Abstract

Curriculum management is a cooperative, comprehensive, systemic and systematic curriculum management system. LPK (Job Training Institute) is a non-formal educational institution organized for the community to provide knowledge and skills that must have a curriculum in accordance with government regulations. In this study, a qualitative approach was used with an analytical descriptive method. Conclusions The results of this research are that the job training institute (IRMA) uses a curriculum that is guided by the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) so that graduates from Irma training institutions have the competencies needed by the world of work by delivering material to training participants using the Active, Creative, Effective, and Fun Learning Model (PAKEM) in implementing the curriculum based on the Syllabus and lesson plans that have been provided.

Abstract

Management of infrastrucuture and Facilities is one of many fields of quality that need to be improved. Infrastructure is one of the supporting factors in the learning process. In the concept of The Juran Trilogy or commonly called the Juran Trilogy can be applied in schools as an effort to improve the quality of educational services. The objectives of this research are: (1) to describe the planning of infrastructure facilities at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta, (2) to describe the control of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta, (3) to describe the improvement of infrastructure facilities at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta. This study used a qualitative approach with case study method. While the data collection techniques used include: (1) in-depth interviews, (2) participant observation, and (3) documentation study. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, data verification. While the data validity technique uses credibility, triangulation, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results showed that: (1) the planning of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta aims to determine the infrastructure so that the vision and mission of the school can be achieved, (2) the control of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta is carried out by inventory, storage, maintenance. (3) improving the quality of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta is carried out by preparing schedules, prioritized activities, time/schedule for use, assignments/appointments according to expertise.

Abstract

Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen mutu pembelajaran metode Ummi dalam meningkatikan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa di SDIT Anni’mah. Tujuan khusus adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) perencanaan mutu pembelajaran metode Ummi 2) pelaksanaan mutu pembelajaran metode Ummi, 3) evaluasi mutu pembelajaran metode Ummi dan 4) tindak lanjut mutu pembelajaran metode Ummi. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian adalah guru koordinator Ummi dan guru Ummi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut mutu pembelajaran metode Ummi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an berjalan dengan efektif. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mendapatkan gambaran dan menganalisis tentang Manajemen Pembiayaan Pendidikan dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pembelajaran di SMA Al Qona’ah Baleendah Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan metodenya menggunakan metode deskriptif, Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui Observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, dengan subjek penelitian Kepala Sekolah, Bendahara, Guru, dan Komite Sekolah. Lokasi penelitian di SMA Al Qona’ah Baleendah Kecamatan Baleendah Kabupaten Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan pembiayaan pendidikan di SMA Al Qona’ah Baleendah dilakukan dengan rapat bersama seluruh warga sekolah. (2) Teknik pengorganisasian pembiayaan pendidikan berdasarkan kepada standar yang diprioritaskan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. (3) Pelaksanaan pembiayaan pendidikan dilakukan berdasarkan pedoman RKAS dan RAPBS serta dibuatkan laporan pertanggungjawaban setiap bulannya. (4) evaluasi pembiayaan dilakukan secara intern dan ekstern, yaitu secara intern dilakukan oleh Kepala Sekolah dan Komite Sekolah, dan secara ekstren oleh Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi melalui Cabang Dinas Pendidikan.

Abstract

Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen ekstrakulikuler dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Sepak Bola di SDN 205 Neglasari Kota Bandung. Tujuan khusus adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) perencanaan ekstra kulikuler sepak bola 2) pengorganisasian manajemen ektrakulikuler sepak bola, 3) pelaksanaan ektrakulikuler dan 4) pengawasan ektrakulikuler sepak bola. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian adalah guru ekskul sepak bola, coordinator eskul dan guru SDN 205 Neglasari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan manajemen ekstrakulikuler dalam meningkatkan prestasi sepak bola siswa SDN 205 neglasari berjalan dengan efektif. Abstract

