Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi strategi guru dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus di Sekolah Dasar pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakanmetode penelitian kualtatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi strategi guru dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus pada masa pandemic Covid-19 terdiri dari (1) perencanaan pembelajaran keterampilan berbahasa yang dilakukan oleh guru untuk anak autis dan anak kesulitan belajar; (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran keterampilan berbahasa yang dilakukan dengan strategi guru kunjung secara luring (luar jaringan) sesuai jadwal setiap minggu dan penugasan mandiri; (3) evaluasi pembelajaran sebagai refleksi dari setiap pembelajaran yang dilakukan; (4) hambatan yang terjadi pada setiap pembelajaran untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam implementasi strategi guru kunjung mengacu pada ciri-ciri anak berkebutuhan khusus.

Abstract

The development of this learning tool is an effort to strengthen the intelligence of students in all aspects, especially the spiritual aspect. The development of mathematics learning is one part of the effort to form spiritual intelligence among students which in turn can become the prime generation in today's technological civilization. Mathematics is not only taught as arithmetic, but also becomes a very important religious knowledge for students in shaping their character. This research is a research on the development of theological mathematics learning tools, which describe validity (learning tools), practicality (learning implementation), and effectiveness (student activities, student responses, completeness of student learning outcomes, and obstacles encountered during the learning process). This research was carried out in several stages. First, the stage of developing integrated learning tools which is carried out by adopting the 4-D learning development model, including Define, Design, Develop, and Dissimilate. Second, the research stage is on learning tools at SDN in Sumenep district. The results of the study describe the learning tools used in this study. First, the validity of the theological mathematics learning tools, RPP, BAS, LKS and LP are considered valid and feasible to use. Second, the practicality of learning tools is taken from observational data on the implementation of learning in each meeting. Third, the effectiveness of the developed learning tools can be seen from the data of student activities, student responses, student learning outcomes tests, both student activities, student responses, student learning outcomes can be categorized as good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran Informatika akibat metode yang monoton dan kurang interaktif, sehingga menimbulkan kebosanan dan menurunnya semangat belajar. Salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan adalah penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan media Augmented Reality (AR). PBL menekankan pemecahan masalah yang mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa, sedangkan AR memberikan pengalaman belajar interaktif melalui visualisasi konsep abstrak dalam bentuk simulasi nyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh PBL berbantuan media AR terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas IX SMPIT DOD Medan. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (quasi-experimental design) tipe Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX tahun ajaran 2025/2026, dengan sampel 45 siswa (24 eksperimen, 21 kontrol). Instrumen berupa angket minat belajar yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji-t (independent sample dan paired sample t-Test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi ≤ 0,05, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada kelas eksperimen setelah penerapan PBL berbantuan media AR dibandingkan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Problem Based Learning berbantuan media Augmented Reality berpengaruh positif terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Informatika.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of patrilineal inheritance principles in Balinese and Sasak Lombok societies through a sociological-historical approach. In particular, it explores the influence of Balinese customary law into the Sasak inheritance system and its implications for women's rights from a comparative legal perspective. Using qualitative methods through field observation and in-depth interviews, the study revealed that both systems prioritized male heirs. However, there is a fundamental difference: Balinese inheritance is closely related to the Hindu system of worship (Brahmasthana), while Sasak inheritance acts as customary law that is currently contested by Islamic inheritance principles (fiqh al-mawārīṡ). The findings suggest that although Balinese influences remain visible in the Sasak cultural structure due to historical ties to the Kingdoms of Gelgel and Karangasem, increased legal awareness among Sasak Muslim women has triggered a shift. Unlike in Bali, where inheritance is religiously binding, Sasak people increasingly negotiate the teaching by giving women a specific portion of the inheritance. This study argues that the practice of Sasak inheritance represents a dialectical space in which 'urf (custom) and sharia are in constant negotiation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembiasaan pembelajaran kitab kuning Fathul Qorib dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mata pelajaran fikih, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dilakukan secara rutin dengan metode bandongan dan sorogan, yang berdampak positif terhadap penguatan pemahaman konsep fikih. Faktor pendukung meliputi lingkungan pesantren, kompetensi guru, dan dukungan orang tua. Adapun faktor penghambat mencakup perbedaan kemampuan awal, keterbatasan waktu, dan kurangnya minat belajar.Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi metode pembelajaran kitab kuning dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan fikih di tingkat SMP berbasis pesantren.

