Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which implementation of innovation-based corporate social responsibility program at PT Pertamina Refinery Unit II Sei Pakning in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of micro, small, and medium enterprises. This type of research uses a mixed method. The selection of informants is carried out using a purposive technique consisting of the Camat, Village Head, Manager of PT Pertamina Refinery Unit II Sei Pakning, Corporate Social Responsibility Team, Head of Farmer Groups and Community Actors of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. Methods of data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. In quantitative data analysis technique is to use statistical analysis. The results show that product innovation, process innovation, method innovation, strategy innovation, and system innovation have a significant effect on entrepreneurial spirit. The suggestion from this research is that it is better for PT Pertamina Refinery Unit II Sei Pakning made improvements to the innovations of the corporate social responsibility program that they had carried out, especially in the innovation of the system that was carried out in order to continue to involve the district and village governments, so that there was support from both parties for the progress of the assisted the entrepreneurial spirit of micro, small, and medium enterprises.

Abstract

JNE (JNE) Pekanbaru. quality service and price as a variable (X1, X2) meanwhile customer satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y).The problem in this research is the number of customers who experienced fluctuations in Pekanbaru JNE, and in the last 4 years are not achieving the target of only acquired in 2013. The research sample taken as many as 93 respondents from the population is calculated using the formula slovin. Data obtained from the questionnaire and subsequently processed to then be tested with statistics through SPSS.From the results of tests carried out showed that the quality of service and price positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at PT. JNE (Line NugrahaEkakurir) Pekanbaru. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and partial regression analysis.Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

CSR Program of PT. Pertamina RU II Sei Pakning is no longer a charity but is already in the form of a CSR program which is directed to increase people's income through the development ofmicro, small, and medium enterprises. Innovation is not only carried out in the product form of the program, but also innovation in processes, methods, strategies and systems. The goal is that the fosteredmicro, small, and medium enterprisesin the future can exist and be independent. The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which the implementation of the innovation-based CSR program in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of themicro, small, and medium enterprisescommunity in Sei. Pakning. This type of research uses a mixed method. Methods of data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the innovation-based CSR program at PT. Pertamina RU II Sei. Pakning has not been able to fully cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit of the assistedmicro, small, and medium enterprises. Statistical tests show that there is a significant effect of CSR program innovation consisting of product innovation, process, method, strategy and system on the entrepreneurial spirit of fosteredmicro, small, and medium enterprises. For this reason, it is better for Pertamina RU II Sei. Pakning made improvements to the innovations from the CSR Program they had carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of pricing and product quality on processed catfish at Graha Pratama Fish, Koto Mesjid Village, XIII District, Koto Kampar. This research method uses quantitative. The sample in this study used an accidental sampling technique of 100 respondents. This research was located at Graha Pratama Fish, Koto Mesjid Village, XII District, Koto Kampar. By using SPSS. The method of analysis of this study uses simple and multiple linear regression analysis by testing the validity and reliability tests. The results showed that partially the pricing variable was stated to have a significant effect on purchase intention of 57.4% and product quality had a significant effect on purchase intention of 31.9%. Then in the simultaneous test results it is known that the two variables, namely pricing (XI) and product quality (X2) have proven to have a significant effect on the dependent variable buying interest (Y) of 78.1%. Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is one of the most important factors in the marketing concept, this is the background of this research. Good service quality, appropriate pricing is the most important part of supporting factors for customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine service quality, pricing, and customer satisfaction at the Siak Kitchen Mama Nizam Siak Sri Indrapura Bakery and Souvenirs Shop, to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Mama Nizam Bakery and Typical Souvenir Shop. Siak Sri Indrapura, to determine the effect of pricing on consumer satisfaction at the Siak Kitchen Mama Nizam Bakery and Souvenir Shop and to determine the effect of service quality and pricing on customer satisfaction at the Siak Kitchen Mama Bakery and Typical Souvenirs. Nizam Siak Sri Indrapura. The research location is in the Siak Kitchen Bakery and Souvenirs Typical Kitchen Mama Nizam Siak Sri Indrapura on Jalan Raja Kecik, Kampung Dalam Village, Siak District, Siak Sri Indrapura Regency. The research sample was 100 respondents with accidental sampling technique. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis, the sample with data sources from primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression, and through validity and reliability tests. In this study the results obtained are that Service Quality (X1) has an effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), Pricing has an effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), and Service Quality (X1) and Price Fixing (X2) has an effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at the Bakery and Souvenirs Typical Siak Kitchen Mama Nizam Siak Sri Indrapura. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and service quality on consumer satisfaction. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics, the source of the data in this study comes from primary data obtained through the process of distributing questionnaires which are then carried out statistical tests with the SPSS program and secondary data using target data and actual sales of J&T Express Botania 2 shipping services Batam City for the 2017-2021 period. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis using validity test, reliability test and simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The test results in this study indicate that partially the brand image variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y). Partially, the service quality variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). And simultaneously brand image (X1) and service quality (X2) have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian merupakan salah satu bagian penting dalam konsep pemasaran hal tersebutlah yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini. Pengimplementasian Kualitas Produk yang baik dan Penetapan Harga yang sesuai dihadapan konsumen merupakan bagian dari faktor pendukung Keputusan Pembelian konsumen. Strategi inilah yang di terapkan oleh PT. Polisk Sentral Sumatera Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Penetapan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT. Polisk Sentral Sumatera Pekanbaru . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitain ini adalah deskriptif dan kuantitatif, dengan sumber data penelitian ini berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda, dan dengan melalui uji validitas serta uji realiabilitas. Dalam penelitian ini hasil yang diperoleh adalah bahwa Kualitas Produk (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y), Penetapan Harga (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y), dan Kualitas Produk (X1) dan Penetapan Harga (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) pada PT. Polisk Sentral Sumatera Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of pricing and product quality on the purchase decision of Indihome products at PT Telkom Pekanbaru City. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics with explanatory research. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were determined using the purposive sampling technique and using a questionnaire for data collection techniques. From the data analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test, the results show that pricing has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by t count (9,690) > t table (1,661), product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of t count (8.075) > t table (1, )

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Sianok Motor Duri Accessories Store, which is located at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman No. 64, Balik Alam, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau. This study aims to determine the effect of research quality and pricing on consumer buying interest partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method with SPSS program. The population in this study were all consumers at the Sianok Motor Duri Accessories Store in 2019 as many as 812 and the sample from this study as many as 89 respondents from consumers of the Sianok Motor Duri Accessories Store. Determination of the sample in this study using the Slovin formula, namely by nonprobability sampling technique with accidental sampling technique. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test (partial test) F test (simultaneous test). The results of this study indicate the results of the t-test hypothesis of service quality on consumer buying interest, namely t count (8.782)> t table (1.987) meaning that service quality is significant to consumer buying interest. Second, pricing on consumer buying interest is t count (7.277)>t table (1.987) meaning that the price setting is significant to consumer buying interest. F test results of service quality and pricing on consumer buying interest are F count (38.339)>F table (3.10). Keywords: Service Quality, Pricing, Consumer Purchase Interest
