Abstract

Purchasing decisions are an important part of the product marketing concept, this is the background of this research. Implementing the right marketing mix and a good brand image in front of consumers are part of the factors supporting consumer purchasing decisions. This strategy is applied by Pizza Hut Restaurant Metropolitan City Panam Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix Implementation and Brand Image on purchasing decisions at Pizza Hut Restaurant Metropolitan City Panam Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative, with the source of the data from this study coming from primary data obtained through the interview process and distributing questionnaires which were then tested statistically through the SPSS program and secondary data using product sales data for Pizza Hut Restaurant Metropolitan City Panam from 2016-2020. The analytical method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis, and through validity and reliability tests. In this study the results obtained are that the Marketing Mix (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y), Brand Image (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y),Keywords: Marketing Mix, Brand Image and Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aims to examine the persial and simultaneous influence of store location and service quality on consumer buying interest. Where independent variable in this liresearch is store location and service quality while dependent variable is consumer buying interest. The sample used is secondary data derived consumer count report  in Pizza Hut Restaurant Metropolitan City Panam in Pekanbaru City period 2019.This study uses primary data from Pizza Hut Metropolitan City Panam consumer questionnaire. Samples and sampling using insidental sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and test of coefficient of determination. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.The results of this study indicate that the variable of store location and service quality in persial (t test) have a significant effect on consumer buying interest at Pizza Hut restaurants metropolitan city panam. The simultaneous test results (F test) shows the influence of store location and service quality on consumer buying interest at Pizza Hut restaurants metropolitan city panam.  Keywords: store location, service quality, and buying interest

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is one of the benchmarks of the success of the marketing strategy used by a company. Setting the right price and good quality of service provided to consumers will be supporting factors that result in customer satisfaction. This strategy is applied by PT. Pegadaian Panam Pekanbaru Branch. This study aims to determine the effect of pricing and service quality on consumer satisfaction at PT. Pegadaian Panam Pekanbaru Branch (Study of Gold Savings Products PT. Pegadaian Panam Pekanbaru Branch). The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics. The population in this study were all consumers of gold savings products PT. Pegadaian Panam Pekanbaru Branch from 2016- 2020. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Sources of data used in this study came from primary data obtained through the process of distributing questionnaires which were then tested statistically through the SPSS program. The secondary data used are sales data and data on customer realization targets for the Gold Savings product of PT. Pegadaian Panam Pekanbaru Branch from 2016-2020.The analytical method used in this research is simple and multiple linear regression analysis, by going through the validity test and reliability test. In this study the results obtained are that price fixing (X1) has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y), Service Quality (X2) has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) and Pricing (X1) and Service Quality (X2) have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at PT. Abstract

Basically, development phenomena in Indonesian are indicated by unbalancedgrowth between the agrarian and industrial sector. That is not condusive for a better economicstructure. Industrialization is directed for sustaining development on economic growth, creatingsturdier economic structures, and production an economic sectors, support. Traditionaleconomy can be an alternative to stimulate industrial growth for wining competition, improvingindustrial productinity, and boosting the local traditional economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secaraempiris dan menganalisis apakah faktor komitmen dari seluruh komponen organisasi, penyem-purnaan sistem administrasi, sumber daya yang cukup, penghargaan yang jelas dan hukuman/sanksi yang tegas berpengaruh terhadap APBD berbasis kinerja di Kabupaten Siak. Untuk mengujihipotesis pengaruh komitmen dari seluruh komponen organisasi, penyempurnaan sistemadministrasi, sumber daya yang cukup, penghargaan yang jelas dan hukuman/sanksi yang tegasberpengaruh terhadap APBD berbasis kinerja secara simultan dan parsial digunakan uji F dan uji t.Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa komitmen dari seluruh komponen organisasi, penyem-purnaan sistem administrasi, sumber daya yang cukup, penghargaan yang jelas dan hukuman/sanksi yang tegas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap APBD berbasis kinerja. Secaraparsial variabel komitmen dari seluruh komponen organisasi, penyempurnaan sistem administrasi,sumber daya yang cukup tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap APBD berbasis kinerja, sedangkanvariabel reward and punishment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyusunan APBD berbasiskinerja.Kata Kunci: komitmen organisasi, sistem administrasi, APBD berbasis kinerja

