Abstract

Kata Kunci: Kemiskinan, Angka Harapan Hidup, Lama Sekolah, Infrastruktur, Regresi Kuantil Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine how quantile regression affects the relationship between poverty and life expectancy, average length of education, and infrastructure. This study uses secondary data and is quantitative in nature. The Central Statistics Agency and other organizations provided the researchers with secondary data, which they used to create an observation population of one hundred individuals. The regression method we employed was quantile regression. We can infer the following conclusion from the data and discussion: using a regression model at the 0.5 quantile, the life expectancy variable partially and significantly negatively affects poverty. According to a regression model at the 0.6 quantile, the variable average years of schooling has a substantial and largely negative impact on poverty. Poverty is significantly and partially impacted positively by the infrastructure variable, with a regression model at the 0.6 quantile. Using a regression model at the 0.5 quantile, the life expectancy variable simultaneously has a positive and insignificant effect on poverty, the average years of schooling variable simultaneously has a negative and significant effect, and the infrastructure variable simultaneously has a positive and significant effect. Abstract

Kata Kunci: Tingkat Upah, Jumlah Industri, Lama Sekolah, Tenaga Kerja Abstract The objective of this study is to determine the impact of income level, years of education, and number of industries on labor absorption in the industrial sector. The data utilized is classified as secondary data. The data gathering approach for this research involved utilizing secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency, as well as other credible sources such as publications, papers, the internet, and relevant scholarly works. The research employed panel data regression for data analysis. Survey results indicate that compensation levels have a significant impact on the amount of labor absorption. The number of industries has a favorable and considerable impact on labor absorption. Higher levels of education have a beneficial and substantial impact on the ability to secure employment. The variables of pay, number of industries, and years of schooling exert a substantial impact on labor absorption. Keywords: Wage Level, Number of Industries, Years of Schooling, Employment

Abstract

Higher education institutions need to establish strong organizational resilience because their educational systems must adapt to sudden unpredictable changes that occur in their dynamic environments. The research investigates the relationship between crisis leadership knowledge management and innovative work environments and their impact on institutional resilience at higher education institutions. The researchers conducted their study through a quantitative research method which used an explanatory research design. The study collected data through a structured questionnaire which surveyed 180 participants who worked as unit leaders and lecturers and educational staff members from different Indonesian higher education institutions that the researchers selected through purposive sampling method. The researchers used multiple linear regression to analyze data after they finished testing validity and reliability and classical assumptions. The study demonstrates that organizations achieve resilience through the combination of crisis leadership activities and knowledge management practices and innovation work environment implementation. The research demonstrates that leadership attributes and cognitive elements and cultural components work together to establish organizational resilience in higher education institutions. The research findings show that sustainable organizational resilience practices enable higher education leaders to create policies which enhance institutional adaptability.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to pinpoint tourism trends and patterns that can enhance visitor experiences and enhance the economic and social advantages for local communities. We conducted this qualitative research through interviews and surveys. The surveyed population included men and women from various age groups, economic work backgrounds, education levels, and social status. Architectural heritage has an important role in the development of cultural tourism in various countries, including Indonesia, because of the unique city layout, historical value, and aesthetics of its buildings. Various steps, including the development of architectural tours, exhibitions, workshops, and collaboration with local communities, carry out efforts to preserve and promote architectural heritage. We hope that by raising public awareness and appreciation of architectural heritage, current and future generations can continue to enjoy it, while also positively contributing to the strengthening of a region's cultural identity. Through sustainable efforts, architectural heritage can become a productive resource that supports the preservation and strengthening of local heritage and identity, so that cultural tourism development can provide significant economic and social benefits.
