Abstract

 ABSTRACTIndonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) in Hong Kong, especially those working in the domestic employment sector, have weak financial planning skills. Financial planning skills are key to helping PMIs manage their income, make wise investment decisions, and plan for a more stable future. This community service program aims to improve skills in financial planning for PMI in Hong Kong through mentoring activities. Through this activity, it is hoped that PMI can gain the knowledge and skills needed in financial planning. This program covers various mentoring topics, such as currency exchange risk management, savings and investment culture according to the Islamic Living Guidelines for Muhammadiyah Citizens (PHIWM), as well as retirement planning. This service activity method is carried out with mentoring and financial planning competitions. The service participants were 45 PMI people in Hong Kong. Training and mentoring is carried out offline and online. This activity was proven to increase PMI's knowledge and skills in the field of financial literacy from a pretest average score of 62.50 increasing to a posttest score of 87.00. This training also received a positive response from participants and was felt to provide benefits for improving their financial management in the future. ABSTRAKPekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) di Hong Kong, khususnya yang bekerja dalam sektor pekerjaan domestik, memiliki keterampilan perencanaan keuangan yang lemah. Kemampuan dalam perencanaan keuangan adalah kunci untuk membantu PMI mengelola pendapatan mereka, membuat keputusan investasi yang bijak, dan merencanakan masa depan yang lebih stabil. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam perencanaan keuangan bagi PMI di Hong Kong melalui kegiatan pendampingan. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan PMI dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam perencanaan keuangan. Program ini mencakup berbagai topik pendampingan, seperti manajemen risiko kurs mata uang, budaya menabung dan investasi menurut Pedoman Hidup Islami Warga Muhammadiyah (PHIWM), serta perencanaan pensiun. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan pendampingan dan kompetisi perencanaan keuangan. Peserta pengabdian adalah 45 orang PMI di Hongkong. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan secara luring dan daring. Kegiatan ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan pengatuhuan dan ketrampilan PMI dibidang literasi keuangaan dari nilai rerata pretest 62,50 meningkat menjadi nilai posttest 87,00. Pelatihan ini juga mendapatkan respon positif dari peserta dan dirasakan memberikan manfaat untuk perbaikan pengelolaan keuangan mereka kedepan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The financial literacy mentorship program, which is focused on outdoor classroom activities at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Program Khusus (MIM PK) 1 Sindon Boyolali, was initiated in response to elementary school pupils' lack of understanding of financial management. Many youngsters prioritize wants above needs and fail to understand the necessity of financial management at a young age. The program aims to improve kids' financial literacy through hands-on experiences and outdoor learning, while simultaneously raising environmental consciousness. The program employs a variety of tactics, including modeling buying and selling using toy money and veggies, sowing vegetable seeds in recycled plastic bottles, and organizing a Market Day where kids sell their produce. Students are taught the fundamentals of transactions, financial planning, and simple entrepreneurship. University students enrolled in the Accounting Education and Elementary School Teacher Education programs also mentor and assess the learning process. The program's results demonstrate that students' financial literacy improved significantly, with an average rise of 1.5 points between the pre-test and the post-test. Aside from financial literacy, kids learn the value of environmental stewardship through horticultural activities. This program successfully improves students' understanding of financial literacy while establishing environmentally conscious ideals.Keywords: financial literacy, outdoor classroom, green school, muhammadiyah elementary schoolABSTRAK Program pendampingan literasi keuangan berbasis kelas alam di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Program Khusus (MIM PK) 1 Sindon Boyolali dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman siswa sekolah dasar mengenai pengelolaan keuangan. Banyak siswa cenderung lebih fokus pada keinginan dibandingkan kebutuhan, serta belum memahami pentingnya mengelola keuangan sejak dini. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan literasi keuangan siswa melalui pengalaman langsung dan pendekatan berbasis kelas alam, serta menanamkan kesadaran ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan berbagai metode, seperti simulasi jual beli menggunakan uang dan sayuran mainan, penanaman bibit sayuran di galon plastik bekas, serta Market Day yang melibatkan penjualan hasil panen. Siswa diajarkan konsep dasar transaksi, perencanaan keuangan, dan kewirausahaan sederhana. Mahasiswa dari Prodi Pendidikan Akuntansi dan PGSD juga terlibat dalam pendampingan dan evaluasi proses pembelajaran. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan literasi keuangan siswa, dengan rata-rata peningkatan skor dari pretest sebesar 1,5 poin pada posttest. Selain peningkatan literasi keuangan, siswa juga belajar tentang pentingnya menjaga lingkungan melalui kegiatan bercocok tanam. Program ini berhasil memperkuat pemahaman siswa tentang literasi keuangan sekaligus menanamkan nilai-nilai peduli lingkungan.Kata kunci: literasi keuangan, sekolah alam, sekolah hijau, madrasah ibtidaiyah muhammadiyah

