Abstract

This study examines Islamic teachings in economic cooperation practices among the Banjar community in Banjarmasin using a library research method. The discussion begins with an exploration of the historical process of Islamization in Banjarmasin, which indicates that Islam has become deeply embedded in Banjar culture since the sixteenth century through trade networks and the da’wah of local Islamic scholars. Islamic teachings subsequently shaped the economic behavior of the Banjar community, particularly through the application of muamalah principles such as honesty, justice, trustworthiness, and mutual consent in economic transactions. Furthermore, economic cooperation among the Banjar people is reflected in various practices, including trade partnerships, trust-based transactions, and customary economic relations that align with Islamic norms. The integration of Islamic values within these cooperative practices demonstrates a harmony between Banjar customary law (urf) and Islamic economic principles, emphasizing not only material profit but also ethical conduct and social welfare. This study concludes that Islamic teachings play a significant role in shaping economic cooperation practices among the Banjar community in Banjarmasin, illustrating a contextual model of Islamic economic values integrated with local culture.

Abstract

The preservation of the sharia economy is increasingly important due to the rapid growth of sharia-based financial institutions and economic activities. This study aims to analyze the synergy between Islamic law and positive law in resolving sharia economic issues in Indonesia. The method used is a normative qualitative research with a juridical approach based on literature study. Data were obtained from primary sources (regulations and Islamic legal concepts), secondary sources (books, scientific journals), and tertiary sources (general legal literature). The analysis was conducted inductively and descriptively to identify conceptual relationships between rules. The results of the study indicate that Islamic law facilitates dispute resolution through the principles of al-sulh (peace), tahkim (arbitration), and wilayat al-qadha (court). Meanwhile, Indonesian positive law provides alternative ADR (negotiation, mediation, arbitration) and support from judicial institutions (Religious Courts) that regulate legislation. The results of this study can be concluded that the synergy between these two legal systems is integral, encompassing the values ​​of justice ('adl), benefit, and legal certainty in resolving sharia economic issues. This integration needs to be strengthened through education and clear regulations to overcome the obstacles to judges' understanding and the overlaps that occur.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of the work environment on the work motivation of Muhammadiyah high school teachers in Makassar City with the aim of examining the reality of the Muhammadiyah high school work environment in Makassar City, examining the reality of work motivation of Muhammadiyah high school teachers in Makassar City and examining the effect of the work environment on motivation. Muhammadiyah high school teacher work in Makassar City. This research is classified as quantitative research with ex post facto method. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire while the analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate the reality of the working environment of Muhammadiyah high school in Makassar City from the results of data analysis the percentage of 77,4% of the expected criteria, the reality of work motivation of Muhammadiyah high school teachers in Makassar City from the results of percentage data analysis of 76,6%, and there is an influence positive and significant relationship between work environment and work motivation of Muhammadiyah high school teachers in Makassar City is 49,3 %. So it can be concluded that the work environment is one of the factors that influence the work motivation of teachers. The implication of this research is that the school should be able to create a conducive work environment by fulfilling all the learning facilities and infrastructure needed by teachers in learning activities and in supporting the work of teachers so that each teacher can concentrate on carrying out their duties.

Abstract

Stroke merupakan penyebab utama kematian dan kecacatan di dunia serta sering disertai komplikasi neuropsikiatri, salah satunya depresi pasca stroke. Kondisi ini dapat memperburuk luaran klinis, menghambat rehabilitasi, dan menurunkan kualitas hidup pasien. Depresi pasca stroke bersifat multifaktorial, melibatkan faktor biologis, klinis, psikologis, dan sosial yang umumnya masih dianalisis secara terpisah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara deskriptif faktor predisposisi depresi pasca stroke menggunakan pendekatan multi-label guna menggambarkan pola kombinasi faktor risiko yang muncul secara simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan systematic review yang disusun berdasarkan pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) 2020. Pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui basis data PubMed dan Google Scholar pada publikasi tahun 2020–2025. Studi yang disertakan adalah penelitian observasional dengan desain cross-sectional, kohort, dan case–control, dengan penilaian kualitas metodologis menggunakan Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Checklist. Sebanyak 12 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa usia lanjut, jenis kelamin perempuan, jenis dan keparahan stroke, disabilitas fisik, gangguan kognitif, komplikasi neurologis, serta rendahnya dukungan keluarga dan sosial merupakan faktor predisposisi depresi pasca stroke. Depresi ringan lebih sering ditemukan pada pasien stroke iskemik usia 60–74 tahun, sedangkan depresi sedang hingga berat lebih dominan pada pasien stroke hemoragik dan kondisi klinis berat. Kesimpulannya, depresi pasca stroke bersifat multifaktorial dan memerlukan skrining dini serta pendekatan rehabilitasi holistik.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of Islamic Religious Education (IRE), Islamic Psychology, and Neuroscience as a holistic approach to developing faith-based character. To date, character education has tended to emphasize cognitive and moral aspects while overlooking Islamic psychological dimensions and the biological foundations that influence human behavioral development. Through theoretical analysis, this study demonstrates that IRE plays a fundamental role in instilling the values of creed, worship, and ethics; Islamic Psychology provides a framework for understanding human psychological dynamics based on the concepts of fitrah, qalb, and nafs; while Neuroscience explains the neurobiological processes that contribute to habit formation, self-control, and the internalization of values. The integration of these three disciplines produces a more comprehensive character education model by combining spiritual foundations, psychological understanding, and the mechanisms of brain function. The findings highlight the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration in developing learning strategies that not only cultivate intellectual intelligence but also strengthen students’ faith, morality, and psychological well-being. These insights are expected to serve as a reference for educators in designing curricula and learning methods that are more effective and oriented toward holistic character formation.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the field of education, including Islamic education. Islamic Education (PAI) teachers are required to possess competencies that encompass not only pedagogical and subject-matter expertise but also the ability to effectively utilize technology. This study aims to analyze the role of technology in enhancing the competence of Islamic Education teachers in the digital era. The method used is a literature review by examining various sources related to the integration of technology in learning. The findings indicate that technology plays an important role in improving teacher competencies, particularly in professional, pedagogical, and self-development aspects. The use of digital platforms, interactive learning media, and access to online learning resources enables teachers to improve the quality of instruction and student engagement. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy and unequal access to technology remain obstacles that need to be addressed. Therefore, continuous training and institutional support are necessary to help Islamic Education teachers adapt and optimize the use of technology in the learning process

