Abstract

Government service activities are related to the apparatus. The apparatus is required to perform services and organize tasks with a code of ethics. The code of ethics is a reference for action and understanding the values that are relevant to personal character. The ethics that need to be oriented to the government is the ethics of state administration. Such as public services by the apparatus in Tegalrejo Village, DringuSubdistrict, which must carry out services to the public and fulfill the elements that can serve the needs of Tegalrejo villagers. This is interesting to do research, related to administrative ethics on improving quality public services by the apparatus in the Tegalrejo Village Office, DringuSubdistrict. The results showed that administrative ethics were applied to improve quality public services by the apparatus at the Tegalrejo Village Office in Dringu Sub-district. Including aspects of efficiency in resources and funds that are utilized for the benefit of Tegalrejo villagers. The effectiveness aspect relates to the suitability of the ability and knowledge of the village apparatus in organizing services for the benefit of villagers. Aspects of service quality relate to friendliness and communicativeness, and timeliness in accordance with the conditions of the villagers and techniques that are easily accepted and understood by the villagers. The responsiveness aspect relates to the readiness and willingness of the apparatus to act with superior programs. The accountability aspect relates to the actions of the apparatus in services relevant to SOPs, regulations and policies.Research with qualitative type with interview techniques, observation, and documentation.

Abstract

Abstract Population growth increases food needs and shrinks land. Based on Law 18/2012 and Government Regulation 17/2015, food diversity is attempted to be increased through Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L), targeted the use of unproductive yard land as a producer of nutritious and market-oriented food. The implementation in Probolinggo Regency is in Krucil District. Obstacles were found; 1) lack of human resources, 2) low understanding, 3) low vegetable consumption. In the public policy implementation realm, this is related to the implementation gap and implementation capacity which is interesting to research using a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data gathering is carried out through interviews, observation and documentation, coupled with Interactive Model analysis. The result of the P2L Program implementation in Krucil District is located in Sumberduren Village through Farmers Group Makmur 01. In terms of implementation based on Meter and Horn, the communication aspect went well, with several obstacles. The qualification of implementers is also adequate, but lack in terms of numbers. Other resources is adequate, as for the funds is amount to 15 million/each farmer group are deemed insufficient. The disposition of implementers and policy targets show an attitude of support, especially for members of Poktan Makmur 01 as policy beneficieris. Abstract

This community service aims to empower the residents of Ngadisari Village in economic development through the utilization of foreign tourists. This topic was chosen because, although the natural tourism potential, such as Mount Bromo and Seruni Point, has been utilized, further development is still needed. The method used is descriptive qualitative, which includes interviews and observations to understand the conditions and needs of the community. The results of the community service show that skills training, local product development, and promotion of the village's natural beauty can attract more tourist interest, positively impacting the community's income. Active community involvement in tourism development also enhances a sense of ownership and sustainability of initiatives. In conclusion, community empowerment through foreign tourism not only boosts the local economy but also strengthens the village's cultural and social identity.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat pesisir melalui kewirausahaan berbasis potensi lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di Kota Probolinggo, Jawa Timur. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat pesisir dapat dilakukan melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan, pengembangan produk berbasis potensi lokal, pembentukan kelompok usaha bersama, serta peningkatan akses permodalan dan pemasaran. Keterlibatan pemerintah daerah, perguruan tinggi, dan lembaga terkait sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung program kemiskinan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pemberdayaan ini mampu meningkatkan pendapatan, kreativitas, dan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat pesisir. Hasil ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pemerintah dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya dalam mengembangkan program pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat pesisir berbasis potensi lokal yang berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: pemberdayaan ekonomi, masyarakat pesisir, kewirausahaan, potensi lokal Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat pesisir melalui kewirausahaan berbasis potensi lokal. Hasil ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pemerintah dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya dalam mengembangkan program pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat pesisir berbasis potensi lokal yang berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: pemberdayaan ekonomi, masyarakat pesisir, kewirausahaan, potensi lokal.

Abstract

One of the factors that causes the digital gap between urban and rural areas is the unequal distribution of infrastructure and availability of human resources and digital technology which influences the use of Digital Management Information systems at the village level, precisely in the form of web bases or dashboards that have been integrated in the form of Apps. Sumberlele Village is a village in Kraksaan District, Probolinggo Regency, East Java Province, Indonesia, where the village government area has made progress towards one of them having a more very influential role, namely the role of digital transformation, in an effort to create a system. Village Service Management Information. This service also aims to provide a more complex understanding and explanation to the community about how to implement a digital information system through evaluation of digital management information systems through community socialization of sumberlele village, kraksaan district. This digital form is very important and helps to facilitate village bureaucratic services to provide good service to village communities when applying administration, daily village office administrative interactions.

