Abstract

. Evaluasi program yang dilaksanakan baik di lembaga formal maupun nonformal bertujuan untuk memberikan masukan, kajian, dan pertimbangan dalam menentukan apakah program tersebut layak untuk diteruskan atau tidak. Namun pada kenyataannya, karena keterbatasan waktu pada pelaksanaan program di lembaga pelatihan dan kursus, evaluasi program dilakukan tanpa benar-benar objektif. Artinya, ketika sudah melakukan penilaian, dianggap sudah melakukan evaluasi. Padahal penilaian cenderung hanya melihat nilai, sedangkan evaluasi program lebih ke pertimbangan hasil yang bermutu, contohnya keterampilan yang benar-benar dimiliki oleh siswa. Jadi, evaluasi program sangat penting dilaksanakan agar lulusan lembaga pelatihan dan kursus bisa lulus dengan nilai baik dan disertai keterampilan yang mumpuni, sehingga tidak gagap ketika terjun di dunia kerja. Sebagaimana misalnya terkait salah satu evaluasi program pelatihan di BLK Komunitas Pondok Pesantren YPI Annur yakni mengenai pelatihan komputer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan datanya terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian adalah bahwa bahan materi belajar komputer telah dirancang dan disusun berdasarkan dengan kebutuhan belajar masyarakat dan kebutuhan dunia kerja terutama dalam bidang per komputeran. Berdasarkan evaluasi produk, program pelatihan komputer dapat dikatakan sudah baik, dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan kualitas yang sudah didapatkan oleh peserta didik dan persentase kelulusan peserta didik adalah 100%. Hasil evaluasi program pelatihan komputer di BLK Komunitas Ponpes YPI Annur Garut adalah bahwa program pelatihan komputer dapat dilanjutkan dengan lebih meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia serta meningkatkan kualitas program pelatihan dan kualitas fasilitas ruangan program pelatihan komputer. Hal tersebut guna menghasilkan kualitas serta kuantitas lulusan yang benar-benar memiliki kompetensi dan profesional dibidang komputer. Kata kunci:

Abstract

Kestabilan emosi pada peserta didik adalah sebuah aspek penting yang mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran dan juga perkembangan sosial mereka. Peserta didik yang tidak stabil emosinya biasanya akan sangat mempengaruhi pembelajaran mereka. Lebih dari itu, kestabilan emosi bisa mempengaruhi karakteristik siswa, khususnya dalam mengambil tindakan yang negative seperti mencelakai rekan sebayanya atau sampai menyiksa dirinya sendiri. Hal ini biasanya bisa dipengaruhi oleh bayak faktor, dan salah satunya adalah lingkungan. Guru pembimbing memiliki peran yang cukup krusial untuk membantu siswa mengola emosi, stress, dan membangun keterampilan sosial yang positif. Dengan adanya guru pembimbing, peserta didik khususnya mereka yang masih sekolah di tingkat SD bisa lebih mengendalikan emosi mereka menjadi lebih baik. Pasalnya, anak SD biasanya masih dalam tahap pengenalan diri dan belum tahu betul siapa dirinya dan bagaimana cara mereka mengendalikan emosi saat memuncak. Dari hal ini bisa diketahui bahwasanya peran guru pembimbing dalam membantu menstabilkan emosi peserta didik akan sangat mempengaruhi pembelajaran dan juga sikap mereka sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, berdasarkan fokus penelitian dan sumber data maka teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, dan wawancara. Melalui Kegiatan ini para guru diberi pengetahuan dan wawasan mengenai pendidikan karakter dan pendekatan behavioristik dalam menstabilkan emosi peserta didik.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as the oldest Islamic educational institutions which are considered traditional and which are considered closed to innovation. However, they must be ready to face the challenges of the times and are required to develop the potential of students with the power of knowledge and technology through cultural management at Islamic boarding schools to increase the intelligence of students at Roudlotut Tholibin Sirau Islamic Boarding School, Kemranjen, Banyumas. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through documentation, observation, interviews. From this study, the results were obtained that in an effort to improve the three intelligences (intellectual, emotional, and spiritual) which are carried out continuously and consistently through formal education in Islamic boarding schools with good management with a benchmark of success, namely alumni continuing their studies at tertiary institutions both in country or abroad. Abstract

