Abstract

This study aims to build communicative santripreneurs at Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Al Choliliyah Pasuruan through speech and MC training in three languages as an effort to enhance the social entrepreneurship capacity of the santri. By emphasizing effective communication skills, this training aims to equip the santri with public speaking abilities and entrepreneurship-based skills that can open up opportunities for social business in the future. The results of this study are expected to strengthen the communication skills of the santri, boost their confidence, and encourage them to take an active role in the world of sustainable social entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the learning strategies implemented by Islamic Religious Education teachers at Mutiara Bangsa Elementary School Pringsewu, Lampung, after the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research involves primary data from school principals, deputy principals, and teachers, as well as secondary data in the form of important documentation related to data on teachers, students, and infrastructure. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that teachers implement strategies to improve the quality of learning through careful curriculum planning, organizing teaching tasks, and comprehensive evaluation. Evaluation is carried out through written assessments, interviews, and accidental oral assessments. Apart from that, teachers also strengthen teaching materials by habituating good behavior among students, aiming to form good morals automatically without needing to think long. This research concludes that the strategies implemented are quite effective in increasing students' interest in learning, although there are still some students who have not achieved the expected results. More intensive efforts are needed to achieve better educational outcomes in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the impact of oil palm-cattle integration to increase the revenue of oil palm farmers Community in East Aceh. The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative. The data has been analyzed through three stages, the first stage is data reduction, the second stage is data display and the last stage is the conclusion. The results showed that the integration of oil palm with cattle have a positive impact on increased farmers'revenue in East Aceh, it estimated approximately at 60% to 80%. This depends on the integration model being implemented, whether by letting the cattle graze freely (wild-release system) or by grazing them safely (enclosure system) and put the cattle in the cage at night.

Abstract

The availability of the Qanun on the Prevention of Sexual Violence represents a strategic and systematic step to address the issue of rampant adultery and sexual violence, particularly in Uteun Kot Village, Lhokseumawe City. As a village inhabited by residents with diverse cultural backgrounds due to the heterogeneity of its population, Uteun Kot is highly vulnerable to acts of adultery and sexual violence. The main problem addressed in this community service activity is how to formulate a village-level qanun on the prevention of sexual harassment as an effort to empower village officials. The method used in this activity is a quantitative approach, consisting of several stages: identifying cases of sexual violence, examining the prevention and resolution processes that have previously been implemented, and conducting training on drafting the Qanun for the prevention of sexual violence. The absence of such a qanun has placed village authorities in a position where they are unable to fully resolve family conflicts related to sexual violence. More importantly, preventive measures are not carried out in a planned, systematic, and measurable manner. This reality underscores the significance and urgency of establishing a qanun on the prevention of sexual violence in Uteun Kot Village. The presence of this qanun serves as a strategic solution for preventing and resolving conflicts rooted in sexual violence, thereby fostering and sustaining harmony within the community. Law enforcement, based on the qanun, guarantees the stability of social order by ensuring the existence of norms in community social practices. The qualitative outcome of this program is targeted to produce one Qanun on the Prevention of Sexual Violence for Uteun Kot Village. Furthermore, in terms of publication, the outputs include a scientific article published in a community service journal (OJS-based) and a media publication, both with published status

Abstract

This study aims to develop and analyze the effectiveness of the Meutaloe Wareeh agricultural empowerment model in organic rice farmer groups in North Aceh. Meutaloe Wareeh is a local wisdom approach rooted in the values of cooperation and togetherness in Acehnese society, which is applied in sustainable agricultural land management. This model integrates organic farming practices with the principles of active farmer participation, environmentally friendly natural resource management, and capacity building through training and mentoring. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Meutaloe Wareeh model significantly increased organic rice productivity and farmer welfare in North Aceh. In addition, this model has succeeded in reducing farmer dependence on chemical agricultural inputs and increasing local food security. Factors such as community commitment, government support, and access to organic markets have also played a role in the success of this model. However, challenges related to technology adaptation and climate change are still major concerns. Overall, the Meutaloe Wareeh model has proven great potential as a holistic and sustainable agricultural empowerment strategy, which can be replicated in other areas with adjustments to the local context.

Abstract

Environmental education is pivotal in shaping sustainable character among students, particularly within ecologically vulnerable regions. This study investigates the implementation of an environment-based learning model structured through the 4D framework—Discover, Deepen, Develop, and Demonstrate—to foster environmental care character among students at a coastal Islamic elementary school in Pasuruan, Indonesia. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, document analysis, and a supporting questionnaire involving three teachers, one curriculum coordinator, and thirty Grade 5 students. Data analysis was conducted manually using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, enabling in-depth thematic exploration aligned with the 4D learning stages. The findings demonstrate that the sequential application of the 4D model significantly enhanced students’ environmental awareness, moral reflection, responsibility, and action orientation. Contextual, hands-on activities such as tree planting, waste management projects, and thematic discussions anchored in Islamic ethical values contributed to the profound internalization of sustainability principles. Pedagogical alignment between planning, implementation, and assessment further reinforced the model’s transformative impact. This study concludes that environment-based learning through a structured 4D framework offers an effective pathway for character development in Islamic education and provides practical insights for curriculum innovation in ecologically sensitive educational settings.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the integration of Fiqh Muamalah in economic education at Pondok Pesantren Sidogiri. It explores how Fiqh Muamalah teachings are applied in the context of Islamic economic education at a traditional pesantren. Methodology/Approach: The research was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Sidogiri located in Pasuruan. The study uses a field research approach with a qualitative descriptive design. Data collection techniques involved interviews, observations, and documentation. Results/Findings: The study found that Pondok Pesantren Sidogiri successfully integrates Fiqh Muamalah with Islamic economic education through collective ijtihad and integrative ijtihad approaches. The pesantren also applies Islamic principles in its pesantren cooperatives and sharia financial institutions, contributing to the economic empowerment of the community. Conclusion: The findings indicate that the integration of Fiqh Muamalah at Pondok Pesantren Sidogiri strengthens the role of pesantren not only as a center of Islamic scholarship but also as an institution for developing Islamic economic practices. By contextualizing classical teachings with contemporary issues, the pesantren provides a model of how traditional Islamic education can remain relevant and contribute to community-based economic empowerment. Limitations: This study is limited to one pesantren, so the findings may not fully reflect the practices of other pesantren. The use of a descriptive qualitative method means that broad generalizations cannot be made. Contribution: This study contributes to the development of Islamic economic education at pesantren and can serve as a reference for further research on the integration of Fiqh Muamalah in economic education at traditional pesantren.

