Abstract

Transformational leadership has been widely implemented. Transformational leadership can be used to achieve organizational commitments. The purpose of this article is to review the correlation between transformational leadership and organizational commitment, as well as the impact of other variables that strengthen the correlation. This article analyses the research related to the correlation between transformational leadership and organizational commitment, as well as the mediators and moderators that strengthen this correlation. The method consists of systematically reviewing transformational leadership and organizational engagement through journal reviews. This systematic review shows that transformational leadership significantly predicts organizational participation. Transformational leadership influences organizational commitment through intermediary variables, that is, job characteristics and job autonomy. Other results indicate that emotional intelligence is a moderating variable that can strengthen the correlation between transformational leadership and organizational commitment.

Abstract

In a competitive, dynamic, complex and uncertain business environment as it is today, a leadership type is needed that can play an important role for the survival, success, and growth of the organization. This paper aims to review the influence of entrepreneurial leadership on organizational performance in terms of three hierarchies: individuals, groups/teams, and the organization as a whole. According to the findings of the review, entrepreneurial leadership has a major impact on the individual performance of employees and teams, especially in terms of creativity and creative behavior. Moreover, Entrepreneurial leadership has a significant effect on overall organizational performance both in financial and non-financial dimensions.

Abstract

Implementation The current implementation of apparatus training has not provided significant results in increasing apparatus competency. The gap between training materials and the competencies required by participants still exists. Post-evaluation results of technical training show that only 75% of the material received in class can be implemented in apparatus work. One of the problems that contributes to curriculum gaps is the inaccurate implementation of training needs analysis. TNA is very useful as a basis for the success of a training program. The main stages of TNA involve a number of logical steps of identifying problem needs, determining a needs analysis design, collecting data, analyzing data, and providing feedback. This paper hopes to contribute to knowledge about TNA by developing a conceptual framework, which provides guidance for the implementation of TNA in ASN training programs

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership on organizational commitment through the mediation of work motivation. The study population was 144 employees at the Ibnu Taimiyah Islamic Boarding School in Bogor and a sample of 106 employees. Data collection for each variable studied used a questionnaire with an assessment scale. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and path analysis techniques (path analysis). The results showed: (a) There is a direct influence between organizational culture on work motivation with a regression coefficient value of β = 0.875, (b) There is a direct influence between transformational leadership on work motivation with a regression coefficient value of β = 0.035, (c). There is a direct influence between organizational culture on organizational commitment with a regression coefficient value of β = 0.421, (d). There is a direct influence between transformational leadership on organizational commitment and the value of the regression coefficient of β = 0.268, (e). There is a direct influence between work motivation and organizational commitment and the value of the regression coefficient of β = 0.303, (f). There is an indirect influence between organizational culture on organizational commitment through work motivation with a zhitung value greater than ztabel or 2,171 1.96. Then it can be concluded that work motivation mediates the indirect influence between organizational culture on organizational commitment, and (g). There is an indirect influence between transformational leadership on organizational commitment through work motivation with a zhitung value smaller than ztabel or 0,565 1.96. So it can be concluded that work motivation mediates the indirect influence between transformational leadership and organizational commitment.