This research is motivated by the demands of digitalization in the technological era which require speed of service, honesty, and the demands of the times. This is supported by the Director General of Elementary and Primary Education through the Circular of the Director General of Elementary and Basic Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture Number: 08/D/KR/2017 concerning filling in the final grades of report cards, US and USBN in Dapodik, especially at the high school level, so all high schools that have been appointed to use e-reports starting in 2017 must insert and upload data on report cards, US, and USBN, including SMA Negeri 1 Cilacap. This study aims to obtain an overview and analysis of the planning, organization, and implementation of learning assessment management in a bold manner at SMA Kabupaten Cilacap (Case Study at SMAN 1 Cilacap). SMAN 1 Cilacap is one of the schools that has implemented e-reports at the high school level of around 1,400 (Total SMA in Indonesia 13,000 schools) and the reporting. The method used in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This research was conducted by implementing the management principles of G.R. Terry, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the assessment and reporting of student learning outcomes by using IT. The research method used is a qualitative approach. In conclusion, at all stages of management, planning, organizing, and carrying out assessment and reporting of learning outcomes has been carried out together with the school element approach, coordinated by the school through a curriculum team that collaborates with school management, school development teams, assisted by deputy principals, and curriculum teams , as well as with all the teachers. The obstacles faced, namely HR and technical constraints and can be overcome with assistance by the IT team together with the teachers. In its implementation, technical problems usually occur at the beginning of use. Keywords: management, assessment, courage.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze in depth the management of the boarding school in the formation of attitudes of self-reliance of students in the Boarding school Ell-Futhah Bulupayung, start from planning, organizing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the program. This study is a field research with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis uses interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Examination of the validity of data persistence observation, and triangulation methods. The results showed that the management of education in the program of formation of the attitude of self-reliance of students in the Boarding school Ell-Futhah Bulupayung conducted with four stages, namely (1) Planning already existed before independence programs were implemented such as the procurement of meeting, selection of program self-reliance, and other. The planning stage includes: planning the curriculum, teaching materials, personnel, facilities and infrastructure, as well as program planning; (2) The Organization implemented with the involvement of the elements of boarding schools such as the chaplain, coach, instructor and all elements to help organizing the program of the independence of the students has been running well although there are still lack of human resources because the division of tasks is still stacked and the number of students who follow the activities of the skills in the boarding school; (3) The Implementation of the program was implemented with several stages in which carry out teaching and learning activities, organizational activities of the compulsory routine of the boarding school, individual activities of students day-to-day, activity support, and rules of discipline of the lodge; (4) Supervision and evaluation of the program, caretakers and administrators along with the community participated in evaluating such activities. If there is a weakness, then it will be given input for improvement in the future. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of religious habituation activities on improving the results of Islamic Education (PAI) practice exams at SDN Perumnas 1 Subang. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The research sample consists of sixth-grade students selected randomly. The research instruments include a PAI practice test and observation sheets to measure the intensity and involvement of students in religious habituation activities. The results of the study show a significant improvement in the PAI practice exam results in the group of students who received guidance on religious habituation activities compared to the control group. This guidance has proven effective in forming consistent worship habits and enhancing students' understanding and skills in performing religious practices. The implications of this study highlight the importance of integrating religious habituation activities into the school curriculum to support the improvement of PAI learning outcomes.

