Abstract

One aspect that contributes to the quality of education in Indonesia, which is still low, is the commitment of the teaching profession to carry out the work. Based on the data and direct observation, it was found that the professional commitment of the teacher was quite good but not optimal. This study aims to analyze the positive and significant influence of digital literacy on the commitment of the teaching profession in the Rantepao District. The survey is quantitative to find factual facts in decision-making. With a population of State Junior High School teachers in the Rantepao sub-district and the research, the sample is 122 state ASN teachers in Rantepao District, using a questionnaire instrument. The instrument was validated by experts and tested on 30 teachers of ASN 3 SMP Negeri in North Toraja Regency to obtain a valid and reliable instrument. Based on the analysis results obtained conclusions through a simple regression equation = 1.840 + 0,600X. The digital literacy regression coefficient is positive at 0.600 with a sig value of 0.002. smaller than α= 0,05. There is a positive and significant effect of digital literacy on the commitment of the teaching profession by 33.3%, and other factors influence the rest.

Abstract

Nursery is a places for buying, selling transactions and plants care in the urban. This study aims to reveal the diversity of plants that are traded in the Kranggan nursery, Bekasi, West Java. This research was conducted by surveying and interviewing nursery owners and managers to find out the types of plants being traded. Reponden was determined by purvosif sampling with criteria namely having a nursery of at least 100 m2 or having worked at the nursery for at least 2 years. The data obtained was analyzed descriptively statistically. Plants that are traded in Kranggan nursery vary greatly between one trader and another, namely between 93-140 species of plants. A total of a total of 197 plants were traded in the Kranggan nursery which were included in 158 genera and 76 families. When viewed from the habitus, most of the traded plants (86 species) are herbs, followed by trees (69 species), shrubs (36 species) and lianas (6 species). Mango (Mangifera indica), klengkeng (Euphoria longana), guava (Psidium guajava), are plants very potential to be developed because its favored by buyer. Bonsai plants such as anting putri (Wrightia religiosa) and Korean banyan (Ficus campanulata) have great economic and conservation potential because it has a high selling price and high fruiting frequency.

Abstract

The Cianjur earthquake resulted in hundreds of deaths, minor to severe injuries, buildings destruction and landslides. Children studied in tents with appalling conditions. In addition, the impact of the earthquake that is even more serious is the emergence of trauma to children and adults. Before the earthquake happened, the children were cheerful and liked to play with their peers. The post-disaster turns the children’s feelings to gloom, quiet and afraid of the aftershocks' potential. The Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology, which is involving Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI), is also overseeing the integrated community service (PkM) Incentive Program MBKM based on Key Performance Indicators (IKU) for Private Higher Education (PTS). The aim of the activity is to provide strength learning activity in the study tents and psychological healing for early childhood, kindergarten and elementary school students. The activities carried out are providing study tents and learning facilities, accompanying children by telling stories, playing games and ice breaking.

Abstract

Penurunan ketajaman penglihatan adalah ketidakmampuan mata dalam melihat objek secara jelas dan sangat bergantung pada kemampuan akomodasi mata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Kebiasaan Menggunakan Las Listrik dengan Penurunan Ketajaman Penglihatan pada Pekerja Bengkel Las Di Kabupaten Toraja Utara Tahun 2021. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja bengkel las di Kabupaten Toraja Utara tahun 2021. Besarnya sampel 46 responden dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembaran kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23 menggunakan uji chi-Square dengan derajat kemaknaan p<0,05. Hasil penelitian, responden yang memiliki kebiasaan menggunakan las listrik yang baik sebanyak 16 responden (34,8%) dan responden dengan kebiasaan menggunakan las listrik yang buruk sebanyak 30 responden (65,2%) dan responden yang memiliki ketajaman penglihatan normal sebanyak 8 responden (17,4%) dan responden penurunan ketajaman penglihatan sebanyak 38 responden (82,6%). Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik SPSS didapat hasil p= 0,859 (?<0,05). Artinya tidak ada hubungan kebiasaan menggunakan las listrik dengan penurunan ketajaman penglihatan pada pekerja bengkel las di Kabupaten Toraja Utara Tahun 2021 atau Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada Hubungan Kebiasaan Menggunakan Las Listrik dengan Penurunan Ketajaman Penglihatan di Kabupaten Toraja Utara Tahun 2021. Di sarankan kepada pihak tenaga kesehatan Kabupaten Toraja Utara untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan penyuluhan kepada pekerja Las dan masyarakat memeriksakan mata 6 bulan sekali.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the commitment of school organizational management in the perspective of organizational management culture and the Big Five personality through trust. This variable needs to be analyzed in order to see the impact of how much influence the school organization has in the cultural perspective of educational management with the personality of the Big Five. This research method is quantitative with a path analysis strategy. The population of all teachers and a sample of 227 teachers. Data was obtained using a questionnaire and circulated using the Google form. The results of the study (1) the relationship between organizational culture and personality and vice versa is positive and very strong, (2) the influence of organizational culture on trust is weak, positive and significant, (3) the influence of personality on trust. Trust is positive, very strong, and significant, (4) the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment is positive, very strong and significant, (5) the effect of personality on organizational commitment is very weak and not significant, (6) the effect of trust on organizational commitment is positive, very weak, (7) the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment through low trust, and (8) the influence of personality on organizational commitment through low trust.

