Abstract

Introduction: The low inpatient satisfaction level at Rumah Sakit Islam Pati, which has not met the minimum service standard of 95%. The research problem focuses on the effectiveness of the SREGEP program (Service Excellent Nurse Movement) in improving patient satisfaction through training in effective two-way communication and the application of the 6S attitude (Smile, Greeting, Addressing, Polite, Courteous, Responsive). Objective: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the SREGEP Program in increasing inpatient satisfaction. Method: A quasi-experimental study with a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was conducted on 36 patients and 12 nurses in Class III inpatient units. Total sampling was applied, dividing participants into intervention (SREGEP program) and control (6S program) groups. Result: The results showed a significant increase in the satisfaction score in the intervention group from an average of 68.67 to 95.00 (p=0.001), while the control group increased from 60.66 to 72.83 (p=0.001). Conclusion: The SREGEP program was more effective than the 6S program in enhancing inpatient satisfaction at Rumah Sakit Islam Pati. The study recommends expanding the implementation of the SREGEP program across all hospital units, alongside regular monitoring and evaluation to maintain program effectiveness.

Abstract

In the development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, the use of an Enterprise Resource Planning System is a long-term investment for a company to improve efficiency, performance, and decision-making tools for the company. In general, it uses a centralized database for various business processes to reduce manual labor and simplify existing business workflows. ERP systems usually contain Dashboards where users can view real-time data collected from across the business to measure productivity and profitability. This means that any data or information received will be updated immediately as soon as the user inputs the data into the time system even though the data has been closed, the company can know and control the condition of the company every day and can control a production process so that decision making can be done quickly, carefully, and precisely because it is based on valid internal data and is always up to date. there is still a difference in data between the transaction process, The purpose of the research is to process information in real-time and accurately, The research stage begins with a literature study, hardware prototypes, and making programs, The results of the research are an increase in transaction accuracy of 43% after SAP implementation is optimally implemented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesulitan siswa SMP dalam menyelesaikan soal literasi matematika. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yang melibatkan pengamatan langsung, tes soal literasi matematika, dan wawancara dengan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyak siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep, menentukan langkah penyelesaian, dan mengubah soal literasi ke dalam bentuk matematika. Penyebab utama kesulitan ini adalah pemahaman konsep yang kurang mendalam dan ketidaktelitian siswa dalam mengerjakan soal. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pendidik untuk mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi matematika siswa.

Abstract

Bedaya Retna Dumilah is a type of Surakarta-style classical dance danced by seven female dancers. The composer of this dance was S. Ngaliman Tjondropangrawit in 1978. This Bedaya dance is rarely performed. The form of presentation of the Bedaya Retna Dumilah dance is unique and exciting. The uniqueness of this dance lies in the dance moves, floor patterns, accompaniment, and themes. This study aims to analyze and describe the Choreography of the Bedaya Retna Dumilah Dance by S. Ngaliman Tjondropangrawit. The method was carried out by analyzing the visual data of the Bedaya Retna Dumilah Dance video from the text side and conducting interviews using triangulation to obtain valid data. The choreographic approach was analyzed descriptively from form, technique, and content.  S. Ngaliman composed the Bedaya dance with various innovations from movements, floor patterns, timing, themes, poetry, and dance accompaniment. The renewal of this work is necessary so that it can be taught to students in the Dance Study Program, especially for teaching Surakarta Dance classes. The results found from the Choreography of the Bedaya Retna Dumilah Dance are that the theme of the dance is an essential part of composing the Bedaya dance. The piece of romance influences all aspects of the Bedaya Retna Dumilah dance composition. The dance theme also determines the color of the new arrangement of the Bedaya Retna Dumilah dance. S. Ngaliman Tjondropangrawit as a dance master from Surakarta. Significantly skillfully incorporating elements of novelty into the Bedaya Retna Dumilah dance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of ethnomathematics-based student worksheets teaching materials to improve students' problem-solving abilities and learning motivation. This research was conducted using a pretest-posttest control group design, with an experimental research type. The research population was students in class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Sedayu, while the sample was students in class VII B and VII E. Data collection was carried out using test and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using Wilcoxon Ranked-Signed Test, Mann-Whitney U Test, and mean difference test. This method was used because the data obtained was not normally distributed. The results of the research show that the use of ethnomathematics-based student worksheets is effective in increasing students’ problem solving abilities and learning motivation. Further research can be carried out using a larger number of samples or determining a sample with a normal distribution so that the research results can be generalized to the population.

