Abstract

Abstract This study aims the effect of work experience, level of education and job training on the performance of the employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Malang City. The number of samples is 63 employees. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The method of data collection in this study used a questionnaire. The results showed that simultaneously work experience, level of education and job training had an effect on employee performance. Partially work experience, level of education and job training affect employee performance. Keywords: Employee Performance, Work Experience, Education Level, Work  Training.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of EPS, DER and PBV on Stock Prices at Food and Baverage Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population in this research  were 26 companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The samples used were 12 Food and Baverage companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The conclusion is that (1) the simultaneous  value of EPS, DER, PBV had a significant effect on stock prices. (2) The Partially the value of EPS has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. (3) the  partially value of the DER has no and insignificant effect on stock prices. (4) the partially value of the PBV has no and insignificant effect on stock prices.Keywords: EPS, DER and PBV, Stock Price

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine : 1) Description of employee performance, contract work system, work motivation and work environment, 2) Effect of contract work systems, work motivation and work environment on employee performance, 3) Effect of contract work systems on employee performance, 4) The influence of work motivation on employee performance, 5) The influence of the work environment on employee performanceThe method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach and is carried out at the Surabaya Aviation Polytechnic with a population of 57 contract employees. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with measurements using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis F test, hypothesis t test and coefficient of determination.The results of this study indicate that: 1) The contract work system, work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance, 2) The contract work system has a significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, 4) The work environment has a significant effect. on employee performance. Keywords:  Contract Work System, Work Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract Based on research conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Café Atmosphere, Service Quality, Product Diversity on Consumer Loyalty at Om Ayam Sambal Ijo. The sample in this study were 88 customers of Om Ayam Sambal Ijo. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling where every customer who has made a repeat purchase has the opportunity to be a sample. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using F test and t test. From this study, it was found that partially and simultaneously the variables of cafe atmosphere, service quality, product diversity had an effect to consumer loyalty. Keywords: Café Atmosphere, Service Quality, Product Diversity, Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Training, Motivation, and Organizational Commitment to the Performance of the Secretariat Administrative Staff of Kabupaten Malang.The population used in this study were 46 employees of the Secretariat Administrative Staff of Kabupaten Malang by utilizing the saturated sample method (census sample). The method used in this study was quantitative research method in which the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression by using SPSS ver.16.This study proves that the variables of Work Environment, Training, Work Motivation, and Organizational Commitment simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance in the Secretariat Administrative Staff of Kabupaten. Adjusted R2 of 0.598 explains that 59.8% of employee performance in Secretariat Administrative Staff of Kabupaten Malang can be explained by the variables of Work Environment, Training, Work Motivation, and Organizational Commitment and 40.2% is caused by other variables which are not observed. Keywords: Work Environment, Training, Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality and Influence on Customer Loyalty of Ultra Milk (Case Study in Indogrosir Malang City). This research belongs to the type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach, which was conducted to examine the effect between variables. The population in this study were customers of ultramilk milk in Indogrosir Malang City. From this population a sample will be determined using the formula method from Malhotra so that a sample of 85 samples is obtained. Data analysis in this study consisted of instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the t test and f test, there is a simultaneous influence between brand awareness, brand association, and perceived quality variables on the customer loyalty variable for ultramilk milk (Case study in Indogrosir Malang City). Adjusted R Square of 62.1% to the dependent variable, namely customer loyalty can be explained by the variable brand awareness (X1), brand association (X2), perceived quality (X3) while 37.9% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Keyword: costumer Loyalty, Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is: 1) To find out the SWOT analysis and marketing strategy on MSMEs of Pentol Pedas Alesha, 2) To find out the application of SWOT analysis to determine marketing strategies for MSMEs of Pentol Pedas Alesha,3) To find out the marketing strategies applied to MSMEs Pentol Pedas Alesha. The results of the study used SWOT Analysis by identifying internal and external factors, namely the position of strength (Strenght) is greater with the total score obtained by 2.86 compared to the weakness position (Weakness) of 0.60. Then on the external factors of the company the opportunity position (Opportunity) is greater with a score of 2.24 compared to the threat position (Threats) of 0.50. The results of the calculations from the analysis showed that the implementation of the strategy in MSMEs using the Growth Oriented Strategy, because it was in the quadrant 1 position, where the quadrant was a very favorable situation.  Keywords: SWOT Analysis, Marketing Strategy, MSMEs

Abstract

SOCIALIZATION OF PURNA PEKERJA MIGRAN INDONESIA (PMI) IN IMPROVING THE COMMUNITY ECONOMY. Data from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) shows that the number of unemployed in Indonesia is increasing due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The program for placing workers abroad is one alternative to reduce unemployment in the country. However, the role of Purna PMI's efforts on community economic development in Malang Regency has not been widely studied. With this service, it is hoped that it will be known how mu ch the efforts of Purna PMI have played a role in expanding job opportunities, empowering the community's economy. The method used in this research is the Community Based Interactive Approach Method (CBIA). The socialization was carried out by providing material on the community's economy from the perspective of Management, Employment, Organization and Banking. The program was chosen because it is considered important and is expected to provide education to Retired PMI. With the implementation of the socialization program regarding the improvement of the community's economy, all parties benefit, especially for the Retired PMI Malang Regency. Overall, the implementation of the socialization can be said to be successful because the participants were able to master it, as evidenced by the distribution of questionnaires to the participants and the comparison of the percentage before and after the socialization that was obtained with the figure before socialization was 21% and after socialization was 84%.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this type of explanatory research and quantitative approach is to identify and analyze the effect of incentives, work motivation and organizational commitment on member performance, either simultaneously or partially. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were sampled so that 50 respondents were obtained, which is the total number of members of Karang Taruna Karsa Bhirawa. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. Based on the results of this study that the effect of incentives, work motivation and organizational commitment simultaneously have an influence on member performance. Tests carried out with partial tests show that the variables of incentives and work motivation have a positive and significant influence. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of variety products, brand image and taste on purchasing decisions. Using a sample of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Unisma Malang, this research is in November 2022 – January 2023. The results of this study showed that overall respondents chose strongly agreeing that Variety and Flavor Products had a significant influence on purchasing decisions on Mc'donalds. In addition to the Variety and Taste Product variables, the Brand Image variable has a low value so it does not significantly affect the purchasing decision of Mc'donalds. Keywords: Variety Product, Brand Image And Taste Of Purchasing Decisions
