Abstract

Tarjamah is one of the subject taught in Islamic Training Teacher College Modern Islamic Boarding School Gontor One For Girls. According to the purposeof it learning, this subject enters into Diraasaah Islamiyyah field. But since theholding of the revision, Tarjamah especially as the subject of class four with specialbook and Nahwu Al-Wadih book systematics complete with the rule of translationwith examples and exercises can be entered into Dirasah Lughowiyyah field.Therefore curriculum staff Islamic Training Teacher College Modern IslamicBoarding School hopes to the teacher of Tarjamah is the teacher with anaccomplished expert in the field of Arabic language such as Nahwu, Shorf andBalaghah not the contrary nor just teachers where possible to teach. In the processof teaching and learning which has lasted for tarjamah around four years with hernew material found numerous problems, especially problems in his teaching.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the characteristics of the textbook to Imlā lesson to develop the writing skill for beginners non-native speakers, and to scale the validity of the designed textbook. As for the method used for this research is Research & Development, and the methods for collecting the data used are the interview, questionnaire, and documents. To find out the validity of the designed book, the researcher provided the questionnaire to three experts, that is, the expert in the content eligibility of the designed, the expert in the language eligibility of the designed book, and the expert in the graphic eligibility. The results of the search are the presence of the book in the form of the teacher's textbook. The researcher dealt with the characteristics of the textbook in which there are nine units, and in terms of its organization, it started from presenting examples, then explanation, qawā’id, and exercises. As for its validity, it scored good with a percentage score of 84.6%, meaning that the designed textbook can be used with little modification and correction.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the poetry of Noah's ark by Ahmad Syauqi from aspects of sound or patterns. As one of the phenomenal works in the history of The Arabic fiction genre, this genre of poetry has the main characteristics in terms of the use and selection of special rhythms that are able to influence the imagination of readers or listeners so as to build their own perception of thinking. This article focuses on exploring the characteristics of sound patterns descriptively with modern literary analysis methods. From the analysis of sound patterns, it is concluded that there are basic rhythms and metrums in the study of modern literary sounds of this phenomenal poem. There are two variants of fundamental rhythms, namely internal and external rhythms. The external rhythm is manifested in the form of al-wazn from poetry which includes two main types namely bahr kāmil and bahr rajzi, the structure of the rhythm used, and the form of poetry. On the other hand, the poem also uses internal rhythms by giving rise to the rhetorical beauty (al-binyah al-badi'iyah) which consists largely of al-jinās and al-ṭibāq.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the opinions of Nuhat in the letter “و” and its functions, and its characteristics in relationship with other functions with the aim of avoiding errors in Arabic syntax and the ability to differentiate all the functions of the letter “و” in Arabic sentences. This research is qualitative and library research in a descriptive method. The data in this research comes from traditional and contemporary books related to the topic. This research relied on two data analysis methods: the content analysis method and the comparison method. The results of this research were: that the “و” for Nuhat is one of the common letters of nouns and verbs, and it performs the function of a working letter, which is: Wawu al-Qasam, Wawu al-Ma’iyyah, and Wawu Rab. And the non-working letter, which are: Wawu al-Athf, Wawu al-Isti’naf, Wawu al-Hal, and Wawu al-I’tiradh. All functions have characteristics, including: 1) Wawu al-Qasam occurred at the beginning of the sentence, after which al-Ismu al-Dhahir sentence and al-Ma’rifah al-Majrur, 2) Wawu Rab occurred at the beginning of the sentence, and then an-Nakirah al-Majrur sentence, 3) Wawu al-Ma’iyyah preceded the sentence or whit “ما” or with "كيف", 4) Wawu al-‘Athf has been mentioned in Arabic sentences between al-Ma’thuf and al-Ma’thuf ‘alaihi, 5) Wawu al-Hal may enter into the nominative and the verb sentences with a condition preceded in the speech by al-Ma’rifah, after which it is a declarative sentence, 6) Wawu al-Isti’naf occurred in the beginning of the resumed sentence, 7) Wawu al-I’tiradh may have occurred in the first sentence of the objection to the place of her expression.

Abstract

The Mimicry-Memorization Method is considered one of the foreign language teaching methods, particularly in teaching vocabularies. It relies on repeating and remembering. The foremost advantages of this method are its’ ability to transfer various kinds of vocabularies, besides it is also last longer in the students’ memory, and is low budget. However, this research assumed that continuous repetition and habituation will cause boredom and even reduce students’ interest in learning a language. So, the study was aimed at designing the learning media based on the Memorization method in the form of flashcards to make learning prosses more fun. This research applied the Research and Development (RD) procedure with partially on the Analysis, Design, and Development. The data was collected through the observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to the teachers and students of the 12th-grade at MAN 10 Jombang. The result showed that the design of the mimimo-flashcard consists of hand-drawn images in the affixed to the-card. It has 10 themes with 9 related-vocabularies for each with 90 vocabulary words in total. The learning media validation from each material’s expert and design’s expert showed 84% and 90% and can be categorized as good and decent. The calculation result of the trials to determine the product's effectiveness in mastering vocabulary for both the Experiment and Control classes was considered effective with sig. (2-tailed) sig.0.05 = 0.000.