Abstract

This research analyzes the integration of moral, legal, and social justice dimensions in rulings on marital property and inheritance cases in Indonesian Religious Courts. The study is motivated by the juridical dilemma faced by judges when reconciling normative legal certainty with dynamic substantive justice demands in contemporary Islamic society. This research explores the synergy between Western philosophy (Plato, Aristotle, Rawls) and Islamic philosophy (Al-Farabi, Al-Ghazali) to analyze harmony, proportionality, and social benefit. Using a layered theoretical framework ranging from legal protection to social engineering, this study employs a normative juridical method to examine judicial reasoning. The findings argue that the ijtihad performed by judges is essentially a method of legal discovery (rechtsvinding). This pattern of rechtsvinding demands interpretative flexibility, enabling judges to move beyond rigid statutory boundaries. By prioritizing substantive justice over formalistic norms, judges may employ contra legem decisions, ensuring that legal discovery functions as a responsive tool for social engineering and equity.The research concludes that judges function as both moral agents and social engineers responsible for harmonizing legal certainty with moral and social values. This harmonization is the essence of judicial ijtihad to realize a comprehensive and contextual Islamic legal justice in Indonesia

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyakit Menular Seksual (PMS) merupakan masalah kesehatan yang terus meningkat di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas edukasi seksual dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota Dharma Wanita Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Soeharso tentang PMS. Metode yang digunakan adalah pre-test, penyuluhan, dan post-test menggunakan kuesioner STD-KQ yang telah divalidasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan peserta, dengan penurunan persentase pengetahuan rendah dari 41,3% menjadi 4,3%, dan peningkatan pengetahuan tinggi dari 8,7% menjadi 39,1%. Analisis statistik menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan berdasarkan status perkawinan pada post-test (p=0,001). Kesimpulannya, edukasi seksual yang terstruktur efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang PMS dan berpotensi mengurangi prevalensinya di komunitas. ABSTRACT Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) are an increasing health concern in Indonesia. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of sexual education in improving knowledge about STDs among Dharma Wanita members at Soeharso Orthopedic Hospital. The method used was pre-test, counseling, and post-test using the validated STD-KQ questionnaire. Results showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge, with a decrease in low knowledge percentage from 41.3% to 4.3%, and an increase in high knowledge from 8.7% to 39.1%. Statistical analysis revealed significant differences based on marital status in the post-test (p=0.001). In conclusion, structured sexual education effectively improves knowledge about STDs and has the potential to reduce their prevalence in the community.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays an important role in shaping the character and moral values of Muslim communities. In the Barito River Basin area, PAI has a strategic role in improving the quality of life of the Dayak Bakumpai community, which is predominantly Muslim. However, the development of Islamic religious education in this region still faces several challenges, such as the limited availability of qualified human resources, inadequate educational facilities, and the low level of community awareness regarding the importance of religious education. In this context, Dayak Bakumpai women have a significant role in strengthening religious education within both family and community environments. They not only function as housewives but also act as educators, motivators, and social actors who support religious learning activities. Nevertheless, their contribution to the development of Islamic religious education has not been fully optimized and often receives limited attention. Therefore, this study aims to examine the role of Dayak Bakumpai women in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education in the Barito River Basin, as well as to identify factors that influence their participation and strategies to strengthen their role in the community. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that Dayak Bakumpai women play an important role in strengthening religious values, providing informal religious education in families, and supporting community religious activities. However, their role is still constrained by limited educational facilities, access to resources, and social support. Strengthening community awareness and empowering women can help optimize their role in improving the quality of Islamic religious education in the region