Abstract

This research was conducted at Store Azwa Perfume Pekanbaru which is located at Tenku Umar Street No 79, Rintis, LimaPuluh Kota Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to find out Store Image and Store Theatrics to purchase intention at Toko Azwa Perfume Pekanbaru. Store Image and Store Theatrics (X1X2) as independent variables while purchase intention as dependent variable (Y). The problem in this research is not reaching the target in 2013. The samples are taken from 100 respondents and the technique used is Accidental Sampling then tested using SPSS statistics.Hypothesis testing using simple linear analysis method and multiple linear anaisis. From the results of tests conducted show that store image and theatrics store have a positive and significant impact on purchase intention at Azwa Perfume Store Pekanbaru. With R2 value of 0.619. This shows that store image and theatrics store give effect of 61,9% to purchase intention at Store Azwa Perfume Pekanbaru, while the rest 38,1% influenced by other variable that are not examined in this research.Keywords : Store Image, Store Theatrics and Purchase Intention

Abstract

This research was conducted at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru, as for the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix and service quality to customer loyalty (study at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru). Marketing mix and service quality as the independent variable (X1X2 while the customer loyalty as the dependent variable (Y).The problem in this research is the sale of room service of Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru fluctuated and tended to decline each year, does not even reach the sales target. Seen from the presentation realization penjulan services of a hotel room in the last 4 years. The research sample was taken of 100 respondents of the population was calculated using the Slovin formula. The data was getting from the questionnaire and subsequently processed to then be tested with statistics through SPSS.From the test results which shows that the marketing mix and service quality have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty (study at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru).Key words: marketing mix, Service Quality and Customer loyalty

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction of service and spare part PT. Nusantara Berlian Motor Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. This study uses questionnaires as a means of collecting data distributed to 100 customers of service and spare part PT. Nusantara Berlian Motor Pekanbaru. Data from the questionnaire was further processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 25.0 by performing validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis test consisting of t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). This result showed that the result of the first hypothesis testing is service quality to customer satisfaction showed t count (9,949) > t table (1,984), it means service quality significantly influence customer satisfaction. The result of second hypothesis testing is product quality to customer satisfaction show t count (7,746) > t table (1,984), it means product quality have significant effect to customer satisfaction. The result of the third hypothesis testing, namely service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction show F count (59,844) > F table (3,09), it means service quality and product quality have significant effect to customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, many significant changes in various aspects of human life, The change aims to meet the human needs of increasingly increasing in aspects of life. In this case the progress of a country must be followed by the contribution of the service sector to the economy. The number of businesses that exist increasingly make many companies interested in competing.The population in this study are customers who stay at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru with sampling of 100 people calculated by using slovin formula. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling. Data collection of research in the form of primary data by using qusioner as research instrument, data analysis used is by using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of program of SPSS.From the results of tests conducted show that corporate image and service quality have a positive effect on customer loyalty. Where the value of determination coefficient (R2) shows that the variable of corporate image and service quality contributed to customer loyalty of 48.2% while the rest of 51.2% influenced by other variables not included in this research model.Keywords: Corporate Image, Service Quality, and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This research conducted at PT.Silver Silk Tour &Travel Pekanbaru where located in Jl. Aharuddin Nasution No.77 Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru. The problem in this study is the failure of the company’s sales target has not been achieved in the last 5 years and the percentage of sales target achievement has fluctuated, this study aims to determine the influence of service quality and price determination on customer satisfaction Umroh service users at PT. Silver Silk tour & travel Pekanbaru. In this study use quantitative descriptive with SPSS program. The population in this study are consumers who used the umrah service which amount to 4217 persons. The sampling technique chosen is slovin Formula with a sample of 100 respondents.Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear analysis method and multiple linear analysis with results showing that service quality and price determination have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel Pekanbaru With the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2 ) service quality on customer satisfaction the value of R square is 0,565 or 56,5% and price determination on customer satisfaction the value of R square is 0,339 or 33,9% and coefficient of determination (R2) service quality and price determination on customer satisfaction the value of R Square is 0.584. This shows that the quality of service and pricing gives an influence of 58.4% on customer satisfaction of Umrah service users at PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel Pekanbaru, while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study.Key words: Service quality, price determination, Customer satisfaction
