Abstract

Desa Seraya adalah salah satu desa di Kecamatan Karangsem yang dulunya sempat menggunakan sistem pemanenan air hujan (PAH) atau Rainwater Harvesting, namun sekarang mulai ditinggalkan dan beralih menggunakan PDAM. Kebutuhan air untuk keperluan sehari-hari di Desa Seraya sangat tinggi karena air tidak hanya digunakan untuk keperluan minum, mencuci baju dan aktivitas lain di desa, tetapi juga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air untuk berternak. Jenis ternak yang dipelihara sangat beragam mulai dari sapi, kambing, babi dan unggas. Kebutuhan air yang banyak ini cenderung membuat tagihan pembayaran air PDAM sangat tinggi tiap bulannya, sehingga beberapa masyarakat sudah mulai mengeluhkan keadaan. Sistem pemanenan air hujan ini diharapkan bisa menjadi alternatif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air di Desa Seraya atau mengurangi penggunaan air dari PDAM. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan penetapan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Adapun data pendukung yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: curah hujan, luas atap rumah, luas bak penampungan dan banyaknya kebutuhan air di Desa Seraya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan potensi hasil panen keseluruhan air hujan dapat memenuhi 94,03% dari total kebutuhan air di Desa Seraya. Apabila menggunakan bak penampung yang sudah ada saat ini, hasil panen air hujan dapat memenuhi 14,51% dari total kebutuhan air di Desa Seraya, karena bak air yang ada saat ini hanya mampu menampung 15,44% dari total potensi air hujan yang dapat dipanen.

Abstract

Tujuan utama TEMAN BUS adalah untuk menawarkan transportasi yang terjangkau, sederhana, dapat diandalkan, dan nyaman kepada semua orang di masyarakat Indonesia. Untuk mencapai hal ini, TEMAN BUS mematuhi persyaratan minimal yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Wilayah SARBAGITA Bali, yang meliputi Denpasar, Badung, Gianyar, dan Tabanan, mendapat manfaat dari sistem Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) yang membuat perjalanan lebih mudah. Data primer dan sekunder yang dikumpulkan dari lapangan digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini. Data primer meliputi survei penumpang untuk embarkasi dan debarkasi, jarak yang ditempuh oleh masing-masing moda transportasi, dan jumlah moda transportasi umum yang diperiksa. Data sekunder meliputi peta rute angkutan penumpang di Terminal Ubung Koridor 3. Faktor beban, kecepatan, frekuensi, dan headway digunakan untuk menghasilkan metrik kinerja untuk setiap moda transportasi. Load Faktor pada rute Terminal Ubung-Matahari Terbit tetap di bawah rata-rata, menurut hasil evaluasi moda transportasi umum, Bus Trans Metro Dewata. Sementara Headway melebihi kisaran optimal 10-15 menit, Frekuensi Rata-rata juga kurang dari tingkat yang diperlukan. Frekuensi rata-rata 4-6 kendaraan rute Terminal Ubung-Matahari Terbit dan rute angkutan umum Bus Trans Metro Dewata yang diamanatkan kecepatan maksimum 20 km/jam tidak terpenuhi.

Abstract

The use of motorcycle modes in Badung Regency has the highest population compared to other modes of transportation. The congestion on the Badung City Highway is a result of the growth rate of motorcycles, as is known that the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual, which is used to assess traffic performance in Indonesia as a whole, still uses the equivalence of passenger cars as a basis. Based on this context, a study was conducted on motorcycle equivalence analysis using a speed-based linear regression method and compared the results with the equivalence of passenger cars in the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual, which was carried out during the conditions of the implementation of restrictions on community activities, especially on Canggu Highway, Kerobokan Highway, and Padang Luwih Highway. The method applied in this study is quantitative, namely by calculating the equivalence of a motorcycle with regression analysis. The research analysis showed that the equivalence of motorcycles, light vehicles, and heavy vehicles in Kerobokan highway are 1.00, 8.36, and 16.22, respectively. The equivalence value in the Canggu Highway for motorcycles, light vehicles, and heavy vehicles are 1.00, 7.15, and 15.28, respectively. Padang Luwih Highway gets a motorcycle equivalence of 1.00, for light vehicles 3.98, and for heavy vehicles 14.53. Meanwhile, the performance figures obtained on Canggu Highway were 9,059 ssm/hour with a saturation degree of 3.46. On Kerobokan Highway, the degree of saturation is 2.56 ssm/hour, with a traffic flow of 6.925 ssm/hour. Meanwhile, the traffic flow data for the Padang Luwih Highway section is 9,008 ssm/ hour with a saturation degree of 2.93 ssm/hour.

