Abstract

The development of the culinary business is currently getting tighter. Many new competitors have emerged and made culinary businessmen who previously required culinary businessmen to put up a very precise strategy so as not to be outdone by their competitors. Sinjay Restaurant is a restaurant that makes duck the main menu. But even though there are many competitors around it, this Sinjay restaurant is still the most superior. Over time, the development of Sinjay's restaurant is currently growing rapidly. With the rapid progress of the Sinjay restaurant, researchers are interested in the leadership style applied, as well as the work culture used in the Sinjay Bangkalan restaurant. Researchers use descriptive qualitative research types where researchers will conduct research by going directly to the research location. Data collection techniques were carried out in several ways, namely by interviews and documentation. The data obtained by the authors were in the form of primary data and secondary data. after getting the data it will be analyzed first. In conducting data analysis researchers will use descriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that Islamic leadership plays an important role as a guide and reinforcer of Islamic organizational culture to produce optimal organizational performance. The leader of RM Sinjay Bangkalan plays a very important role with this very good work culture, because the leader regulates all aspects implemented by the Sinjay Bangkalan Restaurant. Abstract

Rumah Potong Unggas adalah kompleks bangunan dengan ranacangan dan susunan khusus yang persyaratan teknis hygiene tertentu terpenuhi serta diaplikasikna nenjadi lokasi memotong unggas untuk konsumen masyarakat umum. Dalam pemotongan unggas ini terdapat prospek yang menjanjikan pada masyarakat karena daging unggas khususnya ayam potong yang cukup tinggi. Bisnis Rumah Potong Unggas ini didirikan tepat dipinggir jalan yang mana dampak dari bisnis tersebut dapat dirasakan oleh pengguna jalan. Adapun dampak yang dihasilkan dari bisnis pemotongan hewan yakni pencemaran udara, pencemaran lingkungan disaat hujan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana etika bisnis Islam kepada aktivitas bisnis pemotongan hewan di Rumah Unggas Jalan Kalimati Tengah Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yakni penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Wawancara disini dilakukan kepada pemilik usaha, karyawan, dan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan bisnis rumah potong unggas ini belum menjalankan sepenuhnya prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam. Dalam menjalankan aktivitas pemotongan pemilik usaha hanya menjalan prinsip unity dan free will namun dalam prinsip equilibrium dan prinsip responsibility belum dijalankan oleh pemilik usaha.

