Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the results of the implementation of clinical supervision in improving the quality of teaching teachers to students. This research was conducted by identifying problems and obstacles faced by teachers during teaching and learning activities, then the principal provided assistance to teachers with a clinical supervision approach. This research was conducted using a literature study method. The problem of teacher professionalism in teaching can be carried out by coaching with the clinical supervision method by the supervisor. Clinical supervision is carried out by observing the learning process by the teacher directly and then discussing the resolution of teaching problems. This study uses a literature study method which then obtains literacy data in the form of factors that affect teacher performance and the clinical supervision process. By reviewing several studies on clinical supervision, it can be seen that the provision of clinical supervision to overcome the obstacles and problems of teachers in teaching is carried out through 3 stages, namely the meeting stage, the observation stage and the feedback stage. By providing feedback by the principal to the teacher in the form of directions and possible solutions, the quality of teacher teaching can increase.Keywords: clinicalisupervision, teacher quality, elementary schoolAbstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui hasil pelaksanaan supervisi klinis dalam meningkatkan kualitas mengajar guru terhadap peserta didik. penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi masalah dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru selama kegiatan belajar mengajar, kemudian kepala sekolah memberikan bantuan kepada guru dengan pendekatan supervisi klinis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur. permasalahan profesionalisme guru dalam mengajar dapat dilakukan pembinaan dengan metode supervisi klinis oleh supervisor. Supervisi klinis dilakukan dengan mengobservasi proses pembelajaran oleh guru secara langsung kemudian mendiskusikan penyelesaian masalah pengajarannya. Kajian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur yang selanjutnya didapat data literasi berupa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru serta proses supervisi klinis. dengan mengkaji beberapa penelitian mengenai Supervisi klinis, dapat diketahui bahwa pemberian supervisi klinis untuk mengatasi kendala dan masalah guru dalam mengajar dilakukan melalui 3 tahapan yakni tahap pertemuan, tahap observasi dan tahap balikan. Dengan memberikan umpan balik oleh kepala sekolah kepada guru berupa arahan dan solusi yang mungkin dapat ditempuh, maka kualitas mengajar guru dapat meningkat.Kata kunci: supervisi klinis, kualitas guru, sekolah dasar

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe (1) teacher creativity in classroom management, (2) theimpact of group learning in developing students' collaboration skills, (3) the approach taken by teacherstowards students. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Abstract

This article aims to explore and analyze effective strategies implemented by schools in developing the competencies of administrative staff to support the achievement of educational vision. The competencies of administrative staff play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of schools and making a tangible contribution to the success of educational programs. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature method on books, journals, and previous sources. The research results indicate that several key strategies, such as relevant and ongoing training, the utilization of information technology, strengthening internal communication, and providing career development pathways, have proven effective in enhancing the performance of administrative staff. In addition, the proactive involvement of school management and consistent government policy support are considered very important for the success of competency development programs. This finding is expected to provide insights for education stakeholders in designing human resource development policies within the school environment.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is one of the main focuses in developing the national education system. The PBD program emerged as an innovative solution that integrates the use of data in the educational planning process. This research aims to: (1) determine the process of implementing the Data Based Planning (PBD) program at SMA Negeri 1 Tuban, (2) determine the obstacles faced in the process of implementing the Data Based Planning Program (PBD) at SMA Negeri 1 Tuban, (3) determine the impact of implementing the Data Based Planning (PBD) program on the quality of educators and education staff at SMA Negeri 1 Tuban. The approach used in this qualitative research is a case study type of research. The informants in this research were the school principal, deputy head of curriculum, teachers, school operators, and students of SMA Negeri 1 Tuban. Data collection used in this research was interview, observation and documentation techniques. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, the following research results were obtained: (1) the implementation of the PBD program was carried out through a series of activities which included PBD socialization activities from education and school offices, simulation activities and AN rehearsals, implementation of AN activities, downloading and understanding the results of report cards. education, IRB activities based on education report cards, formulation of school activities in the form of RKT and RKAS based on education report cards, approval from all parties related to the RKT and RKAS that have been determined; (2) Obstacles during implementation include the implementation of AN where there are problems with the server, types of questions that are not relevant, random selection of students which is less relevant in describing the competency of all students, and the time for preparing the RKT and RKAS coincides with other school activity schedules; (3) the impact of the implementation of the PBD program felt by schools includes improvements to the school planning process as well as improvements to the quality of educators and school education staff. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of quality management in SMA Panjura Malang. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative type. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation studies.Stages of data analysis through data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. The results in this study show that Total Quality Management which was carried out at Panjura High School in Malang City, namely from the point of view of accreditation, paying attention to the quality and quality of the school, and involving educational staff and their empowerment in every activity. The form of implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) carried out by SMA Panjura refers to ISO 9001:2008. There are several main things that need to be considered in the implementation of TQM at Panjura High School, namely continuous improvement, determining quality standards (Quality assurance), Culture change (change of culture), organizational change (upside-down-organization), and maintaining.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen mutu di SMA Panjura Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Tahapan analisis data melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Total Quality Management yang dilakukan di SMA Panjura Kota Malang yaitu dilihat dari akreditasi, memperhatikan kualitas dan mutu sekolah, dan melibatkan tenaga pendidikan serta pemberdayaannya dalam setiap kegiatan. Bentuk implementasi dari Total Quality Management (TQM) yang dilakukan oleh SMA Panjura mengacu pada ISO 9001:2008. Ada beberapa hal pokok yang perlu diperhatikan dalam penerapan TQM di SMA Panjura yaitu perbaikan secara terus menerus (continous improvement),menentukan standar mutu, (Quality assurance),PerubahanKultur (change of culture),perubahan organisasi (upside-down- organization), dan mempertahankan hubungan dengan pelanggan (keeping close to the customer).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of school administration personnel (TAS) competencies in improving school services. TAS competencies include technical, managerial, interpersonal, and professional abilities. Through the literature study method, this study reveals that mastery of information technology and effective communication skills are the key to the success of administrative services in schools. Adequate TAS competencies not only improve the operational efficiency of the school but also contribute to the positive image of the school and the satisfaction of the parties involved. Therefore, the continuous development of TAS competencies is very important to support the achievement of educational goals. TAS competence is a key factor in elevating school services and ultimately achieving educational success.

