Abstract

Qiong Yao was a well known woman author and a film director in Taiwan who had written more than 60 love novels, that had been developed into famous films. This paper aims to explore Qiong Yao’s biography related to her works. Library research was done by dividing Qiong Yao’s works into several themes, and then analysing their novels’ theme and her life. It can be concluded that her permanent theme is love. In her novels, she scatters love that is able to touch her readers as well as film viewers. And, this love theme is closely related to her life.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to: (1) analyzing the balance of carbon in the combustion materials to produce ashburnt on the cultivation of tomato plants (2) analyze the effect of the ash of burn on the physical andchemical properties of peat ombrogen. The results showed that the net balance obtained from thisstudy is negative, this is because the value of the carbon is lost during an emissions in the combustionprocess wood / roots, weeds urchins and groundcover plants prior to obtaining the ashes of burnt oflitter is 0.581 t of carbon/ha is larger than the value of the carbon that is successfully moored by weedsurchins 0.61 t of carbon/ha and litter previous crop (litter plant sweet corn) is 0.437 t of carbon/ ha,only 65, 34% carbon successfully tethered.Keywords: Balance of carbon, peat ombrogen, ash ameliorant and tomato plants.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang retensi likopen buah tomat (Lycopersicum pyriforme) pada pengolahan dan penyimpanan mie instan fungsional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kerusakan likopen pada pengolahan mie instan dan untuk mengetahui retensi likopen selama penyimpanan mie instan serta untuk mengetahui masa kadaluarsa mie instan pada suhu ruang. Pendugaan umur simpan atau masa kadaluarsa menggunakan model kinetika reaksi. Perlakuan penelitian meliputi tahap pemisahan likopen dari buah tomat, pengolahan mie instan, dan penyimpanan mie instan pada suhu ruang. Analisis likopen pada mie instan dilakukan setiap 7 hari selama 56 hari menggunakan metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis pada panjang gelombang 470 nm. Data yang diperoleh digunakan untuk menentukan masa kadaluarsa mie instan. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan tingkat kerusakan likopen selama pengolahan mie instan adalah 1,358%, retensi likopen pada hari ke-0 adalah 98,642% dan pada hari ke-56 adalah 35,859% serta masa kadaluarsa mie instan fungsional adalah 72 hari.

Abstract

Abstrak  - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab apakah capital investment memengaruhi tingkat internasionalisasi perusahaan, serta untuk menguji efek internasionalisasi terhadap firm performance. Berbagai penelitian terkait efek dari internasionalisasi pada perusahaan telah dilakukan, salah satunya pada firm performance perusahaan yang digambarkan dengan penjualan, profit, hingga nilai perusahaan. Hasilnya pun beragam, sehingga menimbulkan pertanyaan bagaimana dengan efek internasionalisasi pada perusahaan di Indonesia? Perusahaan yang beroperasi di negara dengan pasar terbuka tidak dapat menghindar dari internasionalisasi. Sehingga, fokus dari penelitian tertuju pada 79 perusahaan manufaktur yang secara aktif terlibat dalam aktivitas ekspor dari 2014 hingga 2019, sehingga menghasilkan 474 poin observasi. Capital investment akan diukur dengan variabel CAPEXTA, sedangkan internasionalisasi akan diukur dengan FSTS, dan perubahan level internasionalisasi diukur dengan FSG. Pengukuran efek internasionalisasi terhadap firm performance akan menggunakan ROA dan Tobin’s Q. Beberapa variabel kontrol yang digunakan adalah firm size, leverage, market-to-book ratio, gross profit margin, dan sales growth. Hipotesis terkonfirmasi menggunakan regresi data panel dengan fixed effect model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan CAPEXTA dan internasionalisasi (FSTS) memiliki hubungan negatif signifikan dan non-linear. Pengaruh CAPEXTA pada FSG ditunjukkan sebagai negatif signifikan dan non-linear juga. Sedangkan FSTS dan ROA memiliki hubungan berbentuk inverted-U dan negatif, di mana hubungan FSTS dan Tobin’s Q adalah negatif.Kata Kunci: capital investment, internasionalisasi, foreign sales growth, firm performance, tobin’s q