Abstract

Pendampingan sertifikasi halal jalur self-declare bertugas mendampingi pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil menengah dalam memenuhi persyaratan kehalalan produk. Self deklarasi adalah pernyataan status halal produk UMK secara mandiri. Pelaku usaha dapat melakukan selfdeclare jika telah memenuhi persyaratan tertentu, yaitu harus ada pendampingan oleh pendamping proses produk halal (PPH) yang terdaftar. Jalur sertifikasi halal dengan selfdeclare bagi pelaku UMKM harus berdasarkan beberapa kriteria. Kriteria yang wajib dipenuhi pelaku UMKM untuk menyatakan diri adalah produknya tidak berisiko, menggunakan bahan yang sudah dipastikan kehalalannya, dan proses produksi yang dipastikan kehalalannya serta sederhana. Maka dari itu, penulis megambil judul “Model Pendampingan Sertifikasi Halal Jalur Self-Declare Bakorwil Pamekasan Perspektif Maslahah” Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, yang mana proses pencarian datanya melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode ini di pilih agar data penelitian dapat bersifat mendalam dan menyuluruh mengenai analisis maslahah tentang model pendampingan sertifikasi halal jalur selfdeclare Bakorwil Pamekasan prespektif maslalah. Tujuan penelitian tentang Model Pendampingan Sertifikasi Halal Jalur Self-Declare Bakorwil IV Pamekasan Prespektif Maslahah adalah untuk menganalisis sistem sertifikasi halal dalam kategori Self-Declare. Yang mana kategori Self-Declare yaitu salah satu dari kebijakan sertifikasi halal yang dibuat oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempertanyakan apakah kategori Self-Declare adalah solusi terbaik untuk meningkatkan jumlah sertifikasi halal dan mencapai keseimbangan antara jumlah yang tersedia dan permintaan produk halal. Hal ini penting karena meskipun permintaan produk halal di Indonesia terus meningkat dan jumlah yang tersedia masih kurang. Penelitian ini juga akan membahas dampak dari model pendampingan sertifikasi halal terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of knowledge, promotion, religiosity, and consumer income on decision-making to become financing customers at KSPPS BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. This analysis includes a validity and reliability test, a class assumption test, a multiple regression analysis test, hypothesis testing through the t-test and the f-test, and determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that knowledge (X1) has a partially positive and significant influence on customer decisions. This is based on the results of the t-test of knowledge = 3.122, then T count > T table or 3.122 > 1.664, with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Promotion (X2) has no partial positive and significant effect on customer decisions. this is based on the results of T count Promotion = 1.367, then T count > T table, or 1.367 > 1.664 with a significance value of 0.175 > 0.05. Religiosity (X3) has a positive and partially significant effect on customer decisions, this is based on the results of T count: Religiosity = 2.093, then T count > T table, or 2.093 > 1.664, with a significance value of 0.039 < 0.05. Income (X4) has a positive and partially significant effect on customer decisions, this is based on the results of T count Income = 6,500, then T count > T table or 6,500 > 1.664 with a significance value of 0,000 < 0.05. Based on the determination test, the R square value shows 0.744, or the equivalent of 74.4%. This indicates that 74.4% contributed to the influence of factors such as knowledge, promotion, religiosity, and income on the decision to become a financing customer at KSPPS BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. Meanwhile, the remaining 25.6% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Kepercayaan muzakki harus menjadi proritas lembaga amil zakat. ketidakpercayaan bisa muncul karena dugaan kegiatan pengelolaan zakat. Contoh dugaan dapat seperti apakah dana ZIS sudah tepat sasaran atau tidak. Hal tersebut merupakan risiko yang harus dikelola dengan baik. Risiko merupakan ketidakpastian yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian atau ancaman, sehingga risiko perlu dikelola dengan manajemen risiko yang baik. Sekarang, setiap dana disimpan dengan sistem sehingga lebih memudahkan kegiatan amil tetapi juga menimbulkan risiko kegagalan sistem. Risiko kegagalan sistem merupakan salah satu risiko operasional. Tujuan penelitian ini guna mengetahui pengelolaan risiko operasional menggunakan COSO ERM Modifikasi yang dikenalkan BAZNAS dan Bank Indonesia dimana dapat digunakan mengukur tingkat frekuensi terjadinya, dampak, kerentanan, dan kecepatan sebuah LAZ. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan deskriptif  kualitatif. Sumber data primer melalui wawancara dan penelitian survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 11 risiko operasional pada lembaga zakat Al Azhar Jawa Timur terbagi menjadi 4 level. Risiko level rendah yakni Bukti transfer palsu. Risiko level sedang yakni kesalahan pencatatan, SDM tidak amanah, tidak selesainya dana dalam setahun, dan mitra tidak sesuai MOU. Risiko level tinggi yakni kecemburuan antar mustahik dan kegagalan sistem. Terakhir, risiko level tidak adanya konfirmasi donatur, tidak tercapainya target, adanya tumpang tindih penyaluran, dan kurang SDM. Risiko level rendah cukup diatasi rutin, risiko level sedang risiko dapat diterima cukup dikelola manajemen. Risiko level ekstrim dan tinggi perlu ditransfer manajemen senior untuk segera memperoleh pengelolaan risiko level tersebut.Kata Kunci : Risiko Operasional, LAZ Al Azhar Jawa Timur, Metode COSO : ERM Modifikasi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Murabaha financing profit-sharing system at KSPPS BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. This type of research is qualitative research that uses a descriptive approach, which was carried out at KSPPS BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observations, and literature studies. The data analysis used is descriptive, namely by knowing how to apply the profit-sharing system in Murabaha financing at KSPPS BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. The results of this study show that the profit-sharing calculation system in Murabaha financing at KSPPS BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik applies the Revenue Sharing profit sharing system. The profit-sharing system in KSPPS BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik is by Islamic law with the absence of usury or taking many advantages of this Murabaha financing. KSPPS BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik does not take much advantage instead, KSPPS BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik sets a very low-profit sharing percentage unlike other bank and non-bank financial institutions that set a relatively high-profit sharing and prioritize profits. KSPPS BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik also benefits from corporate financing.

