Abstract

This study aims to describe form and practice of multicultural education management based on Ulu al-Albab perspective at State Islamic University (UIN) of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. This study uses a qualitative approach with a bibliographic resarch type with content analysis on the meaning of multicultural education management based on Ulu al-Albab perspective. This study figures out that (1) several aspects were developed as a form of multicultural education, including aspects of institutional development, facilities and infrastructure, academic, research and community service, student affairs, quality assurance, cooperation, building a spirit of giving and sacrifice, and development of academic character and noble morals; (2) multicultural education, closely related to university programs, including implementation of integration of Islam and science, optimizing the role of ma'had, increasing foreign language competence, increasing the quantity of human resources, revitalization of social and religious roles, implementation of information technology-based management, internationalization of universities and international cooperation towards World Class University (WCU), implementation of institutional development, and exploration of funding sources.

Abstract

Madrasah principals have a major influence on the marketing and existence of their educational institutions. entrepreneurial competence must be possessed by every madrasah principal which is a form of creativity and effort of a leader in creating an institutional environment that has a business spirit. This study aims to determine the strategies and their implementation carried out by madrasah heads in developing entrepreneur competencies in educational institutions based on the Qur'an. The objects in this study were MTs Almaarif 02 Singosari and MTs. Wahid Hasyim 02 Dau, Malang Regency. The approach and method used in this research is qualitative research in the form of field research (Field Research). The results of the study show that the strategy developed by the head of the madrasa and his staff has had a positive impact on the advancement of Al-Qur'an-based institutions and learning. In the implications of developing entrepreneurial competence, the two institutions apply two ways, namely collaboration and accommodation strategies with superior programs, namely (1) Field Experience Practice Program (PPL) to Al-Qur'an Education Parks for grade 9 students who are trained with Al-Qur'an learning methods 'a Tilawati and (2) the Tahfidz Weekend Program (weekend) for SD/MI students in the madrasa environment who want to memorize the Qur'an at an affordable cost. This study concludes that the two programs that develop Al-Qur'an-based entrepreneurial competence can attract the interest of the community around the institution so that the two institutions continue to exist and are increasingly advanced in Al-Qur'an education. In the future, there is an opportunity for institutions to invite people who want their children to be proficient, memorize and at the same time teach the Al-Qur'an to enroll in madrasah.

Abstract

Krisis moral yang terjadi di bangsa ini menjadi suatu kegelisahan untuk semua kalangan. Misal banyaknya krisis yang kompleks dari berbagai kejadian seperti bullying, penyalahgunaan obat terlarang, pergaulan bebas, dan pelecehan seskesual. Salah satu usaha yang dilaksanakan sekolah guna membangun karakter peserta didik yaitu melalui budaya religius. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1. Bentuk program pengembangan budaya religius di MA Zainul Hasan 04 Pakuniran: istighosah dan tahlil setiap pagi, kultum, pembiasaan 5S, shalat dhuha dan dzuhur berjamaah, membaca al-qur`an dan doa ketika memulai dan mengahiri  pembelajaran, perayaan hari besar Islam, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan 2. Pelaksanaan budaya religius sebagai wadah membangunan karakter siswa MA Zainul Hasan 04 Pakuniran meliputi pembacaan istighosah dan tahlil bersama di depan kelas sebelum pembelajaran dimulai. Pembacaan istighosah  dan tahlil dipimpin salah satu peserta didik dan diakhiri dengan mauidzah hasanah, pembiasaan 5S, perayaan hari besar Islam dengan mengadakan berbagai perlombaan keagamaan, dan berbagai ektrakulikuler keagamaan seperti tahfidzul Qur`an, banjari, kitab kuning. 3. Dampak pengembangan budaya religius dalam membangun karakter siswa MA Zainul Hasan 04 Pakuniran 04 Di Era Society 5.0 adalah menjadikan karakter siswa yang berakhalakul karimah, karakter disiplin, karakter religius, karakter mandiri, karakter tanggung jawab.

