Abstract

Alat peraga sebagai media pembelajaran dapat membantu peserta didik dalam memahami suatu konsep fisika. Berdasarkan analisis fakta melalui observasi laboratorium fisika dan respon beberapa peserta didik pada pembelajaran fisika salah satu SMA swasta di Surabaya, materi Energi Alternatif pada kurikulum merdeka masih belum diajarkan menggunakan alat peraga. Laboratorium fisika yang terbatas dan media pembelajaran yang sering digunakan adalah Powerpoint dan E-book, sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menciptakan alat peraga Mini Sopetric (Solar Powered Electricity) pada materi energi alternatif yang valid dan dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran fisika. Metode penelitian ini berupa penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE dan terbatas sampai pada tahap Develop (Pengembangan). Alat peraga Mini Sopetric merupakan pembangkit listrik tenaga surya dalam skala kecil yang dikembangkan dan diujicoba oleh peneliti untuk memastikan alat peraga dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan dapat membantu pemahaman peserta didik pada materi energi alternatif. Melalui alat peraga ini dapat dilakukan kegiatan praktikum untuk menganalisis tegangan suatu rangkaian kelistrikan sederhana dan konversi energi surya ke energi listrik. Desain alat peraga Mini Sopetric termasuk inovatif dan efisien dalam penggunaannya. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian ahli, diketahui bahwa validitas alat peraga Mini Sopetric yang diperoleh sebesar 92.67% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat peraga Mini Sopetric valid dan dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran fisika pada materi energi alternatif di kelas X SMA.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan UU No. 6 Tahun 2014 dalam upaya mengurangi tingkat pengangguran di masyarakat melalui program Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Desa Negororejo, Kecamatan Lumbang, Kabupaten Probolinggo. Diharapkan, UU ini dapat memberdayakan masyarakat desa dan menciptakan peluang kerja baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam, melibatkan 15 informan yang terdiri dari pengurus BUMDes, pejabat pemerintah desa, dan anggota masyarakat setempat. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis tematik untuk menemukan pola dan tema yang muncul dari hasil wawancara. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan UU No. 6 Tahun 2014 melalui program BUMDes di Desa Negororejo berhasil menciptakan beberapa lapangan kerja baru dan menurunkan tingkat pengangguran. Namun, ada tantangan terkait akses pasar dan modal yang perlu diatasi. Selain itu, dukungan dari masyarakat dan sikap positif para pelaksana turut berkontribusi pada keberhasilan program ini. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa program BUMDes merupakan instrumen yang efektif dalam mengurangi pengangguran di Desa Negororejo. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini mencakup perlunya peningkatan alokasi dana desa untuk pengembangan BUMDes, keterlibatan yang lebih aktif dari masyarakat dalam pengelolaan BUMDes, serta peningkatan komunikasi dan kolaborasi antara BUMDes dan lembaga terkait untuk memperkuat efektivitas program.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to train the making of alternative energy kits to support the learning of the Merdeka curriculum, especially for grade X for physics teachers in Nganjuk district. Physics learning in the Merdeka Curriculum requires students to think critically and innovatively through a discovery process using a project-based learning model (PjBL). One of the applications of the PjBL learning model in physics is in the alternative energy material for grade X phase E. Based on observations, there is still a lack of supporting kits to support the chapter Alternative Energy. This Community Service activity is divided into several stages, namely: identification of problems and partner needs, Community Service preparation, Community Service implementation, training in making Alternative Energy kits, and evaluating the results of Community Service activities. All participants were very enthusiastic in participating in the activity. Even from the results of the response questionnaire using Google Form which was distributed to participants, it appears that the training material provided is relatively new, interesting, and inspiring. The results of the questionnaire also showed that the training material was relevant to the needs of teachers. Participants hope that similar activities can also be improved with technology-based learning media training.

Abstract

Women's empowerment and environmental management are two important issues in sustainable development. Dharma Wanita Association (DWA) Probolinggo City responded to these two issues through creative training in making decorative flowers from used spunbond bags. This training aims to teach DWA members how to utilize spunbond bags, which often accumulate in households due to the policy to reduce the use of plastic bags, into economically valuable craft products. Apart from supporting policies to reduce plastic waste, this training also functions as a means of empowering women by increasing their skills and creativity in the field of handicrafts. The results of this activity are not only environmentally friendly decorative flower products, but also the potential for further development in the field of recycling-based crafts. This training opens up opportunities for participants to develop small businesses based on recycled products, as well as expand networks with other communities that support the waste management movement. In addition, the potential for this activity can be integrated with environmental education and adopted as a sustainable program to increase environmental awareness in society. With increasing awareness of the importance of protecting the environment, recycling-based training like this has bright prospects and can become a model for similar activities in the future. This activity not only provides economic and social benefits for DWA members, but also contributes to global efforts to reduce the negative impact of plastic waste on the environment.