Abstract

Latar   Belakang:   Pelaksanaan   administrasi   obat   yang   dilakukan   oleh   tenaga kesehatan   memiliki   risiko   keselamatan   pasien.   Perawat   melakukan   administrasi obat   dengan   prinsip   7   benar   dalam   memberikan   obat   akan   tetapi,   pada   saat pelaksanaannya   masih   terdapat   medikasi   error   yang   disebabkan   karena   faktor- faktor   seperti   komunikasi   dokter-perawat,   proses   farmasi,   transkip,   lingkungan sosial   atau   organisasi,   faktor   staff,   tidak   mematuhi   standar   operasional   prosedur dan   pengetahuan   terkait   obat.   Tujuan:   Mendeskripsikan   administrasi   obat   oleh perawat terhadap risiko keselamatan pasien Metode: Penelitian systematic review menggunakan   7   artikel   yang   diperoleh   dari   database   Google   Schoolar,   pubmed dan   ProQuest   dengan   teknik   SPIDER   yang   dilakukan   esktraksi   data   berdasarkan nama pengarang, tahun, negara, tujuan, responden, desain, temuan dan implikasi. Hasil: Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan administrasi obat oleh perawat   yang masih mengalami   kesalahan   dalam   pemberian   obat   seperti   kesalahan   karena   obat   yang sama, rupa yang sama, nama yang sama, kesalahan dosis, kesalahan waktu, alergi, kesalahan   teknik,   kelalaian,   kesalahan   dokumentasi   dan   kesalahan   pasien   yang akan   berdampak   pada   keselamatan   pasien   seperti   kerugian   bagi   pasien   berupa perpanjangan   hari   rawat,   ektravasasi   dan   ketidakcocokan   obat   atau   obat   yang inkompatibel   mengakibatkan   risiko   ketidakefektifan,   efek   samping   yang   fatal bahkan kematian   Kesimpulan: Administrasi obat seperti prinsip pemberian obat masih sering terjadi kesalahan dan akan berdampak pada keselamatan pasien.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to enhance students' understanding in the subject of Science and develop their practical skills. The study assesses the role of educators in designing and effectively delivering this integrated curriculum, emphasizing the importance of an interdisciplinary approach. Furthermore, the research evaluates the curriculum's impact on students' learning outcomes and their engagement in the subjects of Science and electrical installations. The Research and Development (RnD) method, specifically field research, was employed, utilizing literature sources from books and journals. Data collection involved interviewing 28 students as the sample. Validation analysis indicates that the learning media is highly rated by teachers for content suitability, presentation quality, user-friendliness, alignment with objectives, and teaching effectiveness, with scores ranging from 9.1/10 to 9.6/10. Students also provided positive assessments, albeit slightly lower, with average scores ranging from 8.4/10 to 8.9/10. Overall, the learning media is considered valid and effective in enhancing understanding of electrical installation materials. Practicality assessments regarding validity show that teachers and students rated the learning media highly in all aspects, indicating high consistency in media quality. Despite minor differences in opinions between teachers and students, both generally acknowledge the quality of the learning media.

Abstract

Learning media are one of the most important components in the implementation of learning both inside and outside the classroom. In this era, learning media must be technology-based and have a good pedagogic approach, as well as complete and in-depth material content. From an analysis of conditions in the field and a review of several articles, researchers wanted to develop a learning medium in the form of a Scratch-Based E-Module.  Methodology-This study is an R&D using the ADDIE model seen from the practical aspects, involving 100 (41%) teachers, 100 (42%) university students, and 40 (17%) students. Data were collected via a google form with an assessment component consisting of several aspects, namely (1) ease of use, (2) presentation, (3) readability, and (4) the role of the media. From the data obtained, as a whole, the product provides information and technology-based teaching material facilities with a combination of videos, text, images, coding, games, and QR-Code.  Findings- This product meets the validity criteria of 77% with the "Valid" criteria, the practicality criteria of 88.10% in the " Very Practical " category for teachers, 88.18% in the " Very Practical" category for university students, and 85.53% in the " Very Practical " category for students. Each teacher's computational thinking skills are in the "GOOD" category with an average percentage of 19% (Strongly Agree), 67% (Agree,) and 11% (Disagree). Significance Each teacher's scientific literacy skills are in the "GOOD" category with an average percentage of 15% (Strongly Agree), 64% (Agree), and 20% (Disagree). Therefore, the Scratch-Based E-Module can be implemented in the learning process.Keywords: development, era society 5.0, expert , scracth, validity

