Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap: 1) Kondisi Akses Pendidikan Anak Perempuan di Komunitas Nelayan Kepulauan Saugi, 2) Harapan Keluarga Nelayan terhadap Pendidikan Anak Perempuan di Pulau Saugi, 3) Nilai Tradisional yang Membentuk Pilihan Pendidikan Anak Perempuan di Pulau Saugi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap anak perempuan, orang tua, guru, dan tokoh masyarakat; observasi partisipan terhadap aktivitas sehari-hari; serta dokumentasi dari catatan sekolah dan data resmi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui reduksi, penyajian, serta penarikan kesimpulan, dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode untuk menjaga keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) akses pendidikan anak perempuan masih terbatas akibat kondisi geografis kepulauan, biaya transportasi, serta minimnya fasilitas pendidikan menengah. 2) Sebagian besar keluarga nelayan memiliki harapan besar agar anak perempuan dapat melanjutkan sekolah sebagai jalan keluar dari kemiskinan, keterbatasan ekonomi sering kali menjadi penghalang. 3) Nilai tradisional yang menekankan peran domestik perempuan masih berpengaruh kuat, meski mulai muncul aspirasi baru dari generasi muda untuk melanjutkan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya intervensi kebijakan pendidikan yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat kepulauan dan kesetaraan gender.

Abstract

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia telah lama diakui sebagai factor krusial dalam mencapai keberhasilan pembangunan jangka panjang suatu negara. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini ialah analisis deskriptif yang ditujukan untuk mendefinisikan atau mendeskripsikan subjek penelitian dari variabel yang telah ditentukan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia memiliki pengaruh yang positif dalam artian sangat berpengaruh sebagai kunci keberhasilan pembangunan jangka Panjang

Abstract

This study is rooted in the growing recognition that health within educational settings is not merely a physical condition but a socially constructed reality shaped through institutional interactions, cultural norms, and school policies. The aim of this research is to examine how meanings of health are constructed, reproduced, and interpreted by members of the school community. A qualitative descriptive approach with a narrative literature review design was employed to collect, synthesize, and critically analyze scholarly publications from the last decade related to school health, student wellbeing, and health literacy. Thematic analysis was used to identify central patterns and conceptual themes across the literature. Findings indicate that school climate, social relationships, family involvement, and pedagogical practices play essential roles in shaping students’ understanding of health, while structural barriers such as limited resources, unequal service provision, and weak program coordination—hinder the development of comprehensive health cultures in schools. The study concludes that health in education is a socially negotiated construct requiring holistic, collaborative, and sustained approaches. These insights contribute theoretically to social construction literature and offer practical recommendations for strengthening school health policy and practice.

Abstract

The integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in school learning represents a strategic agenda in contemporary educational transformation. This study aims to comprehensively examine the challenges and opportunities of ICT integration in Indonesian school learning through a critical literature review approach. Data were collected through a systematic search of relevant scholarly articles published in reputable national and international journals between 2016 and 2025. A total of 15 selected studies were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify dominant patterns and key findings. The results indicate that major challenges in ICT integration include disparities in digital infrastructure access, limitations in teachers’ pedagogical competence, and varying levels of acceptance of digital learning platforms. Conversely, ICT integration also offers significant opportunities to enhance instructional flexibility, student motivation, and access to diverse learning resources. This review highlights that successful ICT integration depends not only on technological availability but also on systemic readiness and sustained policy support. The findings of this study provide a conceptual foundation for policymakers and educators in developing inclusive and sustainable digital curriculum management in schools.
