Abstract

It is hoped that the formation of regional regulations can be a solution in forming aspirational legal products in the region by involving community components. In addition, through the preparation of a program for the formation of regional regulations regarding the Program for the Formation of Regional Regulations which involves the community as definite, standard, standard, systematic and planned guidelines, it is possible to create aspirational regional legal products that can be accepted and implemented among the community. By involving the community in the formation of regional legal products, it will have a positive impact in creating a peaceful, orderly and prosperous society in the context of regional autonomy. Based on this, the problem identification that can be formulated is how the community plays a role in the formation of regional legal products. So that it can create regional legal products that are aspirational and in line with community development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of human resource (HR) management in improving employee performance at PT Marisa Jaya Abadi, a construction company that faces various problems with HR management. This research is also motivated by the importance of HR quality to achieve company goals and project success, as well as the need to evaluate existing HR management policies and practices. This research utilizes an independent study approach which allows the researcher to expect that the results of the research will provide practical advice on how to improve the effectiveness of human resource management in business and provide information to other construction companies. Consequently, this research enhances academic knowledge of HR management and helps the construction industry by improving employee productivity and satisfaction.

Abstract

Socialization and education about Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) are important to be implemented in MSMEs, especially in the aluminum craft sector, to encourage environmental desire and efficiency. In Tanjung Atap Barat Village, most aluminum craftsmen still use practices that are less environmentally friendly, such as less than optimal waste management and the use of raw materials that are not fully based on recycling. Therefore, a GHRM approach is needed that integrates the principle of desire through increasing the ability, motivation, and opportunities for craftsmen to contribute to preserving the environment. This study aims to understand and analyze the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in aluminum craft MSMEs in Tanjung Atap Barat Village, with a focus on preserving human resources that support environmental sustainability. The method used in this study consists of three main stages: socialization, education, and evaluation. The results of this study indicate that the socialization and education of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) carried out on aluminum craftsmen in Tanjung Atap Barat Village with the ability-motivation-opportunity (AMO) approach successfully introduced GHRM principles such as energy efficiency, use of recycled materials, and waste management.

Abstract

The criminal act committed by the perpetrator of premeditated murder is a very heinous act, because the perpetrator has the heart to kill for certain reasons even though he committed an act that is against the law. Criminal liability for the perpetrators of murder, especially premeditated murder, must be enforced. The problem in this study is how to regulate premeditated murder in Indonesia, the factors that cause the crime of premeditated murder and criminal liability for the perpetrators in the crime of premeditated murder. This study uses a normative juridical research method that collects literature data, namely laws and regulations, law books, judges' decisions, mass media and scientific journals related to the problems discussed in this thesis. The results of the research and discussion in this study are regarding the regulation of premeditated murder in Indonesia, which is listed in article 340 of the Criminal Code, the factors that cause premeditated murder are the revenge factor, personal factor, (mental disorder) situational factor, opportunity factor, willingness factor and criminal liability for the perpetrator in the crime of premeditated murder by looking at the elements of the act of resisting or violating law, the willingness of the defendant to be responsible, the element of guilt, the absence of justifying reasons and the reason for forgiveness are punished with the threat of the death penalty or life imprisonment or a maximum penalty of twenty years.

Abstract

The crime of murder is a crime that can cause the death of a person, this is committed individually and violates the applicable provisions of the Criminal Code Book II Chapter XIX (articles 338-350). Basically, murder is carried out with an element of intent. Deliberation is a subjective element in a criminal act, because this element is inherent in the subject or perpetrator of the crime. This means wanting or knowing what will be done. Therefore, in murder there must be evidence in order to determine whether a person is guilty or not in committing the crime of murder by collecting legal evidence according to the applicable law. Furthermore, the method used in this case is a normative juridical approach, which is carried out through literature books, journals, articles, as well as statutory regulations related to the problem to be discussed. Legal considerations in imposing a sentence on the perpetrator of the crime of intentional murder, because the circumstances were aggravating and the defendant caused the victim to die and the defendant's actions disturbed the community. Thus, the punishment given by the state is solely to change the perpetrator to become better, and at the same time provide education to improve themselves.

