Abstract

Alos satellite is one of the natural resources satellite that could be used in 3D applications. The problemsthat be taken in generate 3D model with satellite imagery are the model always be formed as DigitalSurface Model (DSM), not Digital Terrain Model (DTM), Digitallen HöheModellen (DHM), Digital GeoidModel (DGM) or Digital Elevation Model (DEM). The reference system of 3D model that are produced byAlos satellite image still as surface for z axis, for x axis and y axis has been closed to 2D reference systemin some certain datum and system of map projection. In case, it needs a research for observating theaccuracy and precision of Alos satellite data using a least square adjustment of parameter methods. Theresults of this research will be used as reference for next research to invent a way for changing DSM fromAlos satellite image to be DEM, DTM, DHM, DHM, and DGM digital-automatically. It is a new innovationof differentialing technical of 3D model.A differentialing technical from DSM to be DEM could be done with least square adjustment in parametermethods. It calls DSM2DEM*. This new innovation methods for differentialing DSM2DEM. In that studycases, differentialing technical that are used be divided for two class, that are lowland area and highlandarea. Differentialing in that two class use similar methods, just is differentiated in sum up of researchingpoints that are used. In this research study of cases are in highland area and lowland area. In highlandarea uses minimize 14 researching points and in lowland area uses minimize seven researching points.That differentialing technical are done in Alos images. In other satellite images, photos, videos that studyin highland and lowland area also use this methods for differentialing DSM2DEM. Order level that areused as research points will influence the quality of its data accuracy and precision.

Abstract

The environment change in the coastal area can be caused by nature factors for example abrasion,sedimentation and by human factor for example is coastal reclamation. The environment change in the coastalarea can influence change of coastline.Change of coastline can be evaluated and surveyed based on map and satellite image. The coastline changedetection in Semarang City had been done for several years based on Semarang City’s topographic map (1938)and Quickbird Satellite Image (2006).The research change of coastline carried out by Remote Sensing Method and Geographic Information System.Based on research and field survey in Semarang City, there are significant coastline changes includingabrasion, sedimentation and reclamation.Conclusion can be obtained from this research is the wide change because coastline change in Semarang Cityfrom 1938 until 2006: which caused by reclamation factor and sedimentation factor is equal 502.437 Ha, andabrasion factor is equal 458,323 Ha.

Abstract

Problems that are often faced by water companies, particularly in PDAM Demak are water leaks in the distribution channel. The problem became a threat resulting considerable loss to PDAM Demak. The problem requires a solution to help the PDAM Demak to analyze the distribution pipelines become more optimal. One method used to solve the pipeline leakage in the distribution network PDAM Demak is doing thematic mapping distribution pipeline represents the actual field conditions. Furthermore the results of thematic mapping is processed through Geographic Information Systems (GIS) can be simulated distribution of water flow conditions to determine the level of water leakage occurs. Simulation results , which is done through software EPANET 2.0, a reference to find out which areas have a tendency to water leaks. The area can be mapped on a thematic map that has been built so as to provide information areas prone to leak water in PDAM Demak. Thematic mapping of distribution pipeline is done by GPS navigation survey. The mapping produces a thematic maps as a basemap for water distribution simulation process. Simulation results illustrate that the village Sidomulyo into areas prone to water leakage with the highest rate of water loss is 24,50% from 44.022 m3of water production in December 2012.

Abstract

Base Transceiver Station (BTS) representation one of appliance of supporter of telecommunicationsnetwork. The development of BTS have to each other in circuit by other BTS or which have been planned.The situation BTS in circuit between other BTS without obstacle are called Line of Sight (LoS). Thetopographic survey is method of survey work to make sure the Line of Sight BTS. The topographic surveyconsist of GPS survey and study map for determination of high of BTS antenna and the Line of Sight ofBTS can be made.

Abstract

Remote sensing is a branch science of Geodesy Engineering that using satellite applications for survey andmapping. One of the natural resources satellite that be used for mapping is Alos Satellite.It is own of Japan, italso could be used in 3D Application, especially Prism and Palsar. There are some methods for making 3Dapplication that are stereo mode, interferometry, and DSM2DEM. Geometric correction of this satellite is veryimportant so it needs a study for its statistical test. Alos satellite have 3D shape as Digital Terrain Model(DSM), not Digital Terrain Model (DTM), Digitallen HöheModellen (DHM), Digital Geoid Model (DGM) orDigital Elevation Model (DEM). Alos satellite that be used are Alos Prism where it has spatial resolution in 2.5meter. The reference system of 3D model that are produced by Alos satellite image still as surface for z axis, forx axis and y axis has been closed to 2D reference system in some certain datum and system of map projection.So, this research will give result of its accuracy and precision and it could uses for the reference system.For its statistical test, it needs a method for checking its accuracy. It is least square adjustment in parametermethods. In case, it needs a research for observate the accuracy and precision of Alos satellite data using aleast square adjustment of parameter methods. Data from Alos satellite will be compared with data from Globalpositioning System (GPS) of geodetic. The results of this research will be used as reference for next research toinvent a way for changing DSM from satellite, radar, air video and interferometry-automatically.