Abstract

Abstract : This research was conducted with the aim of seeing the results of the harmonious relationship between parenting styles in increasing the value of learning achievement at the high school level. The research was conducted through a quantitative approach with explanatory methods and descriptive analysis. The data sources analyzed were the results of the fifth semester report cards and questionnaires. From the research conducted, the criteria for harmonization of parenting with parents were very high 41.18%, high 38.82%, sufficient 11.77%, and low  8.23%. For very high student achievement criteria 9.42%, high 32.94%, sufficient 34.12%, and low 23.52% with the interval for the mean score of report cards is  85. The treatment of parents in the family is an important factor in supporting children's formal learning achievement that takes place in the school environment. Keywords : Harmonization,  family upbringing patterns, achievement Abstrak : Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan harmonisasi pola asuh orang tua dalam meningkatkan nilai prestasi belajar siswa, melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory survey dan analisis deskriftif. Sumber data berupa raport semester lima dan angket. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kriteria harmonisasi pola asuh orang tua sangat tinggi  41,18 % , tinggi  38,82 % , cukup 11,77 %, dan rendah  8,23 % . Kriteria prestasi belajar siswa sangat tinggi  9,42 %, tinggi  32,94 %, cukup  34,12 % , dan rendah  23,52 % dengan interval nilai rerata raport 85. Orang tua berperan meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Harmonisasi,  pola asuh orang tua,  prestasi belajar

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to to improve students' speech skills after the Flipped Classroom learning method is implemented.This research is a classroom action research. The data collection instrument used was writing a speech script with actual problems and followed by a speech performance. The research shows that there is an increase in the speech skills students by applying the Flipped Classroom model. The average score acquisition of the class on reflection before the application of the Flipped Classroom method was 72.07, an increase in the first cycle to 73.50 and in the second cycle learning process increased to 84.00. The student’s success percentage in speech skills to achieve classical completeness using the Flipped Classroom method reaches 96.42%.Keywords: Speech, Learning model, Flipped Classroom             Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini meningkatkan keterampilan berpidato siswa setelah metode pembelajaran Flipped Classroom dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Instrumen pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah menulis naskah pidato dengan permasalahan aktual dan dilanjutkan dengan penampilan berpidato. Penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan berpidato siswa dengan menerapkan model Flipped Classroom. Pemerolehan nilai rata-rata kelas pada refleksi sebelum diterapkannya metode Flipped Classroom sebesar 72,07, mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I menjadi 73,50 dan pada proses pembelajaran siklus II meningkat menjadi 84,00. Persentase keberhasilan peserta didik dalam keterampilan berpidato mencapai ketuntasan klasikal dengan menggunakan metode Flipped Calssroom mencapai 96,42%.Kata kunci: Berpidato, Model Pembelajaran, Flipped Classroom

Abstract

Abstract: Clinical supervision guideline patterned on reflective pedagogical paradigm to enhance teacher’s competency in Strada Jakarta. This study aims to identify things that are still lacking in supervision guidance products used in Strada schools. The results of the study indicate that there are some shortcomings that must be updated from the manual which so far has been used. There’c product produced in the form of a book titled Guidelines for clinical supervision that is patterned on the reflective pedagogical paradigm which is a theory of clinical supervision and learning patterns of reflective pedagogical paradigm, a technical guideline for supervision.Keywords: Clinical supervision. Reflective pedagogical paradigm, Teachers’ competency.Abstrak: Panduan pengawasan klinis yang terpadu pada paradigma pedagogi reflektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru di Strada Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hal-hal yang masih kurang dalam produk bimbingan pengawasan yang digunakan di sekolah Strada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa kekurangan yang harus diperbarui dari buku pedoman yang sejauh ini telah digunakan. Abstract

Perubahan dan perkembangan kurikulum selalu diupayakan untuk mewujudkan pendidikan yang mencerdaskan putra putri bangsa Indonesia. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran kajian konseptual tentang kurikulum dan platform belajar mandiri yang telah disusun oleh pemerintah dengan mengutamakan guru untuk dapat memahami dan menguasai serta menerapkannya dalam pembelajaran. Mendeskripsikan kesiapan mengajar guru dalam pembelajaran IKM, dukungan sekolah terhadap kesiapan sarana dan prasarana IKM, faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi kurikulum IKM di Sekolah SDN 9 Makale Selatan, serta solusi permasalahan implementasi mandiri kurikulum di sekolah UPT SDN 9 Makale Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan pemecahan masalah. Sumber penelitian ini adalah guru di UPT SDN 9 Makale Selatan Tana Toraja. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian guru yang mengajar di sekolah tersebut belum siap dengan perubahan kurikulum IKM mandiri di sekolah, dan sebagian guru yang lain merasa siap menerima kurikulum IKM di sekolah. Terkait faktor pendukung dan penghambat, untuk kesiapan kurikulum belajar mandiri faktor pendukung antara lain: dari keuangan yang dianggarkan sangat jelas dari pemerintah. Koordinasi dari pemerintah daerah dengan satuan pendidikan, serta ketersediaan fasilitas pembelajaran pendukung di SDN 9 Makale Selatan Tana Toraja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kesiapan guru dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum, mereka 100% siap untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran di sekolah dengan mengikuti pelatihan IKM dalam kelompok kerja guru di satuan pendidikan untuk melatih pemahaman dan kemampuan menggunakan fitur dalam pembelajaran mandiri kurikulum di sekolah.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the implementation of the character education program of Junior and Senior High School Victory Plus School using the national curriculum and International Baccalaureate. The research method used is mix method. The result of data analysis showed that the average self-concept score was 2.65 (less good); selfmanagement is 2.73 (good); and social services is 2.73 (good) in the implementation of courageous, honest, active, mindful, innovative, open minded, and nobel (champion) value. The value of champion is relevant to the value of the national curriculum character but the value of hard work, religion, democracy, the spirit of nationality, and the love of the homeland have not yet appeared. The balanced and reflective values in the learner profile are not yet visible.
