Abstract

Perkembangan website dari web 1.0 sampai dengan web 4.0 membuat banyak teknologi pengembangan website. Mulai dari Bahasa pemrograman, Frameworks, Content Management System (CMS), Static Site Generator (SSG), dan teknologi lain. Masing-masing teknologi pengembangan website memiliki karakteristik, kelebihan, dan kekurangannya masing-masing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan antara 2 teknologi pengembangan website yang banyak digunakan saat ini, yaitu menggunakan CMS dan menggunakan SSG. Ada 10 kriteria yang digunakan sebagai pembanding CMS dan SSG, yaitu komponen, jenis website, kecepatan layanan, fleksibilitas, security, source-control, development speed vs skala website, konten dinamis, admin page, dan hosting. Pendekatan SSG cocok untuk pengembangan aplikasi website dengan skala kecil atau website statis dengan sedikit interaksi dari pengguna. Pendekatan CMS cocok untuk pengembangan website skala menengah atau website dinamis dengan banyak interaksi dari pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil survey ke website upworks dan freelancer, trend SSG masih kalah dibandingkan dengan CMS.

Abstract

Internet access at this time is a daily necessity that cannot be denied. It is certain that most institutions and business entities require internet access in carrying out their activities, including educational institutions. With the development of mobile computer technology in which more users use mobile devices to access the internet, wireless-based network infrastructure is a demand that cannot be postponed any longer. By using a wireless connection to connect to the network, authentication becomes something that must be considered, the use of access to the network by unwanted parties can harm other parties. Changing passwords regularly is important to avoid misuse of access to the network by other parties. This paper presents a problem where when an educational institution implements the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program, students and teachers cannot change passwords using the personal device used, this is because the personal device is not registered with the domain controller at the institution. The solution proposed in this article is to move the NPS RADIUS server function on the local site to LDAP in the cloud using a combination of WLC which handles Wi-Fi clients and Fortinet which handles authentication to the cloud. The implementation results show that the WLC-Forti framework functions well.

Abstract

Kios Tani Murni merupakan sebuah home industry yang bergerak dalam penjualan bidang pertanian. Tingkat penjualan bulanan pada toko tersebut rendah, karena banyak yang belum mengetahui keberadaan dan fungsi toko ini. Kios Tani Murni belum memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam proses penjualan. Gubungan antara pelanggan dan penjual tidak berjalan dengan baik karena tidak ada wadah untuk berdiskusi. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini dibuat sebuah perancangan sistem informasi yang berbasis customer relationship management (CRM) pada proses penjualan, dengan metode Framework for the Application of System Technique (FAST) dan framework PIECES untuk analisis sistem. Observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil  dari penelitian ini adalah adanya rancangan sistem informasi penjualan. Sistem ini membantu dalam transaksi penjualan, stok barang, update harga, kinerja karyawan, pencetakan laporan, dan diskusi antara pemilik dan pelanggan.

Abstract

Cloud computing has a fairly high-security system, however as it can be accessed from anywhere via the internet network, it does not rule out the possibility that the system is safe from cyberattacks, such as Port Scanning, Brute Force Attacks, Malware Attacks, and other types of cyberattacks, T-Pot Honeypot is an all in one system from Honeypot which is an additional security system to detect, trap attacks not to be able to enter the main system. Based on the research results, the implementation of this T-Pot Honeypot can detect attacks and successfully trap attackers by providing false information such as a list of open ports that are the target of the attacker's search. The log data of the detected attack results are processed by the Honeypot system and forwarded into graphs and diagrams that can be seen through the Kibana Dashboard, making it easier for administrators to monitor attack anomalies carried out by attackers so that they can be used to improve security further.

Abstract

A good service system will satisfy the community, making that community’s contentment the deciding factor or the key factor in determining how successful an organization is in providing the service. This research aims to analyze the service system that has been available in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Buru South district through the public satisfaction survey as well as to understand the services system that should be improved to minimize public dissatisfaction with the procedures provided by using the machine learning model, namely Random Forest Classifier technique to obtain a prediction of the satisfaction of the public with the services provided and perform validity testing on the prediction results obtained from the Random forest classifier technique using the Technology Acceptance Model. (TAM). The results of the trials carried out there are 3 determining factors to be able to increase public dissatisfaction namely the complaint service, the service process and the behavior of the officer supported by the validity test results using TAM with the results showing that the 3 services are valid means to be a factor that can be used to increase the public satisfaction with the result obtained from the T-computed value greater than T-table with the value for the Complaint Service 4.4794, service process 2.1345 and the Officer Behavior 1.9675 of the value of the table 1.6517.

