Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze factors that affect the income of PT Laras Astra Kartika's oil palm plantation business. First, the cost of oil palm production per hectare and maintenance costs on income is analyzed. Then, the data analysis method is used to determine the technical maintenance of oil palm production. It is explained using the formula for the total cost of oil palm production and a financial feasibility test described descriptively. The primary data collection method is data obtained directly from the data source and secondary data, namely data obtained from related agencies. The results showed a strong relationship between the costs of production, maintenance, and mature plantations which affected oil palm income. Furthermore, from the results of financial feasibility, if the value of the R/C Ratio is more significant than one, then the oil palm plantation business of PT Laras Astra Kartika is feasible to be developed financially.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the job description on employee performance of PDAM (local water company). This research is a quantitative descriptive study; this study uses a saturated sample where the sampling technique is used when all population members are used as samples. The number of samples in this study was 31 employees of the rambutan service unit in the distribution section of PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang. Data analysis was performed using the technique of Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, R² Determination Coefficient Analysis, and T-Test (partial). For the study results using SPSS version 25, showing an R-value of 0.485, the job description has a moderate relationship between variables. The results of the coefficient of determination R² of 0.209 means that the job description affects 20.9% of employee performance, and the remaining 79.1% is influenced by other variables outside of this research variable. Furthermore, for the results of the T-test (Partial) in this study, a positive and significant effect on employee performance where HO is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan menjelaskan Hubungan Kontrol Diri dan Perilaku Cyberloafing Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Analisi Data Kuantitatif. penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivism, digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu, tehnik pengambilan sampel pada umunya dilakukan secara random, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument penelitian, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif / statistic dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan.  Dalam penelitian ini populasinya ialah karyawan dari Universitas Bina Darma Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebnayak 69 populasi. menunjukan bahwa Perilaku Cyberloafing dan Kontrol Diri terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat dikategorikan memiliki hubungan yang Kuat antara variabelnya sedangkan Kontrol Diri secara parsial berhubungan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Kontrol Diri; Perilaku Cyberloafing; Kinerja.

Abstract

XYZ Hospital is a type c military hospital located in Surabaya and has the function of support and optimal healthservices for military personnel, military families, and the general public. In its implementation, there are severalproblems related to health services including a decrease in the number of patient visits, lack of human resources,and long patient service times. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the quality of health services in improvingXYZ hospital services. Service quality (Servqual) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods are usedto measure the level of quality of health services provided to patient satisfaction. Based on the results of researchfrom 99 respondents, it shows that from the 5 dimensions of Servqual, there are positive performance gaps,namely 3 attributes E1-X7, E4-X10, A3-X27, and negative values, namely 27 attributes R2-X20, R4-X22, RE1-X12, RE3 -X14, R5-X23, A5-X60, A1-25, T4-X4, A2-X26, T1-X1, RE5-X16, R3-X21, RE7-X18, T5-X5, RE2-X13,T3-X3, E5-X11, R1-X19, R6-X24, T2-X2, A4-X28, T6-X6, RE6-X17, A6-X30, RE4-X15, E3-X9, and E2-X8. In IPA,Quadrant I has 10 attributes, namely T5-X5, RE1-X12, RE3-14, RE5-X16, RE7-X18, R4-X22, R5-X23, R2-X20,A1-X25, A5-X29 which are priority improvements health services, quadrant II 6 attributes that show maintainachievement, quadrant III 8 attributes are considered less important for patients and the services obtained areconsidered normal and quadrant IV 6 attributes. considered less important for patients but the services providedare too excessive.Keywords: Quality of Health Services, SERVQUAL, IPA, XYZ Hospital.

Abstract

Abstract Leadership has a very close relationship with motivation, because the success of a leader in moving others to achieve the goals that have been set is very dependent on the authority and ability to create motivation. Without motivation in educational leadership, the educational process that has been stated in the National Education Standards will not run effectively, this can be seen in education under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion which includes RA, MI, MTS and MA which in its development is not as good as general education under the auspices of Ministry of Education, Culture, Research & Technology. The question that arises then, do education leaders in Indonesia have a strong character in building the motivation of all education actors to realize quality education? Thus, this study aims to identify the nature of the religious, philosophical, psychological and sociological leadership motivations of the madrasah principals in the Kec. Pebayuran Kab. Bekasi and its influence on the implementation of education.  This study uses a literature study method and is accompanied by field studies with interview techniques and simple surveys to 10 Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Pabayuran District, Bekasi Regency.  From the findings regarding the motivation to lead madrasah principals who tend to make awards as the main motivation in leading, but madrasah principals have been able to build motivation because generally madrasah principals have been able to create a conducive organizational climate by involving all parts of the organization to play an active role in achieving educational goals in madrasah. .   The description of the leadership motivation of the Head of MTS has an impact on the implementation of education in Madrasahs which have the opportunity to continue to develop towards the provision of quality education that is able to compete with general education units so that they can jointly realize the goals of national education to educate the life of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap Pengembangan Karir di Mapaldam II Sriwijaya Palembang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey, karena mengambil sampel dari satu populasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan anggota/pegawai di Mapaldam II Sriwijaya Palembang yang berjumlah 89 orang. Nilai uji hipotesis thitung>ttabel artinya nilai uji hipotesis t sebesar 0,246 > 0,05 dimana Ho ditolak. Artinya pelatihan memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengembangan karir. Selain berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan karier, pelatihan juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir prajurit. Sehingga pelatihan yang dilakukan Mapaldam II Sriwijaya terbukti telah berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan para prajuritnya. Pendidikan dan Pelatihan kedua variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karier prajurit pada Mapaldam II Sriwijaya Palembang. Pendidikan dan pelatihan merupakan hal dasar yang harus dimiliki setiap prajurit, karena pendidikan dan pelatihan dapat membantu prajurit dalam melaksanakan tugas nya. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil dalam penelitian ini ternyata dengan pendidikan dan pelatihan yang baik tentunya peningkatan keahlian prajurit akan menjadi baik pula. Abstract

Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the quality of health services in improving XYZ hospital services. The method approach used covers Service Quality (Servqual) is used To look for performance gaps, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) used to know the level of suitability perceptions and expectations of health services hospitals, and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) through the house of quality (HOQ) for determining priority a must repair done. Based on research results of 99 respondents show of 5 dimensions Servqual obtained a valuable performance gap positive namely 3 attributes E1-X7, E4-X10, A3-X27 and a value negative namely 27 attributes R2-X20, R4-X22, RE1-X12, RE3-X14, R5-X23, A5-X60, A1-25, T4-X4, A2-X26, T1-X1, RE5-X16, R3-X2, RE7-X18, T5-X5, RE2-X13, T3-X3, E5-X11, R1-X19, R6-X24, T2-X2, A4-X28, T6-X6, RE6-X17, A6-X30, RE4 -X15, E3-X9 and E2-X8. After analysis with the IPA, the method obtained Quadrant I 10 attributes that is T5-X5, RE1-X12, RE3-14, RE5-X16, RE7-X18, R4-X22, R5-X23, R2-X20, A1-X25, A5- X29 being priority repair service health, quadrant II 6 attributes that show keep it up performance T1-X1, T4-X4, RE4-X15, R1-X19, A2-X26 and A6-X30 quadrant III 8 attributes considered not enough important for patients and services received considered ordinary and quadrant IV 6 attributes. considered not enough important for patients however services provided too much. Analysis next uses the QFD method to create HOQ to determine the originating voice of the customer from IPA analysis in quadrant I and Quadrant II, as well as response technical repair to service such, so, got 3 responses technical as priority repair. First, 15% target responsiveness to the patient service process done with good Health training and training on an ongoing basis scheduled, both 13% target responsiveness to the use of system information management hospital, and the third target is 11 % reliability to Settings timetable practice doctor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Peribahasa Thai yang Terkandung Unsur Hewan: Kajian Etnolinguistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bentuk, makna serta pesan budaya yang mengandung unsur hewan dalam peribahasa Thai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka dengan menggunakan kajian etnolinguistik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data utama yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah buku สำนวนสุภาษิต สุภาษิต และคำพำเพย (buku peribahasa Thai). Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik deskriptif. Sementara teori yang diutamakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori tentang peribahasa menurut Kridalaksana H. (2008) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat 8 data peribahasa yang mengandung unsur hewan yang dapat dibagi berdasarkan 4 pesanan terhadap masyarakat Thai, yaitu; 3 data pada peribahasa yang mengandung unsur hewan sebagai pesan terhadap hasil kerugian, 2 data pada peribahasa yang mengandung unsur hewan sebagai pesan terhadap karakter manusia, 2 data pada peribahasa yang mengandung unsur hewan sebagai pesan terhadap bahaya dan 1 data pada peribahasa yang mengandung unsur hewan sebagai pesan terhadap hubungan antara manusia.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image, price and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Lazada e_commerce (Case Study of FEB Unisma Students Forces 2018). The variables used in this study are. Consumer satisfaction variable (dependent variable), while the independent variables are product quality, brand image, price and service quality.The results of this study partially concluded that the product quality variable, price had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, while brand image and service quality had no significant effect on consumer satisfaction and simultaneously concluded that there was an influence between product quality, brand image, price and service quality variables on satisfaction. consumer. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Price, Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions of online shop consumers on the Buk netbook of 2016 FEB students, Islamic University of Malang. This research uses explanatory research and a quantitative approach. This study uses a population of 700 based on the number of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business class 2016, Malhotra Theory is used to take a sample consisting of 17 question items so the samples obtained in this research are 85 respondents (17 question items x 5).To solve the problem in this study, using the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classical assumption test. The research uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16. The results of this study are that the variables of product quality, price and promotion influence purchasing decisions simultaneously, while partially the variables of product quality, price and promotion affect purchasing decisions at the online shop Bukalapak on FEB students class 2016 University Islam Malang. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Promotion and purchase decisions
