Abstract

Bertujuan mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, serta pengawasan Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP). Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian sebanyak empat orang di antaranya satu orang pengelola, satu orang tutor/instruktur, dan dua orang peserta didik Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Karya Duta Education Bandung. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh terdapat empat tahapan dalam suatu pengelolaan, yang di mana di awali dengan melakukan identifikasi kebutuhan program dalam perencanaan. Pengorganisasian dengan cara mengelompokkan pengelola, tutor/instruktur, serta kelompok belajar pada peserta didik. Pelaksanaan program dilakukan mulai hari Senin-Kamis. Untuk penggunaan strategi, metode, dan media diserahkan kepada para tutor/instruktur karena mereka yang bersinggungan langsung dengan peserta didik. Proses pengawasan dilakukan terhadap dua pihak yaitu kepada para peserta didik dan lembaga. Untuk pengawasan kepada peserta didik dilakukan dengan cara pengelola melakukan terjun langsung ke dalam proses pembelajaran program maupun ke tempat mereka bekerja apabila telah menyelesaikan program yang ada di lembaga. Untuk pengawasan kepada lembaga dilakukan oleh penilik dari Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung yang di mana dilakukan untuk melihat progres peserta didik dan lulusan. Saran pihak lembaga meningkatkan lagi pelayanan, kualitas tutor/instruktur, serta sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan belum meratanya tingkat kreativitas peserta didik Paket A di PKBM Faradika. Pembelajaran abad-21 salah satunya menuntut peserta didik untuk memiliki kreativitas yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PjBL) terhadap pengembangan kreativitas peserta didik home schooling paket A PKBM Faradika. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode pre-experimental design dengan desain one-shot case study dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 22 peserta didik. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis adalah Teknik analaisis regresi linier sederhana.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh model PjBL (Pop Up Book) terhadap kreativitas siswa dengan tema keberagaman Indonesia. Kreativitas siswa mengalami pengembangan sebesar 31% setelah diterapkan model PjBL. Kata kunci : PembelajaranBerbasisProyek1, Kreativitas2, PopUpBook3

Abstract

The program "Empowerment of Elementary School Teachers through Literacy Training to Develop a Multimodal Text-Rich Environment" aims to improve teachers' understanding and skills in integrating multimodal texts in learning. The methods used include preliminary studies, direct training, mentoring, and evaluation. The partner in this program is MIS Asasuttahdzibiyah in Tegalwaru District, Karawang Regency. The materials trained include the introduction of literacy and multimodal texts, the development of a multimodal text environment based on students, classes, and schools, as well as the formation of teacher study groups. The success factors of the program include comprehensive material delivery, interactive teaching methods, practical technical guidance, collaboration between teachers, and continuous evaluation. The results of the training showed a significant improvement in five main indicators of teacher skills, namely concept understanding, ability to integrate texts, use of technology, creativity in creating teaching materials, and collaboration. The outputs of this activity include improving teachers' skills, publishing training results, and forming a sustainable learning community to continue to support literacy development in elementary schools.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan di Desa Mekarsari, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesadaran hukum masyarakat dalam penyelesaian sengketa pertanahan melalui edukasi hukum dan pendampingan langsung. Permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat setempat adalah rendahnya pemahaman terhadap implikasi dokumen pernyataan kepemilikan tanah, kurangnya pengetahuan tentang tahapan penyelesaian sengketa, serta munculnya dilema kewenangan Kepala Desa yang sering diminta memberikan keterangan sebagai saksi atas tindakan hukum RT atau RW dalam menandatangani dokumen pertanahan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan hukum oleh narasumber akademisi, diskusi interaktif dengan perangkat desa dan masyarakat, serta simulasi penyusunan dokumen dan mekanisme mediasi sederhana. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya sertifikat tanah sebagai bukti kepemilikan sah, prosedur administrasi pertanahan sesuai ketentuan hukum, serta alternatif penyelesaian sengketa melalui jalur mediasi maupun formal. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menghasilkan rekomendasi tentang tata kelola pertanahan yang lebih jelas dan berkeadilan. Dengan demikian, PKM ini tidak hanya memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan aktual di desa, tetapi juga berkontribusi dalam mewujudkan kemandirian hukum masyarakat dan mendukung pembangunan desa yang berkelanjutan. ABSTRACT This Community Service Program (PkM) was carried out in Mekarsari Village, West Bandung Regency, with the aim of enhancing community legal awareness in resolving land disputes through legal education and direct assistance. The main issues faced by the local community include limited understanding of the implications of land ownership declaration documents, lack of knowledge regarding the stages of dispute resolution, and the dilemma of the Village Head’s authority who is often requested to provide testimony as a witness in legal actions taken by neighborhood (RT) or community (RW) leaders when signing land ownership documents. The implementation methods involved legal counseling delivered by academic experts, interactive discussions with village officials and residents, as well as simulations on document drafting and simple mediation mechanisms. The results demonstrated a significant increase in the community’s understanding of the importance of land certificates as legitimate evidence of ownership, administrative procedures for land registration in accordance with legal provisions, and alternative dispute resolution through mediation and formal mechanisms. Furthermore, the program produced recommendations for clearer and fairer land governance. Thus, this PkM not only provided solutions to actual problems in the village but also contributed to fostering community legal independence and supporting sustainable village development.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of Basic Training Education (Diklatsar) in Student Nature Lover Organizations (Mapala) in shaping the conservation character of members in the Bekasi Karawang region. The character values examined include environmental awareness, cooperation, responsibility, independence, critical thinking, and their application in daily life. This research is motivated by the lack of character education as a means of instilling conservation values deeply and sustainably among the younger generation. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects consist of nine informants who are chairpersons, mentors, and active members from three Mapala organizations in Bekasi and Karawang namely Mapalaska, Kapal Baja, and Mapala Petang. The main focus of the study is on three aspects of Diklatsar implementation planning, execution, and evaluation, as well as how these activities shape the members conservation character. The findings reveal that the implementation of Basic Training in these organizations has been structured and oriented towards character development through experiential learning. Thus, Basic Training Education in Mapala serves not only as a model of nature-based youth education but also as an alternative solution for shaping students character in environmental concern, collaboration, responsibility, independence, and critical thinking.