Abstract

West Denpasar District is a densely populated area with 206,958 people. One of the environmental problems that occur is the frequent occurrence of floods due to the increase in residential areas. One way to overcome this is to build infiltration wells to reduce flood risk, reducing flood volume and discharge. The methods used are descriptive and quantitative. The analysis is carried out by describing the conditions of the study site, then continues with mapping analysis, hydrological analysis, infiltration well analysis, and effectiveness analysis. The analysis results stated that the peak discharge of the 50-year-old flood at the study site was 268. 90 m3/sec. Furthermore, the results of the planning analysis of the application of infiltration wells carried out in the West Denpasar District area, which is included in the Badung River Basin, can reduce flood discharge up to 41. 25%, and for flood runoff, volumes up to 51. 38%. Based on these results, it can be interpreted that infiltration wells have a role in reducing the risk of flood disasters in the West Denpasar District.

Abstract

The need for health services is increasing, influencing the development of the hospital industry and education in the health sector, such as teaching hospitals. In establishing a teaching hospital, a plan is needed, one of which is the provision of parking facilities. RSGM Udayana is a new building, of course it needs parking planning so that during operation there are no parking problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the parking characteristics of the existing lecture building, the value of the parking space unit (SRP) that must be provided at the Udayana General Hospital building and the parking design that can be applied to that location. The parking design at the Udayana General Hospital uses references to the 1998 Land Transportation Directorate Regulations and survei data of existing lecture locations. The results in study are that there are no parking problems at the existing lecture location at Udayana Hospital with the highest parking index for motorbikes 0,58 and cars 0,61, the SRP value applied to the parking layout of RSGM Udayana, namely 160 motorcycles and 76 vehicles, parking design that planned for the Udayana RSGM Building to be divided into 6 (six) zones. Abstrak Kebutuhan akan pelayanan kesehatan semakin meningkat mempengaruhi perkembangan industri rumah sakit dan pendidikan dalam bidang kesehatan seperti rumah sakit pendidikan. Dalam pendirian rumah sakit pendidikan perlu suatu perencanaan salah satunya penyediaan fasilitas parkir. RSGM Udayana merupakan gedung baru tentu perlu perencanaan parkir agar saat beroprasi tidak terjadi permasalahn parkir. Penelitian ini bertujuan yaitu mendapatkan nilai karakteristik parkir gedung perkuliahan eksisting, nilai satuan ruang parkir (SRP) yang harus disediakan pada gedung RSGM Udayana dan desain parkir yang dapat di terapkan pada lokasi tersebut. Pendesainan parkir di RSGM Udayana ini menggunakan acuan Peraturan Direktorat Perhubungan Darat Tahun 1998 dan data survei lokasi perkuliahan eksisting. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu tidak terdapat permasalah parkir pada lokasi perkuliahan eksisting di RSPTN Udayana dengan indeks parkir tertinggi untuk sepeda motor 0,58 dan mobil 0,61, nilai SRP yang diterapkan pada layout parkir RSGM Udayana yaitu sepeda motor 160 dan mobil 76 kend, desain parkir yang direncanakan pada Gedung RSGM Udayana dipecah berdasarkan 6 (enam) zone.

Abstract

Sukawati Art Market has 3 Blocks where Blocks A and B were completed in December 2020, and Block C was completed in early 2022. As the number of merchant stalls increases, the number of tourists who come also increases. This affects the parking facilities provided. This study aims to find out the absolute need for parking spaces and the characteristics of the parking at Sukawati Art Market. The method used is a quantitative method where data is obtained by conducting a live survey on Sunday at peak hours, namely from 10:00 to 13:00. The results showed the accumulation of a maximum of 276 vehicles at 11.30-11.45 WITA and 85 vehicles at 12.30-12.45 WITA. The average motorcycle parking turnover rate reached 0.32 vehicles/hour, and cars reached 1.09 vehicles/hour. While the average length of motorcycle parking is 0.82 hours/vehicle, and for Light Vehicles (LV) 1.49 hours/per vehicle. The parking capacity for Motorcycles (MC) reaches 511.98 vehicles/(SRP/hour) while Light Vehicles (LV) reach 34.87 vehicles/(SRP/hour). Provision of Motorcycle (MC) parking spaces amounting to 1382 vehicles and for Light Vehicles (MC) 94 vehicles. The highest parking index for Motorcycles (MC) reached 0.65, which means parking needs are below the available capacity or there are no parking problems, and for Light Vehicles (MC), the highest reaches 1.63, where the capacity is insufficient or parking is experiencing problems. Parking needs are 70.38% for Motorcycles (MC) and for Light Vehicles (LV) by 29.62%.

