Abstract

Household organic waste has emerged as a major environmental issue in Dibal Village, Ngemplak District, Boyolali Regency, since most vegetable, fruit, and leaf residues are simply discarded, causing unpleasant odors and environmental pollution. This challenge is even more pronounced given that among the 74 active members of the “Sekarwangi” PKK women’s group, 27 work as vegetable farmers and market vendors, making them the primary contributors of organic waste in the form of unsold vegetables and fruits. Paradoxically, such waste holds significant potential to be transformed into liquid organic fertilizer (POC), which is both beneficial for home gardening and economically valuable. This community engagement program was designed to provide practical solutions through technical training, the distribution of anaerobic composters, and continuous mentoring for all PKK members. The implementation consisted of five stages: socialization, hands-on training in POC production using bio-activators, distribution of 74 composting units, weekly fermentation monitoring, and evaluation through product trials and satisfaction surveys. The program demonstrated a remarkable behavioral transformation: from merely discarding waste to actively converting it into valuable products. By the reporting period, three harvest cycles had been completed, yielding a total of approximately 124 liters of POC (equivalent to 8 Le Minerale gallons)—far exceeding the initial target of 50 packages. When converted into commercial packaging, the production amounts to 496 bottles of 250 ml (priced at IDR 10,000, potential revenue IDR 4,960,000) or 248 bottles of 500 ml (priced at IDR 20,000, with the same value). Part of the POC has been utilized for household gardening, while the remainder is ready for commercialization as a community product. This program has proven effective in reducing organic waste, fostering awareness of the green economy, and strengthening the community’s economic independence. Recommendations for future action include product and packaging standardization, enhancement of digital marketing strategies, and market expansion through local bazaars or agricultural partnerships to ensure that the economic potential can be sustainably realized, thereby contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Abstract

Membaca adalah salah satu keterampilan berbahasa paling penting yang harus dikuasai siswa. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan dengan wali kelas dan siswa kelas II SDN Nayu Barat 1 terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dialami oleh peserta didik. Mayoritas permasalahan berkaitan dengan kemampuan membaca permulaan. Tujuan penelitian ini dapat mengatasi permasalahan dengan meningkatkan keterampilan membaca permulaan pada siswa kelas II yang masih rendah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa observasi,tes, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis tabel peningkatan aktivitas siswa di atas dapat dilihat terjadi peningkatan aktivitas siswa pada setiap siklusnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media mind map terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan kreativitas siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Data diperoleh melalui tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan kreativitas siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreativitas pada kelas IV Sekolah Dasar, 2) pengaruh model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media mind map pada materi klasifikasi makhluk hidup terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sebesar 2,72 tergolong tinggi dan kreativitas siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar sebesar 1,65 tergolong tinggi.

Abstract

People who are financially literate are people who have the attitudes, skills and knowledge to manage one's finances to meet financial goals that help achieve life goals. In fact, the majority of the citizens of 'Aisyiyah in Sukoharjo Regency have children who are extravagant or consumptive, like to follow trends, and are less able to prioritize their needs than their desires so that they cannot understand and apply financial literacy in life daily. Based on the conditions experienced by residents of  Aisyiyah, Sukoharjo Regency, there is a need for financial education and outreach for adults to be able to be applied to their children. The education and socialization program provided is expected to reduce consumptive behavior in children and provide benefits to the residents of the community ‘Aisyiyah Sukoharjo Regency to develop knowledge and understanding of financial literacy education and the ability to manage finances well.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebabkan kelumpuhan terutama di bidang ekonomi. Hal ini juga terjadi pada UMKM. Salah satunya adalah kelompok petani bibit jamur Bangun Harjo, Sragen. Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk melakukan pelatihan digital marketing pada kelompok petani jamur Bangun Harjo, Sragen untuk memperluas jangkauan konsumen. Kegiatan ini meliputi tahapan koordinasi dan pelaksanaan. Pelatihan dilakukan pada Hari Sabtu, Tanggal 17 September 2022. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan sebelum pengabdian mitra lebih banyak menggunakan pemasaran konvensional, setelah pengabdian mitra dibuatan akun Shopee, instagram dan facebook. Mitra juga diberikan ketrampilan untuk membuat konten yang menarik. Dengan penggunaan facebook jangkauan konsumen lebih luas. Pembeli bibit jamur tidak hanya dari sekitar Sragen, tetapi juga Banyuwangi, Jatim dan Pekanbaru Riau. Dengan digital markting terbukti dapat memperluas jangkauan pemasaran bibit jamur lebih luas sehingga dapat meningkatkan ekonomi kelompok petani jamur paska Pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

 ABSTRACTIndonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) in Hong Kong, especially those working in the domestic employment sector, have weak financial planning skills. Financial planning skills are key to helping PMIs manage their income, make wise investment decisions, and plan for a more stable future. This community service program aims to improve skills in financial planning for PMI in Hong Kong through mentoring activities. Through this activity, it is hoped that PMI can gain the knowledge and skills needed in financial planning. This program covers various mentoring topics, such as currency exchange risk management, savings and investment culture according to the Islamic Living Guidelines for Muhammadiyah Citizens (PHIWM), as well as retirement planning. This service activity method is carried out with mentoring and financial planning competitions. The service participants were 45 PMI people in Hong Kong. Training and mentoring is carried out offline and online. This activity was proven to increase PMI's knowledge and skills in the field of financial literacy from a pretest average score of 62.50 increasing to a posttest score of 87.00. This training also received a positive response from participants and was felt to provide benefits for improving their financial management in the future. ABSTRAKPekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) di Hong Kong, khususnya yang bekerja dalam sektor pekerjaan domestik, memiliki keterampilan perencanaan keuangan yang lemah. Kemampuan dalam perencanaan keuangan adalah kunci untuk membantu PMI mengelola pendapatan mereka, membuat keputusan investasi yang bijak, dan merencanakan masa depan yang lebih stabil. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam perencanaan keuangan bagi PMI di Hong Kong melalui kegiatan pendampingan. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan PMI dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam perencanaan keuangan. Program ini mencakup berbagai topik pendampingan, seperti manajemen risiko kurs mata uang, budaya menabung dan investasi menurut Pedoman Hidup Islami Warga Muhammadiyah (PHIWM), serta perencanaan pensiun. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan pendampingan dan kompetisi perencanaan keuangan. Peserta pengabdian adalah 45 orang PMI di Hongkong. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan secara luring dan daring. Kegiatan ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan pengatuhuan dan ketrampilan PMI dibidang literasi keuangaan dari nilai rerata pretest 62,50 meningkat menjadi nilai posttest 87,00. Pelatihan ini juga mendapatkan respon positif dari peserta dan dirasakan memberikan manfaat untuk perbaikan pengelolaan keuangan mereka kedepan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The financial literacy mentorship program, which is focused on outdoor classroom activities at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Program Khusus (MIM PK) 1 Sindon Boyolali, was initiated in response to elementary school pupils' lack of understanding of financial management. Many youngsters prioritize wants above needs and fail to understand the necessity of financial management at a young age. The program aims to improve kids' financial literacy through hands-on experiences and outdoor learning, while simultaneously raising environmental consciousness. The program employs a variety of tactics, including modeling buying and selling using toy money and veggies, sowing vegetable seeds in recycled plastic bottles, and organizing a Market Day where kids sell their produce. Students are taught the fundamentals of transactions, financial planning, and simple entrepreneurship. University students enrolled in the Accounting Education and Elementary School Teacher Education programs also mentor and assess the learning process. The program's results demonstrate that students' financial literacy improved significantly, with an average rise of 1.5 points between the pre-test and the post-test. Aside from financial literacy, kids learn the value of environmental stewardship through horticultural activities. This program successfully improves students' understanding of financial literacy while establishing environmentally conscious ideals.Keywords: financial literacy, outdoor classroom, green school, muhammadiyah elementary schoolABSTRAK Program pendampingan literasi keuangan berbasis kelas alam di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Program Khusus (MIM PK) 1 Sindon Boyolali dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman siswa sekolah dasar mengenai pengelolaan keuangan. Banyak siswa cenderung lebih fokus pada keinginan dibandingkan kebutuhan, serta belum memahami pentingnya mengelola keuangan sejak dini. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan literasi keuangan siswa melalui pengalaman langsung dan pendekatan berbasis kelas alam, serta menanamkan kesadaran ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan berbagai metode, seperti simulasi jual beli menggunakan uang dan sayuran mainan, penanaman bibit sayuran di galon plastik bekas, serta Market Day yang melibatkan penjualan hasil panen. Siswa diajarkan konsep dasar transaksi, perencanaan keuangan, dan kewirausahaan sederhana. Mahasiswa dari Prodi Pendidikan Akuntansi dan PGSD juga terlibat dalam pendampingan dan evaluasi proses pembelajaran. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan literasi keuangan siswa, dengan rata-rata peningkatan skor dari pretest sebesar 1,5 poin pada posttest. Selain peningkatan literasi keuangan, siswa juga belajar tentang pentingnya menjaga lingkungan melalui kegiatan bercocok tanam. Abstract

