Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find the dimensions of change management objects in Muhammadiyah Pesantren. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a case study research type. The research was conducted at the Muhammadiyah Boarding School Klaten with the director, principal, and teachers as research informants. The qualitative data in this study are interview data, observation data, and document data. Data was collected by researchers from research informants, research locations, and official documents of Islamic boarding schools. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data collection, data codification, data analysis, and conclusion-making. The study’s findings show that the dimensions of the change management object consist of organizational structure, curriculum, learning, and parenting. The process of managing changes in Muhammadiyah Pesantren is carried out by change planning, organizational strengthening, communication and motivation, and evaluation. Change management is carried out continuously in its stages. By making changes to the dimensions that have been mentioned, there is an increase in the productivity of directors, teachers, and students. In addition, there is an increase in pesantren performance in terms of financial income, the number of new students, learning outcomes, several achievements, and cooperation among pesantren residents.

Abstract

The results of the teacher's daily research show that children from broken home families often make noise during class hours, this is because the child seeks attention to others. This then prompted the author to conduct a study that focused on broken home children with the aim of conducting a case study which then examined more deeply the impact of broken home families on the moral and psychic development of grade VI elementary school students at SD N 1 Sribitan. By using quality research with a case study approach. Participants in this study the author chose based on backgrounds and behaviors that stood out while in school using purposive samples so that two students were found who stood out from five students who had the same background, namely class VI SDN 1 Sribitan, namely A.C.P and .P.D.A. The results obtained from this study are an illustration that the influence or impact of broken home families is very real in terms of children's moral and psychic development. In this study, it can be explained that the bad moral problems that participants often do are not wanting to apologize if they are wrong, making noise, and not obeying the rules that have been applied in schools.

Abstract

Manusia merupakan sosok ciptaan yang sempurna. Kesempurnaan itu mendapat isyarat dari Allah untuk menjadi sosok kholifah di bumi, agar menggunakan ciptaannya yang ada di langit dan bumi dengan sebaik-baiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengupas keseluruhan makna ulul albab dalam prespektif al-Qur’ãn dan implemetasinya dalam Pendidikan Islam. Metode penulisan penelitian ini library research (penelitian kepustakaan). Kata ulul albab dalam al-Qur’an ditemukan sebanyak 16 kali. Ulul albab sosok manusia pilihan yang mempunyai akal sempurna, untuk mencapai predikat tersebut perlu adanya usaha untuk memenuhi kriteria. Termasuk melalui Pendidikan Islam yang semestinya banyak mencetak generasi ulul albab. Dengan melakukan langkah nyata yang diaplikasikan dalam Pendidikan Islam

Abstract

The development of fiqh learning media for android-based Islamic economics at SMK Muhammadiyah Karangmojo was the focus of this research against the background that there were still many PAI learning methods, especially fiqh, using conventional methods. This study aims to describe the learning of fiqh in class XI at SMK Muhammadiyah Karangmojo and the development of fiqh media for android-based Islamic economics at SMK Muhammadiyah Karangmojo. This research applied the type of R&D research with the Borg & Gall model because it was expected to develop learning products. The research methods were model development, development procedures, and product testing. The model developed in this research was developing Islamic economics material based on Islamic Jurisprudence learning media. The results of this study indicate: (1) Fiqh learning class XI at SMK Muhammadiyah Karangmojo still uses conventional methods. There are still few teaching media for fiqh. There are 90% of students have android phones. Principals, teachers, and students expect innovation in learning media development. (2) Development of Android-based Islamic Economics Jurisprudence media. Media assessment in the form of material expert validation got a score of 73%, a fairly decent score, media experts got a score of 80% with a decent value, and the assessment of respondents in the small and medium stage usage test got a score of 90 with very good criteria to be used as class fiqh learning media XI SMK Muhammadiyah Karangmojo.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the measurement of the individual piety index as a manifestation of social piety in supporting regional development programs. Improving the quality of humans to increase the social piety of the community has become one of the priorities in realizing the development of competitive and noble humans. The research method applied was the Creswell model of library research, which is qualitative. Data was gathered from literature on social piety, regional development, and the social piety index. The data-gathering method followed the Sugiyono concept, which entailed a manual and digital search of relevant literature. The Moleong model was used in the data analysis technique. For this reason, several strategies that can be formulated to achieve these goals are outlined in the form of 1) increasing concern for others (social care); 2) increasing public awareness of environmental conservation; 3) increasing the community's awareness of the law, and 4) increasing public awareness of the values of pluralism (diversity). Several parts of the regional apparatus involved in realizing the achievement of the social piety index are all line levels in the community.