Abstract

Salah satu produk hijab yang saat ini banyak digunakan adalah produk hijab bella square. Dalam melakukan suatu keputusan pembelian memiliki faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan adanya keputusan untuk membeli sebuah produk, salah satunya produk hijab bella square ini. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari islamic branding, religiusitas, kualitas produk, dan halal lifestyle terhadap keputusan pembelian produk hijab bella square. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Menggunakan metode regresi linier ganda pada SPSS V.26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel islamic branding dan religiusitas tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk hijab bella square. Sedangkan variabel kualitas produk dan halal lifestyle memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk hijab bella square, sehingga secara bersamaan islamic branding, religiusitas, kualitas produk dan halal lifestyle jika bersama memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk hijab bella square

Abstract

The Waqf Law mandates that waqf management is expected to sustain and improve the ummah's economy, but many waqf practices are not carried out according to procedures, such as changing Nazirs without coordinating with the Indonesian Waqf Board, which is done by many Kyai in Bangkalan Regency. Waqf Core Principles is an initiative effort that aims to provide a description of the position and role of waqf management and supervision systems in economic development programs and as a methodology on the core principles of management and supervision. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data were obtained from waqf managers in Islamic boarding schools in Bangkalan Regency, targeting effective waqf management in Waqf Core Principals, using componential analysis with Atlas.ti. The research findings show that the practice of waqf in Islamic boarding schools in Bangkalan Regency is more of a formal practice as a requirement for obtaining assistance and the like, including the waqf management structure revolving around close family circles, while in terms of supervision, the government is passive in waiting if there are problems and adjusting the budget in socialization and supervision activities. Building awareness of the utilization of waqf assets can be done through structured counseling through existing instructors in each sub-district by building synergies with pesantren, as educational, religious and social institutions that are trusted to be at the forefront and pilot of waqf development.

Abstract

Lombang Village, Batang Batang District, Sumenep Regency is a marine tourism area of Lombang Beach. Although it has become part of a tourism development managed by the government, this tourism still requires the role of the community and surrounding communities in helping the tourism development program by increasing the promotion of lombang beach business with the method of utilizing information technology. Lombang Beach is a tourist attraction that is most visited by the community so that by holding promotions by utilizing information technology it becomes a potential as tourist attraction to be better known and able to move potential tourists to visit it

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived quality on brand image, brand trust and brand loyalty, the effect of brand image and brand trust on brand loyalty, and the effect of the relationship between perceived quality on brand loyalty mediated by brand image and brand trust. The method in this study is to use a type of quantitative research method. This study serves to prove the relationship between research variables. Data analysis techniques were performed using Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS version 25.0. The research sample is bakery consumers in Kudus Regency as many as 172 respondents. This study obtained the results that perceived quality has an effect on brand image, brand trust, and brand loyalty, brand image and brand trust have a significant effect on brand loyalty, and brand image and brand trust mediate perceived quality on brand loyalty. This research provides managerial implications in the form of the importance of maintaining and increasing perceived quality through brand trust and brand image to meet consumer satisfaction so as to create brand loyalty.