Abstract

The advancement of  Era 4.0 technology has shifted the way humans think and work which were faster, more efficient, and effective in various sectors, including  in education field. The Universitas Terbuka (UT) is one of university which has been existed for a long time and actively develop learning methods, for both online platforms and independent learning. In this context, it is important to support, develop and evaluate the distance learning system in utilizing all facilities including teaching materials, especially in terms of UT student practicum. This research aimed to increase environmental knowledge which intended to prepare people who understand and  willing to overcome environmental problems by developing a QR-Code based E-Poster. This research implemented development research (Research and Development) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation, Evaluation).  The results showed that the QR Code-based E-Poster developed had a high level of validity, practicality and effectiveness in increasing environmental literacy. Most of respondents gave positive responses to the use of E-Posters, such as easy to use, good layout, accessible, effective to deliver, clear text presentation, use of QR Codes, attractive color composition, good systematics, and efficiency in conveying information. In assessing the quality of media, the aspects of readability and understanding of concepts were very important, especially in the context of E-Posters. Conceptual reasoning  as  the respondent's ability to follow and understand the thoughts or concepts conveyed in the E-Poster was a significant factor. Good text comprehension includes ease of reading and understanding the information presented in the texts on E-Poster, Additionally, good language comprehension in this media included the respondent's ability to understand and interpret the information conveyed through the language used in the E-Poster. These findings highlighted the importance aspects in the development of E-Posters as effective learning and communication instruments. Keywords: e-poster, cyber-university pioneer , validity, practicality

Abstract

Salah satu paradigma yang dapat diterapkan untuk pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan pengajaran yang memungkinkan siswa untuk bekerja pada proyek adalah belajar berbasis projek. (PJBL). Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk mengembangkan IPA E-Modul yang akan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah menengah pada topik Bumi dan tata surya. Para peneliti menggunakan pengembang RD (Research and Development) sebagai teknik penelitian mereka. Empat fase utama dari model pengembangan 4D adalah definisi atau definisi, desain atau desain tahap, mengembangkan atau adalah tahap pengembangan, dan menyebarkan atau tahap penyebaran. Ini adalah model yang digunakan. Media, ahli material, dan temuan validator ahli membuktikan validitas materi. Validasi ahli media dan materi menerima skor rata-rata 88%, yang dianggap sangat valid. Selama pengembangan media, modul E menghasilkan skor Alpha Cronbach untuk pengujian keandalan yang lebih dari 0,6. untuk setiap indikasi, nilai Alpha Cronbach lebih besar dari 0.06.

Abstract

The Education Curriculum in Indonesia is reforming in accordance with the development of World Innovation, covering political, economic, social, cultural, and technological aspects. These reforms are to improve competitiveness and human resources who possess quality, synergize, and behave ethically so the education ecosystem in the future is maintained to minimize the negative impacts caused. The current industrial progress in the 21st century has entered the stage of industry 4.0 and society 5.0 aiming to facilitate human performance and strengthen social relations in the world's society. This study aimed to apply of E-Dictionary Teaching Media based on Voice Control Recognition (VCR) from the practical aspect. This study used Research and development design with a mixed-method with a total sample of 64 teachers and 52 students. Data collection techniques included a questionnaire, interview, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and inferentially to assess practicality including Ease (of use), Presentation, Readability, and Efficiency and Effectiveness. The results showed that of the 5 practicality indicators, the Effectiveness indicator by students is higher than the Presentation indicator by teachers. However, in general, the practicality performance has met the standard of usability assessment.
