Abstract

Pembelajaran IPA pada siswa kelas V sekolah dasar kerap mengalami kesulitan, terutama pada materi sistem pencernaan dan pernapasan. Kesulitan tersebut disebabkan oleh pemahaman konseptual yang rendah serta keterbatasan media pembelajaran yang kurang interaktif, sehingga menyebabkan minimnya keterlibatan aktif siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesulitan siswa dalam mempelajari materi IPAS serta menganalisis efektivitas media digital GIMTIK berbasis Project Based Learning (PJBL) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, kreativitas, dan kolaborasi siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan melibatkan 30 siswa kelas V sebagai subjek penelitian. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui tes diagnostik dan angket, sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh dari wawancara dan observasi selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk menghitung persentase dan rata-rata skor pemahaman siswa, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis secara tematik dengan triangulasi untuk memastikan validitas temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 63% siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami urutan proses pencernaan dan fungsi organ pernapasan, terutama pada soal yang membutuhkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS). Implementasi media digital GIMTIK berbasis PJBL terbukti meningkatkan pemahaman siswa secara signifikan, di mana nilai rata-rata posttest meningkat 18 poin dibandingkan pretest dan 80% siswa berhasil mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Selain itu, media ini juga memfasilitasi peningkatan kreativitas dan kolaborasi siswa melalui kegiatan proyek kelompok yang melibatkan pembuatan produk pembelajaran yang dipresentasikan secara bersama-sama. Data kualitatif mendukung temuan ini dengan menunjukkan respons positif dari siswa dan guru mengenai interaktivitas dan keterlibatan dalam pembelajaran. Kesimpulannya, media digital GIMTIK berbasis PJBL efektif dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar IPA serta mendukung pengembangan kreativitas dan kolaborasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi guru untuk mengimplementasikan media digital interaktif berbasis PJBL dalam pembelajaran IPAS guna meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual dan keterampilan abad 21 siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The transformation of education from the Industrial Revolution 4.0 to Society 5.0 demands the development of 21st-century skills. In science learning, the human digestive system is considered complex, requiring adaptive instructional media. A systematic literature review using the PRISMA method was conducted on 20 articles from Scopus, Google Scholar, and Connected Papers (2020–2024). Inclusion criteria focused on the development of Problem-Based Learning (PBL)-based student worksheets (LKPD) and content related to the digestive system. About 85% of the articles targeted the junior high school level. All studies reported that PBL-based LKPD improved conceptual understanding, critical thinking, collaboration skills, and scientific literacy. Approximately 60% incorporated interactive technology-based media. PBL-based LKPD is proven to be feasible and effective in supporting the Merdeka Curriculum and fostering contextual and meaningful learning in the digital era.

Abstract

Learning loss can be characterized by several things such as a lack of student interest in learning where students are not focused and easily lazy in learning. This learning loss will get worse if the material presented in the lesson is abstract in nature and cannot be seen in real terms by students. With the use of a hologram projector, this study intends to evaluate the efficacy of interactive learning media in the form of hologram-based learning modules. In this case, quasi-experimental research methodology through nonequivalent control group design was employed in this study. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The two sample classes used are class VI A (control) VI B (experimental). The results of the independent t-test on sig. (2-tailed) of 0.0010.05 indicate a significant difference between the results of the control class and the experimental class. The effectiveness of the N-Gain pretest and posttest of student learning outcomes in the control class were 0.25 in the low category and 0.57 in the experimental class in the medium category. Therefore, the study findings indicate that hologram-based module, aided by a holographic projector, was deemed to be useful for use in the learning process. The conclusion of this study is that it is expected that teachers and educators will be able to employ engaging and tangible learning materials and be supported by technology, with the usage of holograms being one of the choices.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has influenced all aspects of human life, including education. In the teaching and learning process, technology plays a crucial role in achieving learning objectives more effectively. Scratch is a simple coding platform that supports the development of students’ computational thinking and creativity. Teachers’ knowledge is essential for the effective implementation of such media. This study aimed to analyze elementary school teachers’ knowledge of Scratch learning media in public and private elementary schools in Pekanbaru, Indonesia. Using a quantitative descriptive survey design, data were collected from 40 classroom teachers across Grades 1 to 6, selected purposively to represent diverse experiences and school types. A structured questionnaire with 15 items was distributed both online and offline to gather data on teachers’ knowledge, experience, and perceptions of Scratch. The collected data were validated and analyzed using descriptive statistics with SPSS version 25, including frequency and percentage distributions. The results revealed that 68% of teachers had never attended Scratch training, 20% had developed Scratch-based learning media, and 67% faced difficulties in creating their own media. However, 97% supported the integration of Scratch into the teaching process, and 95% expressed the need for Scratch as an alternative medium to enhance computational thinking and digital literacy. These findings highlight the importance of targeted training programs and institutional support to enhance teachers’ competence in using Scratch effectively in elementary classrooms.

