Abstract

This research was conducted at the Sianok Motor Duri Accessories Store, which is located at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman No. 64, Balik Alam, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau. This study aims to determine the effect of research quality and pricing on consumer buying interest partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method with SPSS program. The population in this study were all consumers at the Sianok Motor Duri Accessories Store in 2019 as many as 812 and the sample from this study as many as 89 respondents from consumers of the Sianok Motor Duri Accessories Store. Determination of the sample in this study using the Slovin formula, namely by nonprobability sampling technique with accidental sampling technique. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test (partial test) F test (simultaneous test). The results of this study indicate the results of the t-test hypothesis of service quality on consumer buying interest, namely t count (8.782)> t table (1.987) meaning that service quality is significant to consumer buying interest. Second, pricing on consumer buying interest is t count (7.277)>t table (1.987) meaning that the price setting is significant to consumer buying interest. F test results of service quality and pricing on consumer buying interest are F count (38.339)>F table (3.10). Keywords: Service Quality, Pricing, Consumer Purchase Interest

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and pricing on consumer satisfaction. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics, the source of the data in this study came from primary data obtained through the process of distributing questionnaires which were then carried out statistical tests with the SPSS program and secondary data using room sales data at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru for the period 2017- 2021. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, partial test, simultaneous test. The test results in this study indicate that partially the service quality variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y), partially the pricing variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). And simultaneously service quality (X1) and pricing (X2) have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are an important part of the product marketing concept and this is the background of this research. Store layout, product diversity and product quality are part of the factors supporting consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of store layout, product diversity and product quality on purchasing decisions at Viera Souvenirs Pekanbaru. This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The analysis method used in this study is simple and multiple linear regression analysis, and by going through validity tests and reliability tests. In this study, the results obtained were that: 1) Store Layout has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, 2) Product Diversity has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, 3) Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, and 4) Store Layout, Product Diversity and Product Quality have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Viera Souvenirs Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and pricing on consumer loyalty. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics with a sample of 100 respondents and using accidental sampling technique. The data sources in this study came from primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires and statistically tested with the SPSS program and secondary data using target data and 2017-2021 sales realization. Data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis using validity test, reliability test and linear regression analysis. The test results in this study indicate that partially the service quality variable (X1) has a positive effect on consumer loyalty (Y). partially the pricing variable (X2) has a positive effect on consumer loyalty (Y). Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan e-marketing, kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi hotel terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Hotel Unigraha Pangkalan Kerinci. Metode dalam penelitian ini ialah statistik deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis regresi linear sederhana dan berganda. Adapun sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik random sampling dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa penerapan e-marketing (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) secara signifikan, kualitas pelayanan (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) secara signifikan, lokasi hotel (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) secara signifikan dan e-marketing (X1), kualitas pelayanan (X2), lokasi hotel (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) secara signifikan pada Hotel Unigraha Pangkalan Kerinci.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Miso Pak Imam Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire consisting of 24 statements and the sample consisted of 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Research data was collected using a questionnaire that was measured using a likert scale and processed using SPSS 26 to process data and test hypotheses. The test result in this study show that partially the service quality variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, partially the store atmosphere variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously service quality (X1) and store atmosphere (X2) have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

  Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui serta menilai bagaimana kualitas produk dan biaya berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan T-Shirt Distro Miko Dumai. Statistik deskriptif dan kuantitatif digunakan sebagai metodologi penelitian dalam penelitian ini. Kuesioner yang berjumlah 26 pernyataan digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, dan metode Accidental Sampling digunakan untuk mengambil sampel sejumlah 100 responden. Data penelitian yang dikumpulkan pada kuesioner diukur menggunakan skala Likert, dan analisis data serta evaluasi hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Kualitas produk (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang baik serta cukup besar terhadap keputusan pembelian, selain harga (X2), menurut hasil uji studi. Kualitas produk (X1) dan harga (X2) mempunyai korelasi kuat dan positif bersamaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ditujukan guna memahami pengaruh antara store image dan promosi penjualan pada KFC Sudirman Pekanbaru.  Persaingan pada dunia bisnis menjadi sebuah tantangan bagi perusahaan untuk dapat mencapai semua tujuan yang diinginkan. Dalam mencapai tujuannya, perusahaan harus memberikan barang dan jasa yang menjadi image tersendiri dari perusahaan tersebut dan memberikan penawaran terbaik terhadap barang dan jasa untuk mendapatkan daya tarik bagi konsumen. Variabel independent ialah store image dan promosi penjualan, sedangkan variabel dependent ialah keputusan pembelian. Metode yang dipakai pada penelitian ialah memakai metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang dipakai sejumlah 100 responden menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling pada konsumen KFC Sudirman Pekanbaru. Sumber data yang dipakai pada penelitian yakni data primer yang didapati dengan proses pembagian kuesioner pada konsumen KFC Sudirman Pekanbaru, yang kemudian dikumpulkan secara statistik menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian membuktikansecara parsial variabel store image mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, secara parsial variabel promosi penjualan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dan secara serentak store image dan promosi penjualan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of digital marketing and service quality on customer loyalty among Gojek users, with a focus on students at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Riau University. The research method used was a survey using a questionnaire distributed to respondents who were Gojek users among FISIP students at Riau University. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that digital marketing has a significant influence on customer loyalty among Gojek users among FISIP students at Riau University. Apart from that, service quality also has a significant influence on customer loyalty among Gojek users among FISIP students at Riau University. Thus, it can be concluded that both digital marketing and service quality have an important role in forming customer loyalty on the Gojek platform among FISIP students at Riau University. It is hoped that the findings from this research can contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies and improve service quality for Gojek and other similar companies in increasing customer loyalty, especially among FISIP students at Riau University and can also be a reference for further research in the same field.

Abstract

Dengan bertumbuhnya industri teknologi dan penyedia jasa layanan internet di Indonesia, khususnya di Kota Pekanbaru, mengakibatkan adanya kebutuhan untuk menciptakan keunikan dengan menciptakan ikatan dan juga peningkatan kualitas layanan, sehingga dapat menghadirkan pasar yang loyal bagi PT.Telkom Pekanbaru sebagai Induk Usaha Produk Indihome. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkonfirmasi dan memberikan solusi terkait dengan Loyalitas Pelanggan berkaitan dengan Customer Bonding dan Kualitas Pelayanan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Indihome di Kota Pekanbaru, dengan jumlah sampel yang menjadi responden sebanyak 100 Orang. Data yang diperoleh menggunkan Kuesioner Penelitian di analisa menggunakan pendekatan analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran customer bonding dan kualitas pelayanan yang sangat signifikan terhadap loyalita, sehingga disarankan agar PT.Telkom dapat melakukan investasi kepada aset berwujud dan Sumber Daya Manusianya agar dapat konsumen dapat merasakan layanan dan adanya rasa keterikatanya dan menjadi pelanggan yang lebih loyal di masa yang akan datang.