Abstract

Pendidikan di era revolusi industri 4.0 mengajak guru untuk dapat bangkit dari zona nyaman menuju pada pertumbuhan literasi digital. Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat cepat dan pesat membutuhkan seorang guru yang mampu perkembangan dan memiliki keinovatifan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk melakukan pembuktian dan menemukan upaya serta strategi dalam meningkatkan keinovatifan guru melalui variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan OCB. Tempat penelitian yaitu Sekolah SMP Swasta di Kabupaten Bogor dengan jumlah populasi 120 guru. Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara acak sederhana dengan rumus Taro Yamane sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 92 guru. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survei melalui pendekatan Analisis Jalur memanfaatkan PLS-SEM. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh positif langsung dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB; 2) terdapat pengaruh positif langsung dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap keinovatifan guru. 3) terdapat pengaruh positif langsung dan signifikan OCB terhadap keinovatifan guru. 4) terdapat pengaruh positif tidak langsung dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap keinovatifan guru melalui OCB. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa peningkatan keinovatifan guru dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan penguatan kepemimpinan transformasional dan OCB.   Education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 invites teachers to rise from their comfort zone towards growing digital literacy. The rapid and rapid development of technology requires a teacher who is able to develop and have innovation. The aim of the research is to prove and find efforts and strategies to increase teacher innovation through transformational leadership and OCB variables. The research location is a private junior high school in Bogor Regency with a population of 120 teachers. The determination of the sample was carried out simply randomly using the Taro Yamane formula so that a sample of 92 teachers was obtained. The method in this study is the survey method through the Path Analysis approach using PLS-SEM. Research data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The results of the study prove that: 1) there is a direct and significant positive influence between transformational leadership on OCB; 2) there is a direct and significant positive effect of transformational leadership on teacher innovation. 3) there is a direct and significant positive effect of OCB on teacher innovation. 4) there is an indirect and significant positive effect of transformational leadership on teacher innovation through OCB. This research proves that increasing teacher innovativeness can be done by strengthening transformational leadership and OCB.

The aim was to determine research trends related to Digital Leadership and Digital Transformation. The Scoping Review method uses PRISMA with steps, namely identifying the problem, searching for literature sources, selecting literature, compiling and producing results, and determining the article. The observation result is that much of the research was carried out in developed countries. Different patterns were found in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 regarding Digital Leadership and Digital Transformation. The research focus is also diverse and reveals many facts about Digital Leadership and Digital Transformation

Abstract

The research has been successfully carried out. The dynamics of the international and national strategic environment have given impetus to organizational culture in exploring the digital realm through a digitalization approach. This study has the objective of describing conditions in Indonesia and several other countries in the Implementation of the Digitalization Approach in Organizational Culture. The method used in this research is a literature review approach. The data analysis carried out in this article uses a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) which is supported by references to ten articles on the same theme in this study. The results obtained are in the form of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threat conditions, when implementing the digitalization approach in organizational culture it has integrative and non-integrative comparisons between the literature and theories that are currently developing. This also illustrates that the digitalization approach applied in an organizational culture both in Indonesia and in other countries has varied strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

Abstract

The concept of "freedom" in philosophy has many interpretations and variants depending on the framework of philosophical thought followed by its thinkers. In general, freedom refers to an individual's ability to act, think, and make decisions in the absence of unwanted restrictions or pressures. The problems of freedom and necessity (or determinism) are among the most widely debated philosophical problems. This problem arises in human history when people question whether their actions may be determined by factors unknown to them and beyond their control or power, so that human freedom is actually determined or limited. This article aims to examine and discuss the thought of Simone Weil, a 20th-century French Socialist philosopher and activist, who identifies three types of necessity that affect human freedom, in the context of this deterministic world and how men can become free in every kind of necessity. The method used in this study is literature review and analysis, with the aim of showing, through analysis of Weil's writings and philosophical thought, how Weil synthesizes the idea of freedom with acceptance of human limitations. The results show Simone Weil's unique view that presents a conception of freedom that involves awareness, responsibility, and self-transformation in a deterministic world.

Abstract

The research findings consistently indicate that the emergence of alternative digital credit, provided by FinTech and BigTech firms, has a significant and negative impact on the performance of the banking sector. This impact is observed in both developed and developing countries, leading to decreased bank returns, intermediation margins, and profitability. The negative effect is influenced by various factors, including the degree of stability and market power in the banking sector, the level of competition, and the extent of physical banking infrastructure. Additionally, the growth of digital lending is negatively correlated with banking credit, suggesting a potential substitution effect. The studies address endogeneity concerns and conduct robustness tests to confirm the findings, ensuring the reliability of the results. The implications of the research suggest that the banking industry may need to adapt its business models to compete in an increasingly digital environment, and policymakers should consider regulating new participants in the credit markets to ensure financial stability. These findings provide valuable insights into the impact of alternative digital credit on the banking industry's performance, highlighting the need for banks to adapt to the changing landscape of digital finance and the potential implications for financial stability.