Abstract

This study investigates the enablers and challenges of digital transformation for women tilapia farmers in Sleman Regency, aiming to understand its role in enhancing food security. The research employed qualitative approaches, including document analysis, focus group discussions, and in-depth interviews with 28 informants, conducted in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Findings reveal that women farmers in the 'Mina Mandiri' group effectively leverage digital technologies to boost productivity and market.  Reach. Key enablers include strong support from local resources, family, and community networks. Despite these enablers, they are still facing structural hurdles, including restricted access to education, inadequate computer literacy, and the absence of gender-responsive regulations, compounded by cultural impediments associated with gender roles and male dominance in the sector. The study underscores the critical need for gender-responsive strategies to overcome these obstacles and fully harness the potential of digital transformation, thereby significantly enhancing food security through the empowerment of women tilapia farmers.

Abstract

Kopi adalah minuman yang sangat digemari Masyarakat dengan cara diseduh dengan air panas Berkaitan dengan hal pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilakukan di Kelurahan Deli Tua kecamatan Namo Rambe Deli Serdang yaitu transfer Teknologi proses Gongseng biji kopi untuk meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas dari biji kopi yang digongseng. Salah satu teknologi yang ditransfer yaitu membuat mesin penggongseng kopi dengan pemanas kompor berbahan bakar LPG. Melalui program Pengabdian Masyarakat pada usaha kelompok minuman kopi Kanno Coffeekelurahan DeliTua Kecamatan Namo RambeKabupaten DeliSerdang melaluipenyuluhan dan menerapkan Teknologi Tepat Guna berupa mesin penggongseng kopi . Penggunaan Teknologi Mesin Penggongseng kopi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, produksi, menurunkan kehilangan hasil dan meningkatkan mutu, nilai tambah dan daya saing produk kopi. Hasil yang ingin dicapai darikegiatan iniantara lain, kelompok usaha mendapatkan wawasan danketrampilan penggunaan Teknologi yang sesuai dalam memproduksi kopi dengan menggunakan mesin sehingga kuantitas dan kualitas produk dapat ditingkatkan dan berkembang yang dapat meningkatkan ekonomi kelompok usaha minuman kopi di Kelurahan Deli Tua Kecamatan Namo Rambe Kabupaten Deli Serdang Medan. Coffee is a trendy drink in the community by brewing it with hot water. In connection with the community service carried out in the Deli Tua Village, Namo Rambe sub-district, Deli Serdang, namely the transfer of technology to roasting coffee beans to increase the quantity and quality of roasted coffee beans. One of the transferred technologies is making a coffee roaster machine with an LPG-fired stove. Through the Community Service program for the Kanno Coffee coffee drink group business, Deli Tua sub-district, Namo Rambe District, Deli Serdang Regency through counseling and applying Appropriate Technology in the form of coffee roasting machines. The use of Coffee Roasting Machine Technology is expected to increase efficiency, and production, reduce yield losses and improve the quality, added value, and competitiveness of coffee products. The results to be achieved from this activity include business groups gaining insight and skills in using appropriate technology in producing coffee using machines so that the quantity and quality of products can be increased and developed, which can improve the economy of coffee drink business groups in Deli Tua Village, Namo Rambe District, Deli Serdang Regency Medan.

Abstract

Penggunaan media pembelajaran edukatif dalam proses pembelajaran sangat dibutuhkan karena untuk membantu guru menyampaikan materi pembelajaran kepada peserta didik dan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman serta motovasi siswa dalam pembelajaran. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru madrasah diniyah darul falah adalah 1) tidak memiliki keterampilan yang cukup untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran edukatif secara maksimal. 2) kurangnya pelatihan atau pendampingan yang relevan dan spesifik bagi guru-guru Madrasah Diniyah Darul Falah dalam hal pembuatan media pembelajaran edukatif. Program kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan ini adalah pendampingan guru madrasah diniyah dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran edukatif dalam proses pembelajaran agar siswa lebih aktif dan termotivasi untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan ini mencakup pemaparan materi terkait dengan media pembelajaran edukatif kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan dalam pengembangan dan penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah berupa media pembelajaran edukatif yang akan digunakan dalam pembelajaran di madrasah diniyah darul falah batu putih desa jatirejo kecamatan lekok kabupaten pasuruan. Dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran edukatif ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di madrasah diniyah darul falah batu putih.
