Abstract

Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja telah membuka ruang bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) untuk bisa mendaftarkan badan usahanya menjadi perseroan terbatas. Meskipun sudah ada aturan hukum yang mengaturnya, namun saat ini masih banyak pelaku usaha UMK di Kota Ternate di Kelurahan Makassar Timur yang belum mendaftarkan badan usahanya karena belum mengetahui aspek hukum tentang pendirian perseroan perorangan. Solusi yang ditawarkan melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah dengan melakukan penyampaian materi kepada Pelaku Usaha UMK mengenai aspek hukum tentang pendirian perseroan perorangan. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Adapun target luaran kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah terlaksananya kegiatan penyuluhan hukum kepada kepada Pelaku Usaha UMK di Kelurahan Makassar Timur Kota Ternate, dan hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat terpublikasi melalui jurnal pengabdian masyarakat.

Abstract

The development of photography is very rapid and has become a very important need for human life. Many business opportunities can be created through photography, one of them is to support the marketing of a product. Product Photos are one of the factors that support so that merchandise will sold well. So it can be said that photography is a medium of visual communication in promoting products. Pengkok village is one of several villages in the Patuk Gunung Kidul sub-district which has many regional superior products produced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The activity of promoting superior products from the region is very important to support tourism activities and the economy of the surrounding community, especially in Patuk District, Gunung Kidul Regency. One of the activities to support promotions that can be done is taking pictures of attractive and beautiful products. Not all product photos for promotional purposes are produced from expensive and sophisticated equipment. Understanding photography techniques to take products’ photos is an important part in promoting products that attract consumers' attention. Therefore, there is a need for training in product shooting techniques using a smartphone. For this reason, to meet the needs of partners (BKAD in Patuk District) a Accompaniment/Training on product shooting techniques using Smartphones for MSME products in Pengkok village was held in the form of Community Service activities. The implementers of this service are lecturers of the Informatics Study Program, Adisutjipto Aerospace Technology Institute assisted by several students of the Informatics Study Program. This training is expected to increase the skills of the MSMEs of Pengkok Village in using smartphone cameras to take pictures of their products as marketing support, so that the resulting images/photos look better and attractive to consumers.The result of monitoring evaluation that has been done during the training is, there is 64% skill increase of the MSMEs of Pengkok Village in photography technique to take attractive product photos.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Product Quality, Promotion, and Brand Image on the Purchase Decision of Close Up Products among STIE YKP Yogyakarta students. This research is a survey study with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 200 students who had used Close Up products. The sampling technique used was Non-Probability Sampling, with a sample size of 67 respondents. The research data included primary and secondary data. Data collection was conducted using an online Google Form questionnaire via the link https://forms.gle/FE8Qu65zBjHCvDzh8, which was distributed through WhatsApp. Data analysis included Research Instrument Testing, Classical Assumption Test, t and F Hypothesis Testing, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Test (R), and Determination Coefficient Test (Adjusted R Square). The analysis tool used was SPSS version 23. The t-test results partially showed that Product Quality (sig. value 0.017 < 0.05), Promotion (sig. value 0.007 < 0.05), and Brand Image (sig. value 0.005 < 0.05) had a significant influence on the Purchase Decision of Close Up Products among STIE YKP Yogyakarta students. The F-test results (sig. value 0.000 < 0.05) indicated that Product Quality, Promotion, and Brand Image simultaneously had a significant influence on the Purchase Decision of Close Up Products among STIE YKP Yogyakarta students. The correlation coefficient (R) calculation for Product Quality, Promotion, and Brand Image was (0.656), which means the relationship between Product Quality, Promotion, and Brand Image and the Purchase Decision of Close Up Products among STIE YKP Yogyakarta students is categorized as strong. In addition, the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) was (40.4%), indicating the ability of Product Quality, Promotion, and Brand Image variables to explain the variation in the Purchase Decision of Close Up Products among STIE YKP Yogyakarta students, while the remaining 59.6% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
