Abstract

This research is focused on small businesses, as the growth of small businesses is a source of economic income in the Ponorogo City sub-district. The sales profit generated by small businesses each month is still relatively small and often decreases. These conditions reflect that the ability to generate profits in small businesses has not shown an increase in sales profit. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial inclusion, financial literacy, and fintech on small business profitability, with financial behavior as an intervening variable and financial quotient as a moderating variable, in the Ponorogo City District. The study sample consisted of 112 small businesses in the Ponorogo City District. The study employed the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) method with an outer model and inner model test analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial inclusion has a significant effect on profitability, financial inclusion has a significant effect on financial behavior, financial literacy has a significant effect on profitability, financial literacy has no significant effect on financial behavior, fintech has no significant effect on profitability, fintech has a significant effect on financial behavior, financial behavior has a significant effect on profitability, and financial quotient cannot moderate the effect of financial inclusion on profitability. The moderating effect of financial quotient on the relationship between financial inclusion and financial behavior, financial inclusion and profitability, financial literacy and financial behavior, financial literacy and profitability, and fintech and profitability was not significant.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to propose a specifically designed Instructional Design (ID) model for English as foreign language instruction. The method adopted in developing the proposed ID model is by studying the existing models that have been proposed by many experts and identifying the components of these models. Various theories and perspectives are considered in designing the proposed ID model and integrating the components into the model and their sequences. An ID model for English as foreign language instruction developed in this research consists of seven components which are arranged in mix sequence approach. The components that are connected to the instructional design model are learners needs analysis, learning objectives, instructional materials and sequence, instructional media, instructional strategis, authentic assessment, and performance improvement. The components of the model are arranged following a mix model approach, and thus the model application and use are more flexible. The ID model was validated by two experts through expert reviews and four teachers’ perception. These two experts have indicated that the model has fulfilled internal validation in terms of the components and sequence. Teachers’ perception has given an indication that the model on conceptual basis could be implemented successfully for English as foreign language instruction. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalahuntuk mengetahui peran citra merek dalam memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap peningkatan kepuasan konsumen Produk Es Krim Aice. Penelitian dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada konsumen Produk Es Krim Aice  sebanyak 80 orang. Pengujian data dilakukan melalui analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara kualitas produk terhadap citra merek dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Terdapat korelasi yang kuat antara kualitas produk dengan citra merek dancitra merek dengan kepuasan konsumen. Kemudian tingkat kepuasan konsumen dapat dijelaskan oleh kualitas produk dan citra merek. Hiptotesis H0 ditolak yang berarti kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek dan citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa citra merek mampu memediasi pengaruh antara kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Saran dari hasil penelitian inisebaiknya perusahaan dapat memeratakan pemberian bonus dan pembagian souvenir ketika pembelian produk kepada seluruh outlet, serta melakukan misi kemanusiaan yakni pembagian masker ataupun APD kepada tenaga medis dalam rangka memerangi Covid-19.Kata kunci: kualitas produk, citra merek, kepuasan konsumen

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that online deposit business activities have recently become more widespread in line with advances in information and telecommunications technology. These activities are generally regulated through Minister of Finance Regulation Number 96 of 2023 concerning Customs, Excise and Tax Provisions for the Import and Export of Consigned Goods. Minister of Finance Regulation Number 96 is actually a replacement for the Minister of Finance Regulation Number 199/ PMK.010/ 2019 concerning Customs, Excise and Tax Provisions for Imported Consigned Goods previously. Minister of Finance Regulation Number 96 of 2023 itself, is an important regulation relating to services or online deposit business. The legal research method used in this research is normative juridical research which is research carried out or aimed only at written regulations with the nature of descriptive analysis research which is a method that functions to describe or provide an overview of the object being studied. The data source used is secondary data with quantitative data analysis. The results of this research are the implementation of Minister of Finance Regulation No. 96 of 2023 concerning Customs, Excise and Tax Provisions for the Import and Export of Shipped Goods regarding online deposit business activities is more aimed at avoiding the legal mode in the form of illegal import practices. The impact of the policy of Minister of Finance Regulation Number 96 of 2023 means that Jastip UMKM players in the e-commerce sector must adapt to technological advances, including the form of sales and purchase agreements in jastip, as well as causing consumers to have to consider the value of the goods they order because it affects the tax that must be paid.

Abstract

Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) merupakan mata pelajaran wajib dan penting bagi peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Namun, partisipasi peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran IPS sering kali rendah. Untuk meng­atasi permasalahan ini, upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis permainan, yaitu Teams Games Tournaments (TGT). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hasil imple­mentasi model pembelajaran berbasis games TGT dalam meningkatkan partisipasi peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPS. Pendekatan yang diguna­kan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas 8E di SMP Negeri 16 Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran TGT secara signifikan meningkatkan tingkat partisipasi peserta didik dalam pembel­ajaran IPS. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menyenangkan dapat meningkatkan minat dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce an Instagram infographic account of the Jakarta State University(UNJ) library, which can be used as a personal or public reference to find out library-related information. The method used in this research is research and development by adopting the 4D model approach, which is carried out from the first step to the fourth step including Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The UNJ's infographic library Instagram account contains library information content including the number of library visitors, number of book borrowers, number of library collections, e-journal and e-book services, number of library members, and total collections of scientific works, thesis, and references. The development of the Instagram infographic account is validated by a design expert.