Abstract

Personil pada lembaga Kursus. Pengorganisasian personil adalah salah satu dari fungsi manajemen yang bertujuan untuk menentukan orang-orang yang memiliki kompetensi intelektual dan manajerial dalam mengemban organisasi kearah yang lebih baik dan sesuai dengan kemampuannya. Dewasa ini LKP banyak dikelola oleh yayasan pendidikan yang didalamnya banyak melibatkan keluarga dan kerabat sebagai bagian dari karyawan. Hal ini biasanya terjadi pada lembaga pendidikan yang bersifat Non profit dimana lembaga pendidikan tersebut bertujuan sosial. Rancu Apabila dipandang dari kacamata organisasi hal itu bukan suatu kesalahan, namun akan menjadi suatu masalah apabila dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan tidak merinci tugas, fungsi dan tanggung jawabnya sehingga terlihat tidak profesional. Tugas dan fungsi yang tidak jelas dan sesuai akan menghambat pencapaian organisasi secara keseluruhan. Namun tentu saja tidak semua lembaga pendidikan yang berbasis keluarga memiliki kondisi di atas ada juga yang menerapkan manajemen secara profesional. Harapannya dengan Pengorganisasian personil program pendidikan yang berkualitas diselenggarakan secara terencana, terarah dan terpadu dalam suatu sistem pengorganisasian yang efektif dan lugas. Setiap bagian dalam organisasi memunculkan tugas dan fungsinya dengan jelas. Sehingga setiap jabatan memiliki tanggung jawab masing – masing. Dengan memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab tertentu maka organisasi dengan mudah memperbaiki atau menambah fungsinya dalam rangka evaluasi dan perbaikan guna meningkatkan kualitasnya. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan pengorganisasian di pada lembaga Kursus Pelatihan (LKP ) Bahasa Inggris Dan Komputer English Lovers Club ( ELC ) telah terlaksana dengan baik hal ini dilihat dari adanya Koordinasi, Struktur Organisasi dan Pembagian Tugas dalam pengorganisasian lembaga.

Abstract

The instructional leadership of the principal plays a crucial role in guiding and directing teachers to improve their professional competence in line with the demands of educational development. However, in practice, there are still teachers who have not fully demonstrated optimal abilities in designing and implementing effective learning. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the principal’s instructional leadership functions as both a role model and a trainer. This study employed a qualitative approach using the case study method. Interviews with the principal revealed that various activities have been implemented as part of instructional leadership practices, such as learning supervision, internal training (In-House Training), lesson study, and the dissemination of best practices through learning communities. The principal also actively involves teachers in planning these programs through discussion forums. This involvement strengthens the relevance of the programs to the actual needs of teachers, as they are based on reflections from the previous year’s teacher performance assessments. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the principal’s instructional leadership at SMP Negeri 1 Bojongsoang has had a positive impact on improving teachers’ professional competence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of school principals' leadership in managing and developing extracurricular activities in secondary schools. The research focuses on the strategies and approaches employed, the challenges encountered, and the positive impacts of extracurricular activities on students’ development and the school environment. This research adopts a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis, and were analyzed thematically. The findings indicate that the principal plays a strategic role as a planner, facilitator, motivator, and evaluator in the implementation of extracurricular programs. Various strategies, including student interest mapping, training for teacher advisors, external collaboration, and the use of information technology, were applied to enhance activity quality. Despite challenges such as limited budget, time constraints, and student participation issues, principals managed to overcome them through innovative and collaborative approaches. Extracurricular activities have been proven to positively impact students by improving social skills, leadership abilities, self-confidence, and by fostering a positive and participatory school climate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Bimbingan dan Konseling Islami (BKI) dalam meningkatkan moral siswa di SMA Nurul Ilmi. Latar belakang penelitian berangkat dari kebutuhan akan pendekatan pendidikan moral yang lebih integratif, menggabungkan aspek kognitif, afektif, dan spiritual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek guru BK, kepala sekolah, dan siswa yang terlibat dalam layanan BKI. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi BKI dilakukan melalui layanan bimbingan klasikal, konseling individu, mentoring keagamaan, serta pembinaan akhlak Islami. Strategi tersebut berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kedisiplinan, kejujuran, dan empati sosial siswa. Faktor pendukung utama mencakup dukungan kelembagaan, budaya sekolah religius, dan hubungan personal guru–siswa, sedangkan hambatan meliputi keterbatasan tenaga konselor dan fasilitas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa BKI merupakan pendekatan efektif dan kontekstual dalam pembentukan moral dan karakter Islami di sekolah menengah.