Abstract

School administrative processes often face various challenges that hinder efficiency and effectiveness due to complex and manual procedures. These issues can negatively impact the management of quality education. The aim of this research is to analyze how lean management is applied in school administration and its effects on efficiency and work effectiveness, especially in today’s digital era. The method used in this study is a literature review by examining various relevant literature, journals, and articles. The results indicate that the application of lean management, supported by technology such as School Management Information Systems (SMIS), successfully reduced administrative processing time by up to 50%, improved data accuracy, and optimized the use of human resources. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that lean management can enhance school administrative performance, but its success greatly depends on effective change management and active staff involvement.

Abstract

Developing the competence of school administrative staff is one of the essentials in the digitalization era, therefore schools need to improve the knowledge and skills of school administrative staff through training and career development to meet the needs and keep up with the times so that they can create quality schools. The purpose of this study is to solve problems related to school administrative staff who are still stuttering about technology in the digitalization era. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The technique used in this study is Literature Study by reviewing previous studies through articles or journals. The results of this study are that developing the competence of administrative staff in keeping up with the development of digitalization can be done through consistent training and career development.

Abstract

Abstract : The development of information technology greatly influences current archive management. Archives can be stored in physical and digital form. Digital archives are a search process that can be done quickly. Application support really determines the effectiveness of the archives digitization process. The process of digitizing archives is not only about saving them as files (e.g. PDF), but also about storing, processing and searching with applications. With the archive application, the storage, search and other processes are carried out with the help of the application. One application that can be used is The-PSA, which is a web-based archiving application using phypard which is used by school administration employees to facilitate the process of managing the correspondence and archives system. The The-PSA (Letter and Archives Management) correspondence system functions to increase the security of archives and archives. Important and confidential school documents can be kept more secure and can make it easier for employees to record outgoing and incoming letters so that they are more effective and efficient.Abstrak : Perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat mempengaruhi pengelolaan arsip saat ini. Arsip dapat disimpan dalam bentuk fisik dan digital. Arsip digital merupakan suatu proses pencarian yang dapat dilakukan dengan cepat. Dukungan aplikasi sangat menentukan efektivitas proses digitalisasi kearsipan. Proses digitalisasi arsip tidak hanya tentang menyimpannya sebagai file (misalnya PDF), tetapi juga tentang menyimpan, memproses, dan mencari dengan aplikasi. Dengan adanya aplikasi arsip maka proses penyimpanan, pencarian dan proses lainnya dilakukan dengan bantuan aplikasi. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan yaitu The-PSA merupakan aplikasi kearsipan berbasis web dengan menggunakan phypard yang di digunakan pegawai tata usaha sekolah untuk memudahkan proses pengelolaan sistem persuratan dan kearsipan Sistem persuratan The-PSA (Pengelolaan Surat dan Arsip) berfungsi untuk meningkatkan keamanan arsip dan dokumen penting dan rahasia sekolah dapat dijaga keamananya dengan lebih baik serta dapat memudahkan pegawai untuk mendata surat keluar dan masuk sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the planning, organization, implementation, supervision, and evaluation, as well as the supporting factors, obstacles, and solutions of the traditional extracurricular dance management at SDN Dinoyo 3. This study employs a qualitative case study approach. The data collection methods used in this research include interviews, participatory observation, and documentation techniques. The main informants for this study are the extracurricular coordinator, school head, dance instructors, assistant dance instructors, Asmoro Bangun Dance Studio, teachers, guardians, and students. The research findings include (1) planning involves considering the background, determining the objectives, formulating the benefits, meetings with teachers and guardians, allocating facilities and equipment, drafting programs and materials, selecting instructors, and planning external collaborations; (2) organization involves an informal organizational structure and task and responsibility distribution; (3) implementation includes conducting activities, maintaining order, achieving achievements, preparing for competitions, appreciating achievements, developing dance habits, and creating a supportive environment for male students; (4) supervision and evaluation are carried out; (5) supporting factors are divided into two categories: general factors and factors related to male students participating in traditional dance extracurricular activities; and (6) obstacles include the assistant's lack of experience teaching elementary school students, students' interest in participating but guardians' disapproval, unequal practice times, lack of transportation during practice, ridicule of male students participating in traditional dance extracurricular activities, and negative perceptions of male students. The solutions proposed are the extracurricular assistant should be more firm, approach guardians with empathy, one party should compromise, offer transportation from Mr. Budi, provide encouragement and motivation to students, and gather guardians to provide understanding.