Abstract

                                                       ABSTRACTThis community service activity aims to enhance the skills and competencies of vocational high school (SMK) teachers in implementing the Student Profile Strengthening Project on Pancasila Values and Work Culture (P5BK), designed to provide tangible benefits for SMK stakeholders, particularly in fostering a strong work culture among students. The service model employed includes an intensive workshop followed by continuous training and mentoring for SMK teachers. The activity was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar with 50 teachers participating from four major study areas: Accounting and Financial Institutions (AKL), Office Management and Administration (OTKP), Digital Business and Marketing, and Culinary Arts. The workshop involved hands-on training to strengthen teachers' understanding and skills in applying this project within the school environment. Based on program evaluation, 86% of participants demonstrated a strong understanding of the P5BK concepts and goals during the presentation phase. Furthermore, the training and mentoring phase revealed that 80% of participants felt prepared and capable of implementing P5BK in their teaching activities. These results indicate that the community service activity successfully increased teachers’ readiness to support the strengthening of the student profile on Pancasila values and the development of an applicable and relevant work culture at SMK.Keywords: project for strengthening pancasila student profiles, work culture, vocational school                                                           ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kompetensi guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dalam melaksanakan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan Budaya Kerja (P5BK), yang dirancang untuk memberikan manfaat nyata bagi para pemangku kepentingan SMK, khususnya dalam membangun budaya kerja yang kuat di kalangan siswa. Model pengabdian yang digunakan meliputi workshop intensif yang diikuti dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan bagi guru-guru SMK. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar dengan partisipasi 50 guru dari empat bidang studi utama: Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga (AKL), Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran (OTKP), Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran, serta Tata Boga. Workshop ini melibatkan pelatihan praktik untuk memperkuat pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menerapkan projek tersebut di lingkungan sekolah. Berdasarkan evaluasi program, 86% peserta menunjukkan pemahaman yang kuat terhadap konsep dan tujuan P5BK selama tahap penyampaian materi. Selain itu, pada tahap pelatihan dan pendampingan, 80% peserta merasa siap dan mampu melaksanakan P5BK dalam kegiatan pembelajaran mereka. Abstract

ABSTRAKKetatnya persaingan dan banyaknya platform belanja online yang muncul, membuat aspek keputusan pembelian konsumen menjadi penting untuk ditelaah lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program gratis ongkos kirim, layanan COD, dan kemudahan berbelanja terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gratis ongkos kirim berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, COD berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan kemudahan berbelanja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sementara secara simultan gratis ongkos kirim, COD, dan kemudahan berbelanja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Gratis Ongkos Kirim; COD; Kemudahan Berbelanja; Keputusan Pembelian ABSTRACTThe tight competition and the number of online shopping platforms that have emerged make it important to examine aspects of consumer purchasing decisions further. This study aims to determine the effect of free shipping programs, COD services, and ease of shopping on purchasing decisions made by students. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The instrument used was a questionnaire which was then analyzed by multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that free shipping has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, COD has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, and ease of shopping has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. While simultaneously free shipping, COD, and ease of shopping have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Free Shipping; COD; Ease of Shopping; Purchase Decision

Abstract

ABSTRAKPembangunan waduk terkadang memunculkan beberapa kesenjangan yang dialami warga dibidang perekonomian karena banyak area persawahan yang tenggelam yang notabene menjadi sumber mata pencaharian satu satunya masyarakat sekitar namun sisi positifnya, waduk biasanya difungsikan sebagai irigasi, pembangkit listrik tenaga air (PLTA), penyediaan air minum, pengendalian banjir dan pariwisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis dampak positif dan negatif dari pembangunan infrastruktur waduk Pidekso terhadap dinamika ekonomi lokal masyarakat di Desa Sendangsari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu studi kasus (case study). Hasil penelitian menyatakan dampak positif yang dirasakan masyarakat setelah dibangun waduk yaitu munculnya mata pencaharian baru, perubahan pemanfaatan lahan, perubahan kondisi tempat tinggal dan perubahan sarana dan prasarana. Selain hal tersebut masyarakat juga merasakan dampak negatif dari adanya pembangunan waduk yaitu petani kehilangan mata pencaharian, pendapatan petani berkurang dan sarana prasarana yang belum terealisasi. Berdasarkan keadaan nyata saat ini masyarakat Desa Sendangsari belum merasakan ada kemajuan dibidang perekonomian karena pengelolaan waduk yang belum maksimal membuat masyarakat masih sulit untuk memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang tersedia.Kata Kunci : Pembangunan, Dampak, Perekonomian.ABSTRACTThe construction of reservoirs sometimes raises several gaps experienced by residents in the economic field because many rice fields are submerged which are the only source of livelihood for the surrounding community, but on the positive side, reservoirs usually function as irrigation, hydroelectric power plants (PLTA), drinking water supply, flood control and tourism. The aim of this research is to analyze the positive and negative impacts of the Pidekso reservoir infrastructure development on the local economic dynamics of the community in Sendangsari Village. The research method used is a qualitative research method with the type of research being a case study. The results of the study stated that the positive impacts felt by the community after the reservoir was built were the emergence of new livelihoods, changes in land use, changes in living conditions and changes in facilities and infrastructure. In addition to this, the community also felt the negative impact of the reservoir construction, namely farmers losing their livelihoods, reduced farmers' income and unrealized infrastructure facilities. Based on the current real situation, the Sendangsari Village community has not felt any progress in the economic field because the reservoir management has not been maximized, making it difficult for the community to utilize the available natural resources.Keywords: Development, Impact, Economy

