Abstract

Interest is a form of such a person's attitude and sense of taste more like the attachment to a thing or activity without being told. This research was carried out in the Housing Paus Flower Recidence located street arwana.the purpose of reason authors conducted a study on this developer because PT.Ekaredi Mitra Nusa is a development company that has long build housing projects in Pekanbaru. In this research methodology is descriptive, where the samples used were residents of the type 54 of 60 respondents. To determine the sample using accidental sampling technique. The collection of data is through observation, interviews and questionnaires. From the analysis of consumer interest in choosing the type 54 into 8 sub variebel includes aspects of culture, social class aspect, the aspect of a small reference group, family aspects, aspects of the experience, personality, attitude and confidence and self-concept scores collected: 5407, which means 8 sub variables in interest in choosing a home type 54 Pope Flower Residence pertained agree. Abstract

This research is conducted at Azwa Perfume Pekanbaru which is located at Teuku Umar Street No 79, Rintis, Lima Puluh, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know how big influence of service excellence and price to consumer loyalty at Azwa Perfume Pekanbaru. Samples in this study were taken as many as 100 respondents and the techniques used accidental sampling. The data in this study using survey method through questionnaires filled by consumers. The data obtained from the questionnaire and then processed to then tested through statistics through the SPSS program.Hypothesis testing using simple linear analysis method and multiple linear analysis. From the results of tests conducted indicate that service excellence and price have a positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty in Azwa Perfume Pekanbaru. With R2 value of 0.700. This shows that service excellence and price give 70% influence on consumer loyalty at Azwa Perfume Pekanbaru, while the remaining 30% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Service Excellence, Price and Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

The research was conducted in Aston Karimun City Hotel. The setting of the problem is how the influence of corporate image on consumer interest in the hotel. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of corporate image on consumer interest Aston Karimun City Hotel.            The author uses descriptive quantitative analysis methods, and some theories about the company's image and interests. Indicators used in the independent variable is the personality, reputation, values, corporate identity and the dependent variable is the interest. Collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. The sample used was accidental sampling. Source of data used are primary data or data obtained directly from the questionnaires and interviews. Secondary data is data obtained from company documents Aston Karimun city hotel. These results indicate that the influence of corporate image variables against consumer interest. And the existence of a strong relationship between the variables of interest corporate image to the consumer. Keywords: corporate image, interest, hotel.

Abstract

Purchasing Decision is one of the fundamental factors in the application of the marketing concept, and with the development of the industrial world and increasingly competitive industrial competition, especially in implementing the right strategy in an effort to improve consumer purchasing decisions, it becomes a phenomenon that forms the basis or background of this research. The right marketing mix and good service quality are supporting instruments and even important instruments that indicate a company is able to attract market interest. The Marketing Mix Strategy and Service Quality is the implementation of the SMS as Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK)  produced by PT. Agrimitra Utama Persada Pekanbaru. This study has a purpose to determine the Marketing Mix, Service Quality and Purchase Decisions at PT. Agrimitra Utama Persada Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative, with primary data sources and secondary data. The analytical method used in this research is a series of statistical tests in the form of; simple and multiple linear regression analysis, and by going through the validity and reliability tests. In this study the results obtained are the Marketing Mix (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), and Service Quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y) At PT. Abstract

Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru is one of the four star hotel in Pekanbaru. Hotel is a type of business that is engaged in services which compete to provide good facilities and services. Increase the number of hotels in Pekanbaru, the Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru should be able to compete and survive in this competitive hospitality industry. This study aims to identify and analyze the competitive strategy Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru. This is a descriptive study with case study and data collection techniques performed by interviewing the parties involved in this study. From the results of interviews conducted can be analyzed that the Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru continue competition in improving the quality of service and facilities that will be offered to consumers by putting prices, products, services corresponding to the four-star standard and continue to compete with a new kind of hotel in Pekanbaru.Keywords: business strategy, SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunity, Treats), SWOT Analysis