Abstract

Land ownership disputes are a common issue in Indonesia, particularly considering that land is a highly valuable asset for the community. Conflicts related to land ownership not only impact individuals but can also trigger disputes involving communities and families. The Certificate of Ownership Rights (SHM) serves as legal proof of land ownership and plays a crucial role in resolving disputes. This study aims to analyze the evidentiary strength of SHM in resolving land disputes in Bondowoso Regency. By using normative legal research methods, this study explores the role of SHM within the context of Indonesia's positive law and how this certificate is applied in dispute cases. The findings indicate that SHM possesses strong evidentiary power in resolving land disputes, provided its validity is recognized and supported by effective law enforcement.

Abstract

Proses pengerolan biasa dijumpai dalam pembuatan kanopi dan ornamen pagar berbahan dasar pipa dengan menggunakan alat pengerol pipa. Saat ini telah banyak dikembangkan pembuatan kanopi dan ornamen pagar yang menggunakan bahan dengan berbagai macam bentuk penampang. Sehingga perlu dilakukan perancangan untuk menghasilkan desain baru alat pengerol pipa yang multi fungsi untuk pengerolan bahan berpenampang kotak dan lingkaran. Perancangan ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dan simulasi software Autodesk Inventor 2018 untuk menentukan gaya minimum dalam proses pengerolan pipa carbon steel 1¼ inchi tebal 1,5 mm, menentukan tegangan dan menganalisa apakah desain alat pengerol pipa dalam perancangan ini telah memenuhi syarat. Perancangan ini menghasilkan desain berupa gambar detail dan spesimen alat pengerol pipa carbon steel 1 ¼  Inchi dengan pengoperasian manual dan  hidrolik. Dimensi alat adalah 600 mm x 420 mm x 700 mm dan jarak tumpuan 375 mm dengan radius pengerolan 250 mm x 360º(penampang lingkaran) dan 345º(penampang kotak). Hasil analisa menunjukkan gaya minimum yang dibutuhkan untuk proses pengerolan sebesar 2790,79 N, tegangan terbesar terjadi pada poros tekan sebesar 95,26 x 106 N/m2 dan desain dinyatakan aman dengan nilai tegangan maksimum lebih kecil dari tegangan ijin bahan.

Abstract

Task and responsibility overlap, salary and wage calculation errors, and an unintegrated system are issues in the payroll process at the company. The ineffectiveness of the payroll and remuneration accounting information system can affect employee welfare and the development of a company. This research aims to understand the payroll and wage accounting information system at My Bunda Collection and to determine whether the implemented system effectively supports internal control efforts. The qualitative method was carried out using primary data sources obtained through direct interviews, as well as secondary data collected from relevant records or supporting documents. The research results indicate that the implementation of the payroll and wage accounting information system at My Bunda Collection is quite good, although it does not yet align with the theory of payroll and wage accounting information systems. This is seen from the lack of records and documents supporting the payroll and wage processes, as well as the occurrence of task and responsibility overlaps. However, the system in place is quite effective in supporting the company's internal control efforts, as evidenced by the authorization of employee pay slips by the company's CEO to verify the accuracy of the salaries and wages to be disbursed by the company.

Abstract

Performance-focused human resource development in IT consulting firms. The purpose of implementing this program is to find out the management of human resources that occurs in the company, how companies manage human resources so that performance i mprovements can occur in IT consulting companies and what efforts have been made by companies to manage their companies that have an impact on improving performance as well as what assessment methods used by companies to measure employee performance. Problems that arise such as excessive working hours and other problems can be found in this new start-up company. The method used in this activity is online (using the Zoom us application, Google Meet) and face-to-face. The results of the research conducted indicate that employee performance is very good, companies can find solutions to their employee performance problems by providing some training, mentoring to bonuses that can increase motivation so that employee performance can increase and have a good influence on employees. The company uses the graph rating scale method and the alternative ranking method, where the employee who gets the top rank will be given an annual bonus by the company.

Abstract

This community service program aims to empower the Women Farmers Group (KWT) Melati Bersemi in Seragam Jaya Village, Kotawaringin Timur, through pineapple processing innovation and agricultural waste utilization. The village faces low market prices for fresh pineapples and unmanaged waste from pineapple peels and cores, which cause environmental problems. The GERBANG SERU (Gerakan Bangun Sirkular Ekonomi Unggul) program focuses on two main aspects: production and marketing. The method employed includes participatory training, technical assistance, and the application of appropriate technology. The results show that KWT members successfully processed pineapples into value-added dried pineapple products and utilized waste for maggot cultivation. In addition, members gained skills in simple business management, financial recording, and digital marketing strategies. This program has enhanced the group’s skills, income, and independence, while fostering the development of a local resource-based circular economy ecosystem.