Abstract

Every job has a level of risk that can have an impact in the form of disability or loss of life triggered by work accidents. Work accidents can occur in industry and can also occur on the way to and from work. The emergence of this risk can not only occur in heavy work but can also occur in workers with low risk levels such as package delivery couriers. This journal will discuss what kind of social security will be obtained by a worker/laborer, which in this case includes a package delivery courier, when he/she has a work accident until death. The research method used in this journal is normative juridical with the use of a statutory approach. The government that has not explicitly presented criminal sanctions for employers who do not register their workers into social security according to existing regulations results in workers who have not fulfilled their rights related to the fulfillment of social security.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas estetika Tari Burung Enggang khas Suku Dayak Kenyah di Kalimantan Timur. Tari Burung Enggang adalah tarian yang diciptakan untuk memuja nenek moyang yang berasal dari langit dan turun menyerupai Burung Enggang. Fungsi dari tari Burung Enggang awalnya sebagai tarian upacara dan tarian sakral, tetapi sekarang sebagai tarian hiburan. Penelitian ini menggunakan landasan pemikiran Djelantik, dengan pendekatan estetika dan analisis deskriptif analisis. Teori ini mengupas tentang kehidupan dan estetika dalam suku Dayak Kenyah dan tari Burung Enggang. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Djelantik yang menyebutkan ada tiga faktor munculnya estetika, wujud atau rupa, bobot atau isi, dan penampilan atau penyajian. Dari tiga faktor tersebut saling melengkapi satu sama lain sehingga terciptanya sebuah tarian yang memiliki estetika. Faktor tersebut juga membentuk satu tarian yang nantinya akan memunculkan estetika atau keindahan baik dari segi gerakan, busana tari, properti yang digunakan, dan alat musik untuk mengiringi tari Burung Enggang. Estetika yang terdapat di dalam tari Burung Enggang yaitu gerak tarian yang sederhana tapi masih bisa dinikmati, busana tari yang khas dengan manik-manik, motif, dan warna yang terdapat di busananya, penggunaan properti kirip menambah keindahan dari tari Burung Enggang, dan iringan musik untuk memunculkan suasana gembira. The Aesthetics of the Enggang Dance of the Dayak Kenyah Tribe in East KalimantanThis study explores the aesthetics of the Enggang Dance of the Dayak Kenyah Tribe in East Kalimantan. The Enggang Dance was created as a homage to ancestors believed to descend from the heavens and were embodied as hornbills. Initially, the Enggang Dance served as a ceremonial and sacred ritual; however, it has now transitioned into entertainment. The research employs Djelantik's theoretical framework, adopting an aesthetic approach and descriptive analysis. This theory delves into the life and aesthetics of the Dayak Kenyah tribe and the Enggang Dance. Djelantik's concept highlights three key factors that constitute aesthetics: form or appearance, content or essence, and presentation or performance. These three factors are interdependent, collectively shaping a dance with aesthetic value. These elements manifest in the dance movements, costumes, props, and musical accompaniment. The aesthetic appeal of the Enggang Dance lies in its simplicity, yet it remains enjoyable. The costumes are distinctive, adorned with intricate beadwork, motifs, and vibrant colours. Using the kirip prop enhances the visual appeal, while the accompanying music fosters a cheerful atmosphere.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana bentuk penyajian kesenian Jaranan Sentherewe pada Sanggar Kenya Mayangkara menggunakan pendekatan koreografi dengan menggunakan sumber acuan dari buku Y. Sumandiyo Hadi yang berjudul Kajian Tari: Teks dan Konteks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk penyajian Jaranan Sentherewe Kenya Mayangkara dibagi menjadi sembilan bagian berdasarkan alur cerita, bagian pra acara yaitu bagian do’a dan sesaji, maju pambuka, buko mlebet, kiprahan celeng, dangdutan pertama, jogedan pertama, jogedan kedua, dangdutan kedua, perangan, dan ndadi. Pada Jaranan Sentherewe Kenya Mayangkara ditarikan Sembilan penari dengan gerak rampak, sigrak, dan tegas serta diiringi oleh Iringan gamelan laras pelog dengan pola iringan langgam dan lancaran yang dipadukan dengan dangdutan dan campursari.  Analisis penari putri dalam Jaranan Sentherewe Kenya Mayangkara memiliki karakter kuat dan tegas dengan postur tubuh yang proposional. Analisis ruang berkaitan level, pola lantai, dan arah hadap bervariasi. Analisis waktu meliputi tempo, ritme, dan durasi yang menjadi penentu lamanya pertunjukan berlangsung. Berdasarkan sumber acuan, Jaranan Sentherewe Kenya Mayangkara dianalisis secara teks meliputi analisis bentuk gerak, teknik gerak, gaya gerak, penari, struktur keruangan, struktur waktu dan analisis konteks meliputi konteks kepercayaan, nilai pendidikan, dan pariwisata. Gaya yang muncul kemudian menjadi karya jaranan kreasi yang menggunakan teknik dasar gerak tubuh, tangan, kaki, kepala khas Jawa Timuran yang memadukan gerak Jatilan Yogyakarta. Jaranan Sentherewe Kenya Mayangkara merupakan salah satu bentuk karya seni Jaranan Sentherewe kreasi yang muncul dari gagasan masyarakat yang memiliki ciri khas bentuk dan gaya penampilan yang spesifik.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengupas fungsi Tari Wura Bongi Monca di Desa Karumbu Kecamatan Langgudu, Kabupaten Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Tari Wura Bongi Monca adalah tarian penyambutan tamu, tarian selingan di tengah dan akhir acara, dan tarian hiburan untuk memeriahkan acara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan antropologi tari. Tipologi fungsi tari dirumuskan dalam enam kategori, yaitu tari sebagai refleksi dan legitimasi tatanan sosial, wahana ekspresi ritual sekuler dan keagamaan, hiburan sosial atau kegiatan rekreasi, saluran atau pelepasan spiritual, pencerminan nilai estetis atau suatu kegiatan estetis itu sendiri, dan sebagai pencerminan pola kegiatan ekonomi untuk menunjang kehidupan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fungsi tari Wura Bongi Monca sebagai bagian penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan kesenian untuk hiburan, cerminan nilai estetis, cerminan pola kegiatan ekonomi, refleksi, wahana ekspresi ritual dan keagamaan, dan sebagai saluran pelepasan spritual. The Function of the Wura Bongi Monca Dance in Karumbu Village, Langgudu Subdistrict, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.This paper examines the functions of the Wura Bongi Monca Dance in Karumbu Village, Langgudu Subdistrict, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. The Wura Bongi Monca Dance serves as a welcoming dance for guests, an interlude performance during and at the end of events, and as entertainment to enliven festivities. This study adopts an anthropological approach to dance. The typology of dance functions is categorized into six areas: dance as a reflection and legitimization of social order, a medium for secular and religious ritual expression, social entertainment or recreational activity, a channel for spiritual release, a reflection of aesthetic values or aesthetic activity itself, and as a reflection of economic activities supporting livelihoods. The study demonstrates that the Wura Bongi Monca Dance plays a crucial role in fulfilling artistic needs for entertainment, reflecting aesthetic values, economic activity patterns, and social order, serving as a medium for ritual and religious expression, and as a channel for spiritual release.