Abstract

School is a place where students gain knowledge and as a place where the process of interaction between teachers and students occurs.. The interaction between teachers and students greatly influences the learning interests of students. This study aims to find teachers and indicators that influence students' interest in learning in the school environment using Social Network Analysis (SNA). The research was conducted at Tengaran 1 Public Vocational School with the research object being teachers and class XI students. The results showed that the most dominant actor or teacher in degree centrality, which was chosen by the students, was the actor or teacher with the Cp code, with a value of 26. The next step after calculating the SNA and measure network is indicator validation and classification using Naïve Bayes. The results of the indicator validation show that the validation value for each indicator is more than 0.5, so the indicators can be said to be valid. The classification results using naïve Bayes, with a dataset divided by 80% training data and 20% test data showing an accuracy of 85%. It is hoped that the results of this research can be input to teachers so that in schools they are more active in participating in various kinds of activities held by schools, and are active in interacting with students in the teaching and learning process. So, it is hoped that students will be more active in learning.

Abstract

Product reviews on the marketplace can provide useful information if they are properly processed. Product review analysis can be performed by merchants to obtain information that can be used to evaluate products and services. It is not enough to look at the number of stars in product review analysis activities; it is also necessary to look at the entire contents of the review comments to determine the intent of the review. This can be done manually in small quantities, but in large quantities, the system is more efficient. In order to understand the intent of the reviews, a system that can effectively analyze many reviews is required. Using the Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) method, this study aims to analyze sentiment on the influence of shopping interest based on comments in the marketplace. The RNN model is trained to recognize positive and negative sentiments using data from the marketplace. The sentiment analysis results will be used to assess the impact on user shopping interest in the marketplace. Sentiment analysis was performed in this study using the RNN method in the GRU/LSTM training model with epochs. The researcher determined the epoch to achieve high accuracy. The data used for model training and testing is separated into training and testing data before it is used. A comparison of 80% of training data and 20% of test data is used to split data. This study uses a training model with 77 epochs and a batch size of 128 to create a system that automatically calculates comment sentiment in the marketplace with a 100% accuracy value and determines positive and negative sentiments.

Abstract

In response to the escalating cybersecurity threats, this research focuses on leveraging text mining techniques to analyze network security data effectively. The study utilizes user-generated reports detailing attacks on server networks. Employing clustering algorithms, these reports are grouped based on threat levels. Additionally, a classification algorithm discerns whether network activities pose security risks. The research achieves a noteworthy 93% accuracy in text classification, showcasing the efficacy of these techniques. The novelty lies in classifying security threat report logs according to their threat levels. Prioritizing high-risk threats, this approach aids network management in strategic focus. By enabling swift identification and categorization of network security threats, this research equips organizations to take prompt, targeted actions, enhancing overall network security.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi menjadi salah satu bagian penting dalam perusahaan yang memberikan manfaat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas proses bisnis, terutama di sektor pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan rekomendasi mengenai kesiapan tata kelola teknologi informasi tepat gunadan investasi yang layak diimplementasikan pada Perguruan Tinggi XYZ. Permasalahan yang muncul disebabkan karena belum ada proses pemeriksaan mengenai kesesuaian standart sistem dan kesulitan dalam menghitung costbenefit yang diperoleh dari investasi sistem informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan framework COBIT 5.0 domain DSS01, bertujuan memberikanrekomendasi tata kelola teknologi informasi pada bagian manage operation dan metode Information Economics untuk melakukan analisis manfaat investasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan wawancara denganHead IT Operation dan beberapa staff. Hasil penelitian menggunakan COBIT5.0 domain DSS01, menunjukkan bahwa prosesmonitoring operasional yang diimplementasikan belum sepenuhnya dijalankan, yaitu sebesar 81%. Hasil analisis metode Information Economic, dampak ekonomis Enchanced ROImenyatakan bahwa nilai persentase simpleReturn on Investment sebesar 145,66% atau dengan skor 1, menunjukkan bahwa investasi ini memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan walaupun tidak besar.Kata Kunci: SistemInformasi, Tata Kelola, COBIT 5.0, Information Economics.

Abstract

The accuracy of air quality detection is a crucial aspect influencing user trust and satisfaction with artificial intelligence (AI) based air quality detection applications. However, only a few studies have tested the effect of the accuracy of AI-based quality detection on users' acceptance and use of these applications. This study aims to fill this gap by addressing the impact of perceived accuracy on behavioral intention and behavior using the AIKU application. This research uses a quantitative approach with the online survey method, distributed in January 2023 - February 2023 to AIKU users. Valid data were 287 respondents from 317 who were received and analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). This study uses a modified technology acceptance (TAM) model by adding perceived intelligence as a mediating variable between perceived accuracy and usefulness. The results showed that nine hypotheses were accepted from the 13 hypotheses proposed. The results section of hypothesis testing shows that the effect of perceived AIKU application accuracy on perceived usability and ease of use is insignificant. However, these influences indirectly affect the behavioral intentions and attitudes of users. Even if users do not perceive purity as an essential factor, the user's attitude towards the application is still positive. This study makes a theoretical contribution by developing the TAM model by incorporating variables of perceived accuracy and perceived intelligence relevant to the AI-based context.