Abstract

Individuals, as entities living on this earth, have a variety of needs that must be fulfilled in their lives. Because of the diversity of needs to be met, individuals are directly involved in consumption activities to ensure fulfillment. Often, the purchase of a commodity is not based on a real need, but on behavior carried out solely to satisfy personal pleasure, thereby resulting in the individual becoming consumptive. The factors causing consumptive behavior are the use of digital payment and e-service quality. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of digital payment and e-service quality on consumptive behavior among Shopee users. The study used a quantitative approach with a comparative causal design. The study population of all students at vocational high school 1 Pedan amounted to 1,063, and samples of 291 students were counted with the Slovin formula with a degree of significance of 5%. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling. The instruments used for questionnaires were shared through Google Forms. Data analysis techniques used multiple-linear regression. The results of the study showed that digital payment has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of Shopee users, e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of Shopee users, and digital payment and e-service quality has a simultaneous and significant positive effect on the consumptive behavior among Shopee users. Taking into consideration the limitations of this study, future researchers are advised to explore additional variables that may affect consumptive behavior and broaden the sample size to obtain a more comprehensive overview.

Abstract

Mixue's popularity in Indonesia is high, especially in the area of Kartasura, where a lot of people, especially teenagers, are big fans of this Mixue. The study aims to test the impact of product quality on purchasing decisions and the influence of packaging on buying decisions among teenagers in cartoons. This research uses quantitative research methods with commercial causal designs. The sample in this study consisted of 200 consumers of Mixue in the Kartasura crust. Sampling is done with a saturated sample, and data collection is done by spreading the questionnaire. The results of this study show that F (simultaneous) and t (partial) tests show that product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, packaging has a major influence over purchasing decision variables, and product quality and packaging have a significant impact on purchase decisions.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to see if price perception, shipping expenses, and time pressure have a positive and substantial impact on purchasing decisions during the Shopee Flash Sale. This study used a survey research design to conduct a comparative causal study (cross sectional survey). 226 Accounting Education Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta students who used Shopee Flash Sale were polled. 7 questions for the price perception variable, 9 questions for the shipping cost variable, 6 questions for the time pressure variable, and 8 questions for the Shopee Flash Sale purchase decision variable were distributed via a google form. Multiple linear regression, partial t test, and f test were employed in the data analysis. The findings reveal that 1) there is a relationship between the two variables; and 2) there is a relationship between the two.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to detail the process of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta's work culture implementation as well as the challenges that the school has encountered. The ethnographic research design is used in this study's qualitative investigation. The Head of the Institutional Accounting and Finance Expertise Program, the Institutional Accounting and Finance Laboratory Instructor, the Institutional Accounting and Finance Instructor, and the Accounting and Financial Institution students from SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta served as the study's resource participants. In this study, observation, interviews, and documentation were employed as data collection methods. The researchers employed source triangulation to ensure the accuracy of the data.

Abstract

The shopaholic lifestyle is a form of consumptive behavior. Many students in the city of surakarta have a shopaholic lifestyle. The purpose of this research is to describe the lifestyle of shopaholic students in the city of surakarta and to identify factors that influence the lifestyle of shopaholic students in the city of surakarta. This is a qualitative study with a string of phenomena designs. The subject of this study is ten students studying in surakarta. The ten students consisted of two students from the muhammadiyah university of surakarta, two students from sebelas maret university, two students from the Indonesia institute of arts surakarta, two students from the Tunas Pembangunan university, and two students from the university of slamet riyadi. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. The data validity used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The data analysis technique used interactive analysis. The results of this study indicate that theshopaholic lifestyle of college students tends to spend money to shop compulsively with a fairly high frequency. Students of shopaholic have a life that is prone to luxury or hedonics that they indulge in involuntary and continual consumption without any consideration that causes students to become consumptive. The factors that influence students to become shopaholics are luxury lifestyle and hedonic lifestyle, influence from family, advertising, following trends, and lots of shopping centers.