                                                       ABSTRACTThis community service activity aims to enhance the skills and competencies of vocational high school (SMK) teachers in implementing the Student Profile Strengthening Project on Pancasila Values and Work Culture (P5BK), designed to provide tangible benefits for SMK stakeholders, particularly in fostering a strong work culture among students. The service model employed includes an intensive workshop followed by continuous training and mentoring for SMK teachers. The activity was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar with 50 teachers participating from four major study areas: Accounting and Financial Institutions (AKL), Office Management and Administration (OTKP), Digital Business and Marketing, and Culinary Arts. The workshop involved hands-on training to strengthen teachers' understanding and skills in applying this project within the school environment. Based on program evaluation, 86% of participants demonstrated a strong understanding of the P5BK concepts and goals during the presentation phase. Furthermore, the training and mentoring phase revealed that 80% of participants felt prepared and capable of implementing P5BK in their teaching activities. These results indicate that the community service activity successfully increased teachers’ readiness to support the strengthening of the student profile on Pancasila values and the development of an applicable and relevant work culture at SMK.Keywords: project for strengthening pancasila student profiles, work culture, vocational school                                                           ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kompetensi guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dalam melaksanakan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan Budaya Kerja (P5BK), yang dirancang untuk memberikan manfaat nyata bagi para pemangku kepentingan SMK, khususnya dalam membangun budaya kerja yang kuat di kalangan siswa. Model pengabdian yang digunakan meliputi workshop intensif yang diikuti dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan bagi guru-guru SMK. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar dengan partisipasi 50 guru dari empat bidang studi utama: Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga (AKL), Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran (OTKP), Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran, serta Tata Boga. Workshop ini melibatkan pelatihan praktik untuk memperkuat pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menerapkan projek tersebut di lingkungan sekolah. Berdasarkan evaluasi program, 86% peserta menunjukkan pemahaman yang kuat terhadap konsep dan tujuan P5BK selama tahap penyampaian materi. Selain itu, pada tahap pelatihan dan pendampingan, 80% peserta merasa siap dan mampu melaksanakan P5BK dalam kegiatan pembelajaran mereka. Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the implementation of micro teaching in improving 8 basic teaching skills for future students in the accounting education course and to describe the constraints that accounting students experience during the implementation of the practice of micro teaching. The data processing technique in this study using the interactive analysis miles and huberman, which was afterward analyzed using the NVivo 12 applications. These findings include the following: (1) accounting education students are able to perform the practice of micro teaching with 8 teaching skills, (2) micro teaching was able to raise public speaking accounting education (3) micro teaching was able to provide teaching pictures to accounting education students before going directly into the field, (4) micro teaching was able to enhance communication skills for accounting students, And (5) through practice micro teaching can enhance students' creativity in choosing both learning and media strategies. The study was carried out to see if performing micro teaching in accounting education could improve student teaching skills to prepare students as prospective teachers.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKetatnya persaingan dan banyaknya platform belanja online yang muncul, membuat aspek keputusan pembelian konsumen menjadi penting untuk ditelaah lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program gratis ongkos kirim, layanan COD, dan kemudahan berbelanja terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gratis ongkos kirim berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, COD berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan kemudahan berbelanja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sementara secara simultan gratis ongkos kirim, COD, dan kemudahan berbelanja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. This study aims to determine the effect of free shipping programs, COD services, and ease of shopping on purchasing decisions made by students. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The instrument used was a questionnaire which was then analyzed by multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that free shipping has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, COD has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, and ease of shopping has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.
