Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of good governance, transformation leadership on employee performance and employee voice behaviour as a mediator variable. The population of this research is 186 people involved in the headquarter and big five Airport in PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). The number of samples of the population was 155 people taken using cluster sampling technique. The statistical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the WarpPLS program. In this study, the results show that the variables of good governance, transformation leadership and employee voice behaviour have positive and significant influences on employee performance. employee voice behaviour as a mediator variable has positive and significant influences to encourage good governace on employee performance.

Abstract

President Joko Widodo's policy of opening the door for foreign investors to compete in airport management in Indonesia is a challenge for them PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero). Companies must be able to increase their capacity from all aspects, especially the capacity of creative and innovative Human Resources. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how much influence the work environment and resistance to change have on employees' innovative work behavior mediated by job satisfaction and the role of emotional intelligence as a moderating variable. Data analysis in this study used a Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) approach to 317 respondents from PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). This study concludes that the work environment has no significant effect on the innovative work behavior of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) employees. Meanwhile, job satisfaction and resistance to change directly have a significant effect on the innovative work behavior of employees. The work environment can influence the innovative work behavior of employees if it is mediated by job satisfaction. As for resistance to change, if it is mediated by job satisfaction, the negative effect becomes insignificant on innovative work behavior. The results of this study found that the work environment variable had a significant and greatest impact on job satisfaction. Furthermore, the emotional intelligence variable plays a significant role as a moderator in the interaction between resistance to change and employee innovative work behavior.

Abstract

Membahas propaganda intelijen melalui media sosial yang di wakili oleh medsos twitter berdasarkan teori komunikasi massa dan psikologi massa dalam mendukung perpindahan Ibu Kota Negara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa perlu propaganda intelijen melalui media sosial yakni twitter dalam rangka mendukung suksesnya penyelenggaraan dan pembangunan IKN Nusantara. Mengapa propaganda intelijen dapat dilakukan melalui media sosial yaitu twitter, guna mendukung perpindahan Ibu Kota Negara karena berdasar adanya intensitas kegiatan propaganda intelijen di medsos supaya pemerintah sebagai pemegang kendali masyarakat dapat menggalang dan mengarahkan estom mereka sesuai dengan apa yang kita inginkan. Medan perang di medsos harus kita ketahui, siapa yang mendominasi dan memberikan daya tarik tersendiri dalam bersosial media maka disitulah kita harus berperang hingga menciptakan opini yang unggul demi untuk Negara Indonesia yang maju dan sejahtera. Kemudian jenis propaganda yang tepat, sesuai hasil riset membuktikan bahwa jenis propaganda putih adalah pilihan untuk melakukan penggalangan. Propadanda putih (white propaganda) bersumber pada informasi terbuka (open source), sumbernya bisa dilihat, dapat diidentifikasi, meyakinkan banyak orang / semua pihak secara umum / khalayak ramai dan jelas serta akurat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi praktik kerja industri (prakerin) Kompetensi Keahlian Pemasaran SMK N 1 Pengasih, Kulon Progo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah evaluasi dengan pendekatan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Sampel penelitian sebanyak 75 siswa, 7 guru, dan 5 instruktur. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK N 1 Pengasih dan dunia usaha/dunia industri (DUDI). Pengumpulan data dengan angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data secara deskriptif dengan bantuan seri program SPSS versi 19,0. Validitas instrumen menggunakan validitas konstruk dan isi. Penentuan reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) aspek konteks menurut guru,siswa, dan instruktur termasuk dalam kategori sangat relevan; (2) aspek input menurut guru dan siswa termasuk dalam kategori kurang baik, menurut instruktur masuk dalam kategori baik; (3) aspek proses menurut guru dan instruktur masuk dalam kategori sangat baik, menurut siswa masuk dalam kategori baik; (4) aspek produk menurut guru, siswa dan instruktur masuk dalam kategori sangat baik; 5) secara umum kelemahan pelaksanaan prakerin adalah: kurangnya keterlibatan siswa dan instruktur dalam perencanaan program, kurangnya kontrol sekolah,dan kurangnya kesempatan bagi siswa untuk menguasai kompetensi yang diperoleh dari DUDI. AN EVALUATION OF THE INDUSTRIAL JOB PRACTICUM PROGRAM IN THE MARKETING EXPERTISE COMPETENCY IN SMK N 1 PENGASIH, KULON PROGOAbstractThis study aims to investigate the evaluation of the industrial job practicum program in the Marketing Expertise Competency in SMK N 1 Pengasih, Kulon Progo. This was an evaluation study employing the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The subjects comprised 75 students, seven supervising teachers, and five field instructors. The study was conducted in SMK N 1 Pengasih and the Business and Industrial Sectors as a partner for he industrial job practicum. The data were collected through a questionnaire, observations, interviews, and documentation. The quantitative data were analyzed by means of the descriptive technique using the SPSS Version 19.0 program. The instrument validation employed the construct and content validity through expert judgment. The reliability was assessed using the Cronbach's Alpha formula. The results of the study are as follows. (1) The context aspect is in the very good category according to the teacher, instructor, and student respondents. (2) The input aspect is in the poor category according to the teacher respondents, in the good category according to the instructor respondents, and in the poor category according to the student respondents. (3) The process is in the very very good category according to the teacher and instructor respondents, and in the good category according to the student respondent. (4) The product aspect is in the very good category according to the teacher, instructor, and student respondents. (5) In general, the weaknesses in the implementation of the industrial job practicum include: the lack of the students' and instructors' involvement in the program planning, the lack of the school control, and the lack of opportunity for the students to acquire the competencies from the business and industrial sectors.