Abstract

  The research has the objective to find out the existence of the leverage, audit quality, and earnings management on the integrity of financial statements. The research population of sub-bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 and 2020 were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research sample is 31 companies. The types of research data are quantitative data and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis, logistic regression analysis and t test. The results of the study of leverage, audit quality, and earnings management have no effect on the integrity of financial statements.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of survival skill activities in Scout Scouts on strengthening the independent dimension in students of SDN Banjar Timur I. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with additional quantitative analysis. The research design used was a case study with a sample of 30 students who actively participated in Scout Fundraising activities. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using descriptive statistics for quantitative data and thematic analysis for qualitative data. The results showed that there was a significant improvement in all indicators of self-sufficiency dimension after participating in survival skill activities. Before the activity, most of the students showed a low level of confidence, but after the activity, their confidence increased by 20%. Students' initiative, responsibility, and decision-making abilities have also experienced a significant increase. In addition, survival skills activities provide hands-on experience in facing challenges that increase a sense of responsibility and better decision-making in urgent situations. These findings indicate that Scouting activities, especially those related to survival skills, are effective in strengthening the independent dimension of elementary school students, which is in line with the goals of the Pancasila Student Profile.

Abstract

Keterampilan membaca kritis merupakan kompetensi penting dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar. Namun, praktik pembelajaran membaca masih cenderung berfokus pada pemahaman literal sehingga belum optimal dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan membaca kritis siswa sekolah dasar melalui implementasi pembelajaran berorientasi deep learning dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 45 siswa kelas IV SDIT Al Wathoniyah. Pembelajaran berorientasi deep learning diterapkan melalui kegiatan membaca mendalam, diskusi reflektif, serta pemberian pertanyaan tingkat tinggi. Data keterampilan membaca kritis dikumpulkan menggunakan tes yang disusun berdasarkan indikator membaca kritis dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan membaca kritis siswa setelah implementasi pembelajaran berorientasi deep learning. Peningkatan terlihat dari perbedaan skor rata-rata sebelum dan setelah pembelajaran yang signifikan secara statistik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berorientasi deep learning efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca kritis siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa guru perlu merancang pembelajaran membaca yang menekankan pemahaman mendalam, refleksi, dan keterlibatan aktif siswa.

Abstract

This study examines Fatwa No. 141/DSN-MUI/VIII/2021 concerning the Guidelines for the Establishment and Operational Management of Islamic Cooperatives from the perspective of istihsan in Islamic jurisprudence. The study aims to analyze the normative framework and legal reasoning underlying the fatwa in regulating the institutional structure and operational governance of Islamic cooperatives in Indonesia. This research employs a qualitative approach using library research. The primary data sources include the Qur'an, Hadith, DSN-MUI fatwas, and classical Islamic jurisprudence literature, while secondary data sources consist of books, academic journals, and related documents on Islamic cooperatives and Islamic economic law. The findings indicate that Fatwa No. 141/DSN-MUI/VIII/2021 provides comprehensive guidelines for the establishment and operation of Islamic cooperatives through the implementation of sharia-based contractual mechanisms such as syirkah, mudharabah, wakalah, and ijarah. These mechanisms emphasize the principles of justice, transparency, cooperation, and the prohibition of riba, maysir, and gharar. From the perspective of istihsan, the cooperative model reflects a juristic preference that prioritizes public benefit (maslahah) and supports collective economic cooperation within Islamic legal principles. The study concludes that the fatwa strengthens the legal and institutional legitimacy of Islamic cooperatives while promoting ethical and sharia-compliant economic practices.