Abstract

This study examines how the managerial role of managers in improving the competence of teachers in SPS PAUD Pelita. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach, with data obtained through interviews with managers, teachers, and parents. The results show that managers contribute to the development of teachers through planning, direction, and involvement in External Training, although it has not been outlined in the form of official programs. Supporting factors include the commitment of managers, participation of parents, and cooperation with outside parties. The obstacles faced include limited funding, inadequate facilities, and the dual role of managers in school operations.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategies of communication, information, and education (KIE) implemented by health cadres in increasing community participation at Posyandu Virgo 6, Bekasi Regency, and to identify the challenges encountered during implementation. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The informants included the head of the cadres, two cadre members, and two posyandu participants. The results showed that KIE strategies were carried out through interpersonal, educative, participatory, and adaptive approaches. Communication was conducted directly using simple language, visual media such as posters and the maternal and child health (KIA) book, and dialogue-based education. These strategies proved effective in raising awareness and increasing community attendance. However, cadres faced several challenges, including limited understanding among some residents, shortage of cadre personnel, lack of educational media, and absence of supporting facilities such as toilets. Therefore, support from multiple parties, including cadres, community members, village government, and health workers, is needed to ensure that the implementation of KIE strategies at the posyandu can operate more effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

Reading interest is an essential foundation for literacy development that should be nurtured from early childhood. Its growth is strongly determined by learning methods that are in harmony with children’s characteristics, needs, and pace of learning. This study explores the application of the Individual System method in fostering reading interest among children aged 5–6 years at biMBA AIUEO Walahar Karawang. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research involved one administrator, three motivators, and three parents as key informants. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed through stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the Individual System was implemented through several structured steps: conducting non-academic initial assessments, preparing gradual learning modules based on the Small Step System, applying person-to-person learning, and conducting narrative evaluations with parental involvement. This method was strengthened by diverse learning media and the establishment of positive emotional bonds between motivators and children. The outcomes indicate improvements in cognitive abilities, sustained enthusiasm for reading, and enhanced fine motor skills. Overall, the Individual System emerges as a holistic and enjoyable pedagogical approach that effectively nurtures reading interest in early childhood education.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi ini banyak sekali kebutuhan yang harus dipenuhi dan tuntutan ekonomi yang semakin tinggi, sehingga banyak orang tua yang memiliki anak usia dini tidak dapat mengasuh anaknya secara penuh dengan waktu yang cukup dan membutuhkan pihak lain untuk memenuhi segala kebutuhan anaknya, sehingga mereka membutuhkan pihak ketiga untuk membantu menjaga anaknya, sedangkan mereka ingin agar anaknya dirawat dengan pola asuh yang baik dan dibantu dalam pembelajaran untuk menstimulasi anak usia dini saat mereka dewasa nanti. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh pihak ketiga keluarga yang terpercaya pelayanannya baik dan telah terakreditasi oleh pemerintah yaitu Tempat Penitipan Anak dan juga untuk melihat hasil dari pola asuh yang diterapkan di Tempat Penitipan Anak. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data melalui observasi, wawancara dengan subjek, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa anak usia dini merupakan masa dimana mereka belajar untuk mengenal dirinya sendiri, bahkan emosinya serta bagaimana cara mengelolanya untuk dirinya sendiri dan orang lain. Dengan demikian, pengasuhan ini dapat menggunakan pola asuh holistik yang merupakan pendekatan komprehensif dalam memenuhi segala kebutuhan anak agar anak usia dini yang berada di usia emasnya tidak kekurangan perkembangan dan pertumbuhan yang seharusnya dijalankan di rumah. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik adalah melalui pola asuh holistik, hal ini sangat mendukung tumbuh kembang anak, terutama pada perkembangan emosi anak, ditambah dengan pendidikan sesuai usia anak yang dapat menghasilkan perkembangan emosi, menjadikan anak mampu mengelola emosinya dengan baik, bahkan terhadap orang lain, sehingga mampu berinteraksi dengan teman sebayanya dan memiliki rasa percaya diri yang kuat dalam bersosialisasi dan berkomunikasi, namun perkembangan tersebut tetap sesuai dengan usianya.

Abstract

Financial technology (fintech) is reshaping banking by offering efficiency and accessibility, yet customer loyalty depends on balancing perceived benefits and risks. This study examines how fintech adoption influences loyalty through the mediating role of trust, with perceived benefit and perceived risk as antecedents. A quantitative survey of 150 Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) customers in Tangerang was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Results show that fintech adoption significantly increases perceived benefits, which positively affect trust, while perceived risk exerts a negative but insignificant influence. Trust does not directly predict loyalty but partially mediates the benefit–loyalty relationship. These findings highlight the benefit–risk trade-off in fintech adoption and underscore the importance of enhancing trust to sustain customer loyalty. The study contributes to fintech adoption theory and provides practical guidance for banks to improve customer experience while mitigating risks.
