Abstract

Bireuen Terminal is a Type B Terminal located in Geulumpang Payong Village, Jeumpa District, Bireuen Regency. The existence of the Bireuen Terminal has not been functioned optimally, due to the lack of activity that occurs in the terminal environment. In addition, the presence of a shadow terminal is also one of the causes of the lack of activity in the terminal. This research aims to investigate factors that affect the malfunctioning of Bireun terminal. This research was carried out by making direct observations at the research site and also distributing questionnaires to research informants consisting of the Aceh Provincial Transportation Office as well as Organda and DPRK Bireuen. Selection of informants (key persons) using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis uses the Process Hierarchy Analysis (AHP) method with criteria, namely: road service level, accessibility, terminal facilities and management, environmental comfort and environmental safety. The results of the analysis show that the Bireuen Terminal has not met the requirements as a Type B Terminal. The main factors affecting the malfunctioning of the Bireuen Terminal were obtained from the accessibility criterion with a weight value of 0.327, the facility and terminal management criteria with a weight value of 0.307, the road service level criterion with a weight value of 0.157, the environmental safety criterion with a weight value of 0.113 and the environmental comfort criterion with a weight value of 0.100. The first alternative that needs to be optimized so that Bireuen Terminal works again, is the alternative location of the terminal that is easy to reach which is contained in the accessibility criteria, which indicates that this alternative is the most important alternative compared to other alternatives. Followed by alternative facilities in the terminal are adequate which are contained in the criteria for facilities and terminal management.

Abstract

Based on the number of work accidents in the construction industry sector that get a relatively high percentage, it is necessary to identify the application of SMKK through the research "Analysis of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMKK) there is a Construction Project (Case Study on the Bts. Aceh Tengah / Nagan Raya Road Preservation Project - Lhok Seumot - Jeuram)" . Therefore, this study aims to find out the extent of the application of SMKK to road construction work and find out the perception of construction actors in the work towards the application of SMKK. This research was conducted by distributing SMKK questionnaires to correspondents consisting of owners, supervising consultants, project work implementers and sub-implementers of work. SMKK questionnaire sampling uses a simple random sampling technique or a simple random sample to be used as a sample. The preparation of the SMKK questionnaire was first carried out a validity test. The Princple Component Analysis (PCA) factor analysis method is used to explore the relationship between factors and smkk application indicators using SPSS Statistics software. The results of the rotation of factors and the variance of factors formed that affect or that are of concern to respondents to the application of SMKK at the job location are (1) K3 audit and evaluation factors of 30.52%; (2) K3 communication and training factor of 7.73%; (3) K3 discipline and communication factor of 6.99%; (4) K3 communication, inspection and investigation factors of 6.33%; (5) communication and K3 policy factors of 5.61%; (6) procedural and coordination factors of 5.10%; (7) responsibility and commitment factors of 4.67%; (8) the K3 responsibility and policy factor of 4.01%; and (9) the K3 evaluation factor of 3.68%. The results of the factor analysis show that respondents or construction workers tend to pay more attention to the audit and evaluation of K3 as the application of SMKK at the location of the Bts. Aceh Tengah / Nagan Raya Lhok Seumot-Jeuram road preservation project.

Abstract

Changes in transportation trends can occur during and after COVID-19, such as travel distance, trip, and choice of transportation mode. The positive benefits from these changes in transportation trends should be maintained, to reduce disaster risk of environmental hazards from the CO2 emissions. Research on changes in mobility, trips, and CO2 emissions during and after COVID-19 in Indonesia is still very limited; whereas, changes in these transportation variables can be an inspiration for determining sustainable transportation policies in the future. This study aims to compare amid COVID-19 and post-COVID-19 transportation variables—travel distances, trips, and associated CO2 emissions. This research was conducted by giving questionnaires to 400 participants in Aceh Besar District. The questionnaire contains questions regarding the distance traveled, trips, fuel spent, and socio-economic characteristics. The CO2 emissions were calculated using IPCC (2006). The travel distance, trips, and transportation-related CO2 emissions during and after COVID-19 were compared respectively based on statistics. The results showed that there were significant differences in travel distances, trips, and transportation-related CO2 emissions between COVID-19 and the post-COVID-19 situation in the District of Aceh Besar. This article also presents several recommendations based on the data analysis results linked to literature studies about the sustainability of transportation as a result of COVID-19 situation; those are: providing quality public transportation, considering teleworking, providing solutions for workers who do not have access to online work, and paying attention to increasing use of private cars and car sharing post COVID-19.