Abstract

Curriculum development in education is inevitable. The existence of the times and the modernization of technology have an effect on learning activities in schools. In addition, the socio-cultural and political paradigm are contributing to the development of education which specifically leads to the development and/or renewal of the curriculum. The community's need for increasing the ability of students urges the education providers, namely schools to develop curriculum to meet the needs and at the same time improve the quality of schools so that graduates are able to compete when they graduate. The purpose of this study was to determine the management process of curriculum development at SMA Darul Ulum 1 Unggulan BPPT Jombang and its effect on improving school quality. The method used is qualitative research with the type of case study research. The data obtained came from field research using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The collected data is then analyzed in several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of curriculum development management at SMA Darul Ulum 1 Superior BPPT Jombang is carried out in several processes, namely: 1) Curriculum development planning includes the formation of a curriculum development team, a curriculum supervision team, and planning for partnerships with universities to improve teacher competence. and students, 2) the implementation of curriculum development is carried out by referring to the agreement on planning results such as learning that refers to the results of the subject teacher forum agreement, and 3) the evaluation of curriculum development is carried out by several meeting activities, such as monthly meetings, semester meetings, and year-end meetings with the school ommittee and parents. Abstrak Pengembangan kurikulum dalam dunia pendidikan adalah hal yang tidak terelakkan. Adanya perkembangan zaman dan modernisasi teknologi berpengaruh pada kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Selain itu, faktor paradigma sosio-kultural dan politik turut andil dalam perkembangan pendidikan yang secara spesifik mengarah kepada pengembangan dan atau pembaharuan kurikulum. Kebutuhan masyarakat akan peningkatan kemampuan peserta didik mendesak pihak penyelenggara pendidikan yaitu sekolah melakukan pengembangan kurikulum untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan sekaligus meningkatkan mutu sekolah agar para lulusan mampu bersaing ketika lulus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses manajemen pengembangan kurikulum di SMA Darul Ulum 1 Unggulan BPPT Jombang dan pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan mutu sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari penelitian lapangan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan beberapa tahapan yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen pengembangan kurikulum di SMA Darul Ulum 1 Unggulan BPPT Jombang dilaksanakan dengan beberapa proses, yakni: 1) Perencanaan pengembangan kurikulum meliputi pembentukan tim pengembang kurikulum, tim supervisi kurikulum, dan perencanaan jalinan kemitraan dengan perguruan tinggi untuk peningkatan kompetensi guru dan siswa, 2) pelaksanaan pengembangan kurikulum dilakukan dengan mengacu pada kesepakatan hasil perencanaan seperti pembelajaran yang mengacu pada hasil kesepakatan forum guru mata pelajaran, dan 3) evaluasi pengembangan kurikulum dilakukan dengan beberapa kegiatan rapat, seperti rapat bulanan, rapat semester, dan rapat akhir tahun bersama komite sekolah dan wali murid.

Abstract

The existence of a study program can be part of the solution to problems faced by community members/institutions related to efforts to provide services /guidance/assistance to community members/institutions that are directly related to the scientific development of study programs (1) strengthening the scientific fields of lecturers, students and postgraduate students at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang who are multi/inter/transdisciplinary; (2) strengthen the position of study programs in developing education and learning programs based on research for the development of education/non-education in Indonesia. In this study using a participatory action research approach aimed at improving the quality of education with the Educational Institution Empowerment Management Program at the Muslimat Khodijah I Kindergarten, Gondang Pace Nganjuk which aims to determine the increase in the quality of education after empowering educational institutions.. After this research was carried out, the results were obtained: The success of the collaborative recognition activity program for lecturers, students, and students does not only depend on the collaborative team of lecturers, students, and students but depends heavily on the cooperation of all parties involved. Empowerment management of educational institutions (services in Muslimat Khodijah I Kindergarten, Gondang Pace Nganjuk) is realized by participating in activities that are implemented in joint activities, namely Congregational participation, Congregational spiritual coaching, Compensation for orphans from congregations, Departure of Muslimat Khodijah I Kindergarten students, Gondang Pace Nganjuk.