Abstract

Karya Tari Jathil Obyog merupakan tari tradisional kerakyatan yang merakyat karena tumbuh dan berkembang dalam lingkungan masyarakat umum atau rakyat yang dalam pertunjukannya dilakukan di tengah-tengah masyarakat dan terdapat interaksi antara penampil dengan penonton. Jathil adalah pasukan prajurit berkuda dan merupakan salah satu tokoh dalam seni Reog Ponorogo yang ditunjukkan oleh para penari yang menunggangi kuda bambu atau biasa disebut eblek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan koreografi (koreografi bentuk-teknik-isi) oleh Y. Sumandiyo Hadi. Secara teknik gerak-gerak dalam Tari Jathil Obyog disajikan dalam bentuk sederhana, dengan adanya repetisi atau pengulangan motif. Pengolahan aspek ruang dan waktu dalam tarian ini sangat bervariasi mulai dari permainan level, tempo, ritme, dan durasi. Secara isi Tari Jathil Obyog ini menceritakan tentang pasukan prajurit berkuda yang sedang berlatih perang di atas kuda. Pola tari keprajuritan terinspirasi dari prajurit berkuda yang dapat dilihat pada sikap gerak, posisi tangan, dan posisi badannya.Kata Kunci: Analisis Koreografi, Jathil Obyog, Kabupaten PonorogoAnalysis of Jathil Obyog Dance Choreography in Ponorogo RegencyJathil Obyog Dance is a popular folk tradition performed amidst the community, showcasing the interaction between performers and the audience. Sumandiyo Hadi explores the choreographic aspects, presenting simple movements with repetitive motifs. The dance incorporates variations in spatial and temporal elements, depicting the training of mounted warriors through gestures, hand positions, and body postures.
