Abstract

Abstract

Human resources are important assets in the which can be a source of strength and competitive advantage for the company if it managed properly. Therefore, it is very important for companies to maintain the welfare of employees, because fluctuations in the quality of employees are inseparable from the influence of job satisfaction of the employees. Reward is one of the determinants of job satisfaction. This is a reward system for employees' job satisfaction of Singosari National Artificial Insemination Center. A quantitative causal method, this is a quantitative causal method. Through the results of the results of the simple linear regression process, the results of the study show that the reward system has a significant effect on employees' job satisfaction by 51.7% while the remaining 48.3% are other factors outside of this research. In the future, BBIB Singosari has to be more clear about employee salaries and overtime wages. Therefore, it will be proportional. This can be encouragement for employees to be able to work harder and so they can improve the performance achievments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan Knowledge Sharing Enablers yang terdiri atas dimensi Enjoyment in Helping Others, Knowledge Self-Efficacy, Top Management Support, Organizational Rewards dan ICT Use terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Divisi Helicopter Completion Center PT Dirgantara Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kausalitas. Pengambilan sampling menggunakan metode sampling jenuh yaitu semua populasi karyawan Divisi Helicopter Completion Center PT Dirgantara Indonesia. Teknik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Knowledge Sharing Enablers berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Helicopter Completion Center PT Dirgantara Indonesia.

Abstract

Human resources are corporate assets and a very important factor to determine the success or failure of an organization in achieving its goals. Employee performance is a real behavior that everyone displays and is generated by employees. Individual characteristics are special traits that a person has that distinguishes them from others. A non-physical work environment is all circumstances that occur related to a working relationship. The purpose of this study was to find out if individual characteristics and non-physical work environment affect employee performance at PT Tirta Investama Bandung. This research uses quantitative method with descriptive research type. Sampling techniques use nonprobability sampling techniques with saturated sampling categories involving 30 respondents. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. Based on the results of descriptive analysis of individual characteristics, non-physical work environment and overall employee performance in good category. The influence of Individual Characteristics and Non-Physical Work Environment by 44.4 and the remaining 55.6 was influenced by other variables not studied in this study. Partially, the non-physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance and individual characteristics do not have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Tirta Investama Bandung. The highest amount of influence is the non-physical work environment and then the individual characteristics. Abstract

The fourth industrial revolution's revolutionary changes to the business environment and skill sets, along with increased global mobility, global demographic and economic trends, and a more diverse workforce, are creating the ideal storm for strategic human resource management (SHRM). A tough corporate climate that requires constant advancement and innovation has been identified as the hallmark of the knowledge-based economy. Organizations' capacity is significantly impacted by the caliber of knowledge they apply to succeed in the increasingly competitive knowledge-based market economy. The methodologies of this study employed the traditional Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which compiled some previous studies to be examined. The initial studies were only selected from the article published in a reputable journal indexed by Scopus. Of the 207 reviewed articles, 31 articles were selected to be included in the analysis. Talent management is the methodical planning, acquisition, development, performance management, engagement, and retention of workers who have been identified as having talent within the company. In order to establish an evidence-based comprehensive multilevel framework, this review intends to compile empirical evidence on the components of talent management. The crucial components are talent management practices, determinants, and results. This evaluation attempts to describe the majority of talent management practices as well as the best suggestions for enhancing talent management in the tourism industry

Abstract

In an increasingly digitally connected world, technology products such as the iPhone have become a popular choice among consumers; Service quality and customer satisfaction play an important role in consumer purchasing decisions. The research method used is a survey distributed to participants who are iPhone product users. The collected data were analyzed using regression analysis and descriptive statistics to evaluate how the studied variables relate to one another. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on purchasing decisions for Iphone products. The number in this study are customers who use Iphone products with a total of 100 respondents. Based on the results of the study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality and consumer trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Better understanding of how service quality and customer satisfaction influence consumer decisions to buy iPhone products allows companies to develop more efficient marketing strategies and increase customer loyalty. Further research can be conducted to explore other components that can influence consumer purchasing decisions for technology products.

Abstract

To be able to compete and survive in all conditions, every company pays great attention to the maintenance of human resources as a company effort to obtain an effective strategy that aims to support the company's success in achieving its goals. This research was conducted to determine the effect of implementing total quality management (TQM) on innovation performance through knowledge sharing as an intervening variable at Auto 2000 Soekarno Hatta 145 Bandung. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive-causality research type. As for sampling, it was carried out using the saturated sampling technique method, with a total of 70 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis and the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) assisted by the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of this research indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between total quality management (TQM) and innovation performance, total quality management (TQM) and knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing and innovation performance, as well as an indirect relationship between total quality management (TQM) on innovation performance through knowledge sharing. So that in an effort to improve employee innovation performance, the application of total quality management (TQM) and knowledge sharing needs to be evaluated and improved at Auto 2000 Soekarno Hatta 145 Bandung.

Abstract

Setting up a business can be an option for someone to work after retirement, and technological developments can accelerate business development, especially small businesses, to enable them to reach a wider market at relatively low costs. Technology is very closely related to people's daily lives. However, older people often have limitations in learning new technologies. Therefore, technological literacy is very important nowadays, so developing technology can be used effectively and positively impact users. As a university that has a vision of playing an active role in the development of technology, science, and arts based on technology, the Faculty of Communication and Business, Telkom University plays an active role in this progress, one of which is through contributions in increasing technological literacy for business people. The introduction of online business applications for retirees who own small businesses in Bandung is a form of community service aimed at increasing the adoption of technology and skills to develop online businesses effectively. This activity was carried out using the seminar method and practical use of business applications. This activity was attended by 30 retirees of the Wredatama Association of the Republic of Indonesia (PWRI) West Java, who already have businesses.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on employee competencies with organizational culture as a mediator. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the direct and indirect effects between the variables in this study include knowledge sharing, employee competencies, and mediated with the organizational culture at PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional III Jawa Barat. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with a type of descriptive-causal analysis. Sampling with non-probability sampling with a type of sampling jenuh with a sample of 100 respondents taken from employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional III Jawa Barat. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques and Partial Least Square analysis – Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS analysis tools. The results of this analysis show the organizational culture as a mediator in partial mediation resulting in changes or impairment of knowledge sharing variables to the employee's competence. Organizational culture makes knowledge sharing to influence competencies indirectly become insignificant, it can be concluded that the culture of the organization is still not able to give the influence of good mediator. Abstract

Tingginya pengguna transportasi online yang semakin meningkat tiap tahunnya, telah menimbulkan tingkat persaingan yang semakin ketat di antara layanan transportasi online. Hal ini menjadi perhatian bagi Grab dalam membangun tingkat purchase intention. Salah satunya dengan meningkatkan electronic word of mouth dan electronic service quality. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategic electronic word of mouth dan electronic service quality terhadap purchase intention pada aplikasi Grab di JABODETABEK. Metode pendekatan kuantitatif yang digunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif-kausalitas.Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik non probability sampling metode purposive sampling berjumlah 101 pengguna Grab di JABODETABEK.Teknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bahwa electronic word of mouth berpengaruh signfikan terhadap purchase intention pada Aplikasi Grab, electronic service quality berpengaruh signfikan terhadap purchase intention pada Aplikasi Grab, electronic word of mouth dan electronic service quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention pada Aplikasi Grab di JABODETABEK