Abstract

Malaria parasite examination is conducted by analyzing the blood of individuals suspected of having malaria, either through a rapid method using Rapid Diagnostic Tests (RDT) or through microscopic examination. This study aimed to evaluate the performance of RDT as a fast and practical alternative for malaria diagnosis. An analytical observational design was used, involving 73 patients as respondents. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and venous blood sampling, followed by RDT testing and microscopic examination. The results showed that RDT had a sensitivity of 81.8% and a specificity of 100%. The study concluded that although RDT is fairly reliable in detecting positive cases (true positives), there are still some undetected cases (false negatives), particularly among individuals with low levels of parasites in their blood (low parasitemia).

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan bantuan langsung tunai dari dana bagi hasil cukai hasil tembakau di Kecamatan Sangkapura, Kabupaten Gresik. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk memahami kondisi di lapangan secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sumber daya manusia masih bersifat sederhana dan menghadapi hambatan utama berupa menurunnya etos kerja, kurangnya pemahaman tentang program, serta faktor internal lainnya yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Pihak pengelola melakukan berbagai upaya seperti evaluasi kinerja dan penyesuaian peraturan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan. Kesimpulan dari studi ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kompetensi dan motivasi pegawai serta penguatan manajemen sumber daya manusia sangat penting agar program berjalan lebih optimal dan manfaatnya dapat dirasakan secara maksimal oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-services in public service delivery at the Public Service Mall (MPP) of Probolinggo City, in order to enhance transparency and accountability. The background of this research is based on the demands of bureaucratic reform, which encourage digital transformation in public services to create an open and accountable system of governance. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using the e-service implementation theory based on the Information System Success Model by DeLone and McLean (2003), which includes dimensions of system quality, information quality, service quality, system use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of e-services at MPP Probolinggo has made a positive contribution to improving information access and service efficiency, thereby fostering transparency and accountability in public service delivery. Nevertheless, several challenges were identified, such as limited digital literacy among the public and the need to improve the stability of the electronic service system. This study recommends strengthening human resource capacity, continuous public outreach, and regular evaluations of the e-service system to optimally achieve transparent and accountable public services. Abstract

The use of information technology transforms government activities with the aim of increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of government administration which has an impact on the quality of service. One of the innovations from the Ministry of Communication is SiCantik Cloud, a smart application for integrated public cloud-based licensing services that can be used by government agencies independently. The Gresik Regency Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Office (DPMPTSP) is currently implementing the SiCantik Cloud application in licensing services. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the SiCantik Cloud application based on the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Number 15 of 2014. The determination of informants using the purposive sampling method totaling 6 informants consisting of DPMPTSP employees) Gresik Regency and the community as users of the SiCantik application. Based on data from findings in the field, the implementation of the SiCantik Cloud application in Gresik Regency has been able to provide a positive impact on services that can increase the issuance of business permit documents every year. The features in the Sicantik application are considered simple and easy enough for the public to understand, although there are still people who do not fully understand how to operate the Sicantik application. The results of the evaluation by researchers based on the indicators of Requirements, Systems, mechanisms and procedures, Service period, Costs, Service products, and Complaint handling are considered to be in accordance with the SOP stated in the Gresik Regent Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Business Licensing and Non-Licensing Services in Gresik Regency and are very helpful in terms of services that are easy and fast. Abstract

This research aims to examine the validity, effectivenes, and practicality of HOTS-based e-modules using the Sigil application. Employing a research and development method with the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation), this research involved 35 students of class X MIPA 8 at SMAN 2 Bangkalan in the academic year of 2021/2022 as the research subjects. This HOTS-based e-module development research includes a pre-experimental design type that used the one-group pre-test post-test method. The obtained data from this study were the results of HOTS-based e-module validation, pre-test results, post-test results, and students’ response data to the use of HOTS-based e-modules. In this study, it was found that the results of HOTS-based e-module validation using the Sigil application on circular motion material were 4,556 in the material aspect and 4,498 in the media aspect; both are categorized as very good. The average results of the students' pre-test and post-test were 6.46 and 70.83, respectively. The average n-gain value is 0.69, which indicates that the effectiveness of using HOTS-based e-modules using Sigil applications on circular motion material was in the medium category. The result of the students’ response questionnaire was 4.05 (good category), which indicates that the HOTS-based e-module using the Sigil application is practical. The conclusion of this study is that the development of the HOTS-based e-module using the Sigil application on circular motion material is valid and practical.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat efektivitas e-book berbasis Science, Environment, Technology, and Society (SETS) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada materi Fisika Fluida Statis. Penelitian dengan jenis penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan desain pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluate). Pada tahap Implementasi ini menggunakan penelitian pra-eksperimental. desain pretest-posttest satu kelompok. Pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling di salah satu Sekolah Menegah Atas Negeri di Kota Surabaya kelas XI sebanyak 37 peserta didik sebagai sampel data. efektivitas e-book berbasis SETS memperoleh skor 94,59 % masuk dalam kategori efektif. E-book berbasis berbasis pada materi fluida statistic dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dengan peningkatan N-gain <g> kategori rendah sejumlah 2 siswa, kategori sedang sejumlah 23 siswa, dan kategori tinggi sejumlah 12 siswa.
