Abstract

The issue is a lack of care for the coffee plant, which makes it easier for diseases and pests to spread and results in low harvests. In order for the community to experience progress, independence, and welfare in a setting of lasting social justice, the community must be prepared, and institutions within the community must be strengthened. Knowing in advance what coffee farmers require will allow the extension agency to create a collaborative program with farmer organizations as part of the Agriculture Service's empowerment approach to boost coffee yields. Developing the skills of communities that grow coffee and are part of farmer organizations through training. It is essential to take proper care of the plant, use high-quality seeds, get enough organic and inorganic fertilizer, and apply pesticides to keep out pests in order to improve the output of high-quality coffee.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of learning policies in Lhokseumawe city, Indonesia, during the COVID pandemic. The research was conducted to determine whether the schools utilized any form of online education during the Covid-19 pandemic. A qualitative method was applied in collecting the data through observation, interviews, and document analysis. Findings show that the implementation of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic did not find a satisfactory and effective resolution, particularly at SMK Negeri 2 Lhokseumawe. According to students at this school, students needed more engagement and interactive activity while participating in the online teaching and learning process. Because the education office recreates such a significant role in the resolution of issues about online schools, SMK Negeri 2 Lhokseumawe only has a limited number of resources at the school besides qualified and trained teachers and teaching staff.

Abstract

Problems in research on the implementation of the zoning system policy at four state senior high schools (PPDB) have not yet been adequately communicated to the community in regards to the zoning system policy. This study aims to investigate and comprehend the implementation of the PPDB zoning system policy. This method is qualitative in nature. Interviews, observation, and documentation are techniques for collecting data. Communication-wise, the implementation of the zoning policy in SMA Negeri 4 Kisaran has not been optimal. The dissemination of information has been limited to banner placement and social media sharing. In addition, the socialization period ended just one week before the new student admission (PPDB) registration opened. However, SMA Negeri 4 Kisaran's resources, including human resources, facilities, and financial funding, are already quite adequate. The school principal selects human resources, such as the PPDB organizing committee, based on their skills and knowledge. BOS funds provide the financial resources for implementing the zoning policy. The infrastructure and facilities at SMA Negeri 4 Kisaran are already adequate. It is deemed adequate in terms of the disposition and attitude of the implementers, including the appointment of bureaucrats and the incentives provided to them. This is evident in the dedicated service provided by the PPDB organizing committee, which provides detailed explanations to the community visiting the registration site and addresses other issues pertaining to the admission of new students. In addition, the incentives offered to implementers of the zoning policy for conducting the PPDB in SMA Negeri 4 Kisaran are deemed adequate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mini Market Arifamart Kota Lhokseumawe. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Mini Market Arifamart Kota Lhokseumawe. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang berbelanja di Mini Market Arifamart Kota Lhokseumawe yang berjumlah 6.000 orang, dan penentuan sampel menggunakan Teknik “non-probability sampling” serta rumus yang digunakan dalam penentuan jumlah responden menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh jumlah responden sebanyak 98 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji instrumen serta uji asumsi klasik menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelayanan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan variabel kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Variabel kinerja karyawan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan minat beli konsumen di UD. Usaha Baru. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kualitatif. Sumber data yang peneliti gunakan adalah sumber data primer yang diperoleh dari pemilik UD. Usaha Baru, karyawan, dan konsumen. Metode pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian   menunjukkan bahwa UD. Usaha Baru menerapkan stategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan minat beli konsumen diantaranya yaitu: a) menawarkan 2 jenis beras dengan kualitas premium dan medium, b) strategi penetapan harga yang ditetapkan dengan beberapa pertimbangan, c). strategi tempat/distribusi dengan melihat berbagai potensi pasar pada suatu wilayah, d) strategi promosi dengan menggunakan personal selling/mulut ke mulut. Kendala strategi pemasaran produk beras dalam meningkatkan minat beli konsumen pada UD. Usaha Baru diantaranya yaitu: a) tingkat persaingan penggilingan padi yang tinggi, banyak produk pesaing yang siap mensubstitusi beras dari UD. Usaha Baru, dan harga pokok dari produk pesaing yang relatif rendah, b) Produk beras kurang dipromosikan di media sosial, koran, brosur, iklan, dan koran hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya modal dari UD. Usaha Baru sehingga promosi yang dilakukan hanya dari mulut ke mulut.

Abstract

Pelayanan Penelitian di Rumah Sakit Umum Cut Meutia Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Badan Layanan Umum adalah instansi pemerintah yang dibentuk untuk memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat melalui penyediaan barang dan jasa yang dijual tanpa memperhatikan keuntungan, dan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya didasarkan pada prinsip efisiensi dan produktivitas. Penilaian kinerja berperan penting dalam mengembangkan karyawan yang berkinerja tinggi dan rendah dalam mencapai hal-hal yang efektif dan efisien. Penilaian kinerja dapat menjadi sumber informasi penting bagi karyawan atau organisasi dalam berbagai perkembangan kinerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya peran Badan Layanan Umum dalam meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kesehatan belum berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini dijelaskan dengan penggunaan obat di Rumah Sakit Cut Meutia oleh tim medis spesialis yang terkadang menghasilkan pengobatan yang kurang ideal. Hal ini dikarenakan jumlah dokter spesialis yang sangat sedikit, juga harus membantu dalam membimbing perawatan pasien gawat darurat yang banyak terdapat di rumah sakit swasta yang beroperasi di wilayah Lhokseumawe serta rendahnya sarana dan prasarana di RSU yang bersangkutan serta tingkat minimum disiplin yang diperlukan pada semua karyawan.Research Services at Cut Meutia General Hospital, North Aceh District. The Public Service Agency is a government agency established to provide assistance to the community through the provision of goods and services that are sold without regard to profits, and in carrying out their duties is based on the principles of efficiency and productivity. Performance appraisal plays an important role in developing high and low performing employees in achieving things that are effective and efficient. Performance appraisal can be an important source of information for employees or organizations in various performance developments. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis type. The results of this study indicate that efforts to play the role of the Public Service Agency in improving the quality of health workers have not gone well. This is explained by the use of General Cut Meutia by Lack's specialist medical team which sometimes results in less than ideal treatment. This is because the number of specialist doctors is very small, they also have to assist in guiding the care of Emergency Patients, which are widely available in private hospitals operating in the Lhokseumawe area and the lack of facilities and infrastructure at the RSU concerned. and the minimum level of discipline required. exist for all employees
