Abstract

This study suggests the leadership competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers in shaping the character of students at SMP Negeri 4 Amuntai, Hulu Sungai Utara District. This study aims to determine the leadership competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers in shaping the character of students at SMP Negeri 4 Amuntai, Hulu Sungai Utara District.The subjects of this study were school principals, Islamic Religious Education teachers and students of SMP Negeri 4 Amuntai, Hulu Sungai Utara District. The object of this study is the leadership competency of Islamic Religious Education teacher of students at SMP Negeri 4 Amuntai, Hulu Sungai Utara District.Data Collection techniques from this research are using observation, interview and documentation methods. After the necessary data is obtained and collected, it is then processed using reduction teachniques, data display, and data verification. Then analyzed using descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study can be concluded that the leadership competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers in shaping the character of students at SMP Negeri 4 Amuntai, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, Includes: First, teacher leadership competence. Islamic Religious Education in planning is to provide direction and make itself a good example and role model for students. Second, The competence of the leadership of Islamic Religious Education teacher in supporting and organizing the potential of school elements in a systematic manner, namely by always incorporating character values in each lesson and also parcipating in helping the habituation of school culture such as religious programs in schools. Third, the leadership competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers as innovators, motivators, mentors and counselors, namely by always providing advice and motivation to students to always behave well, likewise if there are students who behave deviating from the character values at scholl, they will be gaven a warning or punishment. educate student. Fourth, the leadership competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers in maintaining directing and controlling, namely by always providing direction and advice tp student, besides that PAI teachers maintain student characters with students’ parents.

Abstract

When examining the Incidence Rate (IR) and Case Fatality Rate (CFR) of dengue fever cases from 1990 to 2015, Indonesia consistently ranked among the highest globally. In 2022, the NTB region reported a total of 3,193 dengue cases, resulting in 8 fatalities. Research from the Bima District Health Office recorded 584 confirmed cases from January to April of that year, while Monta Health Center reported 79 cases in 2023. This study aims to identify factors influencing dengue fever incidence within the Monta Health Center’s jurisdiction. A quantitative, ross-sectional research design was employed, with a total sample size of 40 drawn using total sampling methods. Findings indicate no significant association between nutritional status and dengue incidence (p=0.170), but there is a significant relationship between environmental factors and dengue cases (p=0.01), as well as between knowledge levels and dengue cases (p=0.00). Recommendations include that Monta Health Center staff conduct educational sessions on the importance of maintaining nutritional status, environmental hygiene, and health awareness, by promoting clean and healthy living behaviors (PHBS) among the local community.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of synbiotic (prebiotic alginate and probiotic bacteria Micrococcus spp) on the immune responses, growth performance, and bacterial resistance of freshwater crayfish. The experimental diets were formulated in three levels of synbiotic: the probiotic bacteria Micrococcus spp+100 mg/L alginate (Syn100), Micrococcus spp+200 mg/L alginate (Syn200), Micrococcus spp+300 mg/L alginate (Syn300), each level was mixed with tested feed. The basal diet (without synbiotics) served as the control diet. During 40 days of rearing, immune responses observations were conducted every 10 days, while the crayfish weight were recorded on day 40. Furthermore, the challenge test was performed against the pathogenic bacteria of A. hydrophila and reared for a week. The result showed that synbiotics treatment of Syn300 and Syn200 could improve the immune response and increased the growth rate (P<0.05). Both were also heavier than the Syn100 treatment. The highest resistance to A. hydrophila pathogenic bacteria by demonstrating a higher survival rate was Syn300 and followed by Syn200 (70.00 ± 0% and 73.33 ± 5.77%, respectively), compared to Syn100 (56.67 ± 3.33%) and the control (33.33 ± 3.33%). The synbiotic Micrococcus spp. combined with alginate potentially induced immune responses, increased growth performance, and improved bacterial pathogens resistance, making it an ideal synbiotic to be developed. Keywords: synbiotic, prebiotic, probiotic, Sargassum sp., alginate, brown algae  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas penggunaan sinbiotik (prebiotik alginat dan probiotik Micrococcus spp) terhadap respons imun,  performa pertumbuhan dan resistensi lobster air tawar. Tiga perlakuan sinbiotik yaitu Micrococcus spp+100 mg/L alginat (Syn100), Micrococcus spp+200 mg/L alginat (Syn200), Micrococcus spp+300 mg/L alginat (Syn300), masing-masing dicampurkan ke dalam pakan dan diberikan ke lobster. Pakan tanpa campuran prebiotik digunakan sebagai pakan kontrol. Selama 40 hari pemeliharaan, pengamatan respon imun dilakukan setiap 10 hari dan pada hari ke-40 pemeliharaan dilakukan pengukuran bobot lobster. Selanjutnya, lobster di uji tantang dengan bakteri A. hydrophila dan dipelihara kembali selama satu minggu.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pakan yang mengandung sinbiotik Syn300 dan Syn200 dapat meningkatkan respon imun dan pertumbuhan (P<0.05) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan perlakuan Syn100, sementara bobot tubuh terendah didapat pada perlakuan kontrol. Resistensi lobster tertinggi terhadap bakteri A. hydrophila yang ditunjukkan dengan sintasan tertinggi didapatkan pada perlakuan Syn300 (70.00±0.00%) dan Syn200 (73.33±5.77%) dibandingkan dengan perlakuan Syn100 (56.67±3.33%) dan kontrol (33.33±3.33%). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa sinbiotik Micrococcus spp. yang dikombinasikan dengan alginat dapat menginduksi respons imun, meningkatkan performa pertumbuhan ,dan resistensi terhadap patogen sehingga merupakan sinbiotik yang ideal untuk dikembangkan. Kata kunci : sinbiotik, prebiotik, probiotik, Sargassum sp., alginat, alga coklat

