Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence product innovation and product diversification have on customer loyalty. The sample in this study was taken as many as 90 respondents who were determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques in this study using interview methods and questionnaires filled by visitors UD. Klindocare. Data obtained using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that product innovation has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Product diversification has a significant effect on customer loyalty. And simultaneously product innovation and product diversification have a significant effect on customer loyalty.Keywords: Product Innovation, Product Diversification, and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix and the quality of service on purchasing decisions (study in the semoga sukses cell Pekanbaru) partially and simultaneously. Marketing mix and service quality as independent variables () while purchasing decisions as the dependent variable (Y). this research was conducted at semoga sukses cell Pekanbaru which is located at Jalan Lembaga Permasyarakatan No. 15 B Pekanbaru. In this study the methodology used was descriptive and quantitative with the SPSS program, where the sample in this study were customers of semoga sukses cell Pekanbaru many as 100 respondents. To determine the sample using the Slovin formula, the sampling technique with accidental sampling. Techniques for collecting data through questionnaires. From data analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test by testing t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). The results of this study indicate that the results of testing the first t test hypothesis, marketing mix of purchasing decisions is tarithmetic (15,089) > ttabel  (1,984) means that the marketing mix has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Second, the quality of service to purchasing decisions is tarithmetic (10,817) > ttabel  (1,984), which means that service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Test results F marketing mix and service quality on purchasing decisions are (163,044) >  (3,09).  This means that the marketing mix and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Marketing Mix, Service Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif Pekanbaru which is located on Jl. Jend. Sudirman No.230, South Tangkerang, Bukit Raya, Pekanbaru, Riau. This study aims to determine the effect of Promotion Implementation and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method with the SPSS program. The population in this study were all consumers who purchased a Mitsubishi Pajero Sport car at PT. Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif Pekanbaru in 2020 was 179 and the sample in this study was 124 respondents. Determination of the sample in this study using the Slovin formula, namely the Non-Probability Sampling technique with the Accidental Sampling technique.Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis, and significance test with t-test (partial test) F test (simultaneous test). The results of this study indicate the results of the first t-test hypothesis, Promotion Implementation on Purchase Decisions, namely t count (13,107) > t table (1,6574) meaning that Promotion Implementation has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Second, the brand image on purchasing decisions is t count (10.319) > t table (1.6574) meaning that brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the f test implementation of Promotion and Brand Image have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, namely f count (104.976) > f table (3.07) meaning that the Implementation of Promotion and Brand Image simultaneously has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions for Mitsubishi Pajero Sports Cars at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of motivation on the quality of service at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pekanbaru branch. Implementation of motivation as a variable X and the quality of service as a variable Y. This study refers to the ERG theory of Clayton Alderfer (1972) which says there are three groups, namely the need for existence, relatedness and growth, where samples were used that customer PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pekanbaru branch with respondents as many as 100 customers. To determine the number of samples used formula slovin, while the collection of data used are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The measurement technique using a Likert scale with answers which were given a score of 1-5, while the statistical test equipment used is linear regression, the coefficients of determination and t test. From the discussion that is seen from the need for existence, relatedness and growth undertaken by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pekanbaru branch can be seen that the implementation of the provision of motivation have been effective and well categorized and significant effect on the quality of service.Keywords : Motivation , Quality of Service , existence , relatedness and growth

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Eka Sari Lorena “ESL Express”  Pekanbaru, as for the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality to costumer satisfication at PT. Eka Sari Lorena “ESL Express” Pekanbaru. System quality, information quality, and service quality as the independent variable (X1X2X3) while the costumer satisfication as the dependent variable (Y). The problem in this research is the sale of room service of PT. Eka Sari Lorena “ESL Express” fluctuated in the last few years. The research sample was taken of 100 respondents of the population was calculated using the Slovin formula. The data was getting from the questionnaire and subsequently processed to then be tested with statistics through SPSS. The result of research indicates that for t test, system quality,information quality, and service quality partially have a significant effect on customer satisfication. And the result of F test indicates that system quality, information quality, and service quality simultaneously have a significant effects on customer satisfication.  Keywords: System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Customer Satisfication

Abstract

Career development is very important for a company, career development is also very helpful employees in analyzing their willingness and interest to achieve individual career employees in accordance with the needs and development of the company. purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the factors that influence the career development of employees at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch PekanbaruThe method used in this research is descriptive and analytical techniques used are qualitative analysis. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a population of 56 people and the amount of sample is 50 respondents. Data were obtained through interviews and questionnaires that measured using a Likert scale.The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence the career development of employees at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Pekanbaru indicate the criteria agreed or appropriate.keywords : Analysis, factors Career Development, PT. This study aims to determine the quality of service to customer loyalty at PT. ELTEHA Cargo Pekanbaru. Quality of Service as a Variable (X), and Customer Loyalty as a variable (Y).Method in this research is quantitative with SPSS program, where sample used is consumer of Elteha Cargo counted 100 respondents. The amount can already represent the population. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality and corporate image on customer loyalti in Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru. The Service quality as a variable (X1), corporate image as a variable (X2) andcustomer loyalty as a variable (Y).The Method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 20, where samples were used that guess staying in the hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru with method by accidental sampling with respondens as many 100 people. For determine the number of samples used slovin formula and data collection through questionaires and interviews.Result of analysis using multiple linier regretion, t test and F test so that it can be seen that the service quality variable significant effect on customer loyalty, corporate image variable significant effect on customer loyalty and the service quality variable and corporate image variable significant effect on customer loyalty.Keywords : Service Quality, Corporate Image, and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are an important part of the product marketing concept, this is the background of this research. Implementing a good brand image in front of consumers and the right service quality are part of the factors supporting consumer purchasing decisions. This strategy is applied by Sederhana Restaurant Teluk Kuantan City. This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image and Service Quality on purchasing decisions at Sederhana Restaurant Teluk Kuantan City. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative, with the source of the data from this study coming from primary data obtained through the interview process and distributing questionnaires which were then tested statistically through the SPSS program and secondary data using product sales data for Sederhana Restaurant Teluk Kuantan City from 2016-2020. The analytical method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis, and through validity and reliability tests. In this study the results obtained are that the Brand Image (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y), Service Quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y).Keywords: Brand Image, Service Quality and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is an important part of the product marketing concept, this is the background of this research. This strategy is determined by the Talago Biru Restaurant in Pekanbaru City. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and pricing on consumer satisfaction at the Talago Biru Restaurant in Pekanbaru City. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative, with the source of the data from this research comes from primary data obtained through the interview process and distributing questionnaires which are then tested statistically through the SPSS program and secondary data using product sales data for the Talago Biru Restaurant Pekanbaru City from 2016-2020. The analytical method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis, and through validity and reliability tests. In this study the results obtained are that Service Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), Pricing (X2) has a positive and significant impact on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), and Service Quality (X1) and Pricing (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at the Talago Biru Restaurant in Pekanbaru City. Keywords: Service Quality, Pricing, Customer Satisfaction