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Grand Suka Hotel Pekanbaru located on Jl. Soekarno Hatta Kav.148 Pekanbaru, Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and corporate image on consumer loyalty in the case of Grand Suka Hotel Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. In this research, the method used is descriptive quantitative analysis with SPSS program. The population in this study were all consumers who purchased rooms at the Grand Suka Hotel Pekanbaru in the last year, 2020 as many as 23,356 and the sample from this study was 100 respondents. To determine the sample using the Slovin formula, namely the non-probability sampling technique with the accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews, types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data, measurement collection techniques using a Likert scale. From data analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test test (partial test), and f test (simultaneous test). The results of this study indicate that the results of testing the first t test hypothesis, Service Quality on Consumer Loyalty, namely t count (6.044) > t table (1.6605) meaning that Service Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. Second, Company Image on Consumer Loyalty, namely t count (6,296) > t table (1,6605) meaning that Company Image has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. The results of the f test of Service Quality and Corporate Image have a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, namely f count (25.116) > F_table (3.09). This means that the Quality of Service and Company Image simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty at Grand Suka Hotel Pekanbaru. Keywords: Service Quality, Corporate Image, Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

This research was conducted at Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru , as for the purpose ofthis study was to determine the effect of service quality and company image on custumersatisfication study at Pekanbaru grand jatra hotel. Service quality and company image as theindependent variable (X1X2) while the custumer statisfaction as the dependent variable (Y).The problem in this research is tghe sale of room service of grand jatra hotel pekanbarfluktuated and tenden to decline each year, does not even reach the sale. Seen from thewas taken of 100 respondens of the population was calculated using the Slovin formula. Thefike was getting from the questionnaire and subsequenly processed to then be tasted withstatistics through SPSS. From the recults which shows that service quality and companyimage have a positive and significant impact on custumer satisfication (study at Grand JatraHotel Pekanbaru)Keywords: service quality, company image on custumer satisfication.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Indomobil Nissan SM Amin Pekanbaru Branch located on Jl. SM Amin, Labuh Baru, Kec. Umbrella Sekaki, Pekanbaru, Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and pricing on purchasing decisions for the Nissan All New Livina at the Indomobil Nissan SM Amin Pekanbaru branch partially and simultaneously. In this research, the method used is descriptive quantitative analysis with SPSS program. The population in this study were all consumers who purchased the Nissan All New Livina at the Indomobil Nissan SM Amin Pekanbaru Branch in the last year, 2020, as many as 54 respondents. To determine the sample using the accidental sampling method. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews, types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data, measurement collection techniques using a Likert scale. From data analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test (partial) test, and f test (simultaneous). The results of this study indicate that the results of the first t test hypothesis testing, product quality on purchasing decisions, namely t count (3,881) > t table (1,6746) meaning that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Second, pricing on purchasing decisions is t count (3.606) > t table (1.6746) meaning that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the f test product quality and pricing have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, namely f count (10.263) > table (3.18). This means that product quality and pricing simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Indomobil Nissan SM Amin branch in Pekanbaru. Keywords: Product Quality, Pricing, Purchase Decision

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Customer Relationship Management and Customer Loyalty at PT. General Insurance Bumiputera Muda 1967 Pekanbaru Branch and see the effects. The study concluded that CRM at PT. General Insurance Bumiputera Muda 1967 Pekanbaru Branch which include dimensions, people, process and technology. Overall is considered to be good. Customer loyalty in the PT. General Insurance Bumiputera Muda 1967 Pekanbaru Branch is seen from the dimensions make the purchase again, refer to others, buy poduk between the lines and the desire to remain a customer also rated high. The results of the data analysis by SPSS, CRM has a strong influence on customer loyalty. CRM variables have a positive influence and significant to variable customer loyalty in the PT. General Insurance Bumiputera Muda 1967 Branch Pekanbaru, which means when the CRM was increased then it will also lead to an increase in customer loyaltyKeywords: Customer Relationship Management, customer loyalty, PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much the influence of product quality and pricing to consumer satisfactiont. Sampels in this study were taken as many as 100 respondens and techniques used was pusposive sampling approach. The data in this study using survey method through questionnares filled by consumers. Data were obtained by using simple regression analysis dan multiple regression analysis. The result of this study show that product quality has a significant impact on consumer satisfaction Pricing has a significant impact on consumer satisfaction. and then simultaneously product quality and pricing have a significant impact on consumer satisfaction. Subsequent research is suggested to use other methods in researcing consumer satisfaction, for example through in-depth interviews of respondents. Keywords: Product Quality, Pricing And Consumer Satisfaction
