Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived quality on brand image, brand trust and brand loyalty, the effect of brand image and brand trust on brand loyalty, and the effect of the relationship between perceived quality on brand loyalty mediated by brand image and brand trust. The method in this study is to use a type of quantitative research method. This study serves to prove the relationship between research variables. Data analysis techniques were performed using Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS version 25.0. The research sample is bakery consumers in Kudus Regency as many as 172 respondents. This study obtained the results that perceived quality has an effect on brand image, brand trust, and brand loyalty, brand image and brand trust have a significant effect on brand loyalty, and brand image and brand trust mediate perceived quality on brand loyalty. This research provides managerial implications in the form of the importance of maintaining and increasing perceived quality through brand trust and brand image to meet consumer satisfaction so as to create brand loyalty.

Abstract

Teknologi yang semakin berkembang memberikan kemudahan dalam instansi perbankan baik perbankan syariah maupun konvensional untuk memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi. Oleh karena itu BSI KCP Lamongan dituntut untuk bisa memanfaatkan media digital sebagai sarana untuk memasarkan produk tabungan easy wadiah agar lebih dikenal dan mendapatkan peminat yang cukup banyak. Akan tetapi kegiatan pemasaran syariah berbasis digital ini belum sepenuhnya terealisasikan secara maksimal dilihat dari diagram yang mengalami penurunan. Dalam hal ini perlu dilakukan kajian mendalam melalui penelitian kualitatif tetang manajemen pemasaran syariah berbasis digital pada tabungan easy wadiah di BSI KCP Lamongan. yang nantinya diharapkan bisa meningkatan dan mengembangkan BSI KCP Lamongan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, pengambilan data nasabah untuk produk tabungan easy wadiah dan didukung oleh data lain yang seperti jurnal, buku dan skripsi yang terkait dengan menggunakan teknik analisa yang digunakan yakni meredukasi, menyajikan data dan memberikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar dalam mempromosikan dengan memanfaatkan media sosial seperti Whatsaap Business, Instagram, web form BSI dan BSI Mobile Banking. Dari hasil memanfaatkan media tersebut mengalami peningkatan jumlah nasabah yang melakukan aktivitas pembukaan rekening untuk tabungan easy wadiah di BSI KCP Lamongan.

Abstract

 The purpose of this research is to find out the sharia marketing strategy as a solution to increase LinkAja Syariah consumer loyalty. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Source of data obtained from primary data through interviews. The findings of this study indicate that the sharia marketing strategy implemented by LinkAja is a strategy that can increase the loyalty of LinkAja Syariah consumers. Promos and events are one of the sharia marketing strategies that are organized by providing various features in one application that make it easy and very practical for users to carry out all their transaction needs. The LinkAja Syariah strategy is carried out as an implementation to the community of the importance of sharia-based transaction education. The sharia marketing strategy is a form of activity that aims to meet customer needs through good behavior in providing halal products and services following a mutual agreement to achieve material and spiritual balance.

Abstract

This study analyzes murabahah financing to help ease the burden on customers and promote MSME businesses. In general, murabahah financing is given to customers for short-term financing to meet the needs of an item needed by the community. This research method uses a qualitative approach, namely research that describes events and all matters related to circumstances based on facts found in the field. This study uses primary and secondary data with data collection methods through observation and interviews. The findings from this study indicate that the strategy implemented by BSI KCP Trunojoyo Bangkalan can solve the problem, namely through Rescheduling, Reconditioning, and Restructuring. Management assistance, Novation (AYDA), subrogation, inclusion, liquidation under the hands of HT/FEO execution auctions, auction via court, execution auction via Basyarnas, execution auction via court.

Abstract

KSPPS BMT NU of East Java, which is a non-bank financial institution, has the task of gathering and channeling the financing, especially in Lenteng sub-district. As one of the institutions that has an important role in funding, the employees of KSPPS BMT NU East Java, Lenteng branch have duties and responsibilities, as well as the goal of each period to be able to gather or give funding to the community. Of course, it is not easy. Therefore, the leadership factor is very necessary to motivate the employees to carry out the tasks and responsibilities has been given. The purpose of this research is to analyze the styles of Islamic leadership applied and also to find out how the styles of leadership can improve the motivation of the employees of KSPP BMT NU East Java, Lenteng branch. This research used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used observation methods, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research, the Islamic leadership style applied in KSPPS BMT NU East Java, Lenteng branch is a typology of the democratic leadership style. The style is quite good in improving the motivation of employees. It can be proved by the presence of a harmonious, open working environment as well as by giving good motivation and appreciation to the employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sharia marketing strategy applied at BSI KCP Pasar Babat Lamongan in increasing the interest of pension financing customers in 2022 which had decreased. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques that include observation, interviews and documentation. The informants selected in this study are determined by purposive sampling techniques, namely by choosing sources that are considered to know the research topic best. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, referring to the concept of marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence) which is reviewed through the value of sharia marketing from the nature of the Prophet SAW (Shiddiq, Fathanah, Amanah, Tabligh). The results of the study stated that the sharia marketing strategy that implements a marketing mix combined with the exemplary qualities of the Prophet SAW, was able to increase the interest and number of disbursements of pension financing customers in November 2022.