Abstract

Budidaya perikanan berperan penting dalam memperkuat ketahanan pangan nasional. Namun, tantangan seperti pengelolaan jadwal pemberian pakan yang teratur dan efisien masih dihadapi oleh pelaku budidaya ikan di Aceh. Dalam konteks ini, sebuah solusi diusulkan melalui perancangan mesin pemberi pakan otomatis berbasis IoT. Mesin ini memungkinkan pengawasan dan pengaturan jarak jauh terhadap pemberian pakan, yang tidak hanya mengurangi intervensi manusia tetapi juga membantu meminimalkan pemborosan pakan dan memastikan pemberian pakan yang tepat waktu. Dengan tambahan panel surya, mesin ini mampu menghasilkan energi sendiri, mendukung pemanfaatan energi terbarukan. Solusi ini memanfaatkan model manufaktur efisien dan mampu mengatasi kendala pertumbuhan ikan yang terganggu akibat pengelolaan pakan yang tidak teratur. Selain manfaat langsung bagi hasil panen ikan, produk ini juga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan nelayan mitra. Melalui langkah-langkah seperti pengajuan hak kekayaan intelektual dan pemantauan oleh tim pengusul, diharapkan produk ini dapat berkontribusi pada ketahanan pangan dan berkelanjutan di Aceh.

Abstract

the Punge Intersection is one of the four-armed unsignalized intersections in Banda Aceh City without traffic regulations such as traffic lights, roundabouts, or other warning signs. This condition is very troublesome for road users, especially during peak hours. It is considered necessary to evaluate the performance of the intersection along with alternative treatments that produce the best performance to meet the standards. Most of the previous studies relied heavily on tailor-made simulation tools to evaluate control algorithms, but the use of simulation platforms to make system comparisons through modeling is still very rare, especially in Indonesia. Analysis and modeling at the Punge Intersection using the MKJI method and PTV VISSIM 10.00-02 (VISSIM) software. Traffic volume data (plan), road geometric, and environmental conditions are needed in data processing operations using VISSIM. Three modeling scenarios were carried out with the implementation of a one-way road for arm A in the entry direction, installation of a traffic signaling tool, called APILL, roundabout planning and widening of each arm. A roundabout planning simulation with type R10-22 with widening on each road section can make the Punge Intersection with the best LOS and meet the best service levels.

Abstract

Jumlah penumpang domestik dan internasional pada Bandara SIM terus mengalami peningkatan. Tahun 2015 jumlah penumpang berangkat mencapai 709.902 dan di tahun 2016 mengalami kenaikan sebesar 36% menjadi 968.487. PT. Angkasa Pura II selaku pengelola akan melakukan relayout dan perluasan terminal. Hal ini akan berdampak pada layout apron, taxiway dan mungkin runway, sehingga perlu diketahui pengembangan yang memenuhi standar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kapasitas eksisting, melakukan forecasting jumlah penumpang menggunakan metode ARIMA untuk mengetahui kebutuhan runway, taxiway, dan apron pada tahun rencana. Jenis data yang digunakan diperoleh dari PT. Angkasa Pura II. Analisis data menggunakan metode ICAO, FAA dan JICA. Hasilnya diperoleh gate sebanyak 4 buah sudah tidak mencukupi sejak tahun 2017. Sedangkan luas apron sebesar 80.000 m2 masih menunjukkan kinerja yang optimal. Kata kunci : Kapasitas; Pengembangan; Apron; Bandara SIM.

Abstract

Kondisi perkerasan taxiway Bandara Sultan Iskandar Muda Aceh mengalami penurunan kemampuan dalam memikul beban dari pesawat-pesawat yang beroperasi. Diperlukan penilaian dan perencanaan kembali terhadap kondisi lapisan taxiway bandara. Perumusan masalahnya adalah bagaimana jenis lapisan yang sesuai dengan standar FAA dengan beberapa skenario CBR dan berapa nilai kekuatan lapisan (PCN) tersebut. Untuk mengetahui jenis lapisan sesuai ketentuan FAA, mendapatkan nilai tebal perkerasan dengan beberapa skenario yaitu 4,8% (low), 10% (medium), 15% (high), dan memperoleh nilai Pavement Classification Number (PCN). Metode perencanaan tebal lapisan diolah menggunakan software FAARFIELD, untuk nilai kekuatan lapisan perkerasan taxiway nya dihitung menggunakan software COMFAA. Hasil dari pengolahan data didapat skenario I FAARFIELD menghasilkan ketebalan 885,3 mm dan COMFAA sebesar 1235,8 mm, skenario II menggunakan FAARFIELD menghasilkan ketebalan 588,7 mm dan COMFAA sebesar 718,1 mm, skenario III FAARFIELD menghasilkan ketebalan 463,8 mm COMFAA sebesar 538,2 mm. Hasil analisis menggunakan software COMFAA didapat untuk skenario I pesawat B777-300ER didapat nilai PCN sebesar 90,7 dan nilai ACN sebesar 89,3. Untuk skenario II nilai PCN dan ACN yaitu 71,5 dan 71,3. Pada skenario III nilai PCN dan ACN B777-300ER yaitu 64,0 dan 63,8.

