Abstract

In the competitive advantage of individuals, some abilities need to be owned and have an essential role, such as the ability to lead. One way to develop this ability is through the application of Agile Leadership. Provide evidence of the reliability of the Agile Leadership Questionnaire adaptation with internal consistency between items using Cronbach-Alpha. The validity evidence of the Agile Leadership Questionnaire adaptation consists of content-based validity evidence using the Content Validity Index (CVI), and construct-based validity evidence using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). CFA evidence indicated a model that did not fit, as did after modification. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was conducted, and then reliability and validity evidence were re-conducted using the results of EFA. EFA is used to identify the latent structure underlying a set of variables. Reliability evidence uses SPSS 25 software, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) validity evidence uses JASP 0.15 software. The adaptation research for the Indonesian version of the Agile Leadership Questionnaire with 4 dimensions containing 15 items provides good reliability and construct validity results

Abstract

Permintaan akan bekisting untuk pekerjaan struktur beton telah mendorong perkembangan berbagai sistem, dengan menggunakan berbagai jenis material dan peralatan. Sistem bekisting Knock down mempunyai masa pakai yang berulang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bekisting knock down pada proyek pembangunan Gedung Tower Ta’miriyah Surabaya memberikan keuntungan yang signifikan baik dari sisi waktu maupun biaya. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, pekerjaan bekisting dengan metode konvensional membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama, yaitu 261 hari, sementara bekisting knock down hanya memerlukan 83 hari. Dari segi biaya, penggunaan bekisting konvensional dengan material yang digunakan dua kali menghasilkan biaya sebesar Rp7,487,844,579.27. Sementara itu, penggunaan bekisting knock down hanya membutuhkan biaya Rp7,203,522,966.67, yang mengarah pada penghematan biaya sebesar Rp284,321,612.60. Pertimbangan penerapan teknologi bekisting knock down sebagai alternatif yang lebih ekonomis dan efisien, yang berpotensi mempercepat pembangunan serta mengurangi biaya material dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

Latar belakang artikel ini adalah kekudusan menjadi istilah yang dianggap absurd pada jaman postmodern karena sekularisasi di dunia membuat orang tidak lagi mementingkan kekudusan sebagai hal utama. Kekudusan mengalami degradasi makna yang pada mulanya sesuatu yang agung dan mulia dari Allah, berubah menjadi standar etika atau moralitas saja. Hal krusial di dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah apakah kekudusan manusia itu benar-benar tidak dapat dicapai? Apakah kekudusan itu hanya merupakan sebuah konsep ideal saja? Tujuannya adalah bagaimana orang percaya masa kini dapat menerapkan kekudusan itu dalam kehidupannya sehari-hari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan etimologis dan eksposisi Alkitab terkait dengan kekudusan. Batasan pembahasannya adalah makna kekudusan di dalam Alkitab dan implikasinya bagi orang percaya pada masa postmodern saat ini.  Hasil akhirnya ditemukan bahwa kunci kekudusan itu terwujud dalam keseimbangan relasi antara Tuhan dan sesama, menyadari bahwa kekudusan itu adalah anugerah, dan menjadikannya radar tentang hidup benar di hadapan Allah.

Abstract

This research is based on the 21st century 6Cs skills, namely character, citizenship, critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication. Student personality or more broadly, character, contributes to the variation in students’ creative outcomes. In this study, creativity is assessed through three aspects of the creative model: imitation, modification, and creation. The creative model is explored through open-ended mathematical problem-solving. This qualitative descriptive research aims to describe students’ creative models in open-ended mathematical problem-solving in relation to their Keirsey personality types. The study was conducted at MTS Negeri Kota Batu, with 4 out of 27 seventh grade students selected as research subjects using a Keirsey personality type questionnaire, which categorized them as guardian, artisan, rational, and idealist. The results indicate that the guardian subject only exhibited one aspect, namely modification, which was still at a low level. The artisan subject demonstrated moderate imitation and very low modification. The rational subject showed moderate imitation, high modification, and high creation. The idealist subject exhibited moderate imitation, moderate modification, and high creation. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that two subjects with idealist and rational personality types fulfilled all three aspects of the creative model, while the other two subjects, with artisan and guardian personality types, only fulfilled the imitation and modification aspects.