Abstract

Humans as legal subjects are always connected to the administrative process with civil law from birth to death. Even in society, it also takes care of the existence of inheritance rights for heirs. However, the process of imposing inheritance rights is not easy and can cause conflict. So that the entire process of the rights and obligations of the heirs can be carried out with a certificate of inheritance rights. The issuance of suket heirs involves the Subdistrict and Kelurahan as officials who witness and certify. As in Mayangan Sub-district, Probolinggo City, to improve public services in special administration of heirship certificates in order to minimize conflicts and have complete and official data. Mayangan Sub-district of Probolinggo City implemented the Jebol-Keris innovation (Jemput Bola Surat Keterangan Ahli Waris). This is interesting to research. The research used is qualitative research, while the method uses descriptive methods. The research focus is in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of PAN Number: 63/KEP/M.PAN/7/2003. The results showed that the Jebol Keris program in Mayangan Subdistrict was running in accordance with service standardization starting from procedures, time, costs, products, infrastructure, and employee competence in issuing heirship certificates.

Abstract

Penggunaan smartphone dalam pembelajaran fisika memberikan dampak positif dan menimbulkan masalah lain, salah satunya adalah penyalahgunaan gawai untuk kegiatan lain, seperti bermain game. Hal ini menyebabkan pembelajaran menjadi kurang efektif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan aplikasi berupa buku digital berbasis augmented reality dan gamifikasi untuk pembelajaran fisika untuk materi medan magnet. Penelitian ini mengikuti langkah-langkah pengembangan model ADDIE, yang meliputi analisis, desain, dan pengembangan. Data untuk pengembangan dikumpulkan melalui analisis konten fisika, media pembelajaran, dan analisis perangkat lunak yang terkait dengan augmented reality dan permainan Maze Chase. Lima orang pakar melakukan validasi terhadap media ajar yang dihasilkan. Setelah dikembangkan, media pembelajaran medan magnet berbasis augmented reality dan gamifikasi dihasilkan menjadi buku digital. Berdasarkan hasil validasi pakar, nilai CVR untuk semua aspek yang tervalidasi adalah 5, yang lebih besar dari CVR kritis yaitu 4. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan valid dan layak untuk mendukung pembelajaran fisika SMA tentang medan magnet.

Abstract

Indonesia is a maritime country. Indonesia optimizes its maritime potential relevant to the country's goal as a world maritime axis. Maritime development is oriented toward the five pillars of the world maritime axis: maritime culture, economy, connectivity, diplomacy, and security. This can be realized in Indonesian policies, including the blue economy policy. Increasing relevant local potential in the blue economy at the port of Probolinggo City involves various parties. Researchers are interested in researching the quintuple Helix (QuiH), orienting the Probolinggo City Port environment with blue economy principles. The research applied a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research locus is in the Probolinggo City Port area. This research shows the quintuple helix innovation model in developing Probolinggo City Port with blue economy principles. The quintuple helix model in the Probolinggo City Port Complex describes that the innovation flow is driven by the role of the main helixes/subsystems of innovation, namely academics, the Probolinggo City Government, business actors, the Probolinggo City community, and the natural environment of the port in Probolinggo City. Technically, the role of each helix is very diverse; not all helixes have the same portion of the role, and not all helixes play a role as producers of innovation.

Abstract

The Library Development Program as a Support for Youth Literacy in Tambelang Village, Krucil District, Probolinggo Regency aims to enhance literacy among youth in Tambelang Village by providing adequate village library facilities. The implementation method includes location surveys, development planning, procurement of books and other supporting facilities, and community outreach. The program's results show an increase in reading interest and literacy activities among village youth. The library built has become a center for learning and self-development for the people of Tambelang Village, particularly the younger generation. This program is expected to be sustainable and have a long-term impact on improving the quality of human resources in Tambelang Village, Krucil District, Probolinggo Regency.

Abstract

Teaching aids can help students to gain an understanding of the concepts they learn. Based on the facts obtained at SMAN 1 Waru through teacher interviews and observations of the physics laboratory, the sound wave material of the sound source sub-chapter on organ pipes has never been practiced. The school needs more props to facilitate organ pipe practicum activities. This development's main objective is to create feasible closed organ pipe props in terms of accuracy and precision of sound propagation speed. The analysis stage is the initial stage in the ADDIE model development research. The ADDIE model development research carried out only until the Development stage, because the purpose of this research is only limited to developing and conducting trials in terms of accuracy and precision of the data obtained to produce a closed organa pipe props as a valid learning media to be implemented based on the validator's assessment. The speed of propagation of sound in air is obtained by multiplying the frequency value by the wavelength. The average value of the wavelength produced is (344.22 ± 0.034) m/s. The value of the sound propagation speed in the air produced using the developed closed organa pipe is not exactly the same as the theory but the value is almost close. The difference between the speed of propagation of sound in the air by experiment and theory is 1.22, so with a precision of 99.99% and the percentage of accuracy error is 99.65%, it is classified as a fairly high level of accuracy. Therefore, it can be concluded that the developed closed organa pipe props can be used as learning media to determine the value of sound propagation velocity.
