Abstract

Automotive industry holds a crucial role within the supply chain, including its impact on the environment. Thus, through the implementation of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) became a relevant method to improve result and sustainability. This research aims to evaluate GSCM through developing the Green Supply Chain Operation Reference (Green SCOR) framework based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. CVT-producing companies are the object of this research. This research began with literature studies, observation, and interview to establish the Key Performance Indicators (KPI), followed with performance evaluation with the Three-level GSOR method through Snorm normalization calculation and AHP weighting method. Results shown indicates final GSCM Score for the CVT manufacturing company to be 134.14, categorized as excellent. Such score indicates a good overall implementation of Green Supply Chain Management. Even so, several KPIs are to be improved, such as Percentage Quality Accuracy by Supplier and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), while also enhancing the return and market claim aspects

Abstract

Production process that happened in manufacturing industry will never be seperated from production planning and scheduling. This was closely related to sustainablity of company. Uncertainty of production targets or the amount of supply that must be obtained often becomes an issues in some companies. It can be solved with production planning and control as the first step that can be taken to make production process balanced with market. This research aims to facilitate production management in scheduling operations by forecasting erratic supply. Forecasting can be done with linear regression and exponential smoothing use POM QM as software assistance. Based on calculation result, exponential smoothing was an optimal method used for forecasting than linear regression. It can be concluded from the lowest result of the error rate test. Error rate test was done with MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation), MSE (Mean Square Error) and MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error)

Abstract

Naisha Frozen Food adalah agen retailer makanan beku di Kab. Sidoarjo. Usaha ini menghadapi risiko produk rusak saat pengiriman dari produsen. Produk rusak ini mengurangi penjualan dan menyebabkan kerugian. Naisha Frozen Food melakukan retur produk rusak untuk diganti. Jika risiko ini tidak ditangani, akan timbul masalah yang menghambat bisnis. Untuk mencegah risiko tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode House of Risk (HOR) untuk mengidentifikasi risiko pada rantai pasok Naisha Frozen Food dan memberikan usulan mitigasi yang berguna untuk meminimalkan risiko dalam kegiatan rantai pasok. Hasil analisis HOR menunjukkan dua agen risiko dominan: A8 dan A10. Hasil analisis mitigasi HOR mengusulkan tindakan pencegahan seperti PA6 dan PA9. Analisis risiko dengan metode HOR membantu mengidentifikasi penyebab kerugian dan memberikan solusi untuk menangani agen risiko.

Abstract

Risk management is an important thing to do in every business activity and by business operator to ensure business continuity. The trend of increasing container shipping volumes in Indonesia shows the increasing need for a low-cost logistics distribution with large volumes. This condition will also be balanced by an increase in potential risks in container shipping operations. Previous research generally focuses on certain activities or locations, and there has not been much research on risk management in container shipping operations in a sequence activities of supply chain. The various risk management methods that exist today provide many options for implementation. This condition also provides an opportunity and is important to do further research in this area. This research is devoted to risk management of container shipping operations activities, and is intended to determine risk management research trends, existing risk management methods, potential or research gaps for further research as well as risk management framework concepts that can be proposed. The research was carried out using bibliometric analysis and systematic literature review of previous research, interpreting the results in the form of qualitative descriptions to answer existing problems. Research results show an increasing research trend for the last 5 years, with 18 method of risk management applied. This research provides a concept of how to assess container shipping operation risk management related to logistic supply chain. The option of integrating 3 risk management approach methods, namely SCOR, CSORA and HOR, is proposed in this research, as a conceptual framework for risk management in container shipping operations to support maritime logistics in Indonesia, including propose location or object and aspects for further research, and 3 key success factors to implement the conceptual framework as a reference.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan memitigasi risiko rantai pasok pada perusahaan sandal karet daur ulang dengan pendekatan Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) dan metode House of Risk (HOR). SCOR digunakan untuk memetakan aktivitas rantai pasok, sedangkan HOR fase 1 mengidentifikasi agen risiko dengan nilai Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) tertinggi, yaitu human error dan pekerja tidak kompeten. Pada HOR fase 2, disusun dua belas strategi mitigasi dan dilakukan penilaian efektivitas menggunakan Total Effectiveness (TEk), Degree of Difficulty (Dk), dan rasio Effectiveness to Difficulty (ETDk). Strategi prioritas adalah penggunaan checklist harian (PA5), program mentoring (PA9), dan pelatihan ketelitian (PA1). Hasil ini memberikan solusi mitigasi risiko yang efektif dalam meningkatkan ketahanan rantai pasok perusahaan.