Abstract

To justify the law enforcement in the land’s ownership right, Government of Indonesia (GOI) hasestablished land registration program in all Indonesian territory that refers to the regulation. This landregistration program consists from several action which is, surveying, mapping, and land documentation.Land surveying should be refers to the cadastral technical rule and jurisdiction rule. Land surveying withphoto map identification could be applied by using photo map as base map registration. To verify the landboundaries in the field we must get an agreement from the land’s owner, neighbours, local governmentofficer and surveyor. Land surveying that use identification method should be refers to the technicalspecification order from Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN). There are several limitations from theidentification method; we can’t carry out this method in the crowd residence area and area which coveredby trees.

Abstract

Kabupaten Boyolali memiliki terminal sebagai fasilitas publik yang berada di Desa Siswodipuran. Namun, pada tahun 2017 sesuai dengan Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) Kabupaten Boyolali, fasilitas publik yang semula di Desa Siswodipuran dipindahkan ke Desa Penggung. Selain itu, Kecamatan Boyolali dilewati pembangunan jalan tol Semarang-Solo yang dilakukan oleh PT Jasa Marga (Persero). Seiring dengan bertambahnya waktu, Kecamatan Boyolali mengalami peningkatan jumlah penduduk. Hal tersebut mempengaruh peningkatnya aktifitas masyarakat sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya perubahan penggunaan lahan berupa pemukiman dan perubahan harga/nilai tanah. Metode pada  penelitian ini  menggunakan metode tumpang susun (overlay) yang merupakan salah satu analisis dari SIG. Tahapan selanjutnya itu dilakukan analisis perubahan penggunaan lahan terhadap zona nilai tanah yang dikaitkan dengan pengaruh perpindahan terminal dan pembangunan jalan tol Semarang-Solo di Kecamatan Boyolali. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terjadi perubahan penggunaan lahan pada tahun 2013 – 2018. Kenaikan penggunaan lahan tertinggi terdapat pada permukiman sebesar 1%, dan kenaikan terendah terdapat pada industri sebesar 0,37%. Penurunan penggunaan lahan tertinggi terdapat pada sawah sebesar 1,28% dan terendah pada kebun  sebesar 0,29%. Perubahan zona nilai tanah terdapat kenaikan pada zona 3 di Desa Penggung, terjadi kenaikan 1.183,08%. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kenaikan adalah dekat dengan fasilitas publik yaitu pembangunan terminal baru dan pasar Penggung, selain itu dekat dengan jalan nasional, pada zona 3 perubahan penggunaan lahan dari kebun menjadi pemukiman dan kebun menjadi terminal baru. Pembuatan jalan tol melewati zona 12, 13, 19, 30, 33, 36, 39, dan 40 pada peta ZNT 2018, yang mengalami kenaikan perubahan kenaikan terbesar pada zona 38 pada tahun 2013 berubah menjadi zona 39 pada tahun 2018, naik sekitar 994,87%. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kenaikan karena merupakan permukiman padat penduduk, dekat dengan jalan utama, dan adanya pembangunan jalan tol, selain itu terjadi perubahaan penggunaan lahan dari permukiman menjadi jalan tol. Zona lainnya mengalami kenaikan tetapi tidak begitu besar karena daerah exit tol. Kenaikan nilai NIR per m2 terendah terjadi pada zona 14 sebesar 24% dan mengalami perubahan penggunaan lahan kebun menjadi industri.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDanau Rawa Pening merupakan salah satu danau di Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang terletak di Kabupaten Semarang. Danau Rawa Pening yang dikelilingi oleh Kecamatan Ambarawa, Kecamatan Bawen, Kecamatan Tuntang dan Kecamatan Banyubiru teridentifikasi terjadi konversi lahan yang cukup besar. Pertumbuhan penduduk yang semakin pesat mengakibatkan peningkatan kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana, sehingga akan menimbulkan masalah penggunaan lahan yang fungsinya tidak sesuai dengan Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana kesesuaian antara rencana dengan keadaan yang ada di lapangan sehingga mempermudah dalam melakukan pengawasan dan membuat kebijakan terkait penataan ruang. Proses yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu membuat peta penggunaan lahan tahun 2013 dan 2018 dengan digitasi on screen. Hasil peta penggunaan lahan tahun 2013 dengan interpretasi citra Worldview-2 sedangkan peta penggunaan lahan tahun 2018 dengan citra SPOT 6. Peta penggunaan lahan tersebut akan dianalisis perubahan dan kesesuaiannya dengan RTRW. Berdasarkan analisis perubahan penggunaan lahan tahun 2013 dan 2018 didapatkan hasil berupa peningkatan dan penurunan luas penggunaan lahan. Luas lahan yang bertambah yaitu Kawasan Danau sebesar 18,61 Ha (1,15%), Kawasan Industri sebesar 45,51 Ha (56,63), Kawasan Perkebunan sebesar 43,63 Ha (0,51%), Kawasan Permukiman Perdesaan sebesar 77,02 Ha (5,69%), Kawasan Permukiman Perkotaan sebesar 68,17 Ha (4,69%) sedangkan luas lahan yang berkurang yaitu Kawasan Pertanian Lahan Basah sebesar 225,14 Ha (4,52%)  dan Kawasan Pertanian Lahan Kering sebesar 27,79 Ha (3,54%). Kesesuaian penggunaan lahan terhadap Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) Kabupaten Semarang Tahun 2011-2031 pada tahun 2013 sebesar 14.627,34 Ha atau 76,10 % sedangkan pada tahun 2018 sebesar 14.433,01 Ha atau 75,09% dari total luas wilayah penelitian, sehingga kesesuaian penggunaan lahan wilayah penelitian mengalami penurunan dalam rentang waktu 5 tahun sebesar 194,33 Ha atau 1,01%.Kata Kunci :Danau Rawa Pening, Kesesuaian, Penggunaan Lahan, Perubahan Penggunaan Lahan, Rencana Tata                      Ruang Wilayah. ABSTRACTRawa Pening Lake is one of the lakes in Central Java Province located in Semarang Regency. Rawa Pening Lake is surrounded by Ambarawa Subdistrict, Bawen Subdistrict, Tuntang Subdistrict and Banyubiru Subdistrict, identified a fairly large land conversion. The rapid population in that place is increase causing the development of need for facilities and infrastructure, so that it will cause land use problems whose functions are not in accordance with the Spatial Regional Planning (RTRW). This study aims to look at how the plan matches the circumstances in the field making it easier to conduct surveillance and make policies related to spatial planning. The process carried out in this study is to make land use maps in 2013 and 2018 with digitization on screen. The results of the 2013 land use map with the interpretation of  Worldview-2 image while the land use map in 2018 with the SPOT 6 image. The land use map will be analyzed for changes and compliance with the RTRW. Based on the analysis of land use changes in 2013 and 2018 the results obtained in the form of an increase and decrease in land use. The area of land that has been increased is the Lake Area by 18,61 Ha (1,15%), Industrial Area by 45,51 Ha (56,63%), Plantation Area by 43,63 Ha (0,51%), Rural Settlement Area by 77,02 Ha (5,69%), Urban Settlement Area at 68,17 Ha (4,69%) while the reduced land area is Wetland Agriculture Area at 225,14 Ha (4,52%) and Land Agricultural Area Dry matter of 27,79 Ha (3,54%). The suitability of land use to the Semarang Regency’s Spatial Regional Planning (RTRW) in 2011-2031 in 2013 was 14.627,34 Ha or 76,10% while in 2018 it was 14.433,01 Ha or 75,09% of the total area of the study, so that the suitability of the land use of the study area has decreased in the span of 5 years by 194,33 Ha or 1,01%.Keyword : Change of Land Use, Land Use, Rawa Pening Lake, Spatial Planning, Suitability

