Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of the Principal Leadership, Teacher Performance, and the internal quality assurance system either partially or simultaneously on quality improvement at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bambanglipuro and SMK Negeri 1 Pandak. The study population was all teachers in the two schools, each of which was taken 35 teachers as a sample. Data collection was carried out by observation and questionnaires. Data were tested using validity, reliability, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Data analysis was then performed using multiple regression analysis, t-test, F test, and determination coefficient. The results show that; first, the school principal leadership, teacher performance, and internal quality assurance systems have a significant effect on improving the education quality of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bambanglipuro, where the contribution given is 23.40% and the regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 3,138 + 0,106X1 + 0,109X2 + 0,086X3, while the principal’s leadership, teacher performance, and internal quality assurance system together have a significant effect on improving the education quality at SMK N 1 Pandak, where the contribution is 26.50% and the regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 3,378 + 0,150X1 + 0,162X2 + 0,049X3. Second, there is a difference in quality improvement, which shows that there are significant differences in quality between SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bambanglipuro and SMKN 1 Pandak.

Abstract

This study is an analysis of the level of difficulty students encounter in solving mathematical problems related to spatial structures at SMPN 2 Krounjendit Mindiptana. The research aims to identify the types of difficulties experienced by students and to determine their mathematical problem-solving abilities. The method employed in this study is experimentation. Data collection techniques involve the use of test instruments and in-depth interviews with students. Data analysis employs descriptive statistics to provide a clear overview of the difficulties experienced by students and their mathematical problem-solving abilities. The research was conducted with 24 students, while 4 students were interviewed. Based on the analysis, it was found that 67% of the students were unable to comprehend the problems presented in each item, 58% struggled with planning problem-solving approaches, 71% had difficulties with calculations involved in mathematical problem-solving, and 79% of students did not review their answers after solving mathematical problems. Furthermore, findings from the interviews revealed that all interviewed students expressed a lack of understanding in spatial structures learning and a deficiency in memory when applying concepts or formulas in mathematical problem-solving.

Abstract

Hasil belajar diperoleh siswa dalam matematika tidak bisa dilepaskan dari peran guru dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, mempersiapkan materi, implementasi, melakukan penilaian dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran. Namun fakta, hasil belajar logaritma masih rendah. Salah satu penyebab rendahnya hasil belajar logaritma, karena guru tidak menyusun materi secara mandiri. Fakta lain, Nilai mean belajar siswa saat observasi 74, 80 di bawah kriteria ketuntasan minimal 75. Adanya kesenjangan antara teori dan realita di lapangan menjadi urgen dilakukan penelitian. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menghasilkan modul logaritma yang memenuhi kriteria praktis dan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi logaritma. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model analyze, Design, Develop, Implementasi dan Evaluasi (ADDIE). Subjek dan objek penelitian sekolah menengah atas dan siswa berjumlah 32. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan instrumen penilaian kepada ahli materi, guru dan memberikan tes kepada siswa saat uji coba kelompok kecil dan ujicoba kelompok besar. Teknik analisis dengan validasi ahli materi, guru dan siswa. Para validasi menilai instrumen dengan memberikan skor dari 1-5 terhadap instrumen. Hasil tes siswa dianalisis dengan melihat kepraktisan dan keefektifan melalui hasil mean individual dan mean klasikal. Hasil validasi ahli materi, guru matematika dan siswa memberikan penilaian 92. 35%, 91, 45% dan 95.81%, dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil belajar diperoleh siswa yang dibantu modul logaritma saat pos-tes 90.28 dan hasil siswa yang tidak menggunakan modul adalah 68.40 dengan selisih 25. 48. Kesimpulan, modul matematika materi logaritma ini sudah praktis, efektif dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan

Abstract

Mathematics learning is designed to achieve the objective of mathematics learning, that is to stimulate students to grow their mathematical abilities. However, the activities of teaching-learning have been applying the conventional learning method, in which the teacher has full control of learning so that students' mathematical abilities are classified as low. The learning model that is applied to the solution to improve students' mathematical abilities is Student Team Achievement Division (STAD). This research involved VIII classes of SMP Negeri 50 Jakarta, which are VIII-B and VIII-D classes using a Quasi-Experimental Design. Data collection was based on a pretest, posttest, and gain data by statistical test through the Mann-Whitney U test by the calculation of the program SPSS 26 because the data is not a normal distribution and not homogeneous so that it is obtained that: (1) There is a difference in mathematical ability between students who apply STAD and Expository learning models. The average posttest score of mathematical ability between students with the STAD learning model treatment is superior to the Expository learning model, that is 66,64 and 15,78. (2) There is a difference in improving mathematical ability between students who apply the STAD and Expository learning models. The average gain score of mathematical ability between students who apply the STAD learning model is superior to the Expository learning model, that is 64,56 and 13,08.

