Abstract

The explanations regarding the digital wallet and its function eventually give impact toward the consumer behavior of its users; it can happen because of the different types of advantages and functions of digital wallet which varied compare to other types of payments and transactions as well. The consumer behavior tends to focus more on how the consumer behaves toward a certain thing; in this case, it regarding the behavior of the E-wallet users. The purpose of this study is to find out regarding E-Wallet and the relation with consumer behavior. This study uses a qualitative method and interviews with informants were conducted in order to gain information regarding the phenomenon. The findings of this study show that consumer behavior which constructed by 3 aspects of psychological, personal and social can be affected by the usage of E-wallet. From the results; the company can utilize on this momentum in order to gain more users and eventually profit for the company. Improvement of their current technology such as reducing the numbers of errors, a safety net for transactions and also transparency for the users of E-wallet can be ways for the company to improve.  Keywords: e-wallet, consumer behavior, psychological, personal, sosial

Abstract

Abstract: The increasing use of the internet and social media today could be a good opportunity for MSMEs to market their products or services. Especially during the pandemic covid-19. MSMEs cannot directly interact with customers, whether to market products or to sell products because government required some community activities to be done from home. The purpose of the research is to find out deeper and further the social media marketing role on the business performance of SMEs in Manado during pandemic covid-19. This research used descriptive qualitative methodology and samples used in this research is 15 respondent who runs culinary MSMEs. The results shows that Social Media Marketing has positive impact towards Business Performance on Micro Small and Medium – Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Manado. Recommendations concluded for this research are to use and utilize social media in marketing products and a business. For the government can provide seminars or training about social media marketing so that MSMEs in Manado can continue to grow. Keywords: social media marketing, content creation, content sharing, interaction, accessibility, credibility, MSMEs, business

Abstract

Abstract: At this time, the environment is getting worse. There are many people who really care to take the role of improving the environment, and there are still many people who do not care, or accustomed to and accidentally damage the environment. Environmental sustainability is concerned with whether environmental resources will be protected and maintained for future generations. Not only by littering, people do not realize that the company is wasting too much natural resources, or producing a lot of pollution. Hospitality industry is one of the polluting industry that caused environmental damage. Business has always depended on, and had an impact on the natural world. Businesses affect the environment through the extraction and utilisation of environmental resources, and through pollution that is released through the processes. The objective of this research is to find out how is the environmental sustainability in 4 and 5 stars hotels in Manado. This research used qualitative analysis. The population in this research refers to the managers of the 4 and 5 stars hotels in Manado and samples used in this study of 6 informants. Finding of this research shows that the hospitality industry in Manado do some practices towards environmental sustainability, but some have not. The hotels should keep improving their practices to do more about preventing environmental damage. There is no loss in this matter. Maybe for some aspects, hotel must spend some money for it, but that’s how the hotel gaining competitive advantages and risk management.  Keyword: Environmental Sustainability, Hospitality Industry, Business, Environment

Abstract

Abstak: Profitabilitas merupakan kemampuan suatu perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba selama periode tertentu pada tingkat penjualan, asset, dan modal saham tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal, struktur kepemilikann, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pembiayaan leasing yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2014-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling dan diperoleh 14 perusahaan pembiayaan leasing.Metode analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial struktur modal (DER) berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA), struktur kepemilikan (INST) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA), ukuran perusahaan (Total Asset) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA). Secara simultan struktur modal, struktur kepemilikan, ukuran perushaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.Perbankanharus mampu mengidentifikasi kemungkinan yang terjadi dalam aktivitas usahanya. Kata Kunci: struktur modal, struktur kepemilikan, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas

Abstract

Abstract: In this digital era, technological advances cannot be dammed especially in the field of business with an online platform making business activities become tighter due to massive competition. Thus, making purchase decisions absolutely controlled by consumers. The power of consumers in determining the purchase of a product makes producers competing to seduce consumer’s buying interest. The ability of producers to meet the needs and wants of consumers is the key to success in business activities.  This research aims to find out the influence of consumer trust and perceived value on consumer purchase decision of e-commerce in social media. Consumer trust variable consists of perceived integrity, perceived competence, perceived security control, and benevolence. Perceived value variable consists of emotional value, social value, quality/performance, and value price/value of money. This study uses purposive sampling that only observes people who have shopped online through social media. The sample is 100 respondents and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of this study have shown that perceived integrity, perceived competence, perceived security control, and benevolence contribute positively to consumer trust. Emotional value, social value, quality/performance, and price/value have positive contribution to perceived value. These results indicate that consumer trust and perceived value have significant and positive effect on consumer purchase decision of e-commerce in social media partially and simultaneously. This study suggests that producers should use social media as the means for selling and maximize its features so that the overall benefits can be felt. Keywords: consumer trust, perceived value, consumer purchase decision

Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam menjalankan usahanya perusahaan tidak hanya dituntut untuk meingkatkan kesejahteraan pemegang saham, namun juga mampu mengakomodasi bagi pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan lainnya. Selain itu perusahaan juga harus mampu memenuhi tuntutan masyarakat yang semakin kompleks akan kebutuhannya. Terlebih dengan kondisi perekonomian Indonesia yang tiada henti dilanda goncangan memaksa perusahaan harus mampu beradaptasi dengan kondisi seperti ini dengan cara meningkatkan nilai tambah perusahaan.Di Bursa Efek Indonesia setiap perusahaan mempunyai nilai kapitalisasi sebagai hasil cerminan nilai keseluruhan sebuah perusahaan yang dijual dipasar modal. Nilai kapitalisasi sendiri adalah hasil perkalian dari harga saham dengan jumlah saham beredar pada periode tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui perbedaan kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan food and beverages antara yang memiliki nilai Big Cap dengan Mid Cap dan Small Cap ditinjau dari  rasio keuangan baik secara individu maupun secara keseluruhan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji Beda Independent Sample t-Test. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kinerja keuangan yang ditemukan berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan Uji Beda Independent Sample t-Test.Kata Kunci : Kinerja Keuangan, Kapitalisasi Pasar, Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Profitabilitas, Aktivitas

Abstract

Abstrak: Bank memilik fungsi intermediasi yaitu sebagai perantara bagi masyarakat yang memiliki surplus dana untuk disalurkan kepada masyarakat yang mengalami defisit dana. Jenis bank jika dilihat dari status nya terdiri dari bank devisa dan non devisa. Jika dilihat dari struktur modalnya, bank devisa dapat melakukan transaksi dengan mata uang asing, sedangkan bank non devisa tidak dapat melakukan transaksi dengan mata uang asing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan antara bank devisa dan non devisa di Indonesia. Data yang di ambil adalah laporan keuangan tahun 2009 – 2011 berupa neraca dan laporan laba rugi dari masingmasing 17 bank devisa dan 6 bank non devisa. Data sekunder ini di ambil melalui situs Bank Indonesia untuk di olah, mencari tahu berapa besar nilai ROA, CAR, LDR dan NPL tiap-tiap bank. Hasil analisis menggunakan metode uji beda dua rata-rata (independent sample ttest), diperoleh hasil bahwa antara bank devisa dan non devisa jika dilihat dari rasio ROA dan LDR tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sedangkan jika dilihat dari rasio CAR dan NPL bank devisa terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan dengan bank non devisa.Keyword: Kinerja Keuangan, Bank Devisa, Bank Non Devisa, ROA, CAR, LDR, NPL.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the most expected to drive the economy of a country, the good provided of tourism would attract the attention of tourist. The biggest most concerned with tourism is the tourist who will come to visit and also satisfy tourists who come to tourist destinations so they commit to visit again. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the influence of Tourist Satisfaction based on 5A’s Tourism elements to the revisit intentions of the tourist.. This study used Structural Equation Model (SEM) t to identify the relationships between the identified factors in the model. This study conducts with 100 tourists as the respondents with maximum likelihoods. Findings of this research show that accessibilities, attractions, activities and amenities significantly influence customer satisfaction when they visit object destinations, and also customer satisfaction significantly influence tourist revisit intentions. Meanwhile accommodation cannot increase tourist customer satisfaction in this research. In order to increase and maintain customer satisfaction so they want to revisit again the tourism object, the destinations has to improve the quality to make the tourist more feel comfort when they used do tourism activities.Keyword: accessibilities, accommodations, attraction, activities, amenities, tourist satisfaction, and revisit intention

Abstract

Good Corporate Governance merupakan proses untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (Dewan Komisaris, Dewan Direksi, Komite Audit dan Komite Pemantau Risiko) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Bank Umum Konvensional tahun 2014-2018. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposivesampling, yaitu menggunakan sampel dengan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 66 Bank Umum Konvensional. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian uji secara parsial menunjukan bahwa Dewan Komisaris tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, Dewan Direksi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, Komite Audit tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan dan Komite Pemantau Risiko tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Dan uji simultan menunjukan bahwa Dewan Komisaris, Dewan Direksi, Komite Audit dan Komite Pemantau Risiko secara bersama-sama tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Kata Kunci: Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang baik, Dewan Komisaris, Dewan Direksi, Komite Audit, Komite Pemantau Risiko

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Trust and Commitment in the Banking Industry, and a lot of the banking industry is looking for ways to achieve its goal. There are many strategies to build relationships with customers, one of them this study to know the influence of trust and commitment at BRI KCP Unit Motoling. How BRI implemented trust and commitment to their customer. The objective of this study to find out about the trust and commitment influence the customer at BRI KCP Unit Motoling. Theories that are used in this research are theories about trust and commitment. The population of this research is all customers BRI KCP Unit Motoling. And the sample is 10 respondents of customers BRI KCP Unit Motoling, these 10 respondents take from the different of occupation. This research used qualitative analysis methods and also using interview and observation techniques. The result and conclusions of this study indicate the application of trust and commitment to customer at BRI KCP Unit Motoling have a positive statement from 10 informants and bonding based on the trust and commitment. This is caused good and best services towards the customer of the bank itself. There are two recommendations in this research: first, trust and commitment are the activities that the bank must consider in order to build a positive and long-term relationship with customers, create more profit that gifts more benefit not only to the company but also give more benefit to customers. Second, the bank must give more improve how to deliver quick information to provide the right information to the customer.Keywords: trust, commitment, consumer behavior
