Abstract

Service marketing strategy is a set of tools that can be used marketer, which consists of various elements of a marketing program that should be considered that the implementation of the strategy defined marketers can be successful. The purpose of this study was to megetahui implementation of marketing strategy services performed charisma bukittinggi hotel.Kharisma Hotel Bukittinggi established PT. Mega Kharisma Asia Sentosa and all operating on 10 August 2002. Hotel charisma is suattu hotels are accommodation facilities that play a role in the operation of services in the form of specialty services to the community in need, Kharisma Hotel is a 2-star hotel.The results showed that the analysis of marketing strategy services at Kharisma Hotel Bukittinggi categorized very well, indicated by respondents when distributing questionnaires.Keywords: Marketing Services

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is an important part of the product marketing concept. This is supported by the quality of service and good corporate image in front of consumers which are part of the supporting factors for customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and corporate image on consumer satisfaction at PT. Nusantara V Pekanbaru Plantation. The sample of this research are 50 respondent by census method. The method used in this research is comparative causal (Ex Post Facto) which is a method to determine the relation between cause and effect with the data source is coming from primary data obtained through the interview process and distributing questionnaires which were then tested statistically through the SPSS program and secondary data using data on sales of by-products of PT. Nusantara V Pekanbaru Plantation from 2017-2020.The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative. In this study, the results obtained are that Service Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), Company Image (X2) has a positive and significant impact on Consumer Decisions (Y), and Service Quality (X1) and Company Image (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at PT. Nusantara V Pekanbaru Plantation.Keywords: Service Quality, Corporate Image, and Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study is a study to describe the Influence of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty on Airline PT.Garuda Citilink Pekanbaru Route - Jakarta. From the data obtained, from 2013 to 2016, the number of passengers using Citilink's carrier airline has decreased in 2016 and caused a decrease in passengers loyal to Citilink airlines. Problems that occur are less effective and efficient implementation and function of the company in meeting the quality of peyananan desired by the customer. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of service quality to customer loyalty at airline PT.Garuda Citilink Pekanbaru - Jakarta route and to know the inhibiting factors is less effective and efficient execution and function of company in fulfilling quality of peyananan desired by customer. The concept of the theory used is Quality of Service and Loyalty. This research uses quantitative method to test the influence between the two variables. Customers who are sampled amounted to 100 people. The type of data used is primary data with data collection methods using questionnaires that spread to 100 respondents. Data analysis method used in this research is a simple linear regression with the help of SPSS Software Version 17.0. The results of this study indicate the quality of service and customer loyalty in PT.Garuda Citilink Pekanbaru branch classified as less good and customer loyalty, based on the results obtained as a whole off Citilink airline route Pekanbaru-Jakarta route loyal enough or loyal to use Citilink aircraft carrier. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Duri, the purpose of this study was to determine of brand image and after sales service to consumer satisfaction of Honda motorcycles at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Duri. Brand Image and After Sales Service as an independent variable ) while customer satisfaction as dependent variable (Y)The problem in this research is the number of motorcycle sales that experience Fluctuation in PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Duri, in the last 5 years did not reach the target. The sample were taken by 100 respodents from quetionnarire and subsequently processed to then tested with statistics through SPSSFrom the results of tests conducted indicate show that the brand image and after-sales service have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at PT. Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is one of the most important factors in the marketing concept, this is the background of this research. Good product quality, appropriate pricing, and proper promotion in front of consumers are the most important factors supporting consumer satisfaction. This strategy is implemented by PT Elha Narita Perkasa O'Chicken Pekanbaru Branch. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, pricing, and implementation of promotions on consumer satisfaction of PT Elha Narita Perkasa's organic chicken products (Study on Consumers of O'Chicken Pekanbaru). The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative, with data sources from primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used in this research is simple and multiple linear regression analysis, and through validity and reliability tests. In this study the results obtained are Product Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), Pricing (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), Promotion Implementation (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), and Product Quality (X1), Pricing (X2), and Promotion Implementation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at PT Elha Narita Perkasa O'Chicken Pekanbaru Branch. Keywords: Product Quality, Pricing, Promotion Implementation, and Consumer Satisfaction.PENDAHULUAN

