Abstract

This research aims to find out how the quality of the tour guide licensed in the City of Pekanbaru is viewed from the angle of knowledge.This research uses the method of deskriptif kualitatif for analyzing problems in the lift. As for the sample in this research as much as 8 people consists of the Set of tour Guide in Indonesia Council Representative Area of The diyala province, Riau, Service Culture and Tourism City of Pekanbaru, Travel agent Tour, as well as 4 the tour guide licensed in the City of Pekanbaru. The sample in this research using purposive sampling, Whereas the technique of gathering data in this research using interviews and documentation. With dimensions on the quality of the pramuwisata from the angle of knowledge (Kesrul, 2004:16) composed of 4 kinds of that State of Nature, History, Artificial Environment, as well as Events or New Things Warm Talk about.Based on the results of the research that's been done, seen that the quality of the tour guide licensed in the City of Pekanbaru from the angle of knowledge is still low and need to be improved again.Keywords :Tour Guide, Knowledge of Tour Guides, the Quality of the tour Guide Licensed In the City of Pekanbaru

Abstract

This research was conducted at MTC Giant Panam Pekanbaru Brick Shoe Store, located on HR street. Soebrantas KM. 12.5. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions on consumers who shop at MTC Giant Panam Pekanbaru Brick Shoe Store. Where brand image as variable (X1), product quality as variable (X2), and purchase decision as variable (Y).The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis obtained from questionnaire results and measured by likert scale which is then processed with SPSS version 23. Samples in this study as many as 100 respondents from the population were calculated using the formula slovin. The study used simple linear regression analysis methods and multiple linear regression analysis.The technique used in this study was Accidental Sampling. The results of the analysis showed that brand image variables and product qualityhad a positive and significant influence on the increase in purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously.Keywords: Brand Image, Quality, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Marketing strategies is a set of n plan formulated by looking at the dimensions of the product, price, place and promotion to the goals and objectives, policies and rules that gives direction to the marketing efforts of companies from time to time, at each level, and reference and location, especially as the company's response in the face of competition environment and circumstances change. Consumer interest is growing for a motif based on the attributes in accordance with the wishes and needs in buying the product, based on these two companies should be appropriately designing marketing strategies to attract the interest of the consumers themselves to be interested in housing products offered so that when the consumer has berinat on products hence the decision to purchase such products will be created. This research was conducted in Housing Binoculars Surya Mandiri PT. Efa Artha Utama, Jalan Binoculars, Arengka-Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the influence of marketing strategies on growing consumer interest in housing PT. Efa Artha Utama, Jalan Binoculars, Arengka-Pekanbaru. In this research methodology is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS, where samples were used that consumers who buy housing PT. Efa Artha Utama, Jalan Binoculars, Arengka-Pekanbaru and as a resource that is led PT. Efa Artha Utama, Jalan Binoculars, Arengka-Pekanbaru. To determine the sample using data through interviews and questionnaires while the types and sources of data are primary and secondary data.From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability, simple linear regression, test of determination and t test the influence of marketing strategies which comprises four dimensions of the consumer interest is seen four dimensions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Promotion and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction (Study on Alpha Hotel Room Services Pekanbaru). Where two independent variables and one dependent variable are proposed, namely Promotion and Service Quality as independent variables and Consumer Satisfaction acts as the dependent variable. The population in this study were Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru Visitors with a sampling of 100 people calculated using the Slovin formula and the technique used Accidental sampling. The results of the analysis use validity test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test so that it can be seen that Promotion has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in Pekanbaru Hotel Room Service, Service Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru Room Services, and Promotion and Service Quality have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at the Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru Room Service. Keywords: Promotion, Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Discipline of work is undertaken efforts to create a working environment that isorderly, efficient and successful through proper regulatory system. The disciplinaryprocedures are included in the work in this study is about, time discipline, discipline anddiscipline task behavior.Labor productivity is a mental attitude that always mempunai view that quality of lifeshould be better today than yesterday and tomorrow should be better than today. Laborproductivity assessed in this study is about, the quantity of work, quality of work andtimeliness of work.PT. Nusantara Plantation V MCC Sei Rokan is a company engaged in the business ofplantation, processing and marketing of farm products, namely palm oil (CPO) and palmkernel (Karnel). Processing part is the most important part of business units MCC (mills) isbecause the processing section which produce palm oil products and Karnel, and in thissection is required of employees who actually have a high hard work to get results that meetthe CPO and Karnel targets the company.Based on the analysis of this study showed that the discipline of work has a positiveimpact on employee productivity processing part of PT. Nusantara Plantation V MCC SeiRokan. It can be seen from the analysis of known data from the t (30.401)> t table (2.600)and sig (0,000) <0.05. Then the hypothesis is no influence on the productivity of labordiscipline is acceptable.Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Productivity, Discipline and Productivity