Abstract

AbstractConstruction of a highway in Indonesia for a road with heavy traffic load is a layer of Asphalt Concrete - Wearing Course. Utilization of local materials is expected to be used optimally to improve efficiency in terms of financing, especially in particular areas such as islands, Sabang, Aceh province. This research aims to determine the effect of the use of Sabang fine aggregates with high porosity values of 4.08% on concrete asphalt mixtures. The initial phase of this research is to find the optimum bitumen content (OBC). Then the manufacture of the test specimen was done with a combination of Sabang fine aggregate. From the results of the research, the composition used to maximize the use of local material is 50% of Sabang fine aggregate and 50% of Aceh Besar fine aggregate at 5.87% asphalt content. The result of the research shows the value of stability is 1225.81 kg and value flow is 3.23 mm. research on the stability of the Value declined by 15.10%, while the value of the flow declined by 1.12% of the standard mixture.Keywords : Asphalt Concrete, Fine Aggregates with High, Sabang Fine Aggregates, Portland Cement FillerAbstrakKonstruksi jalan raya di Indonesia untuk jalan dengan beban lalu lintas berat merupakan lapisan aspal beton (LASTON). Pemanfaatan material lokal diharapkan dapat digunakan secara maksimal untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dari sisi pembiayaan, khususnya daerah kepulauan seperti Kota Sabang, Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan agregat halus Sabang dengan nilai porositas tinggi yaitu 4,08% pada campuran aspal beton. Tahap awal penelitian ini adalah mencari nilai kadar aspal optimum (KAO). Selanjutnya dibuat benda uji dengan beberapa kombinasi agregat halus Sabang. Dari hasil penelitian komposisi yang digunakan untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan material lokal adalah 50% agregat halus Sabang dan 50% agregat halus Aceh Besar pada kadar aspal 5,87%. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan nilai stabilitas adalah 1225,81 kg dan nilai flow adalah 3,23 mm. Nilai stabilitas pada penelitian ini menurun sebesar 15,10%, sedangkan nilai flow menurun sebesar 1,12% dari campuran standar.Kata kunci: Aspal beton, Agregat Porositas Tinggi, Agregat Halus Sabang, Filler Portland Cement

Abstract

Sultan Iskandar Muda International Airport currently has an increase in the number of domestic passengers by 8.33% from 2013 - 2017. This passenger growth will have an impact on land-side facilities at airports such as curbside and vehicle parking. This study aims to determine the characteristics of curbside and car parking which are then developed in the existing conditions and future conditions. The method used is using the Federal Aviation Administration AC 150 / 5360-13 (1988), Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Darat (1996), SNI 03-7046-2004, SKEP // 77 / VI / 2005 and the Forecasting of the ARIMA method. The primary data taken is the curbside facility in the form of data dwell time, vehicle slot distance, and curbside length and width. In the parking lot, the parking duration data is taken at 07.00 - 18.00 WIB. Based on the forecasting of needs in 2027, the number of 2027 passengers is 623 passengers / rush hour, and in 2018, according to SKEP / 77 / VI / 2005 has reached the maximum parking capacity, namely the number of parking lots required by 371 parking lots. So the planning of developing curbside length is 62.72 m, and curbside width 10 m, and building a car park in 2027 with a total parking lot of 586 parking lots at Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport.

Abstract

Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Ulee Lheue merupakan pelabuhan yang terletak di Kecamatan Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Saat ini, Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Ulee Lheue menjadi satu-satunya pelabuhan penyeberangan yang melayani penyeberangan penumpang dan barang dari Banda Aceh ke Sabang dan juga ke Pulo Aceh. Dengan semakin meningkatnya jumlah pengguna jasa di Pelabuhan Ulee Lheue, maka pengelola pelabuhan tetap harus memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan yang mencakup kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, empati, dan wujud fisik. Terkait dengan hal tersebut, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat tingkat kepuasan penumpang terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data penelitian yaitu metode kuesioner. Metode kuesioner digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja dari pelabuhan pada 190 orang responden yang membawa kendaraan, dengan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai rata-rata tingkat kesesuaian responden (Tki) seluruh atribut pelayanan adalah 72,13%, sehingga secara keseluruhan mutu pelayanan kendaraan di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Ulee Lheue dikategorikan C atau kurang baik.