Abstract

The purpose of this case study is to determine the effect of back massage therapy on reducing pain scale in post-appendectomy patients at Hospital X. The method used is a case study with nursing intervention in the form of back massage in two post-appendectomy patients. The results and conclusions of the observations indicate that back massage therapy can be given to patients with mild pain scale, and is not effective for patients with severe pain. This therapy is successful in patients with moderate and mild pain scale, which is characterized by feelings of relaxation and comfort felt by the patient. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that to reduce pain in post-appendectomy patients, in addition to using back massage, pharmacological therapy also needs to be applied. This has proven effective in reducing pain, as seen in the evaluation of Ms. S and Ms. A. Keywords: Appendicitis, Back Massage, Pain.

Abstract

Tegal Maja Village is one of the villages in Kragilan District, Serang Regency, Banten. Geographically, Tegal Maja Village is located in the middle and is very strategic. When discussing with members of the MSME Group in Tegal Maja Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency, Banten, they had a number of problems as well as reasons why the Bamboo Craft business was not growing rapidly and even continued to decline every year. The problem in question is the lack of capital costs. To overcome this problem, an alternative solution that can be implemented is for the author to discuss with village officials who suggest collaborating with Fintech using the peer to peer lending method which is expected to be useful for improving the home business of the Tegal Maja Village Bamboo Craftsmen MSME group so that they are able to compete with competitors online. or offline. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to see the potential of using the role of Peer to Peer Lending in improving the welfare of the MSME community in Tegal Maja Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency, Banten. To obtain the data used were observation and literature review. This service activity is an educational effort on the role of peer to peer lending in improving the welfare of the MSME community in Tegal Maja Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency, Banten. As a form of thought, the author offers several efforts and breakthroughs, namely: 1.) Provide education on how to use Fintech lending applications, identify which Fintech Lending is licensed and which Fintech lending is not licensed, and submit proposals to the Village Government, Regency Government and Fintech lending Companies, 2.) The easiest Fintech lending and financial institutions fastest in providing loans, so according to the author Fintech lending is the most suitable financial institution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas tugas akhir mahasiswa tingkat akhir melalui edukasi dan penerapan teknis sitasi jurnal Scopus. Metode Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) digunakan sebagai kerangka untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam kepada mahasiswa tentang pentingnya sitasi yang benar dalam penulisan akademik. Melalui sesi pelatihan, panduan praktis, dan bimbingan langsung, mahasiswa diberdayakan untuk menggunakan sumber informasi yang sahih dan relevan dari jurnal Scopus dalam kerangka tugas akhir mereka. Hasil penelitian PKM ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kualitas sitasi dan keakuratan rujukan yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa dalam tugas akhir mereka setelah mendapatkan edukasi dan panduan teknis. Dengan memahami betul proses dan pentingnya sitasi yang tepat, mahasiswa dapat memperkuat argumen mereka, menghindari plagiarisme, serta meningkatkan kualitas dan integritas karya akademik mereka secara keseluruhan. Dengan demikian, melalui pendekatan PKM ini, mahasiswa tidak hanya mampu menyelesaikan tugas akhir dengan lebih baik, tetapi juga siap untuk berkontribusi dalam dunia akademik dengan kualitas yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan anak berkebutuhan khusus sangat penting untuk menciptakan inklusi sosial dan ekonomi bagi kelompok ini. Inisiatif pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan program pelatihan kewirausahaan dan pengelolaan keuangan untuk membantu anak berkebutuhan khusus memperoleh kemandirian, memperbaiki keadaan ekonomi, dan membangun rasa percaya diri. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan intensif yang mencakup keterampilan kewirausahaan, khususnya dalam mengembangkan ide bisnis baru dan memahami pengelolaan keuangan adaptif. Kegiatan akan berlangsung di HS Learning Center yang berlokasi di Ciledek Barat, Kota Bogor. Sebanyak 20 orang mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus mendapatkan pelatihan keterampilan praktis untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam berwirausaha dan mengelola aspek keuangan dari usaha yang akan mereka jalani. Hasil dari program ini adalah peningkatan usaha kewirausahaan dan melatih pengelolaan keuangan serta penggunaan aplikasi kasir bagi ABK, yang diharapkan dapat berdampak positif terhadap status ekonomi pribadi dan inklusi sosial anak berkebutuhan khusus. Pengabdian masyarakat ini juga menyoroti pentingnya kolaborasi berbagai pemangku kepentingan, lembaga pendidikan, dan masyarakat setempat dalam mendukung keberlanjutan program ini.