Abstract

Since a government policy that mandated social isolation or restrictions on social interaction to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, online education has been practiced in Indonesia. Various communication tools, such as Google Classroom, Google Meet, Zoom, Edmodo, or WhatsApp, are used for online learning activities. In the current state of online education, many factors contribute to students becoming sluggish or disinterested in their studies, such as the fact that it requires a high level of concentration, time, and energy, as well as feelings of compulsion to abandon some activities that, in comparison to learning, are more enjoyable. others, both positive and negative exercises. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the learning concentration level of students in class VII-H at SMPN 2 Majalaya Karawang. by employing qualitative exploratory techniques. The findings indicate that students in grades VII through H have a moderate level of concentration.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi di SMK Sint Joseph saat ini adalah rendahnya pengelolaan manajemen prakerin baik di perencanan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan manajemen prakerin perlu dilakukan analisis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pengujian hipotesis bahwa terbukti perencanaan prakerin (X1) mempengaruhi evaluasi prakerin (Y) dan terdapat hubungan antara Perencanaan Prakerin dengan Evaluasi Prakerin. Apabila variabel-variabel dalam Perencanaan dan Evaluasi Prakerin memiliki koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,850 atau termasuk dalam perbandingan yang sangat kuat, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel tersebut berhubungan erat. Terbukti pelaksanaan prakerin (X2) mempengaruhi evaluasi prakerin (Y) dan terdapat hubungan antara Pelaksanaan Prakerin dengan Evaluasi Prakerin (Y). Dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,888 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang cukup baik (0,850) antara variabel Pelaksanaan Prakerin dengan Evaluasi Prakerin. Terbukti perencanaan prakerin (X1) dan pelaksanaan prakerin (X2) mempengaruhi evaluasi prakerin (Y) dan terdapat hubungan antara perencanaan prakerin (X1) dan pelaksanaan prakerin (X2) dengan Evaluasi Prakerin (Y). Karena variabel Perencanaan Prakerin meningkat secara signifikan sebesar 1 poin dan variabel bebas lainnya bernilai tetap, maka koefisien regresi pada variabel Perencanaan Magang (X1) sebesar 0,398 dan bertanda positif. Dengan demikian variabel Perencanaan Prakerin akan menyebabkan nilai variabel Evaluasi Prakerin bertambah sebesar 0,398. Karena variabel Pelaksanaan Magang meningkat secara signifikan sebesar 1 poin dan variabel bebas lainnya bernilai tetap, maka koefisien regresi pada variabel Pelaksanaan Magang (X2) sebesar 0,532 dan bertanda positif.

Abstract

Sebagai implementasi kerjasama UKI dengan HKBP Duren Jaya bekasi dan berkaitan dengan hari Kartini 21 April 2024, jemaat perempuan HKBP Duren Jaya membuat program seminar dan juga sejalan dengan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) UKI. Metode PkM dengan seminar yang dihadiri pendeta, majelis gereja dan jemaat berempuan berjumlah 86 orang. Jemaat perempuan bervariasi ditinjau dari aspek umur, sosial dan ekonomi. Jemaat perempuan terdiri dari perempuan yang masih aktif bekerja, ibu rumah tangga, perempuan yang sudah pensiun yang sehari-hari menjaga cucu, aktif kegiatan di gereja, paduan suara, pesta adat, dan lain-lain. Oleh karena itu jemaat perempuan memiliki harapan tetap sehat, bugar, cantik agar bisa aktif dalam kegiatannya sehari-hari. Peserta sangat antusias menyimak dan bertanya tentang kesehatan, gizi dan kebugaran sesuai dengan kondisi dan permasalahan yang dialami. Adapun hasil setelah seminar jemaat memiliki pemahaman pada intinya kesehatan dipengaruhi empat faktor yakni lingkungan, perilaku, layanan kesehatan dan gen. Hidup sehat harus memperhatikan gizi yang seimbang dengan kondisi masing-masing bonusnya cantik. Agar kulit tetap cantik maka yang perlu adalah membersihkan kulit, memberi pelembab dan memakai skin cara yang aman. Kata kunci: sehat, bugar, kosmetik, perempuan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the difficulties faced by students when solving algebraic operation problems based on the criteria of problem solving ability. This study was conducted to understand the factors that master students' difficulties in solving algebraic problems. This research used descriptive method with qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of 35 students of class VII-G at SMP N 8 Tambun Selatan. Data were collected through observation, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman data analysis model. Data validity was checked through method tringulation. The results showed that of the 35 students studied: 1) 61% of students had difficulty in understanding the problem, 2) 57% of students had difficulty in planning the solution, 3) 73% of students had difficulty in carrying out the plan, and 4) 86% of students had difficulty in checking back. The main factors that influence these difficulties are students' understanding of basic algebraic concepts, difficulties in applying mathematical concepts to the algebraic context and underdeveloped problem solving skills. In understanding math problems and formulating the steps needed to solve them, students often face difficulties.

Abstract

Student management is an arrangement and regulation of all activities related to students starting from the entry of students to the exit of these students from a school or educational institution. Student management activities are an important part that must be considered in the implementation of educational activities in schools. This aims to find out how student management plans, to find out how student learning is implemented, and to find out how learning evaluation is applied in the Lotus Putih Islamic Kindergarten Global School Bekasi. This study used qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using unstructured interviews/interviews and documentation. Sources of research data were obtained from school principals, vice principals, group A teachers, group B teachers, education staff, committees and guardians of students. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Student Management in the Teratai Putih Islamic Kindergarten Global School Bekasi has been well implemented. Student management aims to regulate student activities in learning and create a good school environment. It is concluded that student management indicators can analyze the needs of students starting from student acceptance to the orientation stage including discipline coaching and evaluation of learning outcomes at school