Abstract

There are still some problems and risks that occur in financing at BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Sugio Branch. The risk that occurs in BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Sugio Branch is bad credit, which is a risk due to the failure of members to pay financing installments. This risk arose because most of the member's income decreased due to the market stand that was empty of customers. The focus of this research is on how to apply risk management in financing as well as the causes and solutions. The research method used is a qualitative approach and uses a case study strategy. Then the data collection was carried out by connecting the questions from the data obtained with the conclusions from interviews with several parties from BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Sugio Branch. In addition to the risks that occur in murabahah financing, the results of the study also explain the analysis practiced by BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Sugio Branch in order to minimize risk with 5C principles which are inseparable from Sharia principles. Efforts made by BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Sugio Branch in dealing with the risk of non-performing financing are by approaching, rescheduling, reconditioning, restructuring and creating a collection group. ABSTRAKTerdapat beberapa permasalahan juga risiko yang terjadi dalam pembiayaan di BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Cabang Sugio. Risiko yang terjadi pada BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Cabang Sugio ini yaitu kridit macet, yang merupakan risiko akibat kegagalan anggota untuk membayar angsuran pembiayaan. Timbulnya risiko ini karena sebagian besar pendapatan anggota yang menurun akibat stand pasar yang sepi pelanggan. Fokus dari penelitian ini yaitu pada bagaimana penerapan manajemen risiko dalam pembiayaan sekaligus penyebab juga solusinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan strategi studi kasus. Lalu pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menghubungkan antara pertanyaan dari data yang diperoleh dengan kesimpulan hasil wawancara beberapa pihak dari BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Cabang Sugio. Selain mengenai risiko yang terjadi dalam pembiayaan murabahah, hasil penelitian juga menjelaskan mengenai analisis yang dipraktikan oleh BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Cabang Sugio guna meminimalkan risiko dengan prinsip 5C yang tidak terlepas pada prisnsip Syariah. Upaya yang dilakukan BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Cabang Sugio dalam menghadapi risiko terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah yaitu dengan melakukan pendekatan, rescheduling, reconditioning, restructuring serta pembuatan grup penagihan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja pengelolaan wisata halal di Pantai Talang Siring, Kabupaten Pamekasan, dari perspektif ekonomi Islam. Pantai ini memiliki potensi besar sebagai destinasi wisata halal, namun menghadapi berbagai masalah pengelolaan, termasuk penurunan pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana prinsip wisata keberlanjutan dan prinsip ekonomi Islam diterapkan dalam pengelolaan wisata Pantai Talang Siring, dengan mempertimbangkan aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengelolaan Wisata Halal Pantai Talang Siring melibatkan masyarakat lokal, Pokdarwis, UMKM, serta didukung Dinas Pariwisata dan pemerintah desa. Kendala utama adalah perawatan fasilitas, pengelolaan sampah, keterbatasan anggaran, serta kurang optimalnya promosi dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Pelatihan masyarakat ada, namun perlu ditingkatkan. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, prinsip akidah, syariah, akhlak, dan ukhuwah diterapkan. Fasilitas ibadah tersedia, namun pengelolaan lingkungan butuh perbaikan. Syariah di implementasikan melalui fasilitas halal dan pengawasan, tetapi bisa ditingkatkan. Kerjasama antar pihak sudah baik, namun koordinasi masih perlu diperbaiki.

Abstract

Wisata alam yang ada di Pamekasan salah satunya adalah Ekowisata Mangrove yang terletak di Desa Lembung Kecamatan Galis Kabupaten Pamekasan yang setiap harinya cukup ramai dikunjungi oleh wisatawan. Ekowisata Mangrove Lembung hadir sejak tahun 2019. Namum seiring berjalannya waktu Ekowisata Mangrove Lembung Pamekasan mulai mengalami penurunan jumlah pengunjung. Penurunan jumlah pengunjung disebabkan adanya permasalahan yang terjadi dikarenakan perkembangan Ekowisata Mangrove Lembung Pamekasan yang belum optimal karena beberapa faktor. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi kinerja pengelolaan objek Ekowisata Mangrove Lembung Pamekasan dan sejauh mana prinsip-prinsip Maqashid Syariah diterapkan dalam pengelolaan objek Ekowisata Mangrove Lembung Pamekasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Teknik triangulasi data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data dan teknik triangulasi teori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manajemen pengelolaan Ekowisata Mangrove Lembung Pamekasan menggunakan Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling (POAC) secara keseluruhan, ada aspek yang berjalan cukup baik, tetapi koordinasi dan anggaran merupakan dua masalah utama yang harus segera diperbaiki untuk mencapai pengelolaan yang lebih efisien dan efektif. Disisi lain secara keseluruhan pengelolaan Ekowisata Mangrove Lembung Pamekasan sudah cukup baik dari perspektif Maqashid Syariah. Namun masih ada ruang untuk peningkatan, terutama dalam aspek keselamatan / Hifdzu Nafs dan manajemen anggaran Hifdzu Mal agar lebih optimal dalam mencapai tujuan syariah secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Awareness of the importance of halal certification in Indonesia, especially among micro and small business actors (MSEs) in the food and beverage sector, is still low. This is in line with government regulations that require halal products for the Muslim majority community. The halal certification education program held in Panempam Village, Pamekasan, aims to improve the understanding and readiness of MSE actors in applying for halal certification according to the self-declare scheme regulated in the SEHATI program. This educational activity involved 20 MSE participants who attended discussion and training sessions to understand the concept of halal, the importance of certification, and application procedures in accordance with the latest regulations. Observations and interviews conducted in the initial stage showed a low understanding of MSE actors regarding halal certification procedures. However, after the education, there was an increase in knowledge and interest of participants to apply for halal certification. The results of this activity indicate that halal certification education can increase the awareness of MSE actors to produce safe, quality products that meet halal standards, which in turn will build consumer trust in local products. In conclusion, training like this plays an important role in encouraging MSEs to comply with regulations, increase product competitiveness in the market, and contribute to the regional economy. In the future, continued support in the form of technical assistance is expected to ensure the sustainability of the halal certification program among MSEs.
