Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the sustainability strategy of Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Cirebon West Java in implementing the sustainability commitment of Heidelbergcement Group 2030 (SC2030) which contains long-term commitments and targets of the group including the company until 2030. Research Methodology:  This study used a qualitative case study approach. As a research instrument, I played an active role in collecting data through direct interaction with informants to conduct interviews and observations and analyze available documents. The object of research or social situations in this study focuses on the activities of people in a particular place. Results: The findings obtained from this study are that community empowerment programs implemented sustainably through Bilikom CSR are key elements in building national economic resilience. Through Bilikom's CSR, companies can achieve development goals at the village level. However, in practice, sustainability strategies become good neighbors through Bilikom's CSR programs, with occasional misperceptions in designing and implementing programs that have been prepared together. Limitations: The limitations of this study include social, environmental, and economic aspects. Contributions: This research is expected to contribute to the development of a new science. This research is also very useful for the government in developing and managing an ideal communication system to implement community empowerment programs Novelty: The novelty of this study is that strengthening SDGs in villages can create a positive impact in reducing economic inequality, improving the quality of life of the community, and supporting sustainable natural resource management.

Abstract

Purpose: This systematic literature review (SLR) analyzes tourism marketing communication, uncovering successful strategies and emerging trends. It covers branding, digital marketing, social media, and more, while assessing effectiveness across various contexts. Research Methodology:  Systematic literature review was conducted by analyzing 31 journals related to marketing communication, which addressed strengths, limitations, biases, and gaps, and answered the research objectives and questions coherently. Results: The discussion of the research questions revealed insights into the impact of digital marketing communication strategies on the promotion and visibility of tourist destinations (RQ 1). It is evident that digital strategies utilizing various online channels, real-time updates, and search engine optimization play a pivotal role in enhancing destination visibility. The influence of marketing communication on tourists' decision-making processes (RQ 2) was illuminated, highlighting the role of marketing communication at every stage of the traveler's journey. Marketing communication significantly shaped tourists' decisions, from creating awareness to post-trip engagement. Cultural, social, and environmental factors were found to influence the effectiveness of marketing communication strategies in sustainable and responsible tourism (RQ 3). Sensitivity to local culture, commitment to sustainability, and messaging of eco-friendly practices were pivotal in aligning communication with responsible tourism. Limitations: The literature reviewed may be limited to a specific time period; therefore, trends and strategies that emerged after that period were not covered. This affects the relevance of future findings in digital marketing communication. Contribution: This SLR contributes to a comprehensive understanding of marketing communication strategies in tourism, offering insights into their impact, relevance, and alignment with responsible practices.

Abstract

Peran Perguruan Tinggi dan BUMDes Giri Makmur untuk mendukung kegiatan usaha batik tulis dalam menghadapi krisis ekonomi di Desa Wisata Girilayu adalah dengan melakukan pelatihan pemasaran online. Perguruan Tinggi dan BUMDes sebagai fasilitator edukasi pemasaran online dan sasarannya adalah dua belas kelompok pengrajin batik tulis. Peserta pelatihan kelompok pengrajin batik menggunakan teknologi handphone dan laptop. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi kelompok pengrajin batik tulis agar mampu memanfaatkan teknologi handphone sebagai alat pemasaran online. Tujuan lainnya untuk mengetahui sejauh mana dampak positif dari pelatihan pemasaran online bagi kelompok pengrajin batik tulis. Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode partisipatif melalui tiga tahapan yang diterapkan secara langsung kepada kelompok pengrajin batik di Desa Wisata Girilayu, yakni ceramah, diskusi, dan praktik. Hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan pemasaran online menunjukkan berjalan secara efektif. Para peserta kelompok pengrajin batik tulis berpartisipasi secara aktif dari tahap pertama sampai tahap terakhir. Kelompok pengrajin batik tulis mulai aktif dan konsisten dalam mengelola media sosial untuk pemasaran online. Para konsumen batik tulis baik lokal, nasional, maupun global di Desa Wisata Girilayu menunjukkan perubahan dari konsumen pasif menjadi konsumen potensial dan cenderung meningkatkan permintaan batik tulis. Keberlangsungan usaha kelompok pengrajin batik tulis di Desa Wisata Girilayu terus berlanjut hingga kini. Kata kunci: BUMDes, Pelatihan, Pemasaran Online

Abstract

Adanya sentra industri genteng menjadi wadah para pengrajin dalam memproduksi dan memasarkan hasil produknya. Modal sosial menjadi salah satu hal yang menjadi poin penting dalam proses produksi dan pemasaran genteng di Banjardowo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memfokuskan kajian pada peran modal sosial dalam ketahanan sosial ekonomi keluarga pengrajin genteng di Banjardowo. Penelitian menggunakan teori modal sosial dari Robert Putnam dan ketahanan sosial ekonomi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan naturalistic inquiry. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran modal sosial pengrajin genteng dalam produksi genteng di Banjardowo terdapat tiga modal sosial yang semuanya berperan, yaitu bonding, bridging, dan linking. Dari ketiga modal sosial tersebut yang paling mendominasi dalam proses produksi adalah modal sosial bonding. Peran modal sosial pengrajin genteng dalam pemasaran genteng di Banjardowo yang paling mendominasi adalah modal sosial bonding. Dianalisis menggunakan SWOT diketahui faktor pendorong dan penghambat diantaranya yaitu adanya dukungan dari berbagai pihak (S), adanya perijinan pembakaran (S), cakupan pemasaran belum meluas (W), kerjasama pemasaran kurang (W), pengrajin memiliki peluang kerjasama & jaringan pasar yang masih terbuka lebar (O), pergeseran alih fungsi lahan & penurunan minat masyarakat menggunakan genteng tradisional (T). Peran modal sosial dalam ketahanan sosial ekonomi keluarga pengrajin genteng di pelawanan atau resistance yaitu dengan menetapkan harga genteng seperti biasa dengan menurunkan kualitas ketebalan genteng, pemulihan pengrajin genteng dalam proses pemulihan atau recovery melakukan beberapa usaha yaitu seperti adanya transaksi online. Adapun kreativitas yang tercipta adalah memberikan fasilitas kepada para konsumen berupa pengantaran produk yang telah dibeli hingga ketujuan dengan jaminan barang tetap aman dan bagus.
