Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, competence and mutation on work motivation and work morale and prove the hypotheses about the relationship of research variables: competence, motivation, mutation, training and work morale. The population of this study was all Civil Servants in the Directorate General of Productivity Development and Training, Ministry of Manpower in the Jakarta and Bekasi Areas, which recorded a total of 303 employees. The total sample of the population is 173 Civil Servants taken using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The statistical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the LISREL program. In this study resulted that the variables of training, competence, and mutation have a positive and significant effect on work motivation and morale.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to determine and empirically prove the effect of performance-based budget planning on performance accountability, the effect of implementation of clinic-based budgeting on performance accountability, and the effect of budget evaluation on performance accountability. Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that there is no influence in budget planning on performance accountability because there are problems encountered so far, namely partial budget planning prepared by directorate staff who do not understand or are not budget planners so that budget revisions are made repeatedly causing budget execution to stall. The influence of the implementation of the budget on performance accountability. This proves that the better the implementation of the budget, the better performance accountability so that the output to be achieved will be achieved properly. The problems faced so far are the implementation of the budget that lacks understanding of the government's financial system, procurement procedures and mechanisms that are always changing, and government regulations that always change in the middle of the current budget year. The influence of the evaluation of reporting on performance accountability. This proves that the better the Reporting Evaluation, the better the accountability of performance so that the output to be achieved will be achieved properly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online store attributes and e-service quality on corporate image and its impact on the business performance of Muslim fashion companies Zoya and Rabbani. Respondents in this study are zoya and rabbani online consumers as many as 138 people. Analysis Techniques in this study use Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square analysis. The results showed that the Online Store Attribute had a positive effect on Corporate Image, meaning that the better the Online Store Attribute, the higher the value of Corporate Image, E-Service Quality has a positive effect on Corporate Image, meaning the better E-Service Quality, the higher the value of Corporate Image, Online Store Attribute has a positive effect on Business Performance, meaning that the better the Online Store Attribute, the higher the value of Business Performance, E-Service Quality has no significant effect on Business Performance. it can be concluded that the better E-Service quality cannot have a significant influence on high business performance, Corporate Image has a positive effect on Business Performance, meaning the better the Corporate Image, the higher the value of Business Performance.

Abstract

This research is to test a theoretical model about the impact of the organizational climate as a result of servant leadership and conflict management towards organizational citizenship behavior with as mediator; the organizational commitment of PT Pegadaican (Pesero). The total number of respondents was 213 consisting of employees of the Central Office, the Jakarta I Area Office and the Jakarta II Area Office. To collect the data, the instrument utilized was a Linkert Technique scale questionnaire, after which the data was processed using a Lisrel 8.72 software version deploying applicative statistics using The Sructural Equation Model (SEM), and for analysis Confimatory Factor Analys Confimatory and Factor Analys technique was used. As the result it could be concluded that the hypothesis of the research is in accordance with the theoretical model about the impact of servant leadership, and conflict management on organizational citizenship behavior with as mediator the organizational commitment of the PT. Pegadaian (Pesero); the data did support this accordance and could be accepted. The same was the case for the structural equation hypotheses, and in general it could be concluded that the organizational climate created by servant leadership had a direct, positive and significant impact on organizational citizen behavior, and that conflict management had an direct positive but insignificant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, the organizational climate, servant leadership and conflict management had direct and positive impact on organizational commitment and the organizational climate, servant leadership and conflict management had an indirect, positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior through the mediator of organizational commitment.