Abstract

Badan Pertanahan Nasional, sebagaimana ditetapkan dalam Keputusan Presiden Nomor 34 Tahun 2003 tentang Kebijakan Nasional Pertanahan ditugaskan untuk membangun dan mengembangkan suatu sistem informasi pertanahan yang didalamnya meliputi pengelolaan, penggunaan, dan pemanfaatan tanah berbasiskan sistem informasi geografis. Pembangunan sistem informasi pertanahan ini salah satunya ditujukan untuk mengoptimalkan pelayanan pertanahan dalam penyampaian data dan informasi kepada masyarakat. Terkait dengan pengoptimalan pelayanan pertanahan, pemetaan kadastral dua dimensi yang diterapkan pada bangunan rumah susun sudah saatnya mulai dikembangkan kearah tiga dimensi. Hal ini dikarenakan rumah susun merupakan bangunan bertingkat yang memiliki banyak properti dengan pemanfaatan yang berbeda-beda. Sebuah model tiga dimensi memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna untuk memilih posisi virtual dalam peta, keakuratan yang lebih baik dalam memahami dan menginterpretasi peta, serta untuk menampilkan bentuk yang lebih perspektif dan dapat memperlihatkan bentuk secara real sehingga dapat memberikan informasi dari bangunan fisik yang ada. HMASRS merupakan salah satu obyek Pendaftaran Tanah sesuai PP No. 24 tahun 1997, namun pada saat ini kegiatan pendaftaran tanah terhadap HMASRS masih dilakukan dengan pendekatan secara 2 dimensi dengan informasi yang terbatas (aspek ruang belum dapat terakomodasi). Sehingga, Pemodelan Kadastral Tiga Dimensi (3D) dalam Penyusunan Properti Hak Milik Atas Satuan Rumah Susun (HMASRS) untuk Mengoptimalkan Sistem Informasi Pertanahan sangat tepat dalam menyediakan informasi yang lengkap atas obyek HMASRS. Data simulasi penelitian diperoleh dari Kantor Pertanahan Kota Semarang dan Kantor Pemasaran Plasa Simpanglima, berupa gambar denah Plasa Simpanglima dalam format digital. Pengolahan data meliputi penggambaran objek dalam tiga dimensi, serta pembuatan relation/link tiap denah dengan informasi yang terkait.