Abstract

The frozen seafood supply chain, especially in emerging markets like Indonesia, is prone to various operational risks, including raw material degradation, inconsistent storage temperatures, and human error. PT Winaros Kawula Bahari, a shrimp processing company expanding into the Japanese market, faces these critical risks that threaten efficiency and product quality. This study aims to identify, analyze, and prioritize supply chain risks in the frozen seafood industry to support risk-based decision-making. This research employs the House of Risk (HoR) method, a proactive supply chain risk management approach combining Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) with the House of Quality (HoQ). A mixed-methods approach was used, involving three domain experts (procurement, production, and logistics) to assess the severity and occurrence of risks. Risk events and agents were identified and evaluated using Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP), followed by the prioritization of mitigation actions in HoR Phase 2. The analysis identified 9 risk events and 22 risk agents. Based on ARP values, two dominant risk agents were identified: labor negligence and insufficient shrimp temperature during handling, which together accounted for over 25% of total ARP. Recommended mitigation strategies include enhanced supervision, occupational health and safety (OHS) training, supplier evaluation, and continuous quality audits. This study provides practical guidance for small and medium seafood enterprises in implementing data-driven supply chain risk management strategies. Abstract

In a closed-loop supply chain area, the concept of sustainability is one of the primary factors that motivates companies to survive in a dynamic market. The purpose of this paper is to present a literature review of quantitative models in the remanufacturing process, especially mathematical models such as pricing decisions and cost models, reviewed from various scientific journals. Challenges to meet market demands, to boost efficient operational costs, and to increase profits have made researchers interested in deeply exploring this issue. Studies in the reverse supply chain area ensure that the supply process runs effectively and efficiently, meeting a level that is as good as when implementing the forward supply chain. Coordination and collaboration among companies, core acquisition strategy, model character behavior, and reverse channel structure are some characteristics of the quantitative models within the area of a closed-loop supply chain. Mapping was arranged to identify the involvement of research variables (core acquisition cost and remanufactured product price) and factors that were considered in the mathematical model of core acquisition (quantity and quality). Furthermore, the related literature on the issue was analyzed based on the involvement of the considered variables and factors. Finally, future research opportunities are presented as the result of the conducted literature review in this study.

Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan faktor krusial bagi produktivitas industri powder coating yang memiliki risiko tinggi terhadap paparan kimia, panas, dan bahaya ergonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi bahaya, menilai risiko, serta merumuskan strategi pengendalian di CV Samudera Inatech Sukses menggunakan integrasi metode Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) dan Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif terhadap 17 responden, ditemukan risiko tertinggi pada proses heat strain (10,47), gangguan pernapasan (10,00), dan cedera otot (9,82) yang dipicu oleh fenomena dual strain serta paparan debu cat. Strategi pengendalian yang dirumuskan mencakup rekayasa teknik melalui pemasangan Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) dan platform ergonomis, pengendalian administratif melalui rotasi kerja serta inspeksi rutin, hingga standarisasi APD menggunakan respirator N95/P100 dan sarung tangan aramid. Implementasi mitigasi berlapis ini diharapkan mampu mereduksi tingkat risiko ke kategori rendah dan meningkatkan standar keselamatan operasional perusahaan.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the local economy, but many still face obstacles in production efficiency due to technological limitations. Pak Mualiman's Onion Cracker MSME in Sidoarjo Regency is one of the MSMEs that still cuts cracker dough manually, which is time-consuming, produces uneven thickness, and causes worker fatigue. This community service activity aimed to design and provide training on the use of a simple, safe cracker cutting tool that is suitable for the operational conditions of the partner MSME. The implementation method included identifying needs, designing the tool, providing training on its use, and evaluating the application of the tool in the production process. The results of the activity show that the use of the cutting tool can reduce cutting time from 180 minutes to 60 minutes, improve the consistency of the thickness of the pieces to 3 mm, and improve the working position of the operator. These findings indicate that the application of appropriate technology can significantly improve the efficiency and productivity of MSMEs and support business sustainability.

Abstract

Di tengah era globalisasi, perusahaan dituntut menjaga daya saing melalui produk berkualitas. CV. XYZ sebagai produsen filter udara industri menghadapi tantangan berupa cacat visual seperti sambungan frame tidak rapat, lem tidak rapi, kertas kotor, dan lipatan tidak standar. Data Oktober 2024–Maret 2025 menunjukkan persentase cacat pada periode tersebut mencapai 12%, melebihi standar 10%, dengan cacat “sambungan frame tidak rapat” sebagai yang paling dominan. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas produk melalui metode Six Sigma dengan pendekatan DMAIC serta perbaikan berkelanjutan menggunakan Kaizen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai sigma awal 3,4 dengan DPMO sebesar 26.887. Penyebab utama cacat adalah metode kerja yang belum distandarkan. Usulan perbaikan berupa SOP pemotongan dan perakitan, penggunaan jig, serta pelatihan operator. Diharapkan, setelah implementasi, nilai sigma meningkat dan jumlah cacat menurun.