The existence of BLK can be a place for the community to learn, increase knowledge, skills, exchange information and increase self-confidence. BLK as a center for education and potential development for the community has the task of organizing skills education in order to create employment opportunities in accordance with the real needs of the community. Computer training is also expected to be able to make the community, in this case the people of Bandung Regency, have knowledge of computer technology. To find out the context, input, process, and product as well as assess the success of a program objective faced in this case computer training, it is necessary to hold an evaluation of the training program. This study aims to evaluate the computer training program at the Al-Aitam Islamic Boarding School Community BLK Bandung Regency using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). This study uses a qualitative description approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Proof of data validity using triangulation techniques. The research results obtained in this study are that there is an increase in the quality of students in computer training programs and the percentage of students passing is 100%. It is in accordance with the indicators of achievement of computer training programs. The results of the evaluation of the computer training program are that the program can be continued with several improvements and improvements in order to produce maximum training program services and produce quality and quantity of graduates who are truly competent and professional in the field of computers.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze of management in an effort to form students' self-reliant attitudes. The research location is at the Pesantren El Futhah Patimuan Cilacap. Research is qualitative. The results of the study are that (a)there are management arrangements in an effort to form the self-reliant attitude of the students, (b) the implementation is in the program of Pembentukan Sikap kemandirian Santri (PSKS), (c)the PSKS program includes the study of religious, foreign languages, skills and production, and programs social, (d)the orientation of the program is religious self-reliant attitudes, social, business, and communal self-reliant attitudes.

Abstract

This article presents the results of the author's inspirational research which provides an overview of the management of educational institutions within the Ministry of Religion of Purbalingga Regency. The aim of the study was to find out the efforts to increase the Managerial Competence of the Head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah in Purbalingga in Madrasah Work Planning. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach through case studies. Data collection was carried out through the stages of both open and closed interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that various efforts have been made by school heads at MIN 3 Purbalingga and MIS Maarif Purbalingga in improving their managerial competence in the planning aspect. This can be seen from the various steps taken to increase competency through improving educational qualifications by continuing to Masters and Doctoral degrees, education and training, MoUs with various tertiary institutions in increasing the managerial competence of Madrasah Principals, sharing good practices, and through comparative studies. As a result, the increase in these activities helped the Madrasah Principal plan a programmed Madrasah work plan starting from the preparation stage, identifying and reflecting on the results of the Madrasah Quality Report Card to the formulation of a Madrasah work program plan that involved all Madrasah residents. The recommendation from the results of this research is that it is necessary to increase the managerial competence of Madrasah Heads in Scheduled and Programmed Planning in order to improve the Quality of Ibtidaiyyah Madrasahs under the Ministry of Religion.

Abstract

The training organized by the Kashikoi Japanese Training Center is considered important because often formal educational institutions have not been able to produce graduates who are ready to work and compete, especially in the era of global competition, so that in order to face the era of globalization, prospective workers still need to be equipped with increased competence in order to be able to compete with other nations. . In order to achieve the vision and objectives of the Kashikoi Japanese Training Center, it is necessary to design a strategic plan to determine the vision, mission and objectives of the institution so that they can be achieved effectively and efficiently so that the direction of policies and program activities leads to the achievement of the vision, mission and goals that have been set. set. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of the strategic management of the Kashikoi Japanese Training Center in preparing the workforce. By using a qualitative descriptive research method, the results of the vision and mission research designed by the Kashikoi Japanese Training Center were obtained, namely to prepare a skilled and competitive workforce by utilizing the collaboration between the Governments of Indonesia and Japan. The Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) calculations show that the Kashikoi Japanese Training Center is in a very favorable situation. The role of the Kashikoi Japanese Training Center is to prepare Indonesian workers who will go to Japan through 3 (three) programs, namely pre-apprenticeship, tokutei gino and a school program to Japan .

Abstract

Semakin meningkatnya tindakan-tindakan asusila, diantaranyan kekeresan seksual terhadap anak usia dini yang dapat disebabkan oleh kurangnya perhatian dan perlindungan anak dari keluarga, masyarakat maupun sekolah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengkaji dan memperoleh gambaran tentang keberadaan guru pembimbing, model bimbingan, dan bentuk tindakan bimbingan guru SDN 05 Sindangsari Kabupaten Bandung dalam upaya pencegahan tindakan kekerasan seksual terhadap anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Bimbingan dilakukan melalui wali kelas dengan melibatkan guru pendidikan agama islam karena sekolah belum memiliki guru khusus BK. (2) Model bimbingan dalam bentuk pemberian pemahaman tentang prilaku dan tindakan kekerasan seksual, teguran secara langsung dan secara tindak langsung. (3) Bentuk tindakan pembimbing yaitu pelarangan penggunaan alat komunikasi di lingkungan sekolah, pemberian teguran secara bersama-sama atau pribadi, bekerjasama dengan para orang tua siswa berbasis teknologi, dan mengatur tempat duduk siswa di kelas.