Abstract

Teaching English to children is crucial. English plays a significant role internationally, providing access to information and technology. Effective teaching for young learners requires good planning, suitable methods, and appropriate materials. The purposes of this study were to (1) identify the visual aids that English teachers at MIN 2 Langsa utilize to teach English to primary pupils, and (2) investigate the teacher's experiences with these aids. Data collection was done in December 2023 through a fifth-grade English teacher at MIN 2 Langsa. The phenomenological approach was combined with a qualitative method in this study. An interview and an observation served as the instruments. The purpose of the observation was to see how the fifth-grade pupils at MIN 2 Langsa's teachers using media, and the interview was given to the English teacher to learn more about the teacher's expertise with visual media. The results of this study demonstrated that the types of media that teachers used to teach English included whiteboards, English textbooks, dictionaries, posters, pictures, games, and other objects that were nearby. The interview with the teacher revealed that, depending on the subject, she employed visual aids to simplify the English lesson and help the pupils understand it better.

Abstract

The quality of education in Indonesia remains a strategic issue that requires serious government attention due to its direct impact on the competitiveness of human resources in the global era. The active role of the Ministry of Education and Culture in formulating and implementing strategic policies reflects the government's commitment to addressing the complexity of national education challenges. This study aims to analyze the leadership strategies of the school principal in improving the quality of education at SMP Miftahul Huda Dzun Nurain Planggaran Timur Banyuates. The research focuses on: (1) the form of the principal’s leadership in enhancing education quality, (2) the obstacles encountered in the process, and (3) the strategic efforts undertaken to overcome them. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach was employed, using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The research subjects consisted of the school principal and teachers. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability criteria. The findings indicate that the principal applied a democratic leadership style, provided effective supervision, and showed concern for teachers. The main challenge faced was the lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Improvement efforts included teacher competency development, meeting stakeholder needs, and fostering collaborative problem-solving.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk Untuk mengetahui tranparansi atas target dan realisasi kepada lembaga mitra RRI Merauke dari tahun 2021-2023. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi dan sampel yang di gunakan adalah data sekunder berupa data target dan realisasi Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) yang berasal dari data kerjasama klien mitra dan data rekapitulasi media order RRI Kabupaten Merauke kurun waktu dari tahun 2021-2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Transparansi penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) pada Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Merauke antara tahun 2021-2023 menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat upaya untuk meningkatkan keterbukaan informasi, masih terdapat beberapa tantangan yang harus diatasi. Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya fluktuasi dalam penerimaan PNBP, yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk perubahan kebijakan dan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat. Transparansi dalam pelaporan keuangan dan informasi terkait penerimaan PNBP sangat penting untuk membangun kepercayaan publik dan memastikan akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana

