concerning amendements to UU No. 23 Year 2009 concerning Bank Indonesia. However, the central bank often got intervention in formulating its policies. During the pandemic covid-19 crisis, there were several attempts to intervene Bank Indonesia, such as the idea to form a Monetary Council, suggestions to allow BI Governors from politicians, and Perppu No. 1 Year 2020 which is allow BI to bought SUN in the primary market. Therefore, this study aims to measure the independence index of the central bank in Indonesia during 2007-2020 using the measurement method developed by Cukierman et al. (1994) to analyze the independence of Bank Indonesia during the covid-19 pandemic. The result of this study proves that BI independence index during the pandemic has decreased when compared to the pre-pandemic period. This study also proves that Bank Indonesia still needs to maintain its independence from all political attention, so its accountability and credibility of the monetary policy still can assured

Abstract

In the era of disruption 4.0, so as not to be eroded by ongoing technological developments, it is necessary to apply and understand technology in promotional activities so that it can help increase turnover and business expansion, especially among economic actors. The mushroom farmer group in Dukuh Bangunharjo, Jirapan Village, Sragen is one of the economic actors that has potential and needs to be developed. The method used is to provide direct assistance in creating and managing Shopee e-commerce accounts. Assistance is carried out for five times mentoring. The results of this activity show that the Bangunharjo farmer group still lacks knowledge about digital marketing, especially the use of Shopee sellers. From the results of the assistance it is evident that the Bangunharjo farmer group already understands the use and management of Shopee e-commerce as a media for promotion and sales. In addition, the Bangunharjo farmer group felt an increase in their skills on how to use various features at Shopee. After this mentoring activity, it is hoped that follow-up activities will be needed with ongoing coaching in using digital marketing effectively and optimally so that it can support marketing activities and increase sales of the Bangunharjo farmer group business.Di era disrupsi 4.0 agar tidak tergerus oleh perkembangan teknologi yang sedang terjadi maka diperlukan penerapan dan pemahaman teknologi dalam kegiatan promosi agar mampu membantu untuk meningkatkan omset dan perluasan usaha terutama dikalangan pelaku ekonomi. Kelompok tani jamur Dukuh Bangunharjo, Desa Jirapan, Sragen adalah salah satu pelaku ekonomi yang memiiki potensi dan perlu dikembangkan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan memberikan pendampingan langsung pembuatan dan pengelolaan akun e-commerce  Shopee. Pendampingan dilakukan selama lima kali pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa kelompok tani Bangunharjo masih minim pengethuan mengenai digital marketing terutama penggunaan Shopee seller. Dari hasil pendampingan terbukti bahwa kelompok tani Bangunharjo sudah memahami penggunaan dan pengelolaan e-commerce Shopee sebagai media promosi dan penjualan. Selain itu, kelompok tani Bangunharjo merasakan adanya peningkatan keterampilan tentang cara penggunaan berbagai fitur di Shopee. Setelah kegiatan pendampingan ini diharapkan perlunya kegiatan tindak lanjut dengan pembinaan berkelanjutan di dalam menggunakan pemasaran digital secara efektif dan optimal sehingga dapat mendukung kegiatan pemasaran dan meningkatkan penjualan usaha kelompok tani Bangunharjo.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of Kampus Mengajar program experience on personal development and employability, with the usefulness of the program as an intervening variable. This study applied the quantitative method with causality research design and the Structural Equation Model (SEM) for the research analysis approach. The data collection technique used the Likert scale questionnaires sent through a Google form. 62 students of the Accounting Education Study Program joined Kampus Mengajar program Batch 1 and Batch 2. The data were analyzed by software SmartPLS 3 with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The first step of the analysis was model measurement, which consisted of construct reliability, construct validity, and discriminant validity. The second step was structural model measurement to examine the hypotheses which comprised of R2 value, f2 value, direct effect, and indirect effect. The result revealed a direct and significant effect of Kampus Mengajar experience on program's usefulness. Besides, Kampus Mengajar experience showed an immediate and significant effect on each personal development and employability variable. Another research result showed an indirect significant effect of Kampus Mengajar experience on personal development with the program's usefulness as an intervening variable. This study concludes that Kampus Mengajar program as a teaching internship program positively influences students, and thus, this program needs to be followed up.