Abstract

Bali's administrative center, Renon Village, faces an increased risk of flooding due to land cover change. Conservation is needed to reduce this risk by improving water infiltration capacity. Infiltration wells are a solution to increase infiltration capacity. The Tri Hita Karana concept approach, especially Palemahan, in Balinese culture is adopted to implement infiltration well conservation with the support of GIS technology and by flood regulations and infiltration wells. The analysis showed that with a land area of 100 m2, the dimensions of the infiltration well were obtained in diameter of 1 m, and a depth of 2 m with a total of 2 pieces could absorb 2.46 m3 of rainwater. The application of infiltration wells in the study area can reduce the discharge and volume of flood peaks of 2 years, 5 years, 10 years, 25 years, 50 years, 100 years, and 200-year flood peaks, effectively reducing from 8.61% to 31.24%. This research supports the planning of sustainable drainage with a Low Impact Development approach. In addition, the construction of infiltration wells also contributes to preserving water conservation and applying green buildings that are environmentally friendly and energy efficient.

Abstract

Groundwater is a valuable resource for meeting the daily needs of humans, which continues to increase along with population growth. Therefore, it is essential to maintain groundwater properly. Groundwater management can be carried out comprehensively in groundwater basins, including determining groundwater recharge areas. This study aims to determine the location of groundwater recharge to conserve groundwater in Denpasar City to create groundwater sustainability. The geospatial analysis uses a weighting and scoring approach (Overlay Weighted Sum) to determine the groundwater recharge area. Retrieval data in the field by observing geological conditions and measuring the depth of the phreatic surface in Denpasar City. The determination of recharge and discharge areas was analyzed using the geospatial method using the ArcGIS 10.8 application using Interpolation Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW). The five parameters used in this scoring assessment are lithology, rainfall, soil cover type, slope, and phreatic surface depth. The highest score obtained from the weighting of the scoring is 46, while the lowest score is 36. The recharge area is found in the weighted value of 41-46, which is in the northern region of Denpasar City. The discharge area is located at a weight value of 36-41 in the southern area of Denpasar City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Bus Trans Metro Dewata (TMD) pada koridor 2B (Terminal Ubung dengan Bandara Ngurah Rai). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode observasi langsung dan analisis data kuantitatif, dimana survei statis dilakuakan untuk mengumpulkan data terkait headway, load factor, kecepatan perjalanan, lay over time, dan waktu perjalanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari lima indikator kinerja yang dianalisis, hanya dua indikator yang memenuhi standar pelayanan yang ditetapkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat, yaitu headway dengan nilai rata-rata 10 menit dan lay over time dengan nilai rata-rata 10 menit. Indikator lainnya, yaitu kecepatan perjalanan rata-rata 15,94 km/jam, waktu perjalanan rata-rata 3 jam 10 menit, dan load factor rata-rata 6%, belum memenuhi standar yang telah ditetapkan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada perbaikan dalam beberapa aspek, kinerja operasional Trans Metro Dewata masih perlu ditingkatkan untuk mencapai standar pelayanan yang optimal.

Abstract

Desa Manggis memiliki sistem penyediaan air minum dengan memanfaatkan mata air Jagasatru. Dalam pemanfaatanya mata air Jagasatru baru melayani dua dusun yaitu Dusun Belong dan Yehpoh sedangkan untuk debit mata air Jagasatru yaitu 10 liter/detik memiliki berpotensi untuk dapat melayani seluruh Desa Manggis yang memiliki 12 Dusun. Mata air Jagasatru jika dimanfaatkan sangatlah menguntungkan karena memiliki elevasi 169 m di atas permukaan laut. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan mata air Jagasatru. Metode analisis dilakukan untuk mengetahui dusun yang dapat direncanakan sistem gravitasi, sistem jaringan dan biaya yang diperlukan. Analisis memproyeksikan pertumbuhan penduduk dan kebutuhan air sampai 10 tahun. Hasil dari survei topografi dusun yang dapat dijangkau sebanyak 10 dusun kecuali Dusun Bakung dan Pegubugan karena elevasinya lebih tinggi dari sumber mata air. Analisis jaringan sistem perpipaan menggunakan metode modeling Epanet 2.2 menghasilkan dimensi pipa, spesifikasi pipa, dan skema jaringan yang memenuhi syarat untuk dioperasikan. Mengacu pada hasil analisis jaringan sistem pemipaan didapat rencana anggaran biaya untuk pelaksanaan proyek tersebut sebesar Rp. 1.529.239.000.