Abstract

This research aims to describe various classroom management approaches and the steps to implement them in the classroom. This research uses a literature study research method by processing primary data sourced from various reference articles and books. The results of this study are related to the understanding of the classroom management approach which is a teacher's perspective on classroom management activities to make the class more effective. The types of approaches include the authoritarian approach, intimidating approach, permissive approach, behavior change approach, and cookbook approach. From these various approaches, researchers suggest that educators use various classroom management approaches according to their needs and not only use one classroom management approach.

Abstract

The problems of Indonesian education in Islamic higher education include an irrelevant curriculum, limited infrastructure and resources, inequality of access and quality of education, the quality of teaching and research that needs to be improved, and low relevance to the needs of society. Solutions to the problems of Indonesian education in Islamic higher education include updating the relevant curriculum, improving infrastructure and resources, equalizing access and equity of education, improving the quality of teaching and research, and collaboration with industry and society. These steps require cooperation between the government, educational institutions, industry and society together. By implementing these solutions, it is hoped that Islamic higher education institutions in Indonesia can make a greater contribution to the development of society and the Islamic world.

Abstract

Educational institutions, both existing and newly established, require organizational change/development studies that are relevant to maintaining their existence. There is cross-role (interplay) between individuals as part of society and organizations, organizations as part of society, and society itself as a formation of various 'organizational backgrounds. So that changes in society demand organizational changes, including educational organizations. Change will not occur unless the need for change is critical. Organizational change is a change related to development, as well as improvements, and adjustments that include the structure, technology, work methods, and management system of an organization. the study of problematic Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia divides into three perspectives: ontological, epistemological, and axiological. In this reality, it becomes important to examine the urgency of organizational change management of Islamic educational institutions as a comprehensive study so that they are able to answer the challenges of the times and make the best possible utilization of their organizational potential. In this research, the author uses a content analysis approach model. Abstract

This research aims to excavate the meaning and substance contained in the entire thought of Islamic boarding school and madrasah in the politic of educational in Indonesia. The method of research use bibliografic research with content analysis. The results of study revealed that Islamic boarding school and madrasah in politic of education in Indonesia experienced tremendous dynamics, especially starting from the colonial period, namely the pioneering stages of the establishment of madrasah; the old order. Islamic boarding school and madrasah are not only recognized, but also in the form of coaching and guidance; the new order, madrasah is aimed to build an intact national education system completely. Therefore, madrasah has extra burden of considerable weight, because it must provide curriculum of level public school completely, he also had to provide the essential materials of Islam that had been taught; the reformation period. Islamic boarding school and madrasah diniyah received recognition juridically; and the period after reform. Islamic boarding school and madrasah are faced with a touch of technology.

Abstract

This research is based on the problem of (a) How will PAI learning achievement increase by implementing the collaborative teaching model for class II students in the 2023/2024 academic year (b) What is the influence of the collaborative teaching model on PAI learning motivation for class II students in the 2023/2024 academic year. Meanwhile, the aims of this research are (a) to know the increase in PAI learning achievement after implementing the collaborative teaching model (b) to find out the effect of PAI learning motivation after implementing the collaborative teaching model. This research uses three rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: planning, activities and observations, reflection and revision. The target of this research is class II students for the 2023/2024 academic year. The data obtained is in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis, it was found that student learning achievement increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (73.17%), cycle II (82.93%), cycle III (95.12%) Abstrak Penelitian ini berdasarkan permasalahan (a) Bagaimanakah peningkatan prestasi belajar PAI dengan diterapkannya model pengajaran kolaborasi pada siswa kelas II tahun pelajaran 2023/2024( b) Bagaimanakah pengaruh Model pengajaran kolaborasi terhadap motivasi belajar PAI pada siswa kelas II Tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (a) ingin mengetahui peningkatan prestasi belajar PAI setelah diterapkannya model pengajaran kolaborasi (b) Ingin mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar PAI setelah diterapkan model pengajaran kolaborasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan (action research) sebanyak tiga putaran. Setiap putaran terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu : rancanan, kegiatan dan pengamatan, refleksi dan refisi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II Tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes formatif, lembar observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dari hasil analis didapatkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai siklus III yaitu, siklus I (73,17%), siklus II (82,93%), siklus III (95,12%)