Abstract

Akhlak ditanamkan melalui pendidikan dimulai dari usia dini sebagaimana pandangan Al-Ghazali dimana akhlak tidak bisa secara spontan tertanam dalam diri anak sehingga diperlukan pembiasaan yang berulang. Mengingat pentingnya akhlak maka RA Miftahus Shudur sebagai lembaga pendidikan menerapkan pelaksanaan pendidikan akhlak yang diintegrasikan dalam pelajaran dan pembiasaan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pendidikan akhlak Al-Ghazali yang diterapkan pada anak usia dini di RA Miftahus Shudur. Metode penelitian pada artikel ini yaitu dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang tersedia dikumpulkan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan pendidikan akhlak di RA Miftahus Shudur dengan pendidikan secara langsung dengan beribadah pada Allah, akhlak kepada orang tua, akhlak pada diri sendiri, akhlak dengan orang lain. Pendidikan tidak langsung dengan hadiah, larangan, dan pengawasan dari guru.

Abstract

The current interpretation of the Al-Qur'an has the impact of shifts or changes in education creating problems with its integrity. This research aims to determine the development of Al-Quran Tafsir in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 83 towards Islamic Education in Indonesia. This research uses library research methods. This research will examine various library sources that are the main issues being discussed. What is clearer is to examine the development of the interpretation of the Qur'an on Islamic education, what is in Surah al-Baqarah verse 83: a study of the interpretation of Ibn Katsir written by Ibnu Katsir and Tafsir al-Maraghi written by al-Maraghi, although some In his interpretation, he also uses verses, but he uses ro'yi more dominantly. From the results of this research, we can conclude that the development of Al-Quran interpretation in Surah Al-Baqarah Verse 83 towards Islamic education in Indonesia involves the history and dynamics of writing interpretations, and is influenced by various factors such as changing times, changes in thinking, and changes in social structure. The development of Al-Quran interpretation in Indonesia has had a significant impact on people's thinking, both in terms of improving the quality of Al-Quran interpretation, the influence of Islamic reform, and the dynamics of writing Al-Quran interpretations which influence various aspects of people's thinking.

Abstract

Education is an important foundation in shaping future generations who are competent and have integrity. In the context of Islamic education, learning that is centered on fitrah (basic human nature) has become an important focus in developing students' potential. The purpose of this research is to describe the practice of nature-based learning at Muhammadiyah Pakel Elementary School, so that the focus of the research is in the form of planning and implementing nature-based learning. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies. Data was collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Respondents in this study included school principals, teachers, and students of SD Muhammadiyah Pakel. The results of this study indicate that nature-based learning practices are implemented through extracurricular activities as well as fostering students' talents which are contained in 6 development models, namely: 1) religious values ​​and moral ethics, 2) physical and motor skills of students 3) reasoning knowledge, 4) grammar , 5) soul socially and emotionally, and 6) works of art. In practice, learning is done by making class groups of students according to the interests and talents of each student. This is done so that the child's self-potential is growing rapidly because in the learning process it refers to the child's talents and interests.

Abstract

The first and main institution is the family, who provides early knowledge, guidance, attention and affection that they feel is very influential in the process of psychological growth and even social development in children. Parenting by parents greatly influences the success of a child. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that influence the low motivation of student learning and to find out how the parenting of students at home, so influence children’s learning motivation. This type of research is descriptive with a qualititave approach. Research subjects are students and home room teachers. Data collected in this study used interview and observation techniques. The data collected is analyzed using interactive analysis of miles and huberman which covering 3 data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing or verification. The results showed that the learning facilities of parents have an effect but are meaningless without good assistance from parents. In the educational environment the influence of peers, teachers and class atmosphere is also a supporting factor in increasing student motivation. Abstract

Muhammadiyah Ulama Cadre Education is an effort and strategy carried out by Muhammadiyah to answer the challenge of the scarcity of ulama in Muhammadiyah. In addition, Muhammadiyah Ulama Cadre Education is also an effort to instill renewal values ​​that are implemented into the personality of a scholar who has broad insight, high intellect, and sensitivity to changing times. To realize this goal, educators are needed who need to master various sciences, one of which is psychology, especially Islamic educational psychology. The approach used in this research is qualitative, the type of literature, with the analysis of the content analysis model. The result of this discussion is the urgency of Islamic education psychology in Muhammadiyah Ulama Cadre Education, namely to understand the development of the student by reviewing the physical and spiritual aspects of the student, conducting learning, and coaching processes that instill Islamic values ​​in shaping human qalbiyah intelligence, Islamic education psychology. build unification and integration in the formation of human personality kaffah, and apply the potentials of students and coaches in coaching and learning.