Abstract

The reform of the bureaucracy keeps real rolling fields of government activity, development and civic services, with the purpose of creation of efficiency and effectiveness in accordance with the demands of excellent service to the community. Efforts to bring about good governance (good governance) has become a priority of the Government's policy of Cabinet work. This research was conducted to find out the influence of internal oversight towards the implementation of good governance, know the influence of the reform of the bureaucracy towards the implementation of good governance, knowing the influence on performance of internal oversight ASN, know the influence of the reform of the bureaucracy, against the performance of ASN, know the influence of the reform of the bureaucracy, towards good governance. The sample in this study is taken by using the data collection method called the purposive sampling. The number of samples used IE as much as 200 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of PLS (Partial Least Square) via software SmartPLS. The results showed that internal oversight had a positive but not significant toward good governance, reform of the bureaucracy has a positive and significant relationship towards good governance, internal oversight have a positive relationship but not significantly to the performance of the bureaucratic reform has relationships ASN positively and significantly to the performance of ASN, good governance has a positive and significant relationship towards the performance of ASN.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of Primal Leadership and Professionalism on Performance through Job Satisfaction of Polri Members. This type of research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. To test the hypothesis and to produce a fit model, this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a variance based or component-based approach with Partial Least Square (PLS). With the number of samples as many as 198 members of the Police in the Police Headquarters neighborhood. The data source was obtained from the primary data by spreading the questionnaire and secondary data. This study uses Path Analysis (Path Analysis) with the help of SPSS 22.0 software. The results of this research showed that the primal leadership had a significant effect on job satisfaction, Professionalism had a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Primal Leadership had a significant effect on Performance, Professionalism had significant influence to Performance and Job Satisfaction had significant influence to Performance.

Abstract

This research conducted to redesign competitiveness advantage strategy through differentiation, market orientation, innovation, and entrepreneur orientation which conduct at Retail Division, PT. Astra Otoparts,Tbk. Population in this study were customers who conduct transactions at Shop & Drive in area of Jakarta. 100 respondents used as samples in this study, while data collection used questionnaire with likert scale of 1 (disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). The method has been used Path Analysis to determine the inter-relationship between variables. In the other hand, determination of strategy is done by SWOT analysis. The result of data analysis showed the Chi-Square = 0:00, df = 0, P-value = 1.0000, RMSEA = 0.000 which research model proposed in this study can be accepted by the goodness of fit. Then from the causal analysis showed that differentiation, innovation and entrepreneurial orientation has connection to competitive advantage. In fact, the market orientation had no relationship with a competitive advantage. The relationship of causality was also shown between the competitive advantage with the performance of the company, with a significant impact. The result obtained that strategies which are best suited to implement such as: service development, new product variants, product warranty, and network expansion.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the effect of motivation, managerial competence, and work environment on teacher performance through work discipline. Data was collected by questionaire. Data consists of motivation, manajerial competence, and work environment on teacher performance through work discipline. The techniques data collection by census approach. The results showed that motivation, managerial competence, and work environment influence teacher performance through work discipline. Managerial competence can motivate which influences teacher performance through work discipline. A work environment which is too comfortable makes teacher less motivated. Motivation, managerial competence and work environment can effect teacher performance through work discipline in SMP dan SMA Budi Mulia Jakarta-Bogor. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, discipline and work motivation on work performance and prove the hypothesis regarding the relationship of research variables: leadership, discipline, motivation and work performance. The study population was all employees in the operational division of PT. BNI Life Insurance recorded 183 employees. The statistical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the LISREL program. Abstract

In the framework of the development of Small and Medium Industry (IKM) footwear industry that produces footwear and footwear daily needs as one of the potential impacts of local income support in Cikupa Tangerang District one of the eight provinces of Banten is part of this research. This study aims to find out about the design of IKM industry development strategy of footwear industry with competitiveness analysis and productivity. In an effort to develop SME industry sector footwear with SWOT analysis to get strategy. The relationship analysis used in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 2.0 software. The sample in this research is the perpetrators of IKM Shoes located in Kecamatan Cikupa Tangerang Regency amounting to 54 IKM produce footwear. Based on the results of smart PLS 2.0 is known that competitiveness significantly affects the development of SMEs in the footwear industry sector in the district of Tangerang. The relationship of competitiveness with productivity has a very significant relationship closely, whereas in the theory of diamond porter (1999) between factor conditions, demand conditions, related industry strategies, related industries and supporters, the role of government and opportunity factor is one that shows that no significant influence to the competitiveness of supporting industries with t-table values below <1.96. For factors that greatly affect competitiveness in industrial development is on the role of government. Thus expected under the role of government in Tangerang Regency in industrial development must be maintained and developed in support of industrial development programs, especially in IKM footwear industry sector.