Abstract

This study aimed to carry out a literature review analysis on the application of learning science used technology, the usefulness of teaching media, and obstacles to the implementation of educational technology. This study used a cross-sectional survey design with a total sample of 116 people consisting of lecturers, educators, and students (student teachers). The data collection technique included an online questionnaire consisting of multiple-choice questions and a brief description of the implementation of disruptive technology. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and the indicators assessed included relevance, educator ability, ease of use, availability, and usefulness. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the utilization of visual media for learning science has been used by various Educators and Students, however, they have not been able to develop audio-visual media from the results of Industry 4.0 technology.Keyword: utilization, obstacles, industry 4.0 technology, learning science

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka menghendaki pengembangan profil pelajar Pancasila, salah satunya melalui kegiatan P5. Modul P5 dikembangkan sebagai panduan untuk memudahkan proses pembelajaran guna penguatan profil Pancasila. Berdasarkan wawancara peneliti terhadap Guru kelas V SD Muhammadiyah 6 Pekanbaru, diketahui bahwa ketersediaan modul P5 disekolah masih sangat minim, diasamping itu tidak semua guru mampu mengembangkan modul secara mandiri. Sebagai alternatif solusi penelitian ini kemudian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Modul P5 tema gaya hidup berkelanjutan dan melakukan penilaian dan evaluasi Modul Projek P5 tema gaya hidup berkelanjutan pada materi keseimbangan ekosistem. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Research and Development (RnD) dengan model instruksional pengembangan ADDIE. Dalam proses evaluasi, penelitian ini melibatkan 6 pakar untuk memvalidasi Modul tersebut menggunakan instrumen validasi Modul. Sedangkan untuk penilaian praktikalitas, penelitian ini melibatkan 30 orang siswa dan 10 guru kelas menggunakan instrumen praktikalitas Modul. Proses analisis data menggunakan SPSS secara deskriptif untuk menggambarkan hasil dari penilaian Modul tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Modul memiliki kategori sangat baik berdasarkan validasi pakar (3,5), praktikalitas guru (4,23), dan praktikalitas siswa (4,03). Dengan demikian, disimpulkan bahwa Modul layak untuk digunakan dan diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif perangkat ajar dalam implementasi P5 di Sekolah Dasar.