Abstract

Kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya pendidikan, tingginya kasus bullying, dan keterbatasan infrastruktur di Desa Meranti menjadi tantangan utama dalam pengembangan masyarakat. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan pendidikan, menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dari bullying, dan memperkuat infrastruktur desa. Metode yang digunakan mencakup sosialisasi tentang pendidikan, kampanye anti-bullying, layanan les privat gratis, serta pembangunan patok batas dusun secara partisipatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 85% siswa memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bullying, terdapat peningkatan skor akademik rata-rata sebesar 15–25%, serta meningkatnya partisipasi warga dalam pembangunan desa. Program ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan generasi muda yang lebih berpendidikan dan memperkuat solidaritas serta tanggung jawab sosial masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Dysmenorrhea is a condition of pain and cramps experienced by women before they experience menstruation or when menstruation occurs. Physical activity can be done in the form of sports such as jogging. This study aimed to determine the relationship between physical activity, jogging, and the degree of dysmenorrhea in 3rd year female students majoring in Nursing at the Madura State Polytechnic. This study used an analytical correlation method using the Analytic Correctional-Cross Sectional. The population was 25 people, and the sample in this study was 3rd-year female students majoring in Nursing at the Madura State Polytechnic who experienced dysmenorrhea and did physical jogging activities routinely and regularly. Data collection by providing a closed-ended questionnaire for physical jogging activities and a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) questionnaire for the degree of dysmenorrhea, and analysis using the Spearman Rank test statistical analysis method with α = <0.05. The results obtained a significant value of 0.006, meaning <0.05 means that physical jogging activities are related to the degree of dysmenorrhea, where most female students who experience mild dysmenorrhea do physical jogging activities routinely. The limitations of this study are the relatively small number of samples taken and other factors that can affect the degree of dysmenorrhea, such as stress levels, nutritional status, lifestyle, and family history. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that the degree of dysmenorrhea can be reduced if someone routinely does physical activity, in this case by jogging.

Abstract

Pengajaran materi sejarah nabi dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam sering kali dihadapkan pada tantangan rendahnya minat belajar siswa akibat metode konvensional yang monoton dan kurang melibatkan aspek emosional serta imajinasi peserta didik. Minat belajar merupakan faktor psikologis penting yang mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga diperlukan strategi inovatif untuk membangkitkan antusiasme terhadap materi ajar. Salah satu pendekatan yang dinilai efektif adalah penerapan metode story telling Islami, yaitu penyampaian kisah para nabi melalui narasi yang menarik, ekspresif, dan sarat makna. Metode ini tidak hanya bertujuan menghibur, tetapi juga memberikan pengalaman edukatif yang melibatkan daya pikir, perasaan, dan sikap moral siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan non-kuantitatif dengan metode studi literatur untuk mengkaji relevansi dan efektivitas penerapan story telling Islami dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa terhadap materi sejarah nabi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode ini mampu menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang interaktif, dinamis, dan bermakna, serta memicu keterlibatan emosional dan kognitif yang mendalam. Dengan demikian, story telling Islami layak menjadi bagian integral dari praktik pembelajaran PAI karena kemampuannya dalam menyentuh aspek afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotorik secara bersamaan, sehingga membantu pembentukan karakter muslim yang tangguh dan beriman. Abstract

Pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut perubahan paradigma dari pembelajaran tradisional menuju pendekatan yang lebih aktif dan berpusat pada peserta didik, guna mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, kolaborasi, dan komunikasi yang esensial dalam menghadapi tantangan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pembelajaran aktif sebagai pendekatan efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan abad ke-21 tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi pustaka, yang melibatkan analisis literatur ilmiah nasional dari tahun 2019 hingga 2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran aktif yang mengintegrasikan model berbasis masalah, proyek, dan pendekatan saintifik mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta didik secara langsung dalam proses pembelajaran, memperkuat pemahaman konsep, dan mengasah keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Integrasi teknologi digital dan pengembangan profesional guru menjadi faktor pendukung utama dalam keberhasilan implementasi strategi ini. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan resistensi perubahan, strategi pembelajaran aktif sejalan dengan Kurikulum Merdeka dan profil pelajar Pancasila yang menekankan kemandirian, kreativitas, dan tanggung jawab peserta didik. Kesimpulannya, strategi pembelajaran aktif merupakan solusi tepat dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan mempersiapkan peserta didik menghadapi tuntutan masa depan secara holistik.