Abstract

Contextual problem-solving ability is a crucial skill that students, particularly those in vocational schools, must possess, as they will immediately enter the workforce. To optimize students' abilities, research was conducted on the variation of students’ difficulties in solving problems. This study aims to identify variations in vocational high school students' difficulties in solving contextual problems of the system of linear inequalities in two variables based on Polya’s theory and to offer alternative solutions that can be used to overcome these difficulties. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The study subjects were 3 students of 36 students of the grade XI vocational high school, who had received the material. These students were selected based on the category of abilities they had, namely high, medium, and low, as well as considerations of communication of teacher recommendation results. Data collection was carried out through tests and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 1) Low Ability Students (LAS) experienced many variation in difficulties at all stages in solving problems according to Polya’s theory, 2) Medium Ability Students (MAS) at the stage of understanding the problem experienced fewer variations in difficulties compared to the other three stages, 3) High Ability Students (HAS) at the stage of understanding the problem and making plans experienced fewer variation in difficulties compared to the other two stages. Apart from being based on Polya’s theory, students also experience other variations of difficulty, namely the difficulty in defining variables, constants, and coefficients correctly. Abstrak: Kemampuan penyelesaian masalah kontekstual adalah kemampuan penting yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa khususnya siswa sekolah kejuruan karena mereka akan langsung terjun ke dunia kerja. Untuk mengoptimalkan kemampuan siswa maka dilakukan penelitian terkait variasi kesulitan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi variasi kesulitan siswa SMK dalam menyelesaikan masalah kontekstual sistem pertidaksamaan linear dua variabel berdasarkan teori Polya dan menawarkan solusi alternatif yang bisa digunakan untuk mengatasi kesulitan tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian sebanyak tiga siswa dari 36 siswa kelas XI SMK yang telah mendapatkan materi tersebut. Siswa ini dipilih berdasarkan kategori kemampuan yang dimiliki yaitu tinggi, sedang, dan rendah serta pertimbangan komunikasi hasil rekomendasi guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa: 1) Siswa Kemampuan Rendah (LAS) mengalami banyak variasi kesulitan pada seluruh tahapan dalam penyelesaian masalah menurut teori Polya; 2) Siswa Kemampuan Sedang (MAS) pada tahapan memahami masalah mengalami variasi kesulitan lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan tiga tahap lainnya; 3) Siswa Kemampuan Tinggi (HAS) pada tahapan memahami masalah dan membuat rencana mengalami variasi kesulitan lebih sedikit dibandingkan dua tahapan lainnya. Selain berdasarkan teori Polya, variasi kesulitan lainnya yaitu kesulitan untuk mendefinisikan variabel, konstanta, dan koefisien secara tepat juga dialami oleh siswa.

Abstract

Semiotics is simply defined as the sign-using to represent a mathematical concept in a problem-solving. Semiotic reasoning of constructing concept is a process of drawing a conclusion based on object, representamen (sign), and interpretant. This paper aims to describe the phases of semiotic reasoning of elementary students in constructing the properties of a rectangle. The participants of the present qualitative study are three elementary students classified into three levels of Adversity Quotient (AQ): quitter/AQ low, champer/AQ medium, and climber/AQ high. The results show three participants identify object by observing objects around them. In creating sign stage, they made the same sign that was a rectangular image. However, in three last stages, namely interpret sign, find out properties of sign, and discover properties of a rectangle, they made different ways. The quitter found two characteristics of rectangular objects then derived it to be a rectangle’s properties. The champer found four characteristics of the objects then it was derived to be two properties of a rectangle. By contrast, Climber found six characteristics of the sign and derived all of these to be four properties of a rectangle. In addition, Climber could determine the properties of a rectangle correctly.

Abstract

This study aims to(1) determinethe items quality of odd semesterfinal examin social class XII mathematics subject academic year 2014/2015 in terms of validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and distinguishing power, (2) createa program shape for calculating validity, reliability, level of difficulty and distinguishing power. The researchused quantitative descriptive method and documentation technique. The datas consisted of 128 students’ answer sheetsin social class XII academic year 2014/2015. The datas were analyzed by using several formulas of validity, reliability, level of difficulty, distinguishing powerand the use of IBM SPSS Statistics22 software and anates V4 software. The results showed that 22 questions (55%) were valid and 18 questions (45%) were invalid. The reliability of items was quite good where the reliability coefficient value more than rtabel was 0.558 based on three formulas which were Anova Hoyt, Cronbach alpha and IBM SPSS Statistics 22. The difficulty level of items was not good because the items balances including easy, medium and difficult were not proportional, the proportional balance was 3-5-2 or 3-4-3. The distinguishing power of items showed that 1 item (2.50%) was very good, 9 items (22.50%) were good, 10 items (25%) were moderate, 14 items (35%) were less good and 6 items (15%) were bad. In addition to the above results, this study also resulted a program shape to facilitate the calculation of item analysis. The program calculations are the validity index analysis, reliability, level of difficulty and distinguishing power of test instrument.

Abstract

This research aimed to reveal the students’ activeness in mathematics learning on algebra using Zoom. This research is included in the qualitative research category with a descriptive approach. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive methods by showing the total score, percentage, or average score of each respondent's answer. The results showed that students were very active and motivated in achieving learning goals during learning via Zoom. This research implies that virtual learning is feasible to be encouraged.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan laba menjadi indikator penting dalam mengukur keberhasilan kinerja keuangan perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh likuiditas, kualitas kredit dan struktur modal terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada Bank Umum yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021-2023. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu likuiditas yang diproksikan oleh Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), kualitas kredit yang diproksikan oleh Non-Performing Loan (NPL) dan struktur modal yang diproksikan oleh Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini berupa Bank Umum yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2021-2023, berjumlah 47 perusahaan dan diperoleh 37 perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi yang dimoderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas, kualiatas kredit dan struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba dan ukuran perusahaan tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan likuiditas, kualitas kredit dan struktur modal terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Penemuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pertumbuhan laba lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar struktur keuangan yang diteliti. Implikasi praktis dari hasil ini adalah pentingnya bank untuk meninjau kembali strategi pengelolaan keuangan dan mempertimbangkan variabel eksternal lainnya seperti efisiensi operasional dan inovasi produk dalam upaya meningkatkan profitabilitas.