Abstract

This research is based on an existing phenomenon where products that pay attention to their impact on the environment or green marketing can be one of the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions, because it relates to the company's efforts to pay attention to products from the process to the hands of consumers from competitors who use the green concept. marketing too, so that it can be used by consumers as a basis for deciding between buying or not a product being offered. The problem in this study is whether there is a significant influence between green marketing and brand image with the purchasing decision of O'Chicken Pekanbaru chicken culinary. This research was conducted at O'Chicken Pekanbaru which is located at Jalan Tengku Bey Number 20, Air Dingin Village, Kec, Bukit Raya, Pekanbaru City, Riau.      The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were taken based on the Slovin formula with the sampling technique using the accidental sampling method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Furthermore, the authors analyze the data using quantitative methods using research instrument tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. From the results of this study, obtained a simple linear regression equation as follows: Y = 10.340 + 0.581X means that the green marketing variable has a positive effect on the purchasing decision variable. And the simple linear regression equation Y= 11.510 + 0.847X means that the brand image variable has a positive effect on the purchasing decision variable. This is also tested. With a t test of t count = 4.380 > t table 1.660 and significance = 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, namely the green marketing variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and with a t test of t count = 4.078 > t table 1.66055 and significance = 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means partially brand image has a significant influence on purchasing decisions on organic chicken PT. Elha Narita Perkasa Pekanbaru. For the Coefficient of Determination Test (R2) the green marketing variable obtained a value (R square) of 0.174 or 17.4%. This shows that the percentage contribution of green marketing and brand image variables to purchasing decisions is 17.4%, while the remaining 82.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. and for the brand image variable, the number (R Square) is 0.145 or 14.5%. This shows that the percentage contribution of green marketing and brand image variables to purchasing decisions is 17.4%, while the remaining 82.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. and for the brand image variable, the number (R Square) is 0.145 or 14.5%. In the correlation coefficient, it is known that the R value is 0.17. Abstract

This research was done in Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru, the purpose of this research is to know the influence of promotion mixed towards customers interest buying (case study the room service sales of Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru). The promotion mixed as independent variable (X) while customers interest buying (Y).The problem of this research is level of room service sales of Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden couldn’t reach the target, moreover seems decreasing every year. It has been seen from the realization percentage of room service sales of hotel level in last 4 years. This sample has taken about 100 respondent of population which is calculating using slovin formula. The data was getting from questionnaire and process next to test with statistic by SPSS program.The result shown that promotion mixed has positive effect about 63% and significant towards customers interest buying of the room service sales of Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru.Key words: promotion mixed, customers interest buying

Abstract

This study was conducted to clarify the Operational Procedures Reserve Tickets at PT. Okay Independent Tour And Travel Tourism Pekanbaru. As for the background of this research is a form of service performed by PT. Oke Wisata Mandiri Tour And Travel Pekanbaru is not well in customer service. This research uses theory that discusses Agus Rianto Code Management Reserve to explain the phenomena found in the field. This study used qualitative methods, while the technique of data collection using interviews, observation and discussion with sources of research. Furthermore, the data in the form of data qualitative and quantitative data were analyzed with descriptive technical data analysis. Results of this study showed a difference error itinerary that consumers want to bokingang that was created by the reservations clerk. Mistakes in pingisian tickets include mistakes filling date, month, route the customer wants at the time of reservation. Plus the lack of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) reservation that applied by PT. Oke Wisata Mandiri Tour And Travel, so Human Resources which are owned to serve consumers not optimal. So many complain that reported by consumers for errors made by the reservations clerk. Keywords: Operations, Procedures, Reservations

Abstract

This research was conducted in a new VizCake store located in Jalan JendralSudirman No. 418 Pekanbaru. The problem in this research is not achieving company’ssales target in the last five years and the percentage of achievement of sales targetdecrease in three consecutive years and the least increase of buyer number, this isallegedly influenced by consumer buying interest. The purpose of this study is todetermine the effect of product quality, price, promotion, and distribution of new VizCakestore.In this research the method used is descriptive quantitative by using SPSSprogram. Population in this study are consumers who buy VizCake products thatamounted to 31,879 consumers. Samples taken based on menthod using slovin formulathat is 100 responden and menthod of collecting data using questioner.This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of products, price,promotion, and distribution of consumer buying interest. Technique used AccidentalSampling, data obtained by using simple regression analysis and multiple regressionanalysis. The results of this study indicate product quality, price, promotion, anddistribution have a positive and significant impact on consumer buying interest.Keywords : product quality, price, promotion, distribution, and consumer buyinginterest.

Abstract

Career development is a process to increase individual skill in order to archive better career. And job satisfaction shows how far individual feels about the positive or negative of all factors and dimension from their task in their job. The purpose of this research is to understand career development, job satisfaction and examine the influence of career development to employee job satisfaction at the branch office PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Pekanbaru.The methods used in this research is descriptif method and analytical quantitative analysis. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a population of 68 people and the number of samples is 40 respondents. The data measured with Likert scale. And then the data is processes by using SPSS 17 program.The result of this study indicate that the influence of career development on employee job satisfaction at the branch office PT.