Abstract

The research was conducted in PT Evcon Jaya Nusantara Pekanbaru. The setting ofthe problem is factors affecting sales volume of scafolding rental service at PT chevron JayaNusantara in Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was determine the influence of salesvolume and to know efforts are being made to increase the sales of service.The author uses descriptive quantitative analysis methods, and some theories aboutsales volume of service. Collecting data using questionnairs and interviews, the sample usedwas accidental sampling. Source of data used are primary data or data obtained fromquestioners and interviews. Secondary data is data obtained from company documents’ PTEvcon Jaya Nusantara. The results indicate that the influence of internal factors serviceprovided , the availability of items and tightening in providing receivables is very affect salesvolume of service. On external factors changes in consumer tastes and the emergence of newrivals also affect sales volume of service.Key words: sales volume of service, scaffolding.

Abstract

The research is was conducted to test effect of capital structure to profitability in industry of textile and garment company listed at indonesian stock exchange. Which is indicated by the capital structure of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and profitability as indicated by Return On Equity (ROE). The research population is the industry of textile and garment companies listed on the indonesian stock exchange during the period 2008-2012. In financial statements include the value of financial ratios examined included DER and ROE. Which have fluctuated during financial statement period 2008-2012. Obtained a total sample of 30 financial statements obtained throught sampling technique is purposive sampling.Analytical techniques data used is simple regresi linier and hipotesis test used t-statistics, to relationship test by correlation, and kooefecience determination to determine the effect of DER toward ROE by using SPSS program.The result of the analysis indicate that DER significant negative effect on ROE industry of textile and garment companies listed on the indonesian stock exchange period 2008-2012. At level of significance is less than 5% (0,000%). DER contribution to ROE is 66%, as indicated by the R-square of 66%, while the remaining 44%, are influenced by other factors not included in the research model.Key words: Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Equity (ROE)

Abstract

This study was conducted at Hospital Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine how the influence of the Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Location, People, Physical Evidence, customer service) to the Patient Interests (Awareness, Knowledge, preferences, options, Confidence, Purchasing) in Hospitals Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru.The problem in this research is the decline in the number of outpatient and inpatient in hospital Lancang Kuning pekanbaru so that the target does not correspond to what was targeted by the company.The population in this study were patients seeking treatment at the Hospital Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru. With 100 samples, sampling using the formula slovin. The data collection of primary data research, with questionnaires as an instrument of research and secondary data from company archives, data analysis used is by using simple linear regression, test of determination and t test with SPSS. From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability, and simple linear regression, t-test research results show the calculation of the t (14.058)> t table (1.984) and Sig. (0.000) <0,05.Artinya variable significant effect Marketing Mix to the patient's interest.Keywords: Marketing Mix, Patient Interests

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Indonesian Post Office in Pekanbaru. The problem in this research is the sale at the Pekanbaru Indonesia Post Office, the sales of which do not reach the targets set by the company, meaning there are problems with customer satisfaction. This was due to the fact that package delivery did not arrive on time and the level of competition was increasing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and corporate image on consumer satisfaction on the use of delivery services in the Indonesian post office Pekanbaru.Hypothesis testing is done by simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis shows that service quality and corporate image have an effect on increasing consumer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. The results of the analysis show the coefficient of determination of 0.418 means that 41.8% change in the value of customer satisfaction is influenced by variables of service quality and corporate image while the remaining 58.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Service Quality, Corporate Image, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru . This study aims to determine the quality of service of employees Housekeeping Department at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru . This study aims at a) . To determine the response to a given service employees Housekeeping Department at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru . b ) . To find any efforts by the company to improve the quality of care Housekeeping Department at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru .The samples used in this study was 100 respondetsn ( people ) .