Abstract

يتركز هذا البحث في تطبيق أحد طريقة في تعليم اللغة العربية، وهي طريقة تحليل الأخطاء. هذه الطريقة فرع من فروع علم اللغة التطبيقي في الدراسات اللغوية العربية. وكانت هذه الطريقة مستخدمة لمعرفة المشكلات الموجهة للداسين أثناء تعلم اللغة العربية. الإملاء من أحد المواد اللغوية للطالبات في برنامج الإعداد اللغوي بجامعة دار السلام كونتور التي واجب تعلمها خاصة لتنمية مهارة الكتابة. لذلك يهدف هذا البحث إلى تعريف طريقة تحليل الأخطاء، أهمية مادة الإملاء، ثم تطبيق طريقة تحليل الأخطاء في مادة الإملاء. المنهج المستخدم في هذا البحث منهج كيفي وصفي، بأساليب الملاحظة، المقابلة والوثائق المكتوبة. ونتيجة هذ البحث أن تطبيق طريقة تحليل الأخطاء تمر بأربعة مراحل وهن مرحلة تحديد الأخطاء، وصف الأخطاء، تصنيف الأخطاء، تكرار الأخطاء،تطبيق العملي.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an, yang meliputi At-Taqdīm wa Ta'khīr dalam ayat-ayat Musyāhadu As-Samā', untuk mengungkapkan jenis dan tujuan At-Taqdīm wa Ta'khīr dalam ayat-ayat Musyāhadu As-Samā'. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian literatur, peneliti mengambil metode analisis konten untuk mengetahui jenis At-Taqdīm wa Ta'khīr dalam ayat-ayat Musyāhadu As-Samā'. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mendapatkan hasil ilmiah tentang tujuan At-Taqdīm wa Ta'khīr dalam ayat-ayat tertentu. Setelah analisis data, peneliti memperoleh hasil penelitian berikut: 1) Peneliti menemukan ayat-ayat Musyāhadu As-Samā' yang mencakup At-Taqdīm wa Ta'khīr, yang dalam 68 ayat tercantum dalam 39 surah, 2) dan peneliti menemukan bahwa variasi At-Taqdīm wa Ta'khīr menjadi lima jenis. 3) Peneliti menemukan bahwa tujuan At-Taqdīm wa Ta'khīr dalam lima tujuan: At-Takhsish di 43 lokasi, Al-Ihtimām bi At- Taqdīm wa At-Tasywīq Al-Muakhar di 25 posisi, At-Tanbīh di dua tempat, At-Ta'dzīm di 4 tempat, dan Al-Qosru di satu tempat.

Abstract

Derivation is a process in the formation of words or increasing vocabulary. Arabic language is among such languanges which are rich and prominent in this linguistic quality. The conclusion from this article is the structure of Arabic based on the derivation of letters consisting of fa’ fiil, ‘ain fiil, and lam fiil. From one derivation can give the several different word and shows different meanings, it can be concluded that derivation is necessary and important in the development of Arabic and the structure of the words. In this article the author’s using the method descriptive-analysis to examine the role of derivation in the formation Arabic Word.

Abstract

Behaviorism learning theory is oriented towards measurable and observable result, Behaviorism emphasizes behavior change based on the principle of stimulus and response. This study aims to describe the teory of behaviorism and its application in learning Arabic, this research is a conceptual study using descriptive-qualitatif methode. The research result is: 1) Behaviorism theory is the theory of behavior development measured and observed that results from responding to student’s incentives, 2) Developing the ability to start speaking to learners without waiting for the development of their linguistic wealth and the ability to accomplish, developing the ability of learners to innovate and act on different situations training the student to communicate actively with Arabic speakers and encourage the student to speak a language other than his own in front of his colleagues.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Yogyakarta paid great attention to teaching Arabic with the four elements of language skills, especially speaking skills (muhadatsah). Seeing the importance of these skills, MBS held language activities to support the students’ speaking skills, including muhadatsah activities. However, in its implementation, there is no specific teaching material for this muhadatsah activity. For this reason, researchers are trying to compile class VII special muhadatsah teaching materials based on research in the Muhammadiyah Boarding School field. This research is a Research Development (RD) type of research. In collecting data, researchers used the method of interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The main results of this study include, the muhadatsah teaching material is a book in which there is a collection of hiwar texts about the daily life of students equipped with vocabulary often used in Arabic conversations and practice exercises. The presentation of this material is also equipped with attractive colors and images. The students' test scores shows that this teaching material is effective for use in teaching muhadatsah. This result is seen from the analysis of the value of the students which shows that there are differences in values before using this teaching material and after using the teaching material that has been prepared for muhadatsah learning.