Abstract

This research illustrates the practice of inheritance in the Banjar community of South Kalimantan. The aim is to see the extent to which the provisions of Islamic inheritance law (farāidh) are applied by the member of society in everyday life. This phenomenon is revealed through several field research methods, especially in-depth interviews, the results of which are then analyzed to obtain conclusions. This study found the fact that although in general, the majority of Banjar people of South Kalimantan resolved their inheritance cases by farāidh (Islamic inheritance law), there was a tendency for some citizens to put forward the spirit of "Badamai (Keeping Peace)" to bring up ways of resolving inheritance cases that seemed varied and unique. In such a model, the formulation of the inheritance distribution specified in the farāidh is not fully implemented but is modified through the hibah wasiat (testamentary grant) method. In the case of ashābah bi al-ghair (heirs of a different gender), the pattern of division of "two to one" is not carried out by the mushi (testator)  because of certain reasons/considerations related to the real condition of the heirs (economic level, marital status, age, etc).

Abstract

Kasus kewarisan istimewa/khusus, ditandai oleh struktur ahli warisnya yang bersifat baku, dan ada penyimpangan dari faraidh. Operasional metode perhitungannya, menjadikan ibu “tertipu” dalam dua kasusnya. Di tengah isu keadilan gender, sesuai profesi, keahlian dan perspektif, masyarakat meresponnya tetap dalam keragaman namun sangat adaptif. Dari sudut pandang manapun, produk ijtihadiyah di belasan abad yang silam ini, dapat dirasakan dan dipahami hikmahnya terkait maqashid al syariah. Namun tidak berlebihan jika bagian tsuluts al baqi (sepertiga sisa) yang menjadi keistimewaan kasus Gharawain tersebut hendaknya tidak dijadikan sebagai ketentuan penyelesaian dalam hukum positif di Indonesia.

Abstract

Upaya peningkatkan minat siswa terhadap sains fisika harus dari usia karena selama ini bidang fisika masih dianggap pelajaran yang sulit . Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melaksanakan pembelajaran pengukuran dasar di SDN 022 Samarinda Utara. Khalayak sasaran merupakan siswa kelas 4-6 berjumlah 25 orang yang dipilih secara acak. Alat ukur dasar yang digunakan adalah mistar, jangka sorong, mikrometer, gelas ukur dan bahan-bahan yaitu kertas, batu, pasir, telur dan gelas. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan penjelasan nama dan fungsi alat ukur, contoh penggunaan alat ukur dan praktek oleh siswa. Pemantauan dan dievaluasi dilakukan terhadap: pengalaman dan pemahaman alat ukur, ketrampilan penggunaan alat, apakah kegiatan menarik bagi peserta, saran/masukan kegiatan praktek di sekolah dan saran/masukan untuk kampus. Hasil menunjukkan, dari seluruh alat ukur yang familiar adalah mistar, sedangkan yang lain sebatas tahu dari gambar dan tidak pernah mempraktekan. Sebaiknya kegiatan praktikum di sekolah dapat dilaksanakan secara rutin dan berhubungan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari, dan untuk mendukung hal tersebut sekolah dan Universitas Mulawarman berkolaborasi secara berkelanjutan dalam bentuk kesepakatan sekolah mitra.
